Commutative subalgebras of the complex -matrices are known to generate both matrix and Toda-type hierarchies. In this paper a certain class of infinite chains of closed subspaces of a separable Hilbert space will be introduced. To each such a flag one associates a sequence of solutions of the matrix hierarchy related to this subalgebra. They compose to a solution of the lower triangular Toda hierarchy corresponding to the transposed algebra. Both solutions can be expressed in determinants of suitable Fredholm operators, the so-called -functions. These last functions also have a geometric interpretation in terms of line bundles over the flagvariety. They measure the failure of equivariance w.r.t. to the commuting flows of certain global sections.  相似文献

We develop a quantum duality principle for coisotropic subgroups of a (formal) Poisson group and its dual: namely, starting from a quantum coisotropic subgroup (for a quantization of a given Poisson group) we provide functorial recipes to produce quantizations of the dual coisotropic subgroup (in the dual formal Poisson group). By the natural link between subgroups and homogeneous spaces, we argue a quantum duality principle for Poisson homogeneous spaces which are Poisson quotients, i.e. have at least one zero-dimensional symplectic leaf. As an application, we provide an explicit quantization of the homogeneous -space of Stokes matrices, with the Poisson structure given by Dubrovin and Ugaglia.  相似文献

Henriques and Kamnitzer have defined a commutor for the category of crystals of a finite-dimensional complex reductive Lie algebra that gives it the structure of a coboundary category (somewhat analogous to a braided monoidal category). Kamnitzer and Tingley then gave an alternative definition of the crystal commutor, using Kashiwara's involution on Verma crystals, that generalizes to the setting of symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebras. In the current paper, we give a geometric interpretation of the crystal commutor using quiver varieties. Equipped with this interpretation we show that the commutor endows the category of crystals of a symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebra with the structure of a coboundary category, answering in the affirmative a question of Kamnitzer and Tingley.  相似文献

Under suitable hypotheses, we prove a dynamical version of the Mordell-Lang conjecture for subvarieties of quasiprojective varieties X, endowed with the action of a morphism . We also prove a version of the Mordell-Lang conjecture that holds for any endomorphism of a semiabelian variety. We use an analytic method based on the technique of Skolem, Mahler, and Lech, along with results of Herman and Yoccoz from nonarchimedean dynamics.  相似文献

Recently, Forti, Paganoni and Smítal constructed an example of a triangular map of the unite square, F(x,y)=(f(x),g(x,y)), possessing periodic orbits of all periods and such that no infinite ω-limit set of F contains a periodic point. In this note we show that the above quoted map F has a homoclinic orbit. As a consequence, we answer in the negative the problem presented by A.N. Sharkovsky in the eighties whether, for a triangular map of the square, existence of a homoclinic orbit implies the existence of an infinite ω-limit set containing a periodic point. It is well known that, for a continuous map of the interval, the answer is positive.  相似文献

In the paper of Alsedà, Kolyada, Llibre and Snoha [L. Alsedà, S.F. Kolyada, J. Llibre, L'. Snoha, Entropy and periodic points for transitive maps, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 351 (1999) 1551-1573] there was—among others—proved that a nonminimal continuous transitive map f of a compact metric space (X,ρ) can be extended to a triangular map F on X×I (i.e., f is the base for F) in such a way that F is transitive and has the same entropy as f. The presented paper shows that under certain conditions the extension of minimal maps is guaranteed, too: Let (X,f) be a solenoidal dynamical system. Then there exist a transitive triangular map F such that h(F)=h(f).  相似文献

The main aim of this article is to show that maps with the specification property have invariant distributionally scrambled sets and that this kind of scrambled set can be transferred from factor to extension under finite-to-one factor maps. We give a new proof of the classification, up to topological orbit equivalence, of minimal AF-equivalence relations and minimal actions of the group of integers on the Cantor set. Let A be an algebra over a field F of characteristic zero and let cn(A), , be its sequence of codimensions. We prove that if cn(A) is exponentially bounded, its exponential growth can be any real number >1. This is achieved by constructing, for any real number α>1, an F-algebra Aα such that exists and equals α. The finite-dimensional irreducible representations of the Yangian of sl2 are parametrized by their highest weights, which are monic polynomials in one variable. Using combinatorics of Young walls, we give a new realization of arbitrary level irreducible highest weight crystals for quantum affine algebras of type , , , , , and . The irreducible highest weight crystals are realized as the affine crystals consisting of reduced proper Young walls. We introduce the notion of a braided algebra and study some examples of these. In particular, R-symmetric and R-skew-symmetric algebras of a linear space V equipped with a skew-invertible Hecke symmetry R are braided algebras. We prove the “mountain property” for the numerators and denominators of their Poincaré–Hilbert series (which are always rational functions).  相似文献

For a continuous map φ:XX of a compact metric space, we study relations between distributional chaos and the existence of a point which is quasi-weakly almost periodic, but not weakly almost periodic. We provide an example showing that the existence of such a point does not imply the strongest version of distributional chaos, DC1. Using this we prove that, even in the class of triangular maps of the square, there are no relations to DC1. This result, among others, contributes to the solution of a problem formulated by A.N. Sharkovsky in the eighties.  相似文献
