The special relativity is the foundation for many branches of modern physics, of which the theoretical results are far beyond our daily experience and hard to realized in kinematic experiments. However, its outcomes could be demonstrated by making use of the convenient substitute, i.e., the squeezed light in the present paper. The squeezed light is very important in the field of quantum optics, and the corresponding transformation can be regarded as the coherent state of SU(1,1). In this paper, the connection between the squeezed operator and the Lorentz boost is built under certain conditions. Furthermore, the additional law of relativistic velocities and the angle of the Wigner rotation are deduced as well.  相似文献

We report the experimental generation of a squeezed vacuum at frequencies ranging from 2.5 kHz to 200 kHz that is resonant on the cesium D2 line by using a below-threshold optical parametric oscillator(OPO). The OPO is based on a periodically-poled KTiOPO_4(PPKTP) crystal that is pumped using a bow-tie four-mirror ring frequency doubler. The phase of the squeezed light is controlled using a quantum noise locking technique. At a pump power of 115 mW, maximum quadrature phase squeezing of 3.5 d B and anti-squeezing of 7.5 d B are detected using a home-made balanced homodyne detector. This squeezed vacuum at an atomic transition in the kilohertz range is an ideal quantum source for quantum metrology of enhancing measurement precision, especially for ultra-sensitive measurement of weak magnetic fields when using a Cs atomic magnetometer in the audio frequency range.  相似文献

This paper presents a realistic scheme for the teleportation of coherent states in which a two-mode squeezed vacuum state serves as the quantum channel and the position-sum and momentum-difference of two local modes serve as the measuring observables. The average fidelity of the teleportation of coherent states is derived for finite squeezing parameters and it turns out that fidelity greater than 1/2 cannot be achieved by using a classical channel alone and the probability distribution of the measurement result is a Gaussian distribution around the unknown parameter of the input coherent state with a width given by the squeezing parameter.  相似文献

We introduce quasiprobabilities based on the so-called squeezed states to represent the density operator of an oscillator. Such representations become especially useful for oscillators designed to display, strong excitation notwithstanding, pronounced quantum features such as squeezing of the quantum fluctuations of certain observables below the limit characteristic of coherent states.  相似文献

光场的量子存储不仅是构建量子计算机的重要基础,而且是实现量子中继和远距离量子通信的核心部分.由于存在不可避免的光学损耗,光学参量放大器产生的压缩真空态光场将变为压缩热态光场,不再是最小不确定态.因此,压缩热态光场的量子存储是实现量子互联网的关键.在原子系综中利用电磁诱导透明机制能够实现量子态在光场正交分量和原子自旋波之间的相互映射,即受控量子存储.本文根据量子存储的保真度边界,研究了实现压缩热态光场量子存储的条件.量子存储的保真度边界是通过经典手段能够达到的最大保真度,当保真度大于该边界时,就实现了量子存储.通过数值计算分析了不同情况下压缩热态光场的量子存储保真度边界,以及存储保真度随存储效率的变化关系,得到了实现量子存储的条件,为连续变量量子存储实验设计提供了直接参考.  相似文献

Effects of photon addition on the quantum nonlocality of squeezed entangled coherent states for Bell-inequality tests are studied theoretically. By utilizing the method of photon-parity measurement, it is found that photon addition can always increase the degrees of Bell violations within a certain parameter range. This paper investigates an analytical expression of teleportation fidelity in the teleportation scheme of a single mode of electromagnetic field.The fidelity between the original squeezed coherent state and the teleported one is expressed in terms of the squeezing parameter r and the quantum channel parameter(two-mode squeezed state) p.The results of analysis show that the fidelity increases with the increase of the quantum channel parameter p,while the fidelity decreases with the increase of the squeezing parameter r of the squeezed state.Thus the coherent state(r = 0) is the best quantum signal for continuous variable quantum teleportation once the quantum channel is built.  相似文献

This paper investigates an analytical expression of teleportation fidelity in the teleportation scheme of a single mode of electromagnetic field. The fidelity between the original squeezed coherent state and the teleported one is expressed in terms of the squeezing parameter r and the quantum channel parameter (two-mode squeezed state) p. The results of analysis show that the fidelity increases with the increase of the quantum channel parameter p, while the fidelity decreases with the increase of the squeezing parameter r of the squeezed state. Thus the coherent state (r=0) is the best quantum signal for continuous variable quantum teleportation once the quantum channel is built.  相似文献

利用有序算符内的积分技术,给出了三参数双模压缩算符,构建了三参数双模压缩粒子数态,并且研究了该量子态的压缩效应、反聚束效应和对Cauchy-Schwartze不等式的违背.给出了量子态产生压缩效应和反聚束效应的条件,以及三参数双模压缩粒子数态的Wigner函数的解析式.讨论了参数变化和光子数变化对压缩效应、反聚束效应和Cauchy-Schwartze不等式的违背的影响.研究结果表明:随光子数的增大,压缩效应、反聚束效应和光场两模间的非经典相关性减弱;另一方面,随参数模的增大,压缩效应增强,但反聚束效应和光场两模间的非经典相关性却减弱.  相似文献

The bizarre and counterintuitive noncommutativity and nonassociativity of the relativistic composition of noncollinear velocities is attributed to the presence of the Thomas rotation. The Thomas rotation, in turn, gives rise to anonassociative group structure for the set of relativistically admissible velocities. In this paper, after a brief review on the entangled squeezed states, we produce a new class of the continuous-variabletype entangled states, namely, deformed photon-added entangled squeezed states. These states are obtained via the iterated action of the f-deformed creation operator A = f(n)aon the entangled squeezed states. In the continuation, by studying the criteria such as the degree of entanglement, quantum polarization as well as sub-Poissonian photon statistics, the twomode correlation function, one-mode and two-mode squeezing, we investigate the nonclassical behaviors of the introduced states in detail by choosing a particular f-deformation function. It is revealed that the above-mentioned physical properties can be affected and so may be tuned by justifying the excitation number, after choosing a nonlinearity function. Finally, to generate the introduced states, we propose a theoretical scheme using the nonlinear Jaynes–Cummings model.  相似文献

The properties of the field quantum entropy evolution in a system of a single-mode squeezed coherent state field interacting with a two-level atom is studied by utilizing the complete quantum theory, and we focus our attention on the discussion of the influences of field squeezing parameter $\gamma $, atomic distribution angle $\theta $ and coupling strength $g$ between the field and the atom on the properties of the evolution of field quantum entropy. The results obtained from numerical calculation indicate that the amplitude of oscillation of field quantum entropy evolution decreases with the increasing of squeezing parameter $\gamma $, and that both atomic distribution angle $\theta $ and coupling strength $g$ between the field and the atom can influence the periodicity of field quantum entropy evolution.  相似文献

The precision measurement of Doppler frequency shifts is of great significance for improving the precision of speed measurement. This paper proposes a precision measurement scheme of tiny Doppler shifts by a parametric amplification process and squeezed vacuum state. This scheme takes a parametric amplification process and squeezed vacuum state into a detection system, so that the measurement precision of tiny Doppler shifts can exceed the Cram′er–Rao bound of coherent light. Simultaneously, a simulation study is carried out on the theoretical basis, and the following results are obtained: for the signal light of Gaussian mode, when the amplification factor g = 1 and the squeezed factor r = 0.5, the measurement error of Doppler frequency shifts is 14.4% of the Cramer–Rao bound of the coherent light in our system. At the same time,when the local light mode and squeezed vacuum state mode are optimized, the measurement precision of this scheme can be further improved by ■ times, where n is the mode-order of the signal light.  相似文献

For the beam splitter attack strategy against quantum key distribution using two-mode squeezed states, the analytical expression of the optimal beam splitter parameter is provided in this paper by applying the Shannon information theory. The theoretical secret information rate after error correction and privacy amplification is given in terms of the squeezed parameter and channel parameters. The results show that the two-mode squeezed state quantum key distribution is secure against an optimal beam splitter attack.  相似文献

Degenerate parametric amplification accompanied by dissipation is analyzed within the canonical operator formalism for quantum dissipative systems named non-equilibrium thermo field dynamics. The vacuum of the system is subject to both dissipation and breaking of phase symmetry due to squeezing. The annihilation-creation operators for the vacuum are derived and the structure of the vacuum is examined. The effects of dissipation on squeezing and uncertainty relation are estimated.  相似文献
