Both two-dimensional (2D) Windowed Fourier Transform and 2D S Transform are popular time–frequency analysis tools for processing signals. But fewer articles reported the application of 2D S Transform in Fringe pattern analysis. This paper studies the 2D S Transform and compares it with 2D Windowed Fourier Transform. The phase calculation formula based on the 2D Windowed Fourier Transform “ridge” coefficients and 2D S Transform “ridge” coefficients are deduced respectively. A comparison between them is carried out to show their own characteristic in fringe patterns analysis based on the structured-light illumination. It verifies that the 3D reconstruction result of 2D ST is better than that of 2D WFT because of the employment of the adjusted windows by frequency parameters.  相似文献

讨论了一维S变换在处理条纹图中的应用,推导了S变换表达式,提出一种基于S变换脊的自适应窗口傅里叶三维测量法。利用S变换对于频率的敏感性以及S变换脊思想,求得任意点的瞬时频率。推导了在相位跳变剧烈区域相位二阶导φ″(b)对S变换脊的影响,并求得去除此影响后更为准确的瞬时频率。然后将瞬时频率倒数作为经典窗口傅里叶变换(WFT)的窗口大小,解出条纹图的精确相位。最后对去除相位二阶导影响前后基于S脊的WFT进行对比仿真;实验验证其与传统基于小波脊的WFT在抗噪声、解相位精度上的优势。  相似文献

A modified algorithm of windowed Fourier transform (WFT) for phase retrieval from electronic speckle-shearing fringe patterns with carriers is proposed. The algorithm is based on the introduction of a fast Fourier transform (FFT) in WFT to reduce computation time for fringe demodulation. Since boundary effects in FFT will influence the accuracy of phase retrieval, the Gerchberg method is employed to extrapolate the fringe pattern at the boundaries to reduce boundary effects. A theoretical analysis of the algorithm is presented. Both simulated and experimental results show that the proposed method has reduced the computation time significantly compared with the convolution method of WFT without sacrificing measurement accuracy.  相似文献

Grating Projection method was used to measure the height distribution of dragonfly's wings in free flight. Then the fringe patterns on the dragonfly were recorded by a high-speed CCD camera. Since the fringe patterns recorded in such a way have poor contrast and brightness, Windowed Fourier Transform (WFT), which is insensitive to noise and fringe amplitude, was used to process the fringe patterns to extract the phase. Finally, the height distributions of dragonfly's wings in free flight were obtained by using the Weighted Least-Squares Phase Unwrapping method. 提出了一种利用二维窗口傅里叶变换从径向剪切干涉条纹中准确得到波前的重建技术。首先对剪切干涉条纹做二维窗口傅里叶变换,设置阈值和频率积分范围后,进行二维窗口傅里叶逆变换,然后对包裹相位做去载频和相位展开处理得到相位差分布,最后使用波前迭代算法从相位差中复原实际波前。模拟计算表明,使用该方法最大相位复原误差为0.82%,均方根值为0.020 9 rad,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。同时也对窗口傅里叶变换的关键参数,如窗函数的选择、窗口大小的确定以及阈值的选取等进行了简要讨论。与传统傅里叶变换法(FFT)相比,基于窗口傅里叶变换的剪切干涉波前检测法有更高的精度和稳定性,为波前检测提供一种新的处理方法。  相似文献

介绍了傅氏轮廓术的基本原理,通过仿真与调相频谱分析,提出了一种新的自适应基频带通滤波器算法。利用此算法设计出了基频带通滤波器并用于傅氏轮廓术的位相提取。结果表明,相对于非自适应性的滤波器,使用本文设计的滤波器其三维面型测量精度可以提高5%,并且具有稳定的重复测量精度,在不受主观因素的影响下实现了实时三维面形重建。以螺纹钢面型为例进行了位相提取实验,实验中计算了面型测量精度,并与理论仿真精度进行比对与分析,得出的实验结果与理论仿真结果相一致,验证了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

A novel method for windowed Fourier transform (WFT) profilometry is presented. This method is based on improved S-transform. The impact of the second order derivative of the phase (φ'(b)) to the ridge of S-transform is derived, and how to estimate this deviation is discussed. An important conclusion that more accurate instantaneous frequency can be obtained after removing this deviation is shown. Thus, an accurate phase map of the fringe pattern is obtained by using the WFT based on the window size map, and this map is related to the instantaneous frequency. The method is compared with the WFT based on the wavelet transform. A numerical simulation and experimental example have shown its validity in practical applications.  相似文献

为了快速准确地对含有噪声的包裹相位图进行相位展开,采用理论分析与计算机模拟及实验验证相结合的方法,对基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的四种典型算法四次FFT算法(4-FFT)、二次FFT算法(2-FFT)、四次离散余弦变换算法(4-DCT)及横向剪切干涉与FFT相结合的算法(LS-FFT)作了对比研究。结果表明:2-FFT算法运行速度最快,4-FFT算法次之,LS-FFT算法速度最慢;4-FFT算法对含有较强噪声和轻微欠采样的实验数据的处理效果是最好的;LS-FFT算法对强噪声数据的处理效果最差。  相似文献

This paper presents a digital projection grating method for full field measurement of out-of-plane deformation and shape of an object. Two grating patterns on an object before and after deformation are captured by a CCD camera and stored in a computer. With the aid of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and signal demodulating techniques, a wrapped phase map is generated. The phases are expanded in the range of 0–2π and compared with the resulting moiré pattern. An unwrapping procedure is used to obtain a continuous phase. In addition, a digital method for fractional fringe multiplication is also developed. Results on deformation and object profile measurements are presented.  相似文献

Small target enhancement is one of the crucial stages in infrared small target detection. In this paper, we propose a new method using phase spectrum of Quaternion Fourier Transform to enhance small targets while suppressing backgrounds for infrared images. This is inspired by the property that regularly Gaussian-like shape small targets could be considered as attractively salient signal in infrared images and the location information of such signal is implicitly contained in the phase spectrum from frequency domain. Formally, in the proposed method, we adopt the phase spectrum of Quaternion Fourier Transform instead of using traditional Fourier Transform to enhance the targets since the quaternion provides at most four data channels than only one for the latter, which could be helpful to broad types of background clutters by adding more information. For the construction of the quaternion, we present a second-order directional derivative filter via facet model to compute four second order directional derivative maps from four directions respectively as the four data channels. This filter is used to suppress noises and distinguish the targets and backgrounds into separably different textures so that it would boost the robustness of small target enhancement. In experiments, some typical infrared images with various scenes are tested to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that our method actually has good performance and outperforms several state-of-the-art methods, which can be further used for infrared small target detection and tracking.  相似文献

The windowed Fourier transform is a useful technique for fringe pattern analysis. It has been shown that the proper selection of the window size is a balance between the linear phase approximation error and the influence of noise [Q. Kemao, On widow size selection in windowed Fourier ridges algorithm. Opt Lasers Eng, 2007, accepted for publication]. Since the fringe intensity and noise level usually vary spatially, the window size should also be spatially adaptive in order to reach a good balance for each pixel of the fringe pattern. This addendum first shows that the windowed Fourier transform with a spatially fixed window size (SFWS) is still practically useful and then discusses the window size competition strategies for the windowed Fourier transform with a spatially adaptive window size (SAWS). The windowed Fourier transform with a SAWS is theoretically better than that with a SFWS but it is also more challenging in use. The windowed Fourier ridges algorithm is used for analysis throughout this paper. This analysis is also applicable to the windowed Fourier filtering algorithm.  相似文献

介绍了一种基于傅里叶变换轮廓术的三维面形测量系统中相位失真的预矫正方法。由于投影系统和成像系统的空间三角位置关系、投影仪的发散照明和两套系统蕴含的光学畸变,投影一幅相位与空间坐标成理想线性关系的标准正弦光场,拍摄到的条纹相位和空间坐标不再呈线性分布,引起相位失真,甚至会影响系统测量精度。该方法借鉴反向条纹投影的思想,计算拍摄光场的非线性相位分布与理想的线性相位分布之间的关系,预先矫正,反算出一个新的待投影光场。实验结果表明这种方法能有效地减小该类相位失真所导致的测量误差,获得了更好的测量结果.  相似文献

This paper describes the application of a digital Fourier transform to phase encoded intensity distribution. Attention is drawn to a method of extracting quantitative information automatically from the interferometric fringe data. To achieve this, a set of carrier fringes has been added to interferometric fringe data. This has made it possible to form a phase map using a FFT (fast Fourier transform) algorithm. A minimum spanning tree (MST) phase unwrapping strategy has been used to create a contiguous map of the whole fringe field. Finally, the measurement parameter related to the fringe field has been calculated from one single image. Experimental results are given for the burner flames, a compressible flow and photoelastic fringe data. It has been shown that the methods developed have the potential for use as reflection analysis systems suitable for applications to non-stationary objects and complicated fringe fields.  相似文献

Level of artifacts in spectra obtained by Multidimensional Fourier Transform has been studied, considering randomly sampled signals of high dimensionality and long evolution times. It has been shown theoretically and experimentally, that this level is dependent on the number of time domain samples, but not on its relation to the number of points required in appropriate conventional experiment. Independence of the evolution time domain size (in the terms of both: dimensionality and evolution time reached), suggests that random sampling should be used rather to design new techniques with large time domain than to accelerate standard experiments. 5D HC(CC-TOCSY)CONH has been presented as the example of such approach. The feature of Multidimensional Fourier Transform, namely the possibility of calculating spectral values at arbitrary chosen frequency points, allowed easy examination of resulting spectrum. A new quality parameter measuring method of image intensifier based on Fourier transform phase measurement is proposed. A standard sinusoidal fringe pattern is projected into the measuring system by spatial light modulator and the corresponding reference pattern and deformed pattern are captured by CCD. The Fourier transform and inverse Fourier transform are applied in order to extract the phase distribution of deformed pattern. The magnification, pillow-shaped distortion, barrel-shaped distortion, snake-shaped distortion and shear distortion of image intensifier are obtained at the same time. Experiment has proved its feasibility with real-time performance and without manual intervention.  相似文献
