It is shown that in the iodination of N,N-dialkylamino-2-methyl-4-penten-2-ol and N,N-diethylamino-3-butene oxides the N-oxide group participates in the intramolecular cyclization of these compounds. N,N-Dialkyl-4-methyl-4-hydroxy-6-iodomethyltetrahydro-1,2-oxazine iodides were obtained by iodination of the former, whereas the latter under similar conditions gives N,N-diethyl-5-iodomethyltetrahydro-1,2-oxazolinium iodide.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 10, pp. 1340–1343, October, 1976. 相似文献

A study has been made of the reaction of phosphorus pentachloride in boiling benzene with 2-aminopyrimidines substituted at positions 4, 5, and 6. It was found that, depending on the basicity of the starting amine, reaction led to formation of phosphazo- compounds, or tetrachlorophosphopyrimidines. The formation of these compounds was confirmed by conversion of the latter into pyrimidyl-2-amidophosphoric dichloroanhydrides. 相似文献

The reaction of phosphorus pentachloride with some 3:5-disubstituted-4-nitrosopyrazoles (dimethyl, diphenyl, methyl phenyl and phenyl carbomethoxy) has been investigated. Formation of a new class of compounds, 1-chloro-4-cyano-2:3-diazabuta-1:3-dienes, is described. By treatment with ammonia and subsequent alkali-induced cyclisation these substances are converted into 5-amino-as-triazines and reactions of the latter have been investigated. 相似文献

The preparation, characterization and crystal structure of theSchiff base obtained from 1,1,1-trichloroacetylacetone and ethylenediamine is reported. The structural determination shows that the compound is 4,4(1,1-ethanediyldiimino)bis(1,1,1-trichloro-3-penten-2-one), it suggests that the electron accepting ability of the CCl3 group induces a larger + charge on the remote carbonyl. In the solid state it occurs in two different conformations and N-H ----O hydrogen bond is present.

Zusammenfassung Es wird über die Darstellung, Charakterisierung und Kristallstruktur derSchiff-Base berichtet, die aus 1,1,1-Trichloracetylaceton und Ethylendiamin erhalten wurde. Die Röntgenstrukturanalyse zeigte, daß es sich um 4,4(1,1-Ethandiyldiimino)bis(1,1,1-trichlor-3-penten-2-on) handelt. Dies impliziert, daß die Elektronacceptorfähgkeit der CCl3-Gruppe eine größere Partialladung + im entfernteren Carbonyl induziert. Die Verbindung besitzt im Kristall zwei verschiedene Konformationen. Es wurde eine N-H----O-Wasserstoff-brückenbinding festgestellt.相似文献
