Moreollic acid, a caged-tetraprenylated xanthone from Gamboge, has been indicated as a potent antitumor molecule. In the present study, a series of moreollic acid derivatives with novel structures were designed and synthesized, and their antitumor activities were determined in multifarious cell lines. The preliminary screening results showed that all synthesized compounds selectively inhibited human colon cancer cell proliferation. TH12-10, with an IC50 of 0.83, 1.10, and 0.79 μM against HCT116, DLD1, and SW620, respectively, was selected for further antitumor mechanism studies. Results revealed that TH12-10 effectively inhibited cell proliferation by blocking cell-cycle progression from G1 to S. Besides, the apparent structure–activity relationships of target compounds were discussed. To summarize, a series of moreollic acid derivatives were discovered to possess satisfactory antitumor potentials. Among them, TH12-10 displays the highest antitumor activities against human colon cancer cells, in which the IC50 values in DLD1 and SW620 are lower than that of 5-fluorouracil.  相似文献

A novel series of 4-anilinoquinazoline analogues, DW (1–10), were evaluated for anticancer efficacy in human breast cancer (BT-20) and human colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines (HCT116, HT29, and SW620). The compound, DW-8, had the highest anticancer efficacy and selectivity in the colorectal cancer cell lines, HCT116, HT29, and SW620, with IC50 values of 8.50 ± 2.53 µM, 5.80 ± 0.92 µM, and 6.15 ± 0.37 µM, respectively, compared to the non-cancerous colon cell line, CRL1459, with an IC50 of 14.05 ± 0.37 µM. The selectivity index of DW-8 was >2-fold in colon cancer cells incubated with vehicle. We further determined the mechanisms of cell death induced by DW-8 in SW620 CRC cancer cells. DW-8 (10 and 30 µM) induced apoptosis by (1) producing cell cycle arrest at the G2 phase; (2) activating the intrinsic apoptotic pathway, as indicated by the activation of caspase-9 and the executioner caspases-3 and 7; (3) nuclear fragmentation and (4) increasing the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Overall, our results suggest that DW-8 may represent a suitable lead for developing novel compounds to treat CRC.  相似文献

Considering rarity of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in human blood, the development of highly sensitive detection techniques for cancer cells is crucial for prediction, diagnosis, and prognosis of cancers. In this study, we propose an advanced cellular detection method by combining a biobarcode assay and microcapillary electrophoresis (μCE) technology. While the DNA biobarcode assay can provide ultrasensitive and multiplex detection platforms, the μCE chip can analyze barcode DNAs with high speed and accuracy according to the DNA size. We designed the barcode DNA size as 20 bp for indicating the expression of epithelial cell adhesion molecules (EpCAM) biomarkers and 30 bp for assigning CDX2 expression which is specific for colorectal cancer cells with addition to two bracket ladders (15 and 45 bp). Using MCF‐7 (breast cancer) and SW620 (colorectal cancer) as models, we conducted a biobarcode assay and analyzed the resultant biobarcode DNA on the μCE chip. We could detect the 20 bp CE peak in the electropherogram even with ten MCF‐7 and SW620 cells in a volume of 200 μL, thereby demonstrating the highly sensitive detection of cancer cells. We furthermore identified the type of colorectal cancer by observing two positive peaks (20 bp for EpCAM and 30 bp for CDX2) in the μCE analysis.  相似文献

Fractionation of a southern Australian marine sponge, Ianthella sp., yielded sixteen metabolites including a new class of pyrrolidone, ianthellidones A-F (1-6), a new class of furanone, ianthellidones G-H (7-8), new and known lamellarins, lamellarins O1 (9), O2 (10), O (11) and Q (12), plus the known 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (13), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (14), 4-methoxybenzoic acid (15) and ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (16). Structures for all Ianthella metabolites were determined by detailed spectroscopic analysis, supported by a plausible biosynthetic relationship. The ianthellidones were non-cytotoxic towards two human colon cancer cell lines (SW620 and SW620 Ad300), as well as Gram +ve and Gram -ve bacteria, and a fungus. Ianthellidone F (6) and lamellarins O2 (10) and O (11) displayed modest BACE inhibitory properties (IC(50) > 10 μM), while lamellarin O1 (9) was more potent (IC(50) < 10 μM). Lamellarin O (11) exhibited modest cytotoxicity towards SW620 and SW620 Ad300 cell lines (IC(50) > 22 μM), was an inhibitor of the multi-drug resistance efflux pump P-glycoprotein, and displayed selective growth inhibitory activity against the Gram +ve bacterium Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6633) (IC(50) 2.5 μM).  相似文献

Different hybrids based on curcumin and resveratrol were previously synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques. The most active molecules (3a, 3e, 3i, and 3k) were evaluated in vitro as an approach to determine the possible mechanism of action of the hybrids. The results indicated that the evaluated curcumin/resveratrol hybrids induce mitochondrial instability in SW620 and SW480 cells. Moreover, these molecules caused a loss in membrane integrity, suggesting an apoptotic process mediated by caspases after the treatment with compounds 3i (SW480) and 3k (SW620). In addition, the results suggest that the mechanism of action of the hybrids could be independent of the p53 status. Furthermore, hybrids 3e and 3i caused G0/G1 phase arrest, which highlights the potential of these molecules not only as cytotoxic but also as cytostatic compounds. Hybrids 3e and 3i caused a negative modulation of the matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP7) on SW480 cells. These curcumin resveratrol hybrids could be potential candidates for further investigations in the search for potential chemopreventive agents, even in those cases with resistance to conventional chemotherapy because of the lack of p53 expression or function. Molecular docking simulations showed that compounds 3e, 3i, and 3k bind efficiently to proapoptotic human caspases 3/7 proteins, as well as human MMP-7 and p53, which, in turn, could explain at the molecular level the in vitro cytotoxic effect of these compounds in SW480 and SW620 colon cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer death. According to the Malaysian National Cancer Registry Report 2012–2016, colorectal cancer was the second most common cancer in Malaysia after breast cancer. Recent treatments for colon cancer cases have caused side effects and recurrence in patients. One of the alternative ways to fight cancer is by using natural products. Curcumin is a compound of the rhizomes of Curcuma longa that possesses a broad range of pharmacological activities. Curcumin has been studied for decades but due to its low bioavailability, its usage as a therapeutic agent has been compromised. This has led to the development of a chemically synthesized curcuminoid analogue, (2E,6E)-2,6-bis(2,3-dimethoxybenzylidine) cyclohexanone (DMCH), to overcome the drawbacks. This study aims to examine the potential of DMCH for cytotoxicity, apoptosis induction, and activation of apoptosis-related proteins on the colon cancer cell lines HT29 and SW620. The cytotoxic activity of DMCH was evaluated using the [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] (MTT) cell viability assay on both of the cell lines, HT29 and SW620. To determine the mode of cell death, an acridine orange/propidium iodide (AO/PI) assay was conducted, followed by Annexin V/FITC, cell cycle analysis, and JC-1 assay using a flow cytometer. A proteome profiler angiogenesis assay was conducted to determine the protein expression. The inhibitory concentration (IC50) of DMCH in SW620 and HT29 was 7.50 ± 1.19 and 9.80 ± 0.55 µg/mL, respectively. The treated cells displayed morphological features characteristic of apoptosis. The flow cytometry analysis confirmed that DMCH induced apoptosis as shown by an increase in the sub-G0/G1 population and an increase in the early apoptosis and late apoptosis populations compared with untreated cells. A higher number of apoptotic cells were observed on treated SW620 cells as compared to HT29 cells. Human apoptosis proteome profiler analysis revealed upregulation of Bax and Bad proteins and downregulation of Livin proteins in both the HT29 and SW620 cell lines. Collectively, DMCH induced cell death via apoptosis, and the effect was more pronounced on SW620 metastatic colon cancer cells, suggesting its potential effects as an antimetastatic agent targeting colon cancer cells.  相似文献

Essential oils (EOs) are a complex mixture of hydrophobic and volatile compounds synthesized from aromatic plants, commonly present in the human diet. In recent years, many in vitro studies have suggested possible anticancer properties of single EO compounds, on colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. However, the majority of these studies did not compare the effects of these compounds on normal and cancer colon cells. By using NCM-460, a normal human mucosal epithelial cell line, Caco-2, a human colon epithelial adenocarcinoma cell line, and SW-620, colon cancer cells derived from lymph node metastatic site, we identified cinnamaldehyde, derived from cinnamon EO and eugenol, derived from bud clove EO, as compounds with a specific anticancer action selectively targeting the transformed colonic cells. Both cinnamaldehyde (75 µM) and eugenol (800 µM), after 72 h of treatment, were capable to induce apoptosis, necrosis and a cell cycle slowdown in Caco-2 and in SW-620, but not in NCM-460 cells. If associated with a targeted delivery to the colon, these two compounds could prove effective in the prevention or treatment of CRC.  相似文献

To establish a systematic method for the extraction, purification, characterization and antitumor activity study of polysaccharide from artificially cultivated Anoectochilus roxburghii (wall.) Lindl. (AC‐ARPS). High‐speed counter current chromatography with two‐phase aqueous systems was successfully applied to purify AC‐ARPS after one‐step separation. The purity of the AC‐ARPS obtained by phenol/sulfuric acid method was 95.01%. The chemical structures of AC‐ARPS were identified by a series of analytical methods including high‐performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. High‐performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry indicated that AC‐ARPS was mainly composed of mannose, ribose, glucose, galactose and arabinose with a molar ratio of 1.00:8.47:47.30:1.17:1.19. AC‐ARPS is a homogeneous polysaccharide with a molecular weight of 25 681 Da. The antitumor effect of AC‐ARPS was evaluated on lung cancer A549, osteosarcoma 143B, rat adrenal pheochromocytoma PC 12, breast cancer MCF‐7, acute leukemia HL 60, chronic leukemia K562, colon cancer SW620, esophageal cancer OE 19, liver cancer HepG2, and neuroglioma U251 cells in vitro. AC‐ARPS showed the best inhibitory effect on OE 19 cells, and the IC50 value was 5.67 ± 0.831 μmol/L. Fluorescence analysis and flow cytometry results showed that AC‐ARPS induced apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest in OE 19 cells.  相似文献

A series of N-3-substituted 7-aminopyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-carbonitrile derivatives was readily synthesized and their anti-proliferative activities on five types of tumor cells were evaluated through a cell-based phenotypic screening approach. Compound 3k was found to be potent on human colon cancer SW620 cells with an IC(50) value of 12.5 mM. Structural optimization of compound 3k led to compound 4a with improved anti-proliferative potency on SW620 cells with an IC(50) value of 6.9 mM. Further cell-cycle analyses suggested that compound 4a induced apoptosis of SW620 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.  相似文献

The human colorectal carcinoma-associated GA733 antigen epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) was initially described as a cell surface protein selectively expressed in some myeloid cancers. Gangliosides are sialic acid-containing glycosphingolipids involved in inflammation and oncogenesis. We have demonstrated that treatment with anti-EpCAM mAb and RAW264.7 cells significant inhibited the cell growth in SW620 cancer cells, but neither anti-EpCAM mAb nor RAW264.7 cells alone induced cytotoxicity. The relationship between ganglioside expression and the anti- cancer effects of anti-EpCAM mAb and RAW264.7 was investigated by high-performance thin-layer chromatography. The results demonstrated that expression of GM1 and GD1a significantly increased in the ability of anti-EpCAM to inhibit cell growth in SW620 cells. Anti-EpCAM mAb treatment increased the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins such as Bcl-2, but the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins Bax, TNF-α, caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, and cleaved caspase-8 were unaltered. We observed that anti-EpCAM mAb significantly inhibited the growth of colon tumors, as determined by a decrease in tumor volume and weight. The expression of anti-apoptotic protein was inhibited by treatment with anti-EpCAM mAb, whereas the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins was increased. These results suggest that GD1a and GM1 were closely related to anticancer effects of anti-EpCAM mAb. In light of these results, further clinical investigation should be conducted on anti-EpCAM mAb to determine its possible chemopreventive and/or therapeutic efficacy against human colon cancer.  相似文献

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are known to be resistant to conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Specific CSC targeting and eradication is therefore a therapeutically important challenge. CD133 is a colorectal CSC marker with unknown function(s). Assessing proteomic changes induced by CD133 may provide clues not only to new CD133 functions but also to the chemotherapy and radiation susceptibility of colon cancer cells. To identify the proteins affected by CD133, CD133‐positive (CD133+), and CD133‐negative (CD133–) human colon cancer cells were obtained by cell sorting. Whole proteomes were profiled from SW620/CD133+ and SW620/CD133– cells and analyzed by 2D‐based proteome analysis. Nucleophosmin (NPM1) was identified as a protein regulated by CD133. CD133 protein level was not affected by NPM1, and an interaction between the two proteins was not observed. CD133 and NPM1 protein levels were positively correlated in 11 human colon cancer cell lines. The CD133+ subpopulation percentage or its value normalized against CD133 protein level was only linked to intrinsic susceptibility of human colon cancer cells to 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU). However, either suppression of CD133 or NPM1 significantly increased 5‐FU susceptibility of SW620. The present study suggests that CD133‐regulated NPM1 protein level may provide a clue to novel CD133 function(s) linked to human colon cancer cell susceptibility to chemotherapy.  相似文献

A series of new sorafenib derivatives was designed and synthesized. The antiproliferative activity of the synthesized compounds against human lung cancer cell (A549), human pancreatic cancer cell (PC-3), human leukemia cell (K562), and human hepatoma cell (SMMC-7721) was evaluated by MTT assay. The results revealed that several compounds displayed more significant antitumor activities than commercial anticancer agent sorafenib against SMMC-7721. In addition, compounds 7a , 7g , 7l , 7m , and 7p represented obvious growth inhibition with IC50 values of 1-9 μM against four cancer cell lines, demonstrating more predominant activities against cancer cells as compared to sorafenib. Furthermore, some structure-activity relationships have also been established. Compounds containing indole and benzene ring substituted by halogen showed better activity than sorafenib. Wound healing assay suggested that cells would be targeted on their migratory capacity by 7g , potentially affecting the migration activity of these tumors. The effects of A549 and PC-3 cell apoptosis induced by compound 7g were significantly increased compared with sorafenib. Importantly, the result of western blot assay showed that 7g inhibited cell growth by suppressing the activity of EGFR, especially the expression of p-EGFR (Tyr1068).  相似文献

The urea cycle (UC) removes the excess nitrogen and ammonia generated by nitrogen-containing compound composites or protein breakdown in the human body. Research has shown that changes in UC enzymes are not only related to tumorigenesis and tumor development but also associated with poor survival in hepatocellular, breast, and colorectal cancers (CRC), etc. Cytoplasmic ornithine, the intermediate product of the urea cycle, is a specific substrate for ornithine decarboxylase (ODC, also known as ODC1) for the production of putrescine and is required for tumor growth. Polyamines (spermidine, spermine, and their precursor putrescine) play central roles in more than half of the steps of colorectal tumorigenesis. Given the close connection between polyamines and cancer, the regulation of polyamine metabolic pathways has attracted attention regarding the mechanisms of action of chemical drugs used to prevent CRC, as the drug most widely used for treating type 2 diabetes (T2D), metformin (Met) exhibits antitumor activity against a variety of cancer cells, with a vaguely defined mechanism. In addition, the influence of metformin on the UC and putrescine generation in colorectal cancer has remained unclear. In our study, we investigated the effect of metformin on the UC and putrescine generation of CRC in vivo and in vitro and elucidated the underlying mechanisms. In nude mice bearing HCT116 tumor xenografts, the administration of metformin inhibited tumor growth without affecting body weight. In addition, metformin treatment increased the expression of monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and p53 in both HCT116 xenografts and colorectal cancer cell lines and decreased the expression of the urea cycle enzymes, including carbamoyl phosphate synthase 1 (CPS1), arginase 1 (ARG1), ornithine trans-carbamylase (OTC), and ODC. The putrescine levels in both HCT116 xenografts and HCT116 cells decreased after metformin treatment. These results demonstrate that metformin inhibited CRC cell proliferation via activating AMPK/p53 and that there was an association between metformin, urea cycle inhibition and a reduction in putrescine generation.  相似文献

Baicalin is extracted from a traditional Chinese herb, Scutellaria baicalensis. In this study, the anticancer activity and underlying mechanisms of baicalin towards human osteosarcoma cell (HOS) were investigated. Baicalin could inhibit HOS cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner. Mitochondrial membrane potential decreased obviously after treated with different concentration of baicalin by flow cytometry assay and revealed that baicalin triggered a significant generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Western blotting assay further revealed that baicalin-induced cell apoptosis by suppressing Bcl-2 level, then activating caspase-9 and caspase-3. In vivo experiment, baicalin significantly suppressed tumour growth in female BALB/C nude mice bearing HOS tumours. In addition, baicalin did show toxicity to treated animal by comparing the body weight increase and mortality. In general, the present results demonstrated that baicalin-induced apoptosis in human osteosarcoma cell via a ROS-mediated mitochondrial pathway. The paper indicated that baicalin is a promising candidate for the treatment of HOS.  相似文献

Sorafenib has been recently used for the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer (CRC) and is recognized for its therapeutic value. However, the continuous use of sorafenib may cause resistance in the treatment of cancer patients. In this study, we investigated whether sorafenib exerts an enhanced anticancer effect on CRC cells via the calcium-mediated deactivation of the focal adhesion kinase (FAK) signaling pathways. The appropriate dose of sorafenib and lactate calcium salt (CaLa) for a combination treatment were determined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assays. Then, cell cycle analysis was performed following treatment with 2.5 μM sorafenib and/or 2.5 mM CaLa. CRC cells were found to be in the G1 phase by sorafenib treatment, and they accumulated in the sub-G1 phase with CaLa treatment. Western blots and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were performed to analyze the elements of the recombinant activated factor (RAF) and focal adhesion kinase (FAK) signaling cascades. Sorafenib-inhibited RAF-dependent signaling in CRC cells, however, either did not affect the expression of Akt or increased it. As the upstream signaling of FAK was suppressed by CaLa, we observed that the expression of the sub-signaling phospho (p) AKT and p-mammalian target of rapamycin was also suppressed. Treatment with a combination of sorafenib and CaLa enhanced the antitumor activity of CRC cells. The % viability of CRC cells was significantly decreased compared to the single treatment with sorafenib or CaLa, and the accumulation of Sub G1 of CRC cells was clearly confirmed. The migration ability of CRC cells was significantly reduced. The findings of this study indicate that sorafenib will show further improved antitumor efficacy against CRC due to overcoming resistance through the use of CaLa.  相似文献

The synthesis of 4-methoxycarbonyl-3-methylisoquinolinequinone (1) and a variety of its substitution products with amino-, alkylamino and halogen groups on the quinone nucleus is reported. The series of 6-, 7- and 6,7-subtituted isoquinolinequinones were evaluated in vitro for their cytotoxic activity using the MTT colorimetric method. All the newly synthesized compounds showed moderate to high potency against MRC-5 healthy lung fibroblasts and four human tumor cell lines: AGS gastric adenocarcinoma, SK-MES-1 lung, J82 bladder carcinoma, and HL-60 leukemia cells. Among the series, compounds 4b, 12 and 13 exhibited interesting antitumor activity against human gastric adenocarcinoma, human lung and human bladder carcinoma cancer cells. 7-Amino-6-bromoisoquinoline-5,8-quinone (13) was found to be the most promising active compound against the tested cancer cell lines, with IC?? values in the 0.21-0.49 μM range, lower than the anti-cancer agent etoposide used as reference.  相似文献

We synthesized twelve hybrids based on curcumin and resveratrol, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. The chemopreventive potential of these compounds was evaluated against SW480 human colon adenocarcinoma cells, its metastatic derivative SW620, along with the non-malignant CHO-K1 cell line. Among the tested compounds, hybrids 3e and 3i (for SW480) and 3a, 3e and 3k (for SW620) displayed the best cytotoxic activity with IC50 values ranging from 11.52 ± 2.78 to 29.33 ± 4.73 µM for both cell lines, with selectivity indices (SI) higher than 1, after 48 h of treatment. Selectivity indices were even higher than those reported for the reference drug, 5-fluorouracil (SI = 0.96), the starting compound resveratrol (SI = 0.45) and the equimolar mixture of curcumin plus resveratrol (SI = 0.77). The previous hybrids showed good antiproliferative activity.  相似文献

With the expectation of finding new and effective antitumor drugs, a series of novel N-(1H-benzo[d]imidazole-2-yl)-benzamide/benzenesulfonamide derivatives of dehydroabietic acid were synthesized and evaluated for cytotoxic activity against three human cancer cell lines (MCF-7, HeLa, and HepG2 cells) and one human normal hepatocyte cell line (LO2). As a result, a number of derivatives showed moderate to good antitumor activities. Among them, compound 8h exhibited the most potent activities against three cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 0.87 ± 0.18, 9.39 ± 0.72, and 8.31 ± 0.64 μM, respectively, and was less active to normal hepatocyte LO2 cells. Further mechanism studies revealed that compound 8h could arrest the cell cycle of MCF-7 cells at S phase and induce the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells in ROS-mediated mitochondrial pathway.  相似文献

以取代苯酚为原料,合成8个新型的2-苯氧甲基苯并咪唑类化合物,通过1H-NMR和HRMS确认其结构。MTT法测试其抗肿瘤活性,实验结果表明,大部分化合物具有较好的广谱抗肿瘤效果,其中化合物2h对大多数肿瘤细胞株的IC50值均达到了低微摩尔水平,对人胰腺癌(BxPC-3)的IC50达到3.6μM。试管二倍稀释法测试其抗菌活性,实验结果表明,目标化合物显示出抗菌活性,化合物2a对粪肠球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC达到16μg/mL。  相似文献

One of the most common anticancer therapies is photothermal therapy (PTT). The effectiveness of PTT depends on the photosensitizer being a molecule which is toxic for the cancer cells after electromagnetic wave irradiation. Therefore, a simulation of PTT was performed in this work on two colon cancer cells (SW480 and SW620) using platinum nanoparticles (Pt NPs). Interestingly, in the literature the dependence between the synthesis method and the photothermal properties of Pt NPs was not discussed. Consequently, in this paper, we evaluated the photothermal properties of Pt NPs synthesized by two different methods: polyol (PtI NPs) and green chemistry (PtII NPs). Scanning transmission electron microscopy revealed that the size of both Pt NPs obtained was 2 nm, the NPs were not agglomerated, and that the PtII NPs were distributed on green tea supports. The selected area electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the crystallinity of both types of Pt NPs. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum of the PtII NPs showed interactions between the NPs and stretching modes for C=O groups from flavonoids and polyphenols. Therefore, these chemical compounds could be responsible for reducing Pt4+ ions to Pt0. Moreover, the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium (MTS) assay showed that the PtII NPs exhibited 10% and 20% better cytotoxicity effect on SW480 and SW620 cells, than PtI NPs. The viability of cancer cells decreased when Pt NPs were used in PTT. The highest percentage of dead cells (82%) was observed for PtII NPs and 650-nm laser irradiation. FTIR and Raman spectroscopy showed structural changes induced by both Pt NPs and laser irradiation of cells in the range corresponding to levels of DNA, phospholipids, proteins, and lipids. Moreover, the calculated photothermal conversion efficiency showed that the value of this parameter is around 35%, regardless of the synthesis method and used wavelengths.  相似文献
