An interesting silica‐supported iron catalyst was successfully prepared and demonstrated as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for cross‐coupling reactions of aryl halides. The as‐prepared nanocatalyst was well characterized and found to be highly efficient in Heck reaction under mild and sustainable conditions (water as solvent at 80 °C in short reaction time). Furthermore, the obtained catalyst was used as an efficient, inexpensive and green heterogeneous catalyst for Sonogashira cross‐coupling reactions of various aryl iodides and provided the corresponding products with moderate to good yields. This phosphine, copper and palladium‐free catalyst was simply recovered from the reaction mixture and recycled five times without substantial decrease in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A new polystyrene‐anchored Pd(II) pyridine complex is synthesized and characterized. This Pd(II) pyridine complex behaves as a very efficient heterogeneous catalyst in the Heck reaction of methyl acrylate with aryl halides and the Sonogashira reaction of terminal alkynes with aryl halides in water. Furthermore, the catalyst shows good thermal stability and recyclability. This polymer‐supported Pd(II) catalyst could easily be recovered by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for more than five consecutive trials without a significant loss in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A palladium‐based catalyst supported on acac‐functionalized silica was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the Sonogashira cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides and phenylacetylene under copper‐ and phosphine‐free conditions. This catalytic system serves as an efficient and stable catalyst for this cross‐coupling reaction and allows easy separation and recycling of the catalyst. The catalyst could be recycled for five runs without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity. In addition, the reaction was carried out in water as a green solvent. A novel hybrid system composed of sepiolite clay and cyclodextrin nanosponge (CDNS) was prepared via reaction of Cl‐functionalized sepiolite with amine‐functionalized CDNS. CDNS–sepiolite was then applied for immobilization of Pd(0) nanoparticles. The resulting hybrid system, Pd@CDNS‐sepiolite, was characterized using various techniques and successfully used as an efficient and heterogeneous catalyst for ligand‐ and copper‐free Sonogashira and Heck coupling reactions under mild reaction conditions. Recycling experiments confirmed that Pd@CDNS‐sepiolite was recyclable and could be used for several consecutive reaction runs with slight Pd leaching and loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of ortho‐palladated [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)‐(OMe)2,3,4}(m‐Br)]2, a complex of homoveratrylamine in the copper‐free Sonogashira coupling reaction has been investigated. This complex is a catalyst that is efficient, stable and non‐sensitive to air and moisture in the Sonogashira reaction. In this homogeneous catalytic system, various aryl halides were efficiently coupled with phenylacetylene in mostly moderate to good yields in N‐methylpyrrolidone at 100 °C under copper‐free conditions. In this paper, a highly active, air‐ and moisture‐stable and easily recoverable magnetic nanoparticles tethered mesoionic carbene palladium (II) complex (MNPs‐MIC‐Pd) as nanomagnetic catalyst was successfully synthesized by a simplistic multistep synthesis under aerobic conditions using commercially available inexpensive chemicals for the first time. The synthesized MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was in‐depth characterized by numerous physicochemical techniques such as FT‐IR, ICP‐AES, FESEM, EDS, TEM, p‐XRD, XPS, TGA and BET surface area analysis. The prepared MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was used to catalyze the Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions and exhibited excellent catalytic activity for various substrates under mild reaction conditions. Moreover, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst could be easily and rapidly recovered by applying an external magnet. The recovered MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst exhibited very good catalytic activity up to ten times in Suzuki–Miyaura and five times in Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions without considerable loss of its catalytic activity. However, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst shows notable advantages such as heterogeneous nature, efficient catalytic activity, mild reaction conditions, easy magnetic work up and recyclability.  相似文献

A nano tetraimine Pd(0) complex catalyst was successfully used as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the phosphine‐free palladium‐catalysed Suzuki coupling reaction in water at 80 °C. This nano tetraimine Pd(0) complex was also used for copper‐free Sonogashira reaction in dimethylformamide at 100 °C. The catalyst was easily recovered from the reaction mixture by centrifugation and reused for at least six cycles without any significant loss in its catalytic activity. Analysis of the reaction mixture using inductively coupled plasma analysis showed that leaching of palladium from the catalyst was negligible. The reactions can be performed efficiently for aryl iodides, bromides and also chlorides. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The rapid development of nanomaterials, particularly advanced hybrid nanoparticles, has made new opportunities for the design and fabrication of high‐performance metal‐based catalysts. However, generating metal nanoparticles of desired size without aggregation is an important challenge for enhancing the catalytic activity of metal nanoparticles supported in the host matrix. In this work, a hybrid nanoporous material, namely Pd nanoparticles@N‐heterocyclic carbene@ZIF‐8, with a high internal surface area was successfully prepared using a dispersed anionic sulfonated N‐heterocyclic carbene–Pd(II) precursor inside the cavities of zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF‐8) using an impregnation approach followed by reduction with NaBH4. The anionic sulfonated N‐heterocyclic carbene was found to be a superb ligand for the stabilization of Pd nanoparticles in the pores of ZIF‐8. The resulting system was applied to the Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reaction, in which the catalyst showed high catalytic activity under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Mizoroki–Heck couplings of aryl iodides and bromides with butyl acrylate were investigated as model systems to perform transition‐metal‐catalyzed transformations in continuous‐flow mode. As a suitable ligandless catalyst system for the Mizoroki–Heck couplings both heterogeneous and homogeneous Pd catalysts (Pd/C and Pd acetate) were considered. In batch mode, full conversion with excellent selectivity for coupling was achieved applying high‐temperature microwave conditions with Pd levels as low as 10?3 mol %. In continuous‐flow mode with Pd/C as a catalyst, significant Pd leaching from the heterogeneous catalyst was observed as these Mizoroki–Heck couplings proceed by a homogeneous mechanism involving soluble Pd colloids/nanoparticles. By applying low levels of Pd acetate as homogeneous Pd precatalyst, successful continuous‐flow Mizoroki–Heck transformations were performed in a high‐temperature/pressure flow reactor. For both aryl iodides and bromides, high isolated product yields of the cinnamic esters were obtained. Mechanistic issues involving the Pd‐catalyzed Mizoroki–Heck reactions are discussed.  相似文献

A novel nanocatalyst was developed based on covalent surface functionalization of MCM‐41 with polyethyleneimine (PEI) using [3‐(2,3‐Epoxypropoxy)propyl] trimethoxysilane (EPO) as a cross‐linker. Amine functional groups on the surface of MCM‐41 were then conjugated with iodododecane to render an amphiphilic property to the catalyst. Palladium (II) was finally immobilized onto the MCM‐41@PEI‐dodecane and the resulted MCM‐41@aPEI‐Pd nanocatalyst was characterized by FT‐IR, TEM, ICP‐AES and XPS. Our designed nanocatalyst with a distinguished core‐shell structure and Pd2+ ions as catalytic centers was explored as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for Heck and oxidative boron Heck coupling reactions. In Heck coupling reaction, the catalytic activity of MCM‐41@aPEI‐Pd in the presence of triethylamine as base led to very high yields and selectivity. Meanwhile, the MCM‐41@aPEI‐Pd as the first semi‐heterogeneous palladium catalyst was examined in the C‐4 regioselective arylation of coumarin via the direct C‐H activation and the moderate to excellent yields were obtained toward different functional groups. Leaching test indicated the high stability of palladium on the surface of MCM‐41@aPEI‐Pd as it could be recycled for several runs without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

Palladium nanoparticle‐incorporated metal–organic framework MIL‐101 (Pd/MIL‐101) was successfully synthesized and characterized using X‐ray diffraction, nitrogen physisorption, X‐ray photoelectron, UV–visible and infrared spectroscopies, and transmission electron microscopy. The characterization techniques confirmed high porosity and high surface area of MIL‐101 and high stability of nano‐size palladium particles. Pd/MIL‐101 nanocomposite was investigated for the Sonogashira cross‐coupling reaction of aryl and heteroaryl bromides with various alkynes under copper‐free conditions. The reusability of the catalyst was tested for up to four cycles without any significant loss in catalytic activity. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The present work describes the use of Pd(0)‐ S‐propyl‐2‐aminobenzothioate Complex immobilized onto functionalized magnetic nanoporous MCM‐41(Fe3O4@MCM‐41@Pd‐SPATB) as efficient and recyclable nano‐organometallic catalyst for C–C bond formation between various aryl halides with phenylboronic acid (Suzuki reaction), aryl halides with triphenyltin chloride (Stille reaction), and aryl halides with n‐butyl acrylate (Heck reaction). All the reactions were carried out in PEG‐400 as green solvent with short reaction time and good to excellent yields. This catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR spectroscopy, XRD, TGA, VSM, ICP‐OES, TEM, EDX and SEM techniques. Ease of operation, high efficiency, recovery and reusability for five continuous cycles without significant loss of its catalytic activities or metal leaching are the noteworthy features of the currently employed heterogeneous catalytic system.  相似文献

An improved and eco‐friendly procedure has been developed to generate mesoporous silica‐supported palladium nanoparticles (SiO2@PdNP) that could be used as a sustainable heterogeneous Pd catalyst for phosphine‐free Suzuki–Miyaura and Heck coupling reactions with excellent turnover number and turnover frequency. The presence of Pd on the silica surface was detected by X‐ray diffraction and the structural morphology of SiO2@PdNP was obtained by transmission electron microscopy. The heterogeneous catalytic system is recyclable and leaching of the metal after the reaction is not apparently observed. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this study, a novel heterogeneous palladium catalyst was synthesized by anchoring palladium onto ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)‐coated Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic nanocomposite and used for the Suzuki and Sonogashira cross‐coupling reactions. The properties of the magnetic catalyst were characterized by FT‐IR, XRD, TEM, FE‐SEM, DLS EDX, XPS, N2 adsorption‐desorption isotherm analysis, TGA, VSM, elemental analysis and the loading level of Pd in catalyst was measured to be 0.51 mmol/g by ICP. The catalyst was used in Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides, including less reactive chlorobenzenes with phenylboronic acid without any additive or ligand under green conditions. Furthermore, we have reported this recyclable catalytic system for Sonogashira cross‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides (I, Br, Cl) under copper and ligand‐free conditions in the presence of DMF/H2O (1:2/v:v) as a solvent. The magnetic catalyst could also be separated by an external magnet and reused six times without any significant loss of activity.  相似文献

Pd(OAc)2‐catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reactions of alkynes and a variety of aryl halides with 1,3‐bis(5‐ferrocenylisoxazoline‐3‐yl)benzene as an efficient non‐phosphorus ligand under copper‐free conditions are presented. The main advantages over previous methodologies include low catalyst loading (0.2 mol% Pd(OAc)2 and 0.4 mol% ferrocenyl bisoxazoline ligand are sufficient for these coupling reactions), less problematic reaction medium (water–dimethylformamide) and more convenient operation (no requirement for nitrogen protection).  相似文献

A convenient, mild and cost‐effective synthesis of palladium nanoparticles stabilized by a mixture of natural carbohydrate beads (gum arabic and pectin) as a new bio‐organometallic catalyst is reported. Powder X‐ray diffraction, transmission and scanning electron microscopies and energy‐dispersive X‐ray and UV–visible spectroscopies were employed to characterize this supported Pd nanoparticles/gum arabic/pectin catalyst. The nanocatalyst exhibited efficient activity in Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions between various aryl halides and n ‐butyl acrylate under solvent‐free conditions. The catalyst can easily be recovered from the reaction system and reused several times with high yields. The products were obtained in short reaction times with excellent yields.  相似文献

Two types of polymer‐supported nanometal catalysts with high catalytic activity and recyclability in water have been developed. One catalyst was composed of linear polystyrene‐stabilized metal nanoparticles (PS‐MtNPs). A palladium catalyst (PS‐PdONPs) was prepared in water by the thermal decomposition of Pd(OAc)2 in the presence of polystyrene. The degree of immobilization of Pd, but not the size of the Pd nanoparticles, was dependent on the molecular weight and cross‐linking of the polystyrene. The PS‐PdONPs exhibited high catalytic activity for Suzuki, Heck, and Sonogashira coupling reactions in water and they could be recycled without loss of activity. Linear polystyrene was also suitable as a stabilizer for in situ generated PdNPs and PtNPs. The second catalyst was a polyion complex that was composed of poly[4‐chloromethylstyrene‐co‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)tributylammonium chloride] and poly(acrylic acid)‐stabilized PdNPs (PIC‐PdNPs). Aggregation and redispersion of PIC‐PdNPs were easily controlled by adjusting the pH value of the solution.  相似文献
