The demagnetization process for an exchange-coupled double-nanolayer system with perpendicular easy axes has been investigated within a micromagnetic model. The nucleation field, coercivity and angular distribution of the magnetization, have been obtained as functions of the thickness L of the misaligned layer, the layer with the easy axis perpendicular to the applied field. It is found that the coercivity is identical to the nucleation field only for very small L. For larger L (larger than a quarter of its Bloch wall width), the nucleation field is negative while the coercivity saturates at 0.414HK, where HK is the anisotropy field. Thus for larger L, the coercivity mechanism is self-pinning rather than pure nucleation. This self-pinning has both attributes of traditional nucleation and pinning.  相似文献

In this paper we discuss the evolution of the dark energy in the open universe under the framework of the χCDM model. It is showed that the dark energy in the open universe, which drives the universe accelerating, had strange evolution behaviors: it was in the state of negative energy and positive pressure at the early stage of evolution of the dark energy, then evolved into the phase of negative energy and negative pressure during the middle period, and evolved to have the typical features of dark energy (positive energy and negative pressure) only at the later stage.  相似文献

The domain structure of uniaxial ferroelectric lithium niobate single crystals is investigated using Raman spectroscopy mapping. The influence of doping with magnesium and poling at room temperature is studied by analysing frequency shifts at domain walls and their variations with dopant concentration and annealing conditions. It is shown that defects are stabilized at domain walls and that changes in the defect structures with Mg concentration can be probed by the shift of Raman modes. The effect of bulk viscosity on the early evolution of Universe for a spatially homogeneous and isotropic Robertson-Walker model is considered. Einstein’s field equations are solved by using ‘gamma-law’ equation of state p = (γ − 1)ρ, where the adiabatic parameter gamma (γ) depends on the scale factor of the model. The ‘gamma’ function is defined in such a way that it describes a unified solution of early evolution of the Universe for inflationary and radiation-dominated phases. The fluid has only bulk viscous term and the coefficient of bulk viscosity is taken to be proportional to some power function of the energy density. The complete general solutions have been given through three cases. For flat space, power-law as well as exponential solutions are found. The problem of how the introduction of viscosity affects the appearance of singularity, is briefly discussed in particular solutions. The deceleration parameter has a freedom to vary with the scale factor of the model, which describes the accelerating expansion of the Universe.   相似文献
