一种用于密集波分复用系统中的可调谐液晶法布里-珀罗滤光片 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
基于液晶分子的双折射特性,设计并制作了一种结构简单的可用于波分复用系统中的可调谐液晶法布里-珀罗滤光片。对器件的光谱调谐特性进行了分析和模拟,并得到了液晶分子的折射率调制与其分子在电场作用下产生的转动角度之间的关系式。最后,对所设计的结构进行了制作和实验,测试结果显示了滤光片的性能受液晶分子的排列特性和法布里-珀罗腔的反射镜参量的影响较大,同时实验表明了这种利用向列型液晶分子作为法布里-珀罗腔内介质的可调谐滤光片在加电压调试下其调谐性能良好,调谐范围可覆盖C波段,透过峰的半峰全宽达到了0.8nm,实验结果与设计相吻合。 相似文献

在电调谐液晶法布里一珀罗腔滤波器的连续调谐过程中,存在“透射峰跳跃”现象,影响器件的单调调谐性。为了改善器件的单调调谐性能,对此现象进行了分析,表明这是由于法布里—珀罗腔干涉级次在调谐过程中发生改变引起的;进而给出了法布里一珀罗腔透射波长λ,干涉级次m与腔内介质折射率n的关系,以及器件实际的有效调谐范围。当腔长为10μm、折射率差为0.05时,就可以使器件的单调调谐范围达到整个C波段。数值模拟与实验结果相吻合。并针对改善器件的单调调谐性能,提出了几种可行的方案。 相似文献

分析了基于法布里-珀罗腔的微光机电系统可调谐滤波器中,空气腔厚度与峰值波长间的关系。微光机电系统中,空气腔的厚度一般在一个波长附近,因此腔的干涉级数较小,两边反射镜的反射相位对峰值波长的影响比较大。从反射相位出发,推导出了基于这种结构的可调谐滤波器中空气腔厚度和谐振波长之间的线性关系,并通过数值计算进行了验证。分析了影响滤波器调谐灵敏度的因素,构成介质反射镜的薄膜材料的高低折射值以及薄膜堆的层数都能改变线性系数的值。最后估算了一定波长范围内这种线性关系的误差。 相似文献

用特征矩阵法研究了薄膜法布里-珀罗滤光片的偏振特性。研究发现:随着入射角增大,s偏振光透射模和p偏振光透射模的波长逐渐分离,但分离的幅度较小;随着入射角增大,s偏振光透射模的透射率作幅度较大的震荡变化,而p偏振光透射模的透射率变化较小;当入射角以1°/100的间隔变化时,可以在透射模波长不变的情况下,使s偏振光透射模的透射率发生显著变化,而p偏振光透射模的透射率基本不变。薄膜法布里-珀罗滤光片的偏振特性可以在角度变化的测量中发挥重要作用。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the feasibility of a newly developed hyperspectral fundus imaging camera with
a liquid crystal tunable filter. The intensities of different wavelengths of light transmitted through an artery, vein, and
the area surrounding these vessels and reflected out were measured, and the differential spectral absorptions were analyzed.
Measurements were made from 16 normal eyes and from two artificial capillaries. The ratios of absorption (ROA) of arteries
to veins from 500 to 580 nm (range 1) and from 600 to 720 nm (range 2) were calculated. For all eyes, the ROArange1 was larger than ROArange2. The ROA obtained from the artificial capillary filled with blood saturated with oxygen or nitrogen was similar to that of
simulated data of oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin extinction rate. Most ROAs of human eyes were lower than those of the simulated
data and the artificial capillaries. Oxygen saturation analysis by hyperspectral fundus imaging of retinal vessels were qualitatively
in agreement with thein vitro analysis or simulated values. However, further improvements are necessary to evaluate the oxygen saturation quantitatively

为了实现光子晶体的多通道滤波,对设计出的一维掺杂光子晶体进行了数值计算和理论分析。结果表明:多通道透射峰的波长与空气膜厚度呈线性变化,不同厚度的空气膜可以截到数目不同的透射峰,多通道透射峰的半高宽随光子晶体折射率n2的增加而减小。以此为基础,设计出滤波通道波长的可调范围达60nm,滤波通道半高宽的可调范围为1nm~5nm,滤波通道透射峰值大于0.98的一维光子晶体三通道可调谐滤波器。 相似文献

对向列相液晶染料的可调谐激光器进行了光学特性研究. 以650 nm为中 心波长设计了SiO2和TiO2多层膜的一维光子晶体, 以激光染料与向列相液晶的混合物作为增益介质层, 制备了波长可调谐激光器.用Nd: YAG倍频脉冲激光器输出的532 nm激光抽运所制备的激光器样品得出如下光学特性: 激光发射波长随温度调谐范围为605.5---639.8 nm, 达到34.3 nm, 随电压调谐范围为634.5---619.5 nm, 达到15 nm. 发射激光每脉冲的阈值能量为12.3 μJ, 激光线宽小于1 nm. 相似文献

Raman spectroscopic studies of a few Japanese art objects have been performed by using a portable Raman spectrometer constructed with liquid crystal tunable filters as dispersive elements. Interesting information has been obtained from the Raman spectra observed from ukiyo‐e's (Japanese woodblock prints) and their woodblocks. Sensitive detection of acetylene(C_2H_2) is performed by absorption spectroscopy and wavelength modulation spectroscopy(WMS) based on Fiber Fabry–Perot tunable filter(FFP-TF) at 1530.32 nm. After being calibrated by Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG), FFP-TF is frequency-multiplexed and modulated at 20 Hz and 2.5 kHz respectively to achieve wavelength modulation. The linearity with 0.9907 fitting coefficient is obtained by measuring different concentrations in a 100 ppmv–400 ppmv range. Furthermore, the stability of the system is analyzed by detecting 50 ppmv and 100 ppmv standard gases for 2 h under room temperature and ambient pressure conditions respectively. The precision of 11 ppmv is achieved by calculating the standard deviation. Therefore, the measuring system of C_2H_2 detection can be applied in practical applications. 相似文献

The novel dual-frequency liquid crystal (DFLC) consisting of 4-n-pentyl-4′-cyanobiphenyl (5CB), 4-hexyloxyphenyl ester 4′-hexyloxy-3-nitrobenzoic acid (C2), and 4-n-pentanoyloxy-benzoic acid-4′-hexyloxyphenyl ester (H22) was developed and its basic dielectric characteristics were determined. Transmission spectra of the Al2O3 particles-DFLC system in both the ordinary electrooptical cell and the twist-structure were studied. It was shown that for certain changes in the frequency of the applied electric field, a transmission region maximum of the Al2O3 particles-DFLC ordinary cell switches from one wavenumber to the other. While the twist-structure of the system at low frequencies passes the light at the same wavenumbers but it becomes practically opaque at high frequencies. The experimental results are explained by the optical homogeneity of the system in a narrow wavelength interval when the refractive indices of the particle material and the matrix are close, and also by reorientation of the liquid crystal molecules as the frequency of the applied voltage changes. 相似文献
