ZnII and CdII coordination polymers with dicarboxylate and imidazole‐containing ligands, namely, [Cd (2,3‐PDC)(L)]n ( 1 ) and {[Zn(3,4‐PDC) (L)0.5] · H2O}n ( 2 ), [2,3‐H2PDC = 2,3‐pyridine dicarboxylate, 3,4‐H2PDC = 3,4‐pyridine dicarboxylate, and L = 1,4‐bis(2‐methylimidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)biphenyl], were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with threefold interpenetrating diamond topology. Complex 2 features a 3D framework with twofold interpenetrating dmc topology. Moreover, the luminescent properties of complexes 1 and 2 were also investigated. 相似文献

Reaction of ZnII and CdII thiocyanate or selenocyanate with pyrazine leads to the formation of new ZnII and CdII coordination compounds. The structures of [Zn(NCSe)2(pyrazine)2]n ( 1A ), [Cd(NCS)2(pyrazine)2]n ( 2A ) and [Cd(NCSe)2(pyrazine)2]n ( 3A ) consist of octahedrally coordinated metal cations which are surrounded by two terminal N‐bonded anions and two μ2‐bridging pyrazine molecules. The metal cations are connected via the pyrazine ligands into layers, which are further linked by weak intermolecular S···S respectively Se···Se interactions. Investigations on the thermal degradation behavior of 1A , 2A , and 3A using simultaneous differential thermoanalysis and thermogravimetry as well as X‐ray powder diffraction, IR‐ and Raman spectroscopy prove that on heating, the pyrazine‐rich compound 1A decomposes in one step into zinc selenocyanate without the formation of a pyrazine‐deficient intermediate. In contrast, for compounds 2A and 3A a stepwise decomposition is observed, leading to the formation of the pyrazine‐deficient compounds [Cd(NCS)2(pyrazine)]n ( 2B‐I and 2B‐II ) and [Cd(NCSe)2(pyrazine)]n ( 3B ) as intermediates. The structures and the thermal reactivity are discussed and compared with that of related transition metal thiocyanates and selenocyanates with pyridine as N‐donor ligand. 相似文献

Synthesis,Antimicrobial, and Antioxidant Activities of Some Fused Heterocyclic [1,2,4]Triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole Derivatives 下载免费PDF全文
In the present work, we synthesized a series of [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole derivatives ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f and 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f ) by using simple starting materials, namely, β‐amino acids and different aromatic acid hydrazides. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by mass, IR, 1H, and13C‐NMR spectral data analysis. The newly synthesized compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activities and antioxidant properties. Compound 6c was a potent microbial agent particularly against Staphylococcus aureus (MIC 3.12 µg/mL) and Candida albicans (MIC 6.25 µg/mL) when compared with the reference drugs ciprofloxacin and fluconazole, respectively. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds was also evaluated by 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picryl hydrazyl, nitric oxide, and hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging methods. Compounds 6c , 6f , 7c , and 7f showed good radical scavenging activity due to the presence of electron‐donating group on phenyl ring. 相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Cu(3, 4‐pybz)2]n ( 1 ) [3,4‐Hpybz = 3‐pyridin‐4‐yl‐benzoic acid], was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 · 2H2O and 3,4‐Hpybz, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, PXRD, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure determination reveals that 1 exhibits a 2D twofold interpenetrated 4‐connected (4,4) network topology, these 2D layers are further enlarged to form the final 3D supramolecular edifice via aromatic π–π stacking interactions. In addition, the magnetic behavior and thermogravimetric analysis of 1 were also studied. 相似文献

采用混合溶剂热方法合成了3个新颖的杂双核d-f配合物, [LnCd(C8H7O3)5(phen)(H2O)](Ln=Dy(1), Pr(2), Gd(3); C8H7O3=对甲氧基苯甲酸根, phen=1,10-菲啰啉), 通过单晶X射线衍射确定了配合物的晶体结构. 结果表明, 3个化合物是同构的. 在同一个分子中, Cd2+与Ln3+通过3个对甲氧基苯甲酸根桥联, Cd2+为五配位, Ln3+为八配位. 在晶体中, 两个相邻的分子被氢键连成二聚体. 测定了3个配合物在室温下的IR, UV-Vis-NIR以及激发和发射光谱. 对比分析了化合物的UV-Vis-NIR吸收光谱与发射光谱的关系, 讨论了d-块(d-L部分)对Ln3+发光的影响. 相似文献

Cadmium(II) based 2D coordination polymer [Cd(L1)2(DMF)2] ( 1 ) (L1 = 4,5‐dicyano‐2‐methylimidazolate, DMF = N,N′‐dimethylformamide) and 2D cobalt(II)‐imidazolate framework [Co(L3)4] ( 2 ) (L3 = 4,5‐diamide‐2‐ethoxyimidazolate) were synthesized under solvothermal reaction conditions. The materials were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction measurement (PXRD) and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 has hexacoordinate CdII ions and forms a zigzag chain‐like coordination polymer structure, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 2D square grid type structure. The thermal stability analysis reveals that 2 showed an exceptional thermal stability up to 360 °C. Also, 2 maintained its fully crystalline integrity in boiling water as confirmed by PXRD. The solid state luminescent property of 1 was not observed at room temperature. Compound 2 showed an independent high spin central CoII atom. 相似文献

Cyclization of 4‐amino‐6‐methyl‐3‐propargylmercapto‐1,2,4‐triazine‐5‐one 3 and 4‐amino‐3‐propargyl mercapto‐1,2,4‐triazole derivatives 6 were afforded 1,2,4‐triazino[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 4 and 1,2,4‐triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 7 in presence of heteropolyacids, H14[NaP5W29MoO110] and H6P2W18O60 in high yields. The coordination polymers {[Zn2(HIDC)2(tib)] · H2O}n ( 1 ) and {[Cd(HIDC)(tib)] · H2O}n ( 2 ) [H3IDC = 1H‐imidazole‐4, 5‐dicarboxylic acid, tib = 1, 3,5,‐tris(1‐imidazolyl) benzene] were obtained under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Complex 1 exhibits a two‐dimensional layer structure with a 63‐hcb topology. Complex 2 has a three‐dimensional structure with a pcu topology. It is shown that the carboxylate ligand can bear diverse structures regulated by metal ions. Additionally, the photoluminescence behaviors of complexes 1 and 2 are discussed. 相似文献

Three new lanthanide‐organic coordination polymers, {[Ln2(bpdc)2(H2O)6(NO3)] · NO3} [Ln = La ( 1 ), Ce ( 2 ), Pr ( 3 )] (H2bpdc = 2, 2′‐bipyridine‐6, 6′‐dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. A series of novel 6‐2‐methoxy‐5‐[4‐methoxy‐3‐(3‐aryl[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]oxadiazol‐6‐yl)benzyl]phenyl‐3‐aryl[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]oxadiazoles 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i , 7j has been synthesized and characterized via IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. Compounds 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i , 7j were also screened for their antibacterial activity against Gram‐positive bacteria viz. Bacillus subtilis (MTCC 441), Bacillus sphaericus (MTCC 11), and Staphylococcus aureus (MTCC 96), and Gram‐negative bacteria viz. Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MTCC 741), Klobsinella aerogenes (MTCC 39), and Chromobacterium violaceum (MTCC 2656). The antibacterial screening reveal that the presence of 2,4‐difluorophenyl ( 7e ) or 4‐nitrophenyl ( 7f ) of 2‐pyrazyl ( 7i ), or 2‐furyl ( 7j ) on the triazole moiety exhibited potent inhibitory activity comparable with the standard drug streptomycin, at the tested concentrations, and emerged as potential molecules for further development. 相似文献

New tricyclic 1,2,3‐triazolo‐1,2,4‐triazolo‐pyridazine derivatives, bearing a methyl substituent on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, were prepared as potential biological agents. N‐Methylation of dimethyl 1,2,3‐triazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate allowed synthesis of the isomeric 1‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy and 2‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy triazolo‐pyridazines 4a and 4b which, by a chlorination reaction, gave the corresponding 1‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐( 6a ), 1‐methyl‐7‐chloro‐ ( 6b ) and 2‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐ ( 9 ) substituted 1,2,3‐triazolo‐pyridazines. The nucle‐ophilic substitution with hydrazine hydrate and the suitable cyclization to form the 1,2,4‐triazole ring, provided the expected tricyclic isomeric derivatives 8a, 8b and 11 respectively. The p‐methoxybenzyl substituent, introduced as a leaving group to obtain either v‐triazolo‐pyridazine or v‐triazolo‐s‐triazolo‐pyri‐dazine derivatives unsubstituted on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, appeared inadequate. 采用水热合成法,以吡嗪-2-羧酸(2-Hpzc)、3,5-吡啶二羧酸(3,5-H_2PDA)和草酸(H_2ox)为配体,合成9种Ag-Ln配位聚合物:{[LnAg(2-pzc)_2(ox)]·H_2O}_n(Ln=Pr(1),Nd(2),Sm(3),Eu(4)),[LnAg(3,5-PDA)(ox)(H_2O)]_n(Ln=Pr(5),Nd(6)),[LnAg(3,5-PDA)(3,5-HPDA)(ox)_(0.5)(H_2O)_2]_n(Ln=Sm(7),Dy(8),Ho(9))。配位聚合物1~4是同构的,由2-pzc~-和ox~(2-)连接,而配位聚合物5~9是以3,5-PDA~(2-)和ox~(2-)为桥联配体,均呈现3D网状结构。光物理性能研究表明配位聚合物均表现出Ln(Ⅲ)的特征发射,这可归因于Ag-配体部分(d-block)的敏化作用。另外,在晶体场和Ag(1)离子4d轨道的共同作用下,Ln(Ⅲ)离子的4f轨道被调谐,使部分能级发生明显的位移,表现为相应NIR发射带的位移,在其UV-Vis-NIR吸收光谱中可以得到佐证。 相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers, namely, {[CuL(H2O)2] · 4H2O}n( 1 ), [CuL(H2O)(DMF)]n( 2 ), and [CuL(2, 2′‐bipy)(DMSO)] · DMSO ( 3 ) [H2L = 2, 2′‐(4, 6‐dinitro‐1, 3‐phenyl‐enedioxy)diacetic acid] were synthesized in different solvents (H2O, DMF, and DMSO). X‐ray single crystal diffraction studies show that both complexes 1 and 3 belong to triclinic crystal system and P$\bar{1}$ space group and complex 2 belongs to the monoclinic crystal system and P21/c space group. In three complexes, all the central CuII ions coordinate with the ligand, forming a square pyramidal configuration. Both complexes 1 and 2 show similar 1D chain‐like structure and the chains are further connected by hydrogen bonds, forming 3D frameworks. Complex 3 exhibits a 0D structure due to the introduction of the ligand 2, 2′‐bipy. In addition, the luminescence properties of these complexes were investigated. 相似文献

Three lanthanide coordination polymers incorporating 5‐hydroxyisophthalate ( L ) and phen ligands, [Eu( L )(phen)]n ( 1 ) and [Ln( L )(phen)2]n [Ln = Sm ( 2 ) and Pr ( 3 )], were synthesized. X‐ray structural analysis reveals that 1 features a (3,6)‐connected 3D rtl topology. Complexes 2 and 3 are isostructural and have 2D sheets with 63 topology. Comparison of the structural differences between 1 and 2 (or 3 ) suggests that the different metal sources play an important role in the formation of such coordination networks. Compounds 1 and 2 show photoluminescence and their emission properties are closely related to their corresponding central LnIII atoms. 相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Ni(H2O)(BDC)(bpp)]n ( 1 ) and [Co(mBDC)(bpp)]n ( 2 ) (BDC = 1,4‐benzene dicarboxylate anion; bpp = 4,4′‐trimethylene dipyridine; mBDC = 1,3‐benzene dicarboxylate anion), were synthesized by solvothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction showed that 1 consists of an inclined interpenetration of 1D nets generating an overall 3D entanglement and compound 2 of 1D chains. The luminescent and magnetic properties of both compounds in the solid state were also investigated. Crystal data: 1 : orthorhombic, Pnna; a = 18.3648(6), b = 13.6854(4), c = 16.2307(5) Å, V = 4079.3(2) Å3, and Z = 8.
