对钢质和铜质金属圆柱壳的轴向冲击动力响应进行了实验研究,记录了两种不同材料圆柱壳在大质量低速冲击下的冲击力时程曲线,得到其屈曲模态。采用高速摄像及模拟技术给出了钢质圆柱壳渐进屈曲的全过程,为理解钢质圆柱壳的屈曲机理提供了直观的结果。黄铜质圆柱壳在大质量低速冲击下, 出现整个壳面滿布屈曲波纹的塑性动力屈曲现象,说明高速冲击不是产生塑性动力屈曲的充要条件。像铜这样具有高密度的韧性材料,在大质量低速冲击下,会在轴向产生持续的压缩塑性流作用而出现塑性动力屈曲现象。  相似文献

利用金属靶开展动能深侵彻弹的穿甲屈曲实验研究。实验观察到长/短型弹体动塑性屈曲破坏分别表现为轴向皱褶型和轴向外翻撕裂型2种基本模式。不同的屈曲破坏模式与弹体几何、撞击初条件以及靶材等密切相关。区别于刚性尖头弹穿甲金属靶的韧性隧道开孔,尖头弹因屈曲破坏易变形为钝头形,导致弹体穿透靶板表现为挤凿穿甲。利用薄壁中空柱壳的弹性欧拉屈曲分析和弹体塑性屈服的极限分析给出弹体动塑性屈曲的临界条件。同时给出屈曲实验中混凝土靶和金属靶的等效条件。  相似文献

圆柱壳的动态塑性屈曲问题的研究主要是集中在屈曲模态方面,至于屈曲的临介载荷与临介时时间则研究的较少,SHPB用于研究材料在高应变率下动态力学性能已为大家所熟悉,但用于研究结构的动态屈曲则未见报道,本文利用一装置对柱壳的动态塑性屈曲进行了实验研究,测出了壳体屈曲过程的载荷,轴向缩短量与时间的关系曲线,得到屈曲时的临介载荷与临介时间,同时发现壳体屈曲变形的一些规律并与静态实验的结果进行了比较,为理论分  相似文献

In this paper, experimental studies are carried out on the buckling of circular cylindrical thin shells under impact torque. Experiments of impact buckling are made on a Hopkinson torsional bar. The torsional bar gives a step torque on the shells. Through an analysis of the strain-time curve obtained in experiment, the dynamic buckling critical torqueM er and buckling waves numbern of the shell with different geometric data and some qualitative results are obtained. The catastrophe theory is used to study the impact buckling of elastic structures. A criterion for impact buckling is established based on the proposed catastrophe system, in whose bifurcation set the critical step load is located. By the present theory, the impact torsional buckling for a clamped cylindrical shell is studied and the critical step torques for different imperfections are given. Also, the static critical torque is given, and it is shown that the critical step torque is smaller than the critical static torque.The project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China  相似文献

Some characteristic features of the dynamic inelastic buckling behaviour of cylindrical shells subjected to axial impact loads are discussed. It is shown that the material properties and their approximations in the plastic range influence the initial instability pattern and the final buckling shape of a shell having a given geometry. The phenomena of dynamic plastic buckling (when the entire length of a cylindrical shell wrinkles before the development of large radial displacements) and dynamic progressive buckling (when the folds in a cylindrical shell form sequentially) are analysed from the viewpoint of stress wave propagation resulting from an axial impact. It is shown that a high velocity impact causes an instantaneously applied load, with a maximum value at t=0 and whether or not this load causes an inelastic collapse depends on the magnitude of the initial kinetic energy.  相似文献

The torsional buckling of a double-walled carbon nanotube embedded in an elastic medium is studied in this paper. The effects of surrounding elastic medium and van der Waals forces between the inner and outer nanotubes are taken into account. Using continuum mechanics, an elastic double-shell model is presented for the torsional buckling of a double-walled carbon nanotube. Based on the model, a condition is derived in terms of the buckling modes of the shell and the parameters describing the effect of van der Waals interaction and surrounding elastic medium. A simplified analysis is also carried out estimate the critical torque for torsional buckling of the double-walled carbon nanotube.  相似文献

讨论两端固定的圆柱薄壳在均布外部冲击下的塑性动力屈曲。依据实验现象对位移场作出假设,用扰动法求得屈曲的扰动控制方程组,降阶后用标准的龙格库塔法进行数值求解。其中物理关系采用Levy-Mises流动理论,材料为刚线性强化模型。计算结果同Florence等的Bessel函数解作了比较,对边界对屈曲的影响作了讨论。本文的结果对潜艇抗水下爆炸的研究有重要意义。  相似文献

本文利用AMT铝合金三种不同厚度的圆柱壳,在常外压和不同轴向冲击载荷作用下的柱壳塑性动力屈曲问题。实验发现除了通常文献中提到的临界速度Vc1外,还有一个使柱壳发生较大变形而破坏时所对应的一个临界遵度Vc2。文章重点研究Vc2与轴向变形。柱壳厚度等之间关系以及柱壳屈曲形式。  相似文献

借助落锤装置实现冲击加载,完成了一组充满水的金属薄壁圆柱壳试件轴向冲击屈曲过程的实验研究,同时利用LS-DYNA大型动力软件对冲击屈曲的全过程进行了计算机模拟,对于屈曲模态发展过程以及冲击力和液压的动态时程曲线,实验观察和数值结果均表现出较好的一致性,研究表明,在撞击过程中壳内形成很大的液体压力,在此内压和轴向压缩的联合作用下,壳壁发生轴对称塑性屈曲,屈曲模态为一系列依次发展的环带波纹。  相似文献

An analytical method is suggested to analyze the plastic post-buckling behavior under impulsive loading. The fundamental equation of motion of a cylindrical shell is taken as an example to explain the main concept and procedure. The axial and the radial displacements are decoupled by an approximate scheme, so that only one non-linear equation for the radial buckling displacement is to be solved. By expanding it in terms of an amplitude measure as a time variable, we may get the post-buckling behavior in the form of a series solution. The post-buckling behavior of a rectangular plate used as a special case of cylindrical shell is discussed.  相似文献

Buckling and postbuckling characteristics of laminated graphene-enhanced composite (GEC) truncated conical shells exposed to torsion under temperature conditions using finite element method (FEM) simulation are presented in this study. In the thickness direction, the GEC layers of the conical shell are ordered in a piece-wise arrangement of functionally graded (FG) distribution, with each layer containing a variable volume fraction for graphene reinforcement. To calculate the properties of temperature-dependent material of GEC layers, the extended Halpin-Tsai micromechanical framework is used. The FEM model is verified via comparing the current results obtained with the theoretical estimates for homogeneous, laminated cylindrical, and conical shells, the FEM model is validated. The computational results show that a piece-wise FG graphene volume fraction distribution can improve the torque of critical buckling and torsional postbuckling strength. Also, the geometric parameters have a critical impact on the stability of the conical shell. However, a temperature rise can reduce the crucial torsional buckling torque as well as the GEC laminated truncated conical shell's postbuckling strength.  相似文献
