The piezoresistive effect of boron-doped polycrystalline diamond films was analyzed and discussed by the famous M-S polycrystalline model. It is found that the valence bands splitting-off and the grain-boundary scattering are the main factors responsible for the piezoresistive effect in the p-type polycrystalline diamond films. The gauge-factor calculation formula including the effect of both background scattering and grain-boundary scattering were obtained, and the calculation results are in accordance with the experimental results. The plasma characteristics have been investigatedin situ by using optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and the Langmuir probe during hot cathode direct current discharge plasma chemical vapor deposition of diamond films. The changes of atomic H and CH radical in the ground state have been calculated quantitatively according to the results of OES and the Langmuir probe measurement as discharge current density varied. It is shown that atomic H and CH radicals both in the ground state and in the excited state increase with the enhancement of the discharge current density in the plasma. The electron density and CH emission intensity increase linearly with the enhancement of discharge current densities. The generation of different carbon-containing radicals is related to the elevation of electron temperature. Combining the growth process of diamond films and the diagnostic results, it is shown that atomic H in the excited state may improve the diamond growth efficiently, and the increase of electron temperature and density plays an important role in the increase of the deposition rate of diamond films. A series of CoxAg1-x nanostructured granular films have been prepared by ion beam sputtering and annealed at 100, 250, 400, 500℃. The optical constants, the complex dielectric function and magneto-optical Kerr parameters were measured at room temperature. For the samples having low Co compositions, the strong Kerr effect enhancement is observed around the Ag plasma edge. With an increase in annealing temperature, the resonance-like peaks appear in the Kerr rotation, and the peak positions are shifted toward the low photon energy region. From the analysis of the numerical calculations, it is concluded that the magneto-optical Kerr effect enhancement (MOKE) is due to the presence of the steep plasma edge.  相似文献

Bullwhip effect – the phenomenon in which variance of demand is amplified when moving upstream – has attracted the attention of many researchers for the last few decades. Although the main sources that cause bullwhip effect have been identified, quantifying the bullwhip effect still remains a challenge. In the past, measuring the bullwhip effect for supply chains with autoregressive demand process has been conducted by some researchers. However, most past researches focused mainly on the simple AR(1) model. In many practical situations, autoregressive models with higher order should be employed because they might better represent the demand process. Up to now, very little effort has been spent on this matter. Therefore, this research is conducted to fill this gap by first dealing with AR(2) demand process and investigating the behavior of the developed measure with respect to autoregressive coefficients and order lead-time. A sequential effect algebra (E, 0, 1, ,o) is an effect algebra on which a sequential product o with certain physics properties is defined; in particular, sequential effect algebra is an important model for studying quantum measurement theory. In 2005, Gudder asked the following problem: If a, b E (E, 0, 1, , o) and a⊥b and a o b⊥a o b, is it the case that 2(a o b) ≤ a2 b2 ? In some species, the population may decline to zero; that is, the species becomes extinct if the population falls below a given threshold. This phenomenon is well known as an Allee effect. In most Allee models, the model parameters are constants, and the population tends either to a nonzero limiting state (survival) or to zero (extinction). However, when environmental changes occur, these parameters may be slowly varying functions of time. Then, application of multitiming techniques allows us to construct approximations to the evolving population in cases where the population survives to a slowly varying surviving state and those where the population declines to zero. Here, we investigate the solution of a logistic population model exhibiting an Allee effect, when the carrying capacity and the limiting density interchange roles, via a transition point. We combine multiscaling analysis with local asymptotic analysis at the transition point to obtain an overall expression for the evolution of the population. 以"新钻石模型"为基础,从产业环境、产业支撑和产业创新等3个维度构建战略性新兴产业国际竞争力评价指标体系.运用2005~2014年的面板数据对战略性新兴产业进行因子分析.评价结果显示,电子及通信设备制造业与医药制造业国际竞争力明显高于计算机及办公设备制造业与医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造业.航空航天器及设备制造业国际竞争力有很大提升潜力.电子及通信设备制造业创新能力表现突出,但战略性新兴产业整体创新能力较低.  相似文献

The composite films of GaSb nanoparticles embedded in SiO2 matrices were fabricated by radio-frequency magnetron co-sputtering. Transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction pattern indicate that the GaSb nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed in SiO2 matrices. Room temperature transmission spectra exhibit a blue shift of about 2.73 eV. The blue shift increases with decreasing size of GaSb nanoparticles, suggesting the existence of quantum size effects. Room temperature Raman spectra show that there is a larger Raman peak red shift and broadening of the composite films than that of bulk GaSb. In supply chain management, one of the most critical problems which require a lot of effort to deal with is how to quantify and alleviate the impact of bullwhip effect – the phenomenon in which information on demand is distorted while moving upstream. Although it is well established that demand forecast, lead time, order batching, shortage gaming and price fluctuation are the main sources that lead to the bullwhip effect, the problem of quantifying bullwhip effect still remain unsolved in many situations due to the complex nature of the problem. In this research, a measure of bullwhip effect will be developed for a simple two-stage supply chain that includes only one retailer and one supplier in the environment where the retailer employs base stock policy for their inventory and demand forecast is performed through the first-order autoregressive model, AR(1). The effect of autoregressive coefficient and lead time on this measure will then be investigated.  相似文献

与以往日历异常现象的研究大多集中在股市收益率上不同,本文对上海股市波动的周日效应进行实证研究,无条件波动的修正Levene检验和条件波动的GARCH模型被应用。结果显示上海股市存在显著的星期一高波动现象,利用混合分布模型对此现象进行了解释,周末信息的积累对星期一交易的影响可能是其高波动的原因。  相似文献

This paper analyzes the propagation and amplification of order fluctuations (i.e., the bullwhip effect) in supply chain networks operated with linear and time-invariant inventory management policies. The supply chain network is allowed to include multiple customers (e.g., markets), any network structure, with or without sharing information. The paper characterizes the stream of orders placed by any supplier for any stationary customer demand processes, and gives exact formulas for the variance of the orders placed and the amplification of order fluctuations. The paper also derives robust analytical conditions, based only on inventory management policies, to predict the presence of the bullwhip effect for any network structure, any inventory replenishment policies, and arbitrary customer demand processes. Numerical examples show that the analytical results accurately quantify the bullwhip effect; managerial insights are drawn from the analysis. The methodology presented in this paper generalizes those in previous studies for serial supply chains.  相似文献

We address the asymptotic behaviour of the vibrations of a body occupying a domain $\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^n, n=2,3$. The density, which depends on a small parameter $\varepsilon$\nopagenumbers\end , is of the order $O(1)$\nopagenumbers\end out of certain regions where it is $O(\varepsilon^{‐m})$\nopagenumbers\end with $m>2$\nopagenumbers\end . These regions, the concentrated masses with diameter $O(\varepsilon)$\nopagenumbers\end , are located near the boundary, at mutual distances $O(\eta)$\nopagenumbers\end , with $\eta=\eta(\varepsilon)\rightarrow 0$\nopagenumbers\end . We impose Dirichlet (resp. Neumann) conditions at the points of $\partial\Omega$\nopagenumbers\end in contact with (resp. out of) the masses. We look at the asymptotic behaviour, as $\varepsilon\rightarrow 0$\nopagenumbers\end , of the eigenvalues of order $O(1)$\nopagenumbers\end , the high frequencies, of the corresponding eigenvalue problem. We show that they accumulate on the whole positive real axis and characterize those giving rise to global vibrations of the whole system. 考虑累积观看节目用户量产生的羊群效应角度构建两阶段决策模型,得到节目最优定价策略和最优广告量策略。研究表明:收费模式中羊群效应对最优定价的影响特征与用户规模有关,并进一步导致免费模式中最优广告量减少。在收费模式羊群效应较高情况下,运营商能通过延长收费模式时间提高节目利润。还发现收费模式中羊群效应导致观看节目用户总规模增加,但收费模式对免费模式有挤兑效应。在免费模式中羊群效应较低情况下,只有收费模式中具有较高的羊群效应才能使节目总利润增加,否则总利润减少。  相似文献

In the framework of Nonlinear Elasticity, the asymptotic behavior of the free energy of a martensitic material is studied as the height of the sample tends to zero. The effective thin film energy is identified in terms of parametrized probability measures, which allows for a justification of the kinematic compatibility conditions proposed in Bhattacharya and James' theory of thin films of martensitic materials, in the absence of higher order interfacial energy contributions to the three-dimensional bulk energy.  相似文献

In this paper, we quantify the impact of the bullwhip effect – the phenomenon in which information on demand is distorted as moving up a supply chain – for a simple two-stage supply chain with one supplier and one retailer. Assuming that the retailer employs a base stock inventory policy, and that the demand forecast is performed via a mixed autoregressive-moving average model, ARMA(1, 1), we investigate the effects of the autoregressive coefficient, the moving average parameter, and the lead time on the bullwhip effect.  相似文献

We discuss how mathematics and secondary mathematics education majors developed an understanding of Fermat points for the triangle as well as Steiner points for the square and regular pentagon, and also of soap film configurations between parallel plates where forces are in equilibrium. The activities included the use of soap films and the interactive geometry program GeoGebra. Students worked in small groups using these tools to investigate the properties of Fermat and Steiner points and then justified the results of their investigations using geometrical arguments. These activities are specific approaches of how to encourage prospective teachers to use physical experiments to support students’ development of mathematical curiosity and mathematical justifications.  相似文献

We consider a chemotaxis model with volume‐filling effect introduced by Hillen and Painter. They also proved the existence of global solutions for a compact Riemannian manifold without boundary. Moreover, the existence of a global attractor in W1, p(Ω??n), p>n, p?2, was proved by Wrzosek. He also proved that the ω‐limit set consists of regular stationary solutions. In this paper, we prove that the 1‐D stationary problem has at most an infinitely countable number of regular solutions.
