Ce-substituted barium ferrite with chemical composition BaCe0.05Fe11.95O19 has been prepared by the citrate sol-gel method. The phase composition of BaCe0.05Fe11.95O19 was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction analysis (XRD). The complex permittivity and complex permeability, microwave absorption properties of the resulting powder were measured by the transmission/reflection coaxial line method in the range of 8-13 GHz. The results show that the resulting powder has a minimum reflection loss value of - 37.4 dB at 12.8 GHz with a matching thickness of 3.5 mm.  相似文献

Barium ferrite(Ba M) thin films are deposited on platinum coated silicon wafers by pulsed laser deposition(PLD).The effects of deposition substrate temperature on the microstructure,magnetic and microwave properties of Ba M thin films are investigated in detail.It is found that microstructure,magnetic and microwave properties of Ba M thin film are very sensitive to deposition substrate temperature,and excellent Ba M thin film is obtained when deposition temperature is 910℃ and oxygen pressure is 300 m Torr(1 Torr = 1.3332×10~2Pa).X-ray diffraction patterns and atomic force microscopy images show that the best thin film has perpendicular orientation and hexagonal morphology,and the crystallographic alignment degree can be calculated to be 0.94.Hysteresis loops reveal that the squareness ratio(M_r/M_s) is as high as 0.93,the saturated magnetization is 4004 Gs(1 Gs = 10~4T),and the anisotropy field is 16.5 kOe(1 Oe = 79.5775 A·m~(-1)).Ferromagnetic resonance measurements reveal that the gyromagnetic ratio is 2.8 GHz/kOe,and the ferromagnetic resonance linewith is108 Oe at 50 GHz,which means that this thin film has low microwave loss.These properties make the Ba M thin films have potential applications in microwave devices.  相似文献

The crystalline structure and magnetic properties of M-type barium ferrite doped with small amounts of MnO2 (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 wt%, respectively) have been investigated by means of XRD, SEM and VSM. The results show that the crystalline structures of barium ferrite are still M-type hexagonal structure and Mn ions are distributed homogeneously in both the grains and the grain boundaries. The saturation magnetization and magnetocrystalline anisotropy constants both reach the highest values when x=0.75 wt%. The displacement of Fe ions from 4f1 to 2b site is mainly responsible for the appearance of the maximum values.  相似文献

Series of substituted M-type hexagonal ferrite has been synthesized, and studied by means of X-ray diffraction, IR and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The samples have the formula (BaCr x Fe12?x O19) (with x = 0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0). X-ray diffraction studies prove that all samples has a single phase M-type hexagonal structure. The lattice parameters both a and c were found to be composition dependent. This observation was attributed to the atomic radii of the substituted cations. The Mössbauer spectra change from magnetically ordered (x = 0) toward magnetically ordered with strong line broadening. The broadening increases as the Cr content increase. Measurements at low temperature (80 K) restore the magnetic order. The Mössbauer parameters suggest that Cr3+ prefers to occupy the 4f2 and 2a crystal sites. IR absorption bands were observed between 1,500 and 400 cm?1, and confirm the structure in coincidence with X-ray results.  相似文献

W-type barium ferrites Ba(MnZn)0.3Co1.4R0.01Fe15.99O27 with R=Dy, Nd and Pr were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. Effects of rare-earth elements (RE) substitution on microstructural and electromagnetic properties were analyzed. The results show that a small amount of RE3+ ions can replace Fe3+ ions and adjust hyperfine parameters. An obvious increase in natural resonance frequency and high frequency relaxation, and a sharp decrease for complex permittivity have been observed. Furthermore, the matching thickness and the reflection loss (RL) of one-layer ferrite absorber were calculated. It reveals that thin and broad-band can be obtained by RE-substitution. But only when the magnetic moment of RE3+ is higher than that of Fe3+, can substitution be effective for higher RL. Dy-substituted ferrite composite has excellent microwave absorption properties. The frequency (with respect to −10 dB RL) begins from 9.9 GHz, and the bandwidth reaches far more than 8.16 GHz. The peak value is −51.92 dB at a matching thickness of 2.1 mm.  相似文献

用固相法制备了镧掺杂M型钡铁氧体(Ba1--xLaxFel2O19,x=0.0-0.6),针对不同取代量与不同温度的烧结,研究取代量和温度对钡铁氧体微结构和磁性能的影响.在烧结温度为1100-1175℃,当X=0.0-0.6时,样品主要有单一的六角M型钡铁氧体相构成.SEM表明,La离子的加入不会影响钡铁氧体微观形貌.在磁性能方面,随着La离子的增加,钡铁氧体的饱和磁化强度先增加后减小,矫顽力逐渐增加.在同一取代量下,钡铁氧体的饱和磁化强度随烧结温度升高呈现上升趋势,矫顽力随着烧结温度的升高而降低.饱和磁化强度在x=0.2,烧结温度1175℃时达到最大值62.8emu/g,矫顽力在x=0.6,烧结温度1125℃时达到最大值3911.5Oe.  相似文献

A new approach for determination of refractive index dispersion n(λ) (the real part of the complex refractive index) and thickness d of thin films of negligible absorption and weak dispersion is proposed. The calculation procedure is based on determination of the phase thickness of the film in the spectral region of measured transmittance data. All points of measured spectra are included in the calculations. Barium titanate thin films are investigated in the spectral region 0.38–0.78 μm and their n(λ) and d are calculated. The approach is validated using Swanepoel’s method and it is found to be applicable for relatively thin films when measured transmittance spectra have one minimum and one maximum only.   相似文献

The preparation of ZnSn-substituted barium ferrite films by sputtering deposition was studied. The as-sputtered films were amorphous, and annealing at a minimum of 750 °C was required to crystallize the films, based on the X-ray diffraction analysis and the magnetic measurements. Scanning electron microscopy combined with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopic microanalysis confirmed that the films were single phase with the composition BaZnxSnxFe12−2xO19, x=0.2−0.3, and their thicknesses were 0.4-1.0 μm when annealed at 750-900 °C. Atomic and magnetic force microscopy studies showed no significant grain growth upon annealing and that the films consisted of single-domain grains forming interaction-cluster-type domains. The natural ferromagnetic resonance frequency was determined at around 4 GHz, together with substantial magnetic losses that make these films promising candidates for microwave absorbers.  相似文献

Free-standing thick films of spinel ferrite, Ni0.89−xCu0.11ZnxFe2O4 with x=0.55 and 0.60, were prepared as fillers to fabricate electromagnetic composites. Compared to those made with conventional spherical fillers, the composites made with thick film fillers showed enhanced static permeability (μ0) and maximum imaginary permeability (μmax). At the same time, complex permittivity (ε′ and ε″) were almost unchanged. A relative bandwidth WR of 7–8 was achieved, which is about 75% of the theoretical maximum relative bandwidth. These composites are potential candidates as electromagnetic attenuation materials with ultrabroad absorption bandwidth in L and S bands.  相似文献

Monodisperse Mn-Zn ferrite (Mn1−xZnxFe2O4) nanospheres have been prepared via a simple solvothermal method. The as-synthesized samples were characterized in detail by X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), high-solution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), select area electron diffraction pattern (SAED), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that a large number of the high-purity Mn1−xZnxFe2O4 nanocrystallites were synthesized and these nanocrystallites oriented aggregated to nanospheres. The dependence of magnetic properties of Mn1−xZnxFe2O4 nanospheres on the composition content x of Zn was studied. The maximum saturation magnetization value of the as-prepared sample (Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4) reached 52.4 emu g−1.  相似文献

In this article, the influences of the BaCu(B2O5) (BCB) additive on sintering behavior, structure and magnetic properties of iron deficient M-type barium ferrite Ba(CoTi)xFe11.8−2xO19 (BaM) have been investigated. It is found that the maximum sintered densities of BaM change from 86% to 94% as the BCB content varies from 1 to 4 wt%. Single-phase BaM can be detected by the XRD analysis in the sample with 3 wt% BCB sintered at 900 °C, and the microstructure is hexagonal platelets with few intragranular pores. This is attributed to the formation of the BCB liquid phase. Meanwhile, the experimental results illuminate that the CoTi ions prefer to occupy the 4f2 and 2b sites and the magnetic properties depend on the amount of CoTi-substitution. In addition, the chemical compatibility between BaM and silver paste is also investigated; it can be seen that BaM is co-fired well with the silver paste and no other second phase is observed. Especially, the 3 wt% BCB-added Ba(CoTi)0.9Fe11O19 sintered at 900 °C has good properties with the sintered density of 4.9 g/cm3, saturation magnetization of 49.7 emu/g and coercivity of 656.6 Oe. These results indicate that it is cost effective in the production of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) multilayer devices.  相似文献

Hexagonal barium ferrite (BaFe12O19) thin films were fabricated by spin coating of precursors from sol-gel methods. Different amount of citric acid was added. Weight loss and changes of chemical bonds during the heat treatment below 500 °C were recorded by thermogravity analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The morphology of the films, i.e. the amount of acicular crystallites in the film, was controlled by adjusting the quantity of citric acid. The X-ray diffraction shows that the films are c-axis oriented, but the crystallization is less perfect with the increase of the citric acid. With the increase of the citric acid, the percentage of the acicular crystallites increased. At the same time, the coercivity force increased. The acicular crystallites were not exchange-coupled to the platelet crystallites. The citric acid was understood to form complex with iron ions and accelerate the exothermal auto-combustion. The c-axis oriented growth of the film was thus deteriorated.  相似文献

采用真空负压灌注技术, 结合溶胶-凝胶法在多孔氧化铝模板的纳米孔洞中成功制备了平均直径为80 nm左右的Ni1- xMnxFe2O4(x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75) 纳米线阵列. XRD结果显示所制备的纳米线阵列为立方尖晶石结构, SEM和TEM的结果表明纳米线是由大量不同晶体取向的亚微晶粒联接组成. 磁测量结果显示, 随着Mn掺杂浓度的增加, 饱和磁化强度先增加而后减小, 这种变化与离子在尖晶石结构中的替代、占位变化有关. 相比于块体材料的NiFe2O4, 由于非线性磁结构比例的增加, 导致了线体NiFe2O4的饱和磁化强度降低.  相似文献

Barium ferrite thin films have been prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering on a sapphire (0 0 1) substrate at substrate temperature of 500 °C and 650 °C, respectively. The films were further annealed in air at 1000 °C for 5 h. X-ray diffraction shows that the films at the lower substrate temperatures have a good epitaxial relation with respect to the substrate, while the samples under the higher substrate temperatures have (1 0 9) planes parallel to the substrate. The remanence ratio decreases from 0.82 to 0.47 when the substrate temperature is increased. We attribute the variation of the growth direction to the enhanced vertical mobility of the deposited atoms when the substrate temperature is increased.  相似文献
