Phospholipids of the pericarp of Crataegus turkestanica have been studied and 12 classes of phospholipids have been detected, the main ones being phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol. From the epigeal part ofIris lactea two acylated C-glycosylflavones not described in the literature have been isolated. On the basis of chemical transformations, and the results of UV, IR, and NMR spectroscopy, the following structures have been established for them: substance (I) — 5-hydroxy-4',7-dimethoxyflavone 6-C-[0-(2-acetyl--L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(12)-x-acetyl--D-glycopyranoside] (diacetylembinin); substance (II) — 5-hydroxy-4',7-dimethoxyflavone 6-C-[0(2-acetyl--L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(12)-D-glycopyranoside] (acetylembinin). A significant rate enhancement was observed in the preparation of allyl and allenyl-C-glycosides from glycosyl acetate or methyl O-glycoside precursors when ultrasound irradiation was employed as an energy source. The C-glycosides were obtained in 77-96% yields in <20 min using TMSOTf as promoter. These results show that sonication provides rapid and efficient access to useful C-glycoside-based building blocks. 相似文献
