The backward production of the B(1235) meson is studied in the reaction K?p→Σ?π+ω. This reaction is observed in the final state Σ?π+π+π?π0. A π+ω mass enhancement is visible in the region of the B meson for events with small |u|K? →Σ?) squared four-momentum transfer. The properties of the enhancement agree with those of the B meson. The cross section for K?p→Σ?B+ at incident K? momentum is (3.2 ± 0.5) μb. The backward production of the B meson is compared with similar baryon exchange productions of the A1 and C(Q1) axial vector mesons observed in the same experiment. 相似文献

We have studied the properties of the inclusive pp → pX reation at . Protons of momentum or less are measured and identified by their ionization. We investigate the multiplicity distribution associated with those events having a small four-momentum transfer to the target proton. The properties of the diffractively excited system observed at low missing mass in the inclusive pp → pX reaction at are presented. For diffraction excitation with |x| > 0.9, the cross section, σD=(5.6±0.8) mb, the mean charged multiplicity depends on the mass of the diffractive system approximately at 〈nc〉 ≈ 0.6Mx + 2, and the slope of the momentum transfer distribution with |t| < 0.5 GeV2 is 7.5±0.8 GeV?2. 相似文献

It is shown that the pseudoscalar ηc and “ηc” (ηb and “ηb”) with M ≈ 2.80 and 3.51 GeV (9.17 and 9.88 GeV) can be predicted by using the radial mixing model, where the “ηc” and “ηb” are the excited 0- states in the and systems, respectively, and the former would correspond to the observed 0- meson with M ≈ 3.45 GeV in charmonium. 相似文献

The electronic density of states for GeGaAs (111) and () heterojunctions has been calculated. No interface states in the fundamental gap are found. A sizeable density of interface states below the top of the valence band is found for GeGa bonds-(111) junctions-interface states in the ionic gap are reported. A systematic study of production and decay properties of hypothetical charged spin leptons is presented. These particles are assumed to occur in each lepton family. The simplest V ± A currents constructed with these particle fields and the corresponding spin neutrinos are assumed to be coupled to the familiar V ? A lepton charged weak currents.
