研究了有机溶剂中酶促核苷类化合物3'-酯高区域选择性的合成反应,探讨了核苷结构中R1位取代基变化对酶促酰化反应的影响.结果表明:来源于Burkholderia cepacia的固定化脂肪酶PS IM在有机溶剂THF中的催化效果最佳,且酰化反应的优势位点均为3'-羟基(90%~>99%);随着核苷中R1位取代基由F变化至CF3或酰基供体链长由C6增加至C14,该酰化反应的3'-区域选择性均呈现逐渐增加的趋势,构效关系分析表明,这主要源于PS IM酶特殊的活性中心结构. 相似文献

为了寻找具有生物活性的新化合物,以氟乙酸甲酯、氰乙酰胺和甲酸乙酯为起始原料,经环合、氯化、水解、酰氯化等反应合成了含氟吡啶酰氯中间体,再与醇类和酚类反应合成了一系列含氟吡啶羧酸酯类化合物,总收率约38%。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS及元素分析测试技术确证。初步杀虫抑菌活性测试表明,部分化合物1e、1i、1j和1k在500mg/L浓度下,对淡色库蚊的杀死率在61.9%~100%之间,但对几种受试植物病菌的抑制活性很差。化合物1k活性最好,在500mg/L时对粘虫(armyworm)和淡色库蚊(culex mosquito)的杀死率均为100%。初步构效关系分析表明,芳杂环酚的该类化合物有较好的活性,而脂肪醇的该类化合物无活性。 相似文献

合成了三苄基锡苯甲酸酯,三苄基锡水扬酸酯,三苄基锡3-羟基-4-羧基苯磺酸酯和三苄基锡对氯苯氧乙酸酯4种化化合物,对其进行了IR,1H NMR表征,发现苯甲酸,水扬酸和对氯苯氧乙酸与三苄基锡氧化物反应生成三苄基锡羧酸酯,而对磺基水杨酸与三苄基锡氧化物反应生成三苄基锡3-羟基-4-羧基苯磺酸酯,4种化合物对苯甲醛,庚醛和乙二醇缩合反应的催化活性测试表明,其活性次序为:三苄基锡3-羟基-4-羧基苯磺酸酯>三苄基锡水杨酸酯>三苄基锡苯甲酸酯>三苄基锡对氯苯氧乙酸酯。 相似文献

Chitin is one of the most abundant and cheaply available biopolymers in Nature. Chitin has become a valuable starting material for many biotechnological products through manipulation of its N‐acetyl functionality, which can be cleaved under mild conditions using the enzyme family of de‐N‐acetylases. However, the chemoselective enzymatic re‐acylation of glucosamine derivatives, which can introduce new stable functionalities into chitin derivatives, is much less explored. Herein we describe an acylase (CmCDA from Cyclobacterium marinum) that catalyzes the N‐acylation of glycosamine with a range of carboxylic acids under physiological reaction conditions. This biocatalyst closes an important gap in allowing the conversion of chitin into complex glycosides, such as C5‐modified sialosides, through the use of highly selective enzyme cascades. 相似文献

The direct generation of aldehydes from carboxylic acids is often a challenging synthetic task but undoubtedly attractive in view of abundant supply of such feedstocks from nature. Though long known, biocatalytic carboxylate reductions are at an early stage of development, presumably because of their co-factor requirement. To establish an alternative to whole-cell-based carboxylate reductions which are limited by side reactions, we developed an in vitro multi-enzyme system that allows for quantitative reductions of various carboxylic acids with full recycling of all cofactors and prevention of undesired over-reductions. Regeneration of adenosine 5′-triphosphate is achieved through the simultaneous action of polyphosphate kinases from Meiothermus ruber and Sinorhizobium meliloti and β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide 2′-phosphate is reduced by a glucose dehydrogenase. Under these conditions and in the presence of the carboxylate reductases from Neurospora crassa or Nocardia iowensis, various aromatic, heterocyclic and aliphatic carboxylic acids were quantitatively reduced to the respective aldehydes. 相似文献
