通过试验设计优化投料和改善工艺过程是生产管理中经常采用的做法,产生了巨大的社会经济效益。正交试验设计首先是产生数据的计划,然后用统计方法对这些数据进行分析,目的是要从数据的考察中发现人们感兴趣的因素对试验结果的影响程度,以便采取相应的行动方案。本文针对一个研究专案,讨论了正交试验因素及各个因素试验水平的确定过程,并依据实际数据对多个产品质量特性的影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上得出了加强产品质量影响因素控制的相关建议。  相似文献

目前推广的优选法和正交表试验法都不能很好地处理混料(亦叫混合配方配比)试验问题。关于混料试验的设计与分析,自本世纪五十年代以来,已受到越来越多的人的注意。这些设计有Scheffe单形──格子和单形──重心设计;Lambraki的多重格子设计; Murty和Das的对称单形设计; Thompson和Myers、Cornell和Good的可旋设计; Kentworty的成份比率析因设计等等。本文采用较简单的Scheffe单形──重心设计,对太原、包头及本厂的煤焦油按不同比例混合后的粘度、沥青含量进行了研究与分析,初步尝试了混料试验设计法在活性炭生产工艺试验中的应用。 一…  相似文献

针对国内外现行单水平轮换调查存在的一系列问题,本文提出二维平衡单水平轮换模式设计及其广义组合估计方法。在这套设计方法中,将轮换偏差和两类相关关系引入到广义组合估计量公式中,提高了估计量的准确性,同时在连续性的多目标调查下还应用最优化方法确定一套最优权重系数,使得抽样调查的整体精度达到最高,同时又能够调整权重,满足各类目标量精度高低的要求。这套系统化、理论化的设计方法将为我国今后更好地开展各类单水平轮换调查提供理论指导。  相似文献

应用小尺寸圆环进行径向压缩试验获得载荷-变形曲线,并在各向同性、等向强化假定条件下通过引入Hollomon单轴本构关系模型初值进行有限元迭代计算,进而使得试样的模拟变形与圆环试样压缩试验结果满足一致,最终获得材料的单轴本构关系曲线。借助有限元数值分析和特定试样的试验来确定材料本构关系的方法,可以称为有限元辅助测试方法,即FAT(finite-element-analysis aided tests)方法。研究表明,对于四种金属材料应用FAT方法获得的材料单轴本构关系与其单轴拉伸试验结果吻合较好。基于小尺寸材料的FAT方法在核电反应堆、石油管道等关键工程相关材料以及小尺寸构件的材料力学性能获取方面有独特优势和工程应用前景。  相似文献

When faced with a problem to be solved by running designed experiments we should first think of what strategy should be used for the experimentation. One aspect of successful experimental strategy is how to use screening experiments in practice. In this article the authors share their combined experiences of more than 90 years in using designed experiments in which screening experiments are an integral part of the strategy. Along the way the benefits of running screening experiments and why they work are discussed. Topics such as the Pareto principle applied to experimentation and the robustness of screening designs to assumptions are addressed. Case studies, tips, traps, and guidelines are provided. What emerges is a holistic approach to experimentation that results in practicing scientists and engineers getting the right data in the right amount at the right time.  相似文献

Cylindrical algebraic decompositions (CADs) are a key tool in real algebraic geometry, used primarily for eliminating quantifiers over the reals and studying semi-algebraic sets. In this paper we introduce cylindrical algebraic sub-decompositions (sub-CADs), which are subsets of CADs containing all the information needed to specify a solution for a given problem. We define two new types of sub-CAD: variety sub-CADs which are those cells in a CAD lying on a designated variety; and layered sub-CADs which have only those cells of dimension higher than a specified value. We present algorithms to produce these and describe how the two approaches may be combined with each other and the recent theory of truth-table invariant CAD. We give a complexity analysis showing that these techniques can offer substantial theoretical savings, which is supported by experimentation using an implementation in Maple.  相似文献

We review techniques for optimizing stochastic discrete-event systems via simulation. We discuss both the discrete parameter case and the continuous parameter case, but concentrate on the latter which has dominated most of the recent research in the area. For the discrete parameter case, we focus on the techniques for optimization from a finite set: multiple-comparison procedures and ranking-and-selection procedures. For the continuous parameter case, we focus on gradient-based methods, including perturbation analysis, the likelihood ratio method, and frequency domain experimentation. For illustrative purposes, we compare and contrast the implementation of the techniques for some simple discrete-event systems such as the (s, S) inventory system and theGI/G/1 queue. Finally, we speculate on future directions for the field, particularly in the context of the rapid advances being made in parallel computing.  相似文献

In this paper we are concerned with deblurring problems in the case of multiple images coming from the Large Binocular Telescope (an important example of telescope of interferometric type). For this problem, we are interested in checking the role of the boundary conditions in the quality of the reconstructed image. In particular, we will consider reflective and anti-reflective boundary conditions and the re-blurring idea. The results of the proposed combinations are quite satisfactory when compared with classical Dirichlet or periodic boundary conditions, especially when increasing the number of images acquired by the LBT. This behavior is confirmed by a wide numerical experimentation.  相似文献

This paper discusses the creation of an artificial labor market (ALM) as an agent-based simulation model. We trace the development of the ALM by adapting the traditional simulation life cycle into two main parts: the model phase and the simulation phase. In the modeling phase of the life cycle, we focus upon agent representation and specification within the virtual world. In the simulation phase, we discuss the use of scenario planning as the experimentation vehicle. Throughout, we use military recruit market as an example to illustrate the methodology. The benefits of the ALM are (1) it provides a virtual world for continuous computational experimentation, (2) it supports market segmentation by allowing “drilldowns” to finer and finer levels of granularity, and (3) when connected via a common OLAP interface to a “real world” counterpart, it facilitates a tightly integrated, persistent, “sense and respond” decision support functionality.  相似文献
