In thermal neutron induced fission of 245Cm a fine structure in mass distribution is observed in cold and “hot” fragmentation regions for light as well as for heavy fragments. The complementarity of the light and heavy fragment masses in the fine structures is discussed.  相似文献

The neutron deficient nucleus100Ag, three proton holes below and three neutron particles above the N=Z=50 shell closure at100Sn, has been identified and studied by in-beam spectroscopy. The reactions46Ti(58Ni,3pn) at 231 MeV and64Zn(40Ca,3pn) at 167 MeV of the respective58Ni and40Ca beams were used, and states up to 8.7 MeV excitation energy and spin I?20 were found in two mainγ-ray cascades forming band-like structures of even and odd parity. Large scale shell model calculations suggest predominantπg 9 2/?3 ν(d5/2,g7/2)3 andπg 9 2/?3 ν(d5/2,g7/2)2h11/2 structures with maximum spins I π = 19+ and I π =22?, respectively, for the two level sequences. The influence ofπp1/2 vs.νh11/2 excitations is discussed for low lying odd-parity levels.  相似文献

Correlations between the neutron and γ-ray emission and the kinetic energy of light charged particles (LCPs), such as protons, deuterons, tritons and alphas, from the fission of 252Cf were studied in a four parameter experiment. A ⊘ 16 cm × 5 cm liquid scintillator with n-γ discrimination and a ⊘ 10 cm × 10 cm NaI(Tl) crystal were employed to detect the neutrons and the γ rays, respectively, while a thin CsI(Tl) crystal, which had the ability to separate the LCPs, was used to determine the LCP energy. The experimental results show that for the α particle accompanied fission, the average total number of neutrons emitted per fission increases in the case of varying the alpha particle energy Eα from 7 to 11 MeV and then falls off linearly in a first approximation with increasing Eα, and the average total energy and the average total number of γ-rays per fission as well as the average γ-ray energy as functions of Eα show similar correlation features. For the hydrogen-ion accompanied fission, the correlations of the neutron and γ-ray emission with hydrogen ion (t, d and p) energy are very similar to those for the alpha-particle accompanied fission. The correlations of the neutron and γ-ray emission in the low LCP energy region, in contrast to that observed in the high LCP energy range, are called anomalies. On the basis of the results obtained by the three-point charge model and the liquid drop model calculation with shell and pairing correction, the anomalous behavior of the neutron and γ-ray emission is explained tentatively.  相似文献

The +/EC decay of the neutron deficient nuclei76,78Sr and79Y was studied employing mass separated molecular beams of SrF+ and YF2 + from the ISOLDE mass separator. The halflives of76,78Sr and79Y were measured as t1/2=8.9(3)s, 159(8)s and 14.4(15)s, respectively, and decay schemes were established for76Sr and79Y. In the78Sr decay 10 new -ray transitions were identified.  相似文献

This paper considers electrical properties of La1−xSrxCoO3−δ in terms of defect models, such as random defect model and the cluster model. Ba1?xKxBiO3 with x from 0.315 to 0.6 were successfully synthesized by molten salts method and characterized by XRD and magnetic susceptibility measurements. It is found that Ba1?xKxBiO3 powders could directly be precipitated from KOH melts. Superconductivity has been observed in all samples and the highest superconducting transition temperature was found to be Tc = 30.6 K with x = 0.4. The lattice constant linearly depended on the potassium content in accord with the equation of a = 4.3548–0.1743x, and the decrease of the mole ratio of Bi3+/Bi5+ resulted in the increase of the potassium content, which suggested the disproportionation of Bi valence.  相似文献

The elastic and thermal properties of Sr1?xYxCoO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) have been investigated, probably for the first time, by using modified rigid ion model. We present the elastic constants (C11, C12, C44) and other elastic properties like bulk modulus (B), Young's modulus (Y), shear modulus (G), Poisson's ratio (σ), Lame's parameter (μ, λ), transverse, longitudinal and average wave velocity (υt, υl and υm) and anisotropy parameter (A). Besides, we have reported the thermodynamic properties molecular force constant (f), Reststrahlen frequency (υ), cohesive energy (φ), Debye temperature (θD) and Gruneisen parameter (γ). We have also computed the variation of specific heat (C) and volume thermal expansion coefficient (α). The computed results on the elastic and thermodynamic properties are the first report on them. This model is capable of explaining the Cauchy's discrepancy, elastic and thermal properties successfully.  相似文献

The cross-sections for ~(46) Ti(n,2 n)~(45) Ti, ~(46) Ti(n,p)~(46 m+g) Sc+~(47) Ti(n,d*)~(46 m+g) Sc, ~(46)Ti(n,p)~(46 m+g) Sc, ~(47) Ti(n,p)~(47) Sc+~(48) Ti(n,d*)~(47) Sc, ~(47) Ti(n,p)~(47) Sc, ~(48) Ti(n,p)~(48) Sc+~(49) Ti(n,d*)~(48) Sc,~(48) Ti(n,p)~(48) Sc, and ~(50) Ti(n,α)~(47) Ca reactions were investigated around neutron energies of 13.5–14.8 Me V by means of the activation technique. Fast neutrons were produced by the~3 H(d,n)~4 He reaction. Neutron energies from different directions in the measurements were obtained in advance using the method of cross-section ratios for ~(90) Zr(n,2 n)~(89 m+g) Zr and ~(93) Nb(n,2 n)~(92 m) Nb reactions. The results obtained are analyzed and compared with the experimental data provided by the literature and verified nuclear data in the JEFF-3.3,CENDL-3.1, ENDF/B-VIII.0 libraries, as well as results calculated by Talys-1.9 code.  相似文献

We have investigated the structural and superconducting properties of Eu1−xPrxBaSrCu3O7−δ by X-ray diffraction analysis, AC and DC magnetization and DC resistivity measurements. The parent compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic symmetry which transforms to tetragonal symmetry at x=0.2. Superconducting transition temperature Tc decreases monotonically with increasing x which approaches zero at x=0.6. The enhancement in critical concentration xcr observed in Eu1−xPrxBa2Cu3O7−δ on replacing 50 at.% Ba by Sr is attributed to the resulting local structural changes.  相似文献

Samples of composites, in which ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is used as a matrix and quasicrystalline Al?Cu?Fe powder as a filler with 0, 1, 2, 4 and 8 vol % concentrations, are prepared. Electron microscopy studies of the sample structure are carried out. The influence of the filler on the crystallinity and temperatures of sample melting and destruction is investigated. The mechanical and tribological properties of the samples are tested. It is found that an increase in the filler content changes neither the mechanical nor thermodynamic characteristics of the material but significantly improves the tribological characteristics. The friction coefficient decreases twice at 1 vol % of the filler and the wear resistance increases by 40 times at 8 vol %. Experimental data indicate the probability of good adhesion of the filler particles to the fluoropolymer matrix. The composites under investigation may be of interest as promising materials for polymer friction bearings.  相似文献

The room-temperature ferromagnetism is observed in Zn0.98Mn0.02O nanoparticles, which is related to the host-lattice defects induced by doping Mn. The ferromagnetism in Zn0.95Mn0.05O nanoparticles can be suppressed by Mn clusters. The additional peak at 519 cm?1 is observed in Raman scattering spectra of the Zn1?xMnxO nanoparticles associated with intrinsic host-lattice defects, which become activated due to the Mn doping. The decrease in band gap and the weak intensity of absorption peak in the nanoparticles may be due to the sp–d interaction between transition metal and Zn anions.  相似文献

Photosensitive monocrystalline films Pb1 − xCdxSe (x⩽ 0.03) of low carrier concentration (n = 0.3 ÷ 4 × 1017 cm−3 have been grown by hot wall epitaxy method on cleaved (111)BaF2 or (100)KCl substrates.Photoconductive thresholds determined by spectral response measurements (at temperatures 4.2, 77 and 300 K) were in good agreement with the fundamental absorption edges and showed a large increase in the energy gap Eg with Cd content. Photoconductivity in the impurity range (hv < Eg) was observed.The temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient and the mobility between 4.2 and 300 K have been studied. Temperature freeze out of the free carriers was observed.Discussion of the carrier scattering mechanisms and impurity photoconductivity phenomena is presented.  相似文献

Precursor powders of BaCo2Fe16-xGaxO27 with 0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.8 were prepared using high-energy ball milling, and the effects of chemical composition on the structural and magnetic properties of the powders sintered at 1300 °C were investigated using x-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). XRD patterns of all samples indicated crystallization of pure BaCo2−W (BaCo2Fe16O27) hexaferrite phase. SEM measurements revealed large step-like formations with hexagonal crystallites. The magnetic data revealed small fluctuations of the saturation magnetization below the value 72.56 emu/g corresponding to the unsubstituted sample. The coercive field Hc of all samples ranged between 70 Oe and 130 Oe, indicating soft magnetic phase. Curie temperature determined from the thermomagnetic curves of the samples decreased from 485 °C at x = 0.0 down to 451 °C at x = 0.6. Also, the thermomagnetic curves revealed the presence of a minority magnetic phase with enhanced superexchange interaction, and the occurrence of complex magnetic phase transitions associated with spin reorientation transitions above room temperature.  相似文献

Results of optical and electrical properties of flash-evaporated Pb1−xHgxSe films, in the composition range 0.07 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.93, show that the alloy films are formed by alloying of PbSe and HgSe. The optical band gaps of films grown on substrates at 25 and 100°C decrease linearly from 0.20 to 0.09 eV and from 0.15 to 0.065 eV, respectively, as the Hg concentration in the films is increased from 0.07 to 0.93. Activation energy values, as obtained from conductivity measurements, suggest that between 225 and 400 K the conduction results mainly from thermally-generated charge carriers, whereas at the lower temperatures (<225 K) impurity conduction dominates. Irreversible changes in the properties of the films are observed at > 400 K.  相似文献

Y doped BiFeO3 polycrystalline ceramics were prepared by sol–gel method. Crystal structure examined by X-ray diffraction indicates that the samples were single-phase and crystallize in rhombohedral structure. An anomaly in the dielectric constant and dielectric loss in the vicinity of the antiferromagnetic Neel temperature (TN) was observed. Saturated magnetization loops were observed for all sample with saturated magnetization Ms=0.678 emu/g and remnant magnetization Mr=0.084 emu/g for x=0.3.  相似文献

In the present paper a three-body potential model (TBPM) has been employed for the analysis of dielectric behaviour of NaCl-NaBr and and KCl-KBr mixed crystals with varying compositions. The physical properties like dielectric constants ( 0 and ), optic mode frequencies ( OLO and TO), effective charge parameter (e s * ), optic mode Grüneisen parameters and strain derivatives of 0 and dielectric constants have been calculated. The results achieved in the present study are found in fairly good agreement with the available experimental data. The results obtained by previous investigators are also shown for the sake of comparison.  相似文献
