Rigorous expression of the electromagnetic beam wave scattering by N circular cylindrical models is described. To check this method, comparison between exact solution and this model composed of N=24 circular cylinders is presented for a single circular conducting cylinder. Exact solution of the electromagnetic wave scattering by N dielectric cylinders is presented by using matrix formulation. To check this present method, two comparisons between exact solutions for a single circular conducting and dielectric cylinder and this model composed of N=25 circular cylinders are made. Numerical results of conducting and dielectric square cylinder has been also checked with well-known result (B.E.M). The scattering patterns and the near field distributions in space are presented for the concave, convex and dielectric circular cylinder with conducting reflector.  相似文献

基于Gross-Pitaevskii方程,运用有效化学势概念,研究了囚禁在组合势(由磁阱和三维光 晶格组成)中玻色凝聚气体在三维光晶格中的分布规律,并由此得到玻色凝聚气体的归 一化基态波函数.在取消组合势和仅取消光晶格而保留磁阱的两种情况下,运用传播子方 法求解出玻色凝聚气体密度分布的解析表达式.取消组合势后,理论计算所得到的玻色凝聚 气体聚随时间的演化规律与Greiner等的实验结果相一致.仅取消光晶格而保留磁阱时,研 究表明玻色凝聚气体的干涉模式呈现周期性的振荡行为.此外,在磁阱为各向异性的情况下 , 关键词: 玻色凝聚气体 磁阱 光晶格 干涉模式  相似文献

太赫兹(THz)波作为微波和毫米波的延伸,它所提供的通信带宽和容量远大于毫米波。在随机介质中传播时,不但会发生时域和空域的形变,介质中的粒子还会对入射波发生散射,这些都会使得脉冲信号发生衰减。根据Mie理论与随机离散分布粒子的波传播与散射理论,计算了THz波信号入射下雾滴粒子的消光系数。结合雾滴粒子谱分布,得到了雾媒质的平均体系散射特性,采用蒙特卡罗法得到了平流雾对THz信号的多重散射特性,计算了THz波段信号对平流雾的透过率与反射率,分析了THz波段信号的前向、后向散射特性随散射角的分布。结果表明,低能见度大气环境中,雾对THz波产生的吸收和衰减不容忽视。相关研究结果对THz在大气传输、通信等方面的应用具有重要意义。  相似文献

With the recursive relations of Bessel function and applying inductive approach, the consistency between the scattering coefficient formula of Debye series and that of the generalized Lorentz-Mie theory (GLMT) in the scattering of a multilayer cylinder illuminated by a laser beam is proved in detail. As an application example, rainbow phenomenon in the scattering of a two-layer cylinder is discussed by the Debye series components. It can be concluded that the radius and the refractive index of a two-layer cylinder have an effect on the twin-primary rainbow, and the high-order Debye series components which are associated with the high-order rainbows are more complex than those of a homogeneous cylinder.  相似文献

Scattering of an obliquely incident electromagnetic plane wave by an infinitely long, homogeneous, biisotropic cylinder is addressed. The ambient host medium considered is isotropic, homogeneous and dielectric-magnetic. It is observed that the constitutive coupling of the electric and the magnetic fields in the biisotropic material causes the cross-polarization component of the scattered field not to vanish even for the normal incidence case.  相似文献

By using the three-dimensional classical ensemble model, the recollision dynamics in nonsequential double ionization (NSDI) of Ar by 780-nm laser pulses at (6-1.2)×1014 W/cm2 was extensively studied. We revealed the picture of multiple-recollision in the double ionization events at the laser intensity region below the recollision-ionization threshold. Via tracing the NSDI trajectories, it was found that the contribution of these multiple-recollision events increases as the laser intensity decreases. In this low intensity region, many multiple-recollision induced NSDI trajectories occur through the doubly excited states. The decay speed of the doubly excited state decreases with the decreasing laser intensity.  相似文献

The study of the interaction of acoustic waves with cylindrical structures has numerous applications including the ultrasonic nondestructive testing of materials. In this paper, using a new mathematical model presented for the scattering of obliquely incident plane acoustic waves from a grating of immersed cylindrical shells, a detailed study of the resonant interaction of A-wave resonances originating from the shells is conducted. The nature of A-wave resonances and the effect of center-to-center distance of the shells on these resonances are examined. It is observed that this resonant interaction not only results in the splitting of A-wave resonances, but also causes an increase in resonance amplitudes. This interaction phenomenon is not seen in Rayleigh, whispering gallery and guided wave resonances. It is also shown that increasing the angle of wave incidence to the grating weakens the A-wave resonant interactions. The numerical results obtained from the mathematical model are compared to experimental results available in the literature for gratings composed of two and three aluminum shells. The numerical results are in very good agreement with their experimental counterparts.  相似文献

提出了一种采用两套超大红失谐消逝波干涉和一束蓝失谐消逝波光场来实现原子二维表面微光阱阵列和原子有效强度梯度冷却的新方案,得到了二维表面微光阱阵列的光强分布和光学势分布.研究发现,二维表面微光阱阵列中微光阱的光学势能够有效地囚禁从标准磁光阱中释放的冷原子,并且被囚禁的冷原子能在蓝失谐消逝波光场的作用下产生有效的强度梯度Sisyphus冷却,对87Rb原子而言,原子温度能被冷却到2.56μK.该方案在冷原子物理、原子光学和量子光学领域中有着广阔的应用前景. 关键词: 消逝波干涉 微光阱阵列 原子囚禁 强度梯度冷却  相似文献

A new two-dimensional (2-D) optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) scheme to increase the achievable system capacity is proposed. The code exhibits good cross-correlation property time and wavelength shift. Performances are analyzed on code size and correlation properties affecting two important system parameters, bit error rate (BER) as a function of cardinality generated and optical power transmission requirement. The proposed system can effectively suppress phase-induced intensity noise (PIIN) and has multi-access interference (MAI) cancellation property. Results in a good agreement indicate that 2-D modified double weight (MDW) offers 163.7% and 336.2% larger cardinality compare to 2-D perfect difference code (PDC) and 2-D modified quadratic congruence (MQC) code. By increasing spatial code (N) and keeps similar code length system performance can be further optimized. 2-D MDW (M = 45, N = 18) accommodates 252.2% and 18.3% cardinality increment and low effective transmitted power (Psr) at −17.9 dBm, compare to 2-D MDW (M = 247, N = 3) and (M = 84, N = 9) at 10−9 BER error floor. The architecture of the spectral/spatial MDW OCDMA system with property of MAI cancellation is presented.  相似文献

Results of theoretical studies of the interaction between optical radiation and partially ordered disperse media are reported. In terms of the amplitude-phase screen model consideration is given to the concentration effects of whitening and darkening in random close-packed systems of optically soft particles. The concentration dependence of transmission of close-packed systems of coarse particles is described with the use of a small-angle solution of the stochastic finite-difference transfer equation. The effects of coherent reirradiation occurring in close-packed monolayers of highly refracting particles are analyzed using a quasicrystalline approximation of the theory of multiple wave scattering and the radial particle distribution function obtained from a solution of the Percus-Yevick equation. This approach extended to multilayer systems is used to describe formation of forbidden photon zones in transmission spectra of one- and three-dimensional disperse systems with a high degree of ordering. Results of quantitative calculations are shown to agree well with experimental data. The possibility of using established regularities for optimization of spectral characteristics of selective elements based on spatially ordered disperse systems with different structural organization is discussed. The quasiparticle scattering interference phenomenon characterized by the peaks in the local density of states is studied within the kinetic energy driven superconducting mechanism in the presence of a single impurity. By calculation of the Fourier transformed ratio of the local density of states at opposite energy, it is shown that the quasiparticle scattering interference phenomenon can be described qualitatively by a single impurity in the kinetic energy driven homogeneous d-wave superconducting state. The amplitude of the peak increases with increasing energy at the low energy, and reaches a maximum at the intermediate energy, then diminishes to zero at the high energy. The theory also predicts that with increasing doping, the position of the peak along the nodal direction moves towards to the center of the Brillouin zone, while the position of the peak along the antinodal direction is shifted to large momentum region.  相似文献

由于雾滴的非球形、多重散射特性以及几何光学效应,光通过实际雾场的散射问题成为一个研究难点. 建立了近于实际的椭球雾滴模型,考虑光的衍射、透射及反射特性后,利用辐射传播方程得到了在不同的雾滴大小分布 及不同的雾滴形状分布下通过雾场的多重散射光强公式.在两种特例下与已有的结果较为相符,说明了方法的可靠性. 计算表明:与随机取向的非球形颗粒场的散射谱呈圆形特征不同,通过椭球形雾滴场的散射谱呈椭圆特征, 不同方位角的散射光强角分布有所差异,雾滴的形状因子越接近于1,差异越小;与单散射不同, 散射谱中的条纹随光学厚度增大逐步消失;对于不同大小分布及不同形状分布的雾滴场, 在不同方位角及不同观察角的散射光强随光学厚度τ的增加总是先增大再减小,光强的极大值位置在τ = 1.0---3.0 范围内.计算同时还表明,由于多数情况下实际雾场的雾滴大小偏差较大, 因而通过雾场的散射谱将呈现以中央亮斑为中心向四周弥散的图样.  相似文献
