An efficient synthesis ofα-D-GlcpNAc-(1→2)-[α-D-ManpNAc-(1→3)-]α-L-Rhap-(1→2)-α-L-Rhap-(1→3)-α-L-Rhap(1), the repeating unit of the O10 antigen from Acinetobacter baumannii was achieved via sequential assembly of the building blocks,p- methoxylphenyl 2,4-di-O-benzoyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2);2-O-allyloxycarbonyl-3,4-di-O-bcnzoyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl tri- chloroacetimidate(3);4-methoxylphenyl 3-O-allyloxycarbonyl-4-O-benzoyl-α-L-rhanmopyranoside(4);2-azido-3-O-benzoyl-2- deoxy-4,6-O-isopropylidene-α-D-mannopyranosyl trichloroacetirnidatc(5);2-azido-3,4,6-tri-O-benzoyl-2-deoxy-α,β-D-glucopyr- ano syl trichloroacetimidatc(6).The total yield of 1 from 4 was 4.7%.  相似文献

Using density functional theory (DFT), we have systematically calculated the equilibrium geometries, electronic structure, and electron detachment energies of Al(BH(4))(n=1→4) and Al(BF(4))(n=1→4) at the B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p) level of theory. The electron affinities of Al(BH(4))(n) not only exhibit odd-even alternation, just as seen in (BH(4))(n), but also, for n = 3 and 4, show a remarkable behavior: whereas the electron affinities of BH(3) and BH(4) are, respectively, 0.06 and 3.17 eV, those of Al(BH(4))(3) and Al(BH(4))(4) are 0.71 and 5.56 eV. Results where H is replaced by F are also very different. The electron affinities of BF(3) and BF(4) are, respectively, -0.44 and +6.86 eV, and those of Al(BF(4))(3) and Al(BF(4))(4) are 1.82 and 8.86 eV. The results demonstrate not only marked difference when H is replaced by F but also substantially enhanced electron affinities by almost 2 eV when BH(4) and BF(4) units are allowed decorate a metal atom, confirming the recently observed hyperhalogen behavior of superhalogen building blocks.  相似文献

Abstract

4-Nitrophenyl 2,3-O-isopropylidine-α-D-mannopyranoside 2 was condensed with O-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-mannopyranosyl)-(1→2)-3,4,6-tri-O-acetyl-α-D-mannopyranosyl bromide 1 and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-mannopyranosyl bromide 11 in the presence of mercuric cyanide. Products were deprotected to yield, respectively, 4-nitrophenyl O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→6)-α-D-mannopyranoside 6 and 4-nitrophenyl O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→6)-α-D-mannopyranoside 14. The 4-nitrophenyl group of 6 was reduced to give title trisaccharide. Bromide 1 was also condensed with methyl 2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-α-D-manopyranoside 3 in the presence of silver trifluoromethanesulfonate and tetramethylurea to give protected trisaccharide derivative which was deprotected to furnish, methyl O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→6)-α-D-mannopyranoside 10. The identities of all protected and deprotected compounds were supported by 1H and 13C NMR spectral data.  相似文献

A pentasaccharide, the major repeating unit of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of the nitrogen fixing bacterium Acetobacter diazotrophicus PAL 5 was efficiently synthesized as its allyl glycoside using a regio- and stereo-selective strategy. The key acceptor, allyl 3-O-acetyl-4-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (3), was prepared by selective 3-O-acetylation of allyl 4-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranoside. Condensation of 3 with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-α-d-glucopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate furnished the disaccharide 5. Deallylation and subsequent trichloroacetimidation of 5 afforded 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-3-O-acetyl-4-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate (10). Selective 3-O-glycosylation of allyl α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1) with 10 followed by benzoylation gave trisaccharide (12), which could be conveniently converted to a donor (14). Condensation of 14 with allyl 3,4-di-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (15) gave tetrasaccharide 16. Selective deacetylation of 16 gave the acceptor 17 which was ribosylated to furnish the protected pentasaccharide, and finally deprotection led to the title compound.  相似文献

Synthesis of three tetrasaccharides, namely, 0-α-L-fucopyranosyl-(1→3)-0-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→3)-0-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranose (7), 0-α-L-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-0-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→3)-0-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-D-glucopyranose (9), and 0-α-L-fucopyransoyl-(1→3)-0-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyransoyl)-(1→6)-0-(β-D-galactopyranosyl)-(1→4)-D-glucopyranose (15) has been described. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations are performed for a representative set of low-energy structures of C60-n Si n heterofullerenes (n = 1, 2, 6, 12, 20, 24, 30) to investigate the effect of silicon doping on the electron structure of fullerene. The results show that chemical shielding (CS) parameters are so sensitive to the structural distortion made by outwardly relaxing silicon doped atoms from the fullerene surface which results in puckered Si-doped rings. As a result, the chemical shifts of the nearest carbon sites of silicon atoms considerably shift to downfield. Our survey shows that those first neighbors of silicon atoms which have minor 13C chemical shift belong to normal (un-puckered) rings. Meanwhile, the chemical shielding anisotropy (Δσ) parameter detects the effects of dopant so that Δσ values of the carbon atoms which are contributed to the Si–C bond are mainly larger than the others. Compensation between diatropic and paratropic ring currents lead to less negative NICS values at cage centers of Si-doped fullerenes than that of C60 except C58Si2-b and C54Si6-b in which more negative NICS values may be attributed to more spherical geometries of their carbon cages.  相似文献

We test several binning techniques to obtain mode-specific final-state distributions for polyatomic reactions. Normal mode analysis is done after an exact transformation to the Eckart frame. Standard histogram binning (HB) and three different variants of the energy-based Gaussian binning (1GB) are employed to obtain the probabilities of the vibrational states. We consider the two major issues of the polyatomic quasiclassical product analysis, i.e., (1) rounding the classical action to the nearest integer can result in unphysical states and (2) the normal-mode analysis can break down for highly distorted geometries. We show that 1GB can handle issue 1 when the total vibrational energy is evaluated in the normal mode space using the harmonic approximation and both issues 1 and 2 can be solved when the total vibrational energy is calculated exactly in the Cartesian space. We found that anharmonicity in the quantized energy levels does not have a significant effect on the final-state distributions. Quasiclassical trajectory calculations are performed for the reactant ground-state and bending-excited Cl((2)P(3/2)) + CH(4)(v(4/2) = 0, 1) → H + CH(3)Cl reactions using an ab initio potential energy surface. The product analysis techniques are successfully applied to the CH(3)Cl product molecules and some qualitative features of the results are discussed.  相似文献

We have explored the structures and stabilities of AuXe n Z (n = 1–3, Z = ?1, 0, +1) cluster series at CCSD(T) theoretical level. The mono-anion, di-anion and tri-anion of dicyanodihydrofullerene [C60(CN)2] have been generated and monitored with a thin-layer spectro-electrochemical cell. The characteristic NIR absorption bands are found to be at 1019, 875 as well as at 744, and 691 nm for C60(CN)2, C60(CN)22− and C60(CN)23−, respectively. Density functional theory calculations indicate that these anions exhibit no Jahn–Teller effect and possess charge distributions and shape distortions that are different from C60n(n=1,2,3) upon negative charge addition.  相似文献

Propyl O-(α-L-rhamncpyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rham-nopyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside (1), the tetrasac-charide moiety of Tricolorin A, was synthesized in total 23 steps with a longest linear sequence of 10 steps, and overall yield of 3.7% from D-Glucose. A calculation has been made by the method of molecular mechanics, using the MM2 program, of a number of stereomeres of 1,5,6,7(H)- and 1,5,6,7(H)-guai-11(13)-en-6,12-olides. The possibilities of the adoption by the seven-membered ring of particular conformations according to the type of its linkage with the 5-membered carbocycle have been considered. Questions of the influence of the orientation of the Me groups on the degree of distortion of the conformation of the seven-membered ring from the ideal and the relative stabilities of the various conformers are discussed.A. Quantum chemical computations and study of IR spectra of systems Ni4 + CH4, Ni4 + H2O, and Ni4 +H2O are performed. The results are discussed conjointly with analogous data for products of reactions with Ni n (n=1–3). It is shown that formation of complexes with either hydrogen atoms or CH3 and OH radicals in a bridged position is characteristic of these systems. It is essential that the ground state of the nickel frame formed in Ni4 systems has the form of a flat rhombus, which is different from the main isomer form of Ni4 having pyramidal structure.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of NeuAcα-(2→3)-Galβ-(1→3)-[NeuAcα-(2→6)]-GalNAcα1- O-(Z)-Serine (N-protected MUC II oligosaccharide–serine, 14) by a chemoenzymatic strategy is described. The enzymatic reaction of GalNAcα1- O-(Z)-Ser- OAll 7 with pNP-β-Gal in the presence of recombinant β1,3-galactosidase from Bacillus circulans gave Galβ-(1→3)-GalNAcα1- O-(Z)-Ser- OAll 3 in 68%. The introduction of two sialic acids into 3 was accomplished by a stepwise method. The branched Galβ-(1→3)-[NeuAcα-(2→6)]-GalNAcα1- O-(Z)-Ser- OAll 11 was constructed by a chemical method. Sialylation at the C-3 position of the terminal Gal residue on Galβ-(1→3)-[NeuAcα-(2→6)]-GalNAcα1- O-(Z)-Serine 2 using α2,3-(O)-sialyltransferase from rat liver gave a target compound 14 in a practical yield.  相似文献

Three isomeric molecular clefts: 3,3'-bis(pyridine-n-carboxy) lithocholic acid 1,2-ethanediol diesters (n = 2–4) 1–3 have been synthesized and their structures ascertained by 1H, 13C NMR and MALDI TOF MS. Their complex formation with Ag+-cation (added as AgO3 SCF3) have been investigated by means of NMR and molecular orbital calculations. The coordination behaviour of the silver(I) cation is dependent on the isomerism of the pyridine-n-carboxy moiety. In 1 (pyridine-2-carboxylato = picolinato) both NMR and theoretical calculations strongly suggest that the coordination occurs with the lone electron pairs of the pyridine nitrogen and carbonyl oxygen in both of the arms of the molecular cleft separately. In 2 and 3 (pyridine-3-carboxylato = nicotinato and pyridine-4-carboxylato = isonicotinato) where the distance between the pyridine nitrogen and carbonyl oxygen is too large to allow the same type of coordination as in 1, 3-complexation with the pyridine ring and carbonyl oxygen of the different arms of the molecular cleft simultaneously is suggested by molecular orbital calculations and supported also by NMR. No Ag+-cation coordination was observed with the 1,2-ethanediol oxygens in 1–3.  相似文献

The reaction between the HO radical and (H2O)n (n?=?1, 3) clusters has been investigated employing high-level quantum mechanical calculations using DFT-BH&HLYP, QCISD, and CCSD(T) theoretical approaches in connection with the 6-311?+?G(2df,2p), aug-cc-pVTZ, and aug-cc-pVQZ basis sets. The rate constants have also been calculated and the tunneling effects have been studied by means of time?Cdependent wavepacket calculations, performed using the Quantum?CReaction Path Hamiltonian method. According to the findings of previously reported theoretical works, the reaction between HO and H2O begins with the formation of a pre-reactive complex that is formed before the transition state, the formation of a post-reactive complex, and the release of the products. The reaction between HO and (H2O)2 also begins with the formation of a pre-reactive complex, which dissociates into H2O??HO?+?H2O. The reaction between HO and (H2O)3 is much more complex. The hydroxyl radical adds to the water trimer, and then it occurs a geometrical rearrangement in the pre-reactive hydrogen-bonded complex region, before the transition state. The reaction between hydroxyl radical and water trimer is computed to be much faster than the reaction between hydroxyl radical and a single water molecule, and, in both cases, the tunneling effects are very important mainly at low temperatures. A prediction of the atmospheric concentration of the hydrogen-bonded complexes studied in this work is also reported.  相似文献
