In this paper, a new method named constrained parameter-splitting perturbation method for improving the solutions obtained from the parameter-splitting perturbation method is proposed for solving the problems in some extremal cases, such as the strongly nonlinear vibration of an Euler–Bernoulli cantilever. The proposed method takes the advantages of both the perturbation method and the harmonic balance method. The idea is that the solution obtained by the parameter-splitting perturbation method is substituted into the equation of motion and then the accumulative error of the equation is minimized for determining the unknown splitting parameters under the constraints constructed under the frame of harmonic balance method. The forced vibration of an oscillator with cubic geometric nonlinearity and inertia nonlinearity and the forced vibration of a planar microcantilever beam with a lumped tip mass are studied as examples to reveal the efficacy of the proposed method. The inspection of the steady-state response including its stability is conducted by means of comparing the frequency-response curves obtained by the proposed method with those obtained by the numerical continuation method and harmonic balance method, respectively, to show the efficacy and the advantages of the proposed method. Meanwhile, the nonlinear ordering effect on the solutions of the proposed method is also studied by comparing the results obtained by using different nonlinear orderings in the systems. In the last, we found through convergence examinations that it is necessary to have corrections to the erroneous solution which are obtained by harmonic balance method and Floquet theory in stability analysis.

An iterative method is proposed for a finite element approximation of three-dimensional eddy current problems. The method is based on an iterative method derived from a perturbation problem of magnetostatic problems. The TEAM model and a transformer model are considered as numerical examples. In both examples, BiConjugate Gradient (BiCG) method is applicable for the complex symmetric linear system arising in each step of the iterative procedure for a rather wide range of the perturbation parameter, and the present results seem to be suitable.  相似文献

The response analysis from hybrid uncertain structural-acoustic systems with random and interval variables (HUSAS) plays an important role in the optimal design of structural-acoustic systems. In this work, a hybrid uncertain numerical method known as the change-of-variable interval stochastic perturbation method (CVISPM) is proposed to predict the interval of the response probability density function and the response confidence interval of a HUSAS. This method is based on perturbation analysis and the change-of-variable technique. In the proposed method, the response of a HUSAS is approximated as a linear function of random variables using the stochastic perturbation analysis. According to the approximated linear relationships between the response and the random variables, the change-of-variable technique is introduced to calculate the response probability density function. Based on the response probability density function, the interval perturbation approach is used to predict the interval of the response probability density function and the response confidence interval. A numerical example of a shell structural-acoustic system with random and interval variables was employed to verify the effectiveness and precision of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a modified perturbation method is proposed to search for analytical solutions of nonlinear oscillators without possible small parameters. An artificial perturbation equation is carefully constructed by embedding an artificial parameter, which is used as expanding parameter. It reveals that various traditional perturbation techniques can be powerfully applied in this theory. Some examples, such as the Duffing equation and the van der Pol equation, are given here to illustrate its effectiveness and convenience. The results show that the obtained approximate solutions are uniformly valid on the whole solution domain, and they are suitable not only for weak nonlinear systems, but also for strongly nonlinear systems. In applying the new method, some special techniques have been emphasized for different problems.  相似文献

In existing studies, the well-known Hencky problem, i.e. the large deflection problem of axisymmetric deformation of a circular membrane subjected to uniformly distributed loads, has been analyzed generally on small-rotation-angle assumption and solved by using the common power series method. In fact, the problem studied and the method adopted may be effectively expanded to meet the needs of larger deformation. In this study, the classical Hencky problem was extended to the problem without small-rotation-angle assumption and resolved by using the perturbation idea combining with power series method. First, the governing differential equations used for the solution of stress and deflection in the perturbed system were established. Taking the load as a perturbation parameter, the stress and deflection were expanded with respect to the parameter. By substituting the expansions into the governing equations and corresponding boundary conditions, the perturbation solution of all levels were obtained, in which the zero-order perturbation solution exactly corresponds to the small-rotation-angle solution, i.e. the solution of the unperturbed system. The results indicate that if the perturbed and unperturbed systems as well as the corresponding differential equations may be distinguished, the perturbation method proposed in this study can be extended to solve other nonlinear differential equations, as long as the differential equation of unperturbed system may be obtained by letting a certain parameter be zero in the corresponding equation of perturbed system.  相似文献

提出了一种结合摄动法和L1正则化方法的随机梁式结构静力损伤识别方法。考虑初始模型误差和测量误差的影响,建立了关于随机损伤指数的控制方程,并将摄动法和L1正则化方法相结合,对随机损伤指数的控制方程进行求解,进而从概率的角度对结构的损伤进行识别。损伤试验结果表明,和传统的最小二乘求解法相比,本文方法能够更为准确地识别多处局部损伤的位置及大小,对实际结构损伤检测具有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient and robust numerical method is proposed to solve non-symmetric eigenvalue problems resulting from the spatial discretization with the finite element method of a vibroacoustic interior problem. The proposed method relies on a perturbation method. Finding the eigenvalues consists in determining zero values of a scalar that depends on angular frequency. Numerical tests show that the proposed method is not sensitive to poorly conditioned matrices resulting from the displacement–pressure formulation. Moreover, the computational times required with this method are lower than those needed with a classical technique such as, for example, the Arnoldi method.  相似文献

This paper describes a methodology for evaluation of influence of microscopic uncertainty in material properties and geometry of a microstructure on a homogenized macroscopic elastic property of an inhomogeneous material. For the analysis of the stochastic characteristics of a homogenized elastic property, the first-order perturbation method is used. In order to analyze the influence of microscopic geometrical uncertainty, the perturbation-based equivalent inclusion method is formulated. In this paper, an analytical form of the perturbation term using the equivalent inclusion method is provided.As a numerical example, macroscopic stochastic characteristics such as an expected value or variance of the homogenized elastic tensor of a unidirectional fiber reinforced plastic, which is caused by microscopic uncertainty in material properties or geometry of a microstructure, are estimated with computing the first order perturbation term of the homogenized elastic tensor. Compared the results of the proposed method with the results of the Monte-Carlo simulation, validity, effectiveness and a limitation of the perturbation-based homogenization method is investigated.  相似文献

In this study, an iterative method based on harmonic balance for the period-one rotation of parametrically excited pendulum is proposed. Based on the definition of the period-one rotating orbit, the exact form of the solution can be obtained using the Fourier series. An iterative harmonic balance process is proposed to estimate the coefficients in the exact solution form. The general formula for each iteration step is presented. The method is evaluated using two criteria, which are the system energy error and the global residual error. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the results from multiscale method and perturbation method. The numerical results obtained with the Dormand?CPrince method (ODE45 in MATLAB?) are used as the baseline of the evaluation.  相似文献

基于统一强度理论和弹?脆?塑性模型, 综合考虑围岩强度的中间主应力效应和脆性软化, 采用摄动法建立了非静水压圆形隧道塑性区半径的解析解, 继而探讨所得解析解的适用范围, 并与文献复变函数法、摄动法、数值模拟和总荷载不变法进行对比, 最后分析各因素对隧道塑性区形状和大小的影响规律. 研究结果表明: 所建立的圆形隧道塑性区半径摄动解析解为反映中间主应力效应不同程度的系列解答, 可退化为理想弹塑性模型解答且得到文献中4种方法的正确性和合理性验证, 适用于塑性区完全包围隧道的情况, 对应的隧道塑性区为双轴对称的类椭圆, 具有广泛的理论意义和工程应用价值; 摄动参数对隧道类椭圆形塑性区的大小和长/短轴变化都有明显影响; 隧道塑性区范围随中间主应力效应、围岩峰后强度参数的增加均显著减小, 说明不考虑中间主应力效应的Mohr?Coulomb强度准则解答偏保守, 弹?脆?塑性模型相比理想弹塑性模型更适合隧道塑性分析.   相似文献

基于区间效学的包含单调性和区间函效所表述的实际物理意义,把广义区间特征值问题转化为两个以非确定参效为优化变量,以关心的特征值为目标函效的全局优化问题,并采用遗传算法对优化问题求解,计算得到结构特征值的区间范围。通过效值算例对本文方法的有效性进行了验证,并和区间摄动法的计算结果进行了比较。  相似文献

This paper presents a high order symplectic conservative perturbation method for linear time-varying Hamiltonian system.Firstly,the dynamic equation of Hamiltonian system is gradually changed into a high order perturbation equation,which is solved approximately by resolving the Hamiltonian coefficient matrix into a "major component" and a "high order small quantity" and using perturbation transformation technique,then the solution to the original equation of Hamiltonian system is determined through a series of inverse transform.Because the transfer matrix determined by the method in this paper is the product of a series of exponential matrixes,the transfer matrix is a symplectic matrix;furthermore,the exponential matrices can be calculated accurately by the precise time integration method,so the method presented in this paper has fine accuracy,efficiency and stability.The examples show that the proposed method can also give good results even though a large time step is selected,and with the increase of the perturbation order,the perturbation solutions tend to exact solutions rapidly.  相似文献

航天器追逃博弈是航天器在轨捕获任务的一个重要问题,具有极高的军民两用双重价值.针对有限时间且考虑J2摄动的航天器追逃博弈问题,本文提出了一种精确的求解方法.该方法的核心思想是将有限时间的航天器追逃博弈问题建模为有限时间二人零和对策,则博弈中两航天器的最优控制策略可以转化为有限时间二人零和对策的鞍点解.在鞍点解的求解过程中,本文首先基于考虑J2摄动的非线性动力学方程,将两航天器动力学方程和始末边值条件与鞍点解必要条件结合得到两点边值问题,然后提出一种结合遗传算法和配点法的混合算法求解该两点边值问题以得到精确的鞍点解.本文利用数值仿真对所提方法的有效性进行了验证.结果表明:(i) 在航天器追逃博弈过程中,J2摄动对两航天器的最优控制策略具有较大影响;(ii) 所提方法能够精确求解出两航天器在有限时间的追逃博弈过程中的最优控制策略.  相似文献

提出应用混合摄动$\!$-$\!$-$\!$伽辽金法求解随机桁架结构的几何非线性问题.将含位移项的随机割线弹性模量以及随机响应表示为幂多项式展开,利用高阶摄动方法确定随机结构几何非线性响应的幂多项式展开的各项系数.将随机响应的各阶摄动项假定为伽辽金试函数,运用伽辽金投影对试函数系数进行求解,从而得到随机桁架结构几何非线性响应的显式表达式.同已有的随机伽辽金法相比,本文所给的试函数由摄动解的线性组合而成,在求解非线性问题时,试函数的获取具有自适应性.数值算例结果表明,对于具有不同概率分布的多随机变量问题,本文方法无需对随机变量的概率分布形式进行转换,避免了转换误差,因而比同阶的广义正交多项式方法(generalizedpolynomial chaos, GPC)计算精度高.同时,在结果精度相当时,和GPC方法相比,本文方法得到的试函数系数的非线性方程维度不大,方程的求解工作量小且更易求解.当随机量涨落较大时,混合摄动$\!$-$\!$-$\!$伽辽金法计算所得的结构响应的各阶统计矩比高阶摄动法所得结果更逼近于蒙特卡洛模拟结果,显示了该方法对几何非线性随机问题求解的有效性.   相似文献

The random eigenvalue problem arises in frequency and mode shape determination for a linear system with uncertainties in structural properties. Among several methods of characterizing this random eigenvalue problem, one computationally fast method that gives good accuracy is a weak formulation using polynomial chaos expansion (PCE). In this method, the eigenvalues and eigenvectors are expanded in PCE, and the residual is minimized by a Galerkin projection. The goals of the current work are (i) to implement this PCE-characterized random eigenvalue problem in the dynamic response calculation under random loading and (ii) to explore the computational advantages and challenges. In the proposed method, the response quantities are also expressed in PCE followed by a Galerkin projection. A numerical comparison with a perturbation method and the Monte Carlo simulation shows that when the loading has a random amplitude but deterministic frequency content, the proposed method gives more accurate results than a first-order perturbation method and a comparable accuracy as the Monte Carlo simulation in a lower computational time. However, as the frequency content of the loading becomes random, or for general random process loadings, the method loses its accuracy and computational efficiency. Issues in implementation, limitations, and further challenges are also addressed.  相似文献

In this paper, the flexural vibration analysis of moderate-thick rectangular plates with slowly varying thickness using perturbation method is described, and the explict expressions of free vibration frequencies for arbitrary thickness functions are derived. Finally, several numerical examples have been given and comparisons have been made with other proposed solution techniques. This comparison shows that the method yields very good results, so that this method may be regarded as an alternative effective method for the vibration and buckling analysis of plates and shells.  相似文献
