1H chemical shift changes of sodium 4-decyl naphthalene sulfonate (SDNS) at 313 K show that its critical micellar concentration lies between 0.82 and 0.92 mmol/dm3, which is in the same range as that of the previous study at 298 K. The spin–lattice relaxation time, spin–spin relaxation time and two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy experiments give information about the structure of the SDNS micelle and the dynamics of the molecules in the micelle. The size of the SDNS micelle remains almost unchanged in the temperature range from 298 to 313 K as deduced by analyzing the self-diffusion coefficient. Special arrangement of the naphthyl rings of SDNS in the micelles affects the packing of these hydrophobic chains. The methylene groups of the alkyl chain nearest the naphthalene groups penetrate into the aromatic region, which results in a more tightly packed hydrophobic micellar core than that of sodium dodecyl sulfonate.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers. For stereoisomers with exo-orientation of H(7), complete assignment of13C NMR signals was performed on the basis of analysis of the13C-1H coupling constants using two dimensional heteronuclear shift-correlating spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A confrgurational and conformational study of NH, N-acetyl- and N-sulfonylaziridine carboxylates is performed by1H ,13C,17O, and15N NMR spectroscopy. The 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectroscopic properties of six thallium tris-(pyrazol-1-yl)borates, including a tetrakis derivative, were determined. The results in solution were necessary to understand those, more complicated, in the solid state. A collection of 205Tl-15N and 205Tl-13C couplings was measured in the latter state. Among those, a very large coupling constant (between 194 and 282 Hz) has been measured on the carbon at the position 4 of the pyrazole ring in several compounds and particularly for the cyclobutyl derivative [Tl(TpCbu)]. It has been assigned to a direct interaction of the 4-C-H ? Tl type and related to the X-ray structures, when available.  相似文献

The 1HNMR spectra of gemini cationic surfactant 1,3‐Propane diaminium N, N‐didodecyl‐2‐hydrxyl‐N,N,N′N′‐tetramethyl‐dichloride (ClC12H25‐(CH3)2N‐CH2CH(OH) CH2N(CH3)2 C12H25 Cl), abbreviated to GC12NCl solutions were determined in the presence of toluene, phenyl ethane, benzyl alcohol, or 2‐phenylethanol. Based on observations, probable solubilization sites of the substrate molecule within the micelles are discussed. The examined results indicate that the polarity of aromatic solutes affects their solubilization site in the micelle solution. The methylene in long chain of GC12NCl shows a single signal in the presence of toluene and phenyl ethane, however, when benzyl alcohol or 2‐phenylethanol is in existence, the peak of ethylenes in long chain Gemini surfactant splits into an upfield signal and a downfield signal in the solubilization system with enhancement of molar ratio of aromatic solutes to the sufactant. The addition of benzyl alcohol and 2‐phenylethanol causes a downfield shift of the methyl signal, the other signal were up field shifted by the addition of the phenyl derivatives. From the dependence of chemical shifts of GC12NCl on solubilizate concentration, it is ascertained that at low solubilizate contents the aromatic solutes are solubilized by adsorption at the micelle‐water interface. With further addition of aromatic solutes, the solubilization site of the solubilizate varied gradually from the mantle of the surfactant micelle to its inner core.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of series of 1-aryl-1,4-dihydro-3(2H)-isoquinolinones (1-7) have been determined. Lactame heterocyclic ring possesses more or less deformed boat conformation in all examined structures. The aryl substituent adopts the equatorial position in the structures 1-3 and the axial one in 5-7. In the structure of 4, due to extremely flattened heterocyclic ring, aryl substituent location can be named as bisectional. In all solved structures the molecules are joined into the dimers via two N-H?O hydrogen bonds. At the same time, 1H NMR studies in DMSO-d6 solutions were accomplished and profound analysis of 2J, 3J, and 5J coupling constants have shown that in isoquinolinone system the heterocyclic ring adopts the boat conformation in all investigated compounds. The stereochemical orientations of the phenyl ring at C1 do not depend on the nature of the substituent but, exclusively, on the mode of substitution. However, three forms of undulated laktam heterocyclic ring conformation in respect of 1-aryl substituent positions were confirmed by calculation (conformational analysis).  相似文献

Three solids of composition SiO2, AlPO4 and 20∶80 mol/mol AlPO4/SiO2, respectively, were synthesized. Their textural properties were examined and1H MAS NMR spectroscopy was used to characterize their surface OH groups. The results reveal that the solids are amorphous and texturally suitable for use as catalysts.  相似文献

Reaction of [AuIII(C6F5)3(tht)] with RaaiR′ in dichloromethane medium leads to [AuIII(C6F5)3 (RaaiR′)] [RaaiR′=p-R-C6H4-N=N-C3H2-NN-l-R′, (1-3), R = H (a), Me (b), Cl (c) and R′= Me (1), CH2CH3 (2), CH2Ph (3), tht is tetrahydrothiophen]. The nine new complexes are characterised by ES/MS as well as FAB, IR and multinuclear NMR (1H,13C,19F) spectroscopic studies. In addition to dimensional NMR studies as1H,1H COSY and1H13C HMQC permit complete assignment of the complexes in the solution phase.  相似文献

Various kinds of aluminum species in dealuminated mordenite were investigated in detail, and the quadrupole coupling constants (QCCs) for aluminum atoms associated with these species were obtained by means of the newly introduced1H/27 AI TRAPWR method as well as27Al magic angle spinning (MAS) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). QCC values of 11.3, 15.3, 13.3 and (14.0± 0.6) MHz were determined from the TRAPDOR profiles for Lewis acid sites, Bronsted acid sites (SiOHAl) and two kinds of non-framework aluminum species Al(OH) n , respectively. The source of the “invisible Al” is discussed on the basis of the NMR experimental results.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-, 3-, and 4-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridines with methyl iodide afford the corresponding quaternary salts. Analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra showed that the quaternization of the nitrogen atom considerably enhances the -acceptor effect of the pyridine ring on the pyrrole ring and on the vinyl group. 1-Methyl-2-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridinium iodide contains no weak intramolecular C--H...N hydrogen bond present in the starting compound.  相似文献

Summary Unambiguous1H and13C NMR assignments for 4(3H)-quinazolinones1–6 and their corresponding 4-thiones7–12 have been made. This resulted in the revision of the previous assignments for the two benzenoid carbons (C-5 and C-8) of quinazolinones1,2,4, and5. Thionation of the nucleophilic amides1–6 has been found to cause a distinct change in the13C chemical shift of particularly C-4, but also of those of C-4a, C-5, and C-8a. One-bond and several long range heteronuclear coupling constants for the compounds have also been measured.

Zusammenfassung Die1H- und13C-NMR-Spektren der 4(3H)-Chinazolinone1–6 und ihrer entsprechenden 4-Thione7–12 wurden zugeordnet. Dabei zeigte sich, daß eine frühere Zuordnung der beiden benzoiden Kohlenstoffe (C-5 und C-8) der Chinazolinone1,2,4 und5 falsch war. Ersatz des Sauerstoffs durch Schwefel in den nukleophilen Amiden1–6 führt insbesondere für C-4, aber auch für C-4a, C-5 und C-8a zu einer deutlichen Änderung der chemischen Verschiebung. Heteronukleare Kopplungskonstanten über eine und über mehrere Bindungen wurden bestimmt.

The interaction oftert-butyl chloride with aluminum bromide in methylene dibromide at −30°C leads to the formation of two types of adducts, which give signals with δ 2.4 and 3.2 in the1H NMR spectra in addition to that of free alkyl halide. these signals are attributed to a polarized complex (PC) and ion pair (IP), respectively. An excess of AlBr3 shifts the equilibria toward IP. The latter contains more AlBr3 than the polarized complex. Based on the spectral data, we calculated the limiting values of some equilibrium constants. The ability of AlBr3 to solvate counterions is consistent with the results of isobutylene polymerization under the action of the initiating ButCl−AlBr3 system at different ratios of the starting concentrations [AlBr3]0/[ButCl]0. An increase in this ratio results in both the acceleration of polymerization and an increase in the relative role of chain transfer reactions. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 3-Methylfurazans with nitrogen-containing substituents at position 4 were studied by 1H, 13C, and 14N NMR spectroscopy. A correlation between the chemical shifts in 13C NMR spectra of these furazans and monosubstituted benzenes with the same substituents was found. 1H NMR and IR spectroscopies were used to investigate the temperature-induced phase transition behaviour of poly(N-isopropylmethacrylamide-co-sodium methacrylate) [P(IPMAAm/MNa)] copolymers, containing in aqueous solutions negatively charged MNa units (i = 1-10 mol%), and the obtained results were compared with those obtained for poly(N-isopropylmethacrylamide) (PIPMAAm) homopolymer. For PIPMAAm/H2O solution, IR spectra indicate that the transition temperatures for the hydrophilic CO groups are slightly higher (by ∼ 2 K) in comparison with hydrophobic CH3 groups. The decreasing values of phase-separated fraction pmax and the decrescent hysteresis during gradual heating and cooling, both with increasing content of MNa units i in the copolymer, show that for copolymers with i ? 5 mol% the globular-like structures formed at temperatures above the respective LCST are rather porous and disordered with relatively low degree of polymer-polymer hydrogen bonding. While for P(IPMAAm/MNa) copolymers with i ? 5 mol% most water molecules are expelled from globular structures, for i < 5 mol% a certain portion of water (HDO) molecules is rather tightly bound in globular structures; at the same time no releasing process was detected for the bound water even for 90 h.  相似文献

The 13C and 1H NMR spectra of the four possible thiolactams of sparteine (1) were recorded and the thiolactam group effects were determined. Most of the effects are greater than those of the lactam group in the oxo analogs. A good linear correlation between the 13C chemical shifts of CS and those of CO was found. The effects could help in assignment of the spectra and determination of conformation of thiolactams and related thiocarbonyl compounds.  相似文献

The complex bis-(N,N-dimethyl-1,2-ethanediamine) nickel(II) perchlorate undergoes a first-order thermochromic phase transition at ca. 476 K, changing its color from orange to red. The room temperature X-ray crystal structure determination showed that the nickel ion possesses a square-planar geometry with two five membered chelate rings, in the δλ conformation, forming the NiN4 chromophore. The broad-line 1H NMR indicates the onset of a dynamic disorder of diamine chelate rings at the phase transition temperature region, while T1 measurement of 1H affords the activation energy of the puckering metal chelate rings to be 26 kJ mol−1. The electronic spectrum revealed that a weakening of ligand field around the nickel is associated with the phase transition.  相似文献

The two octahedral complexes SnCl4·2(O)PF(NR2)2 (R = Me or Et) were prepared from reaction of SnCl4 with the ligand (R2N)2P(O)F in anhydrous CHCl3. The new adducts have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and multinuclear (119Sn, 31P, 19F, and 1H) NMR spectroscopy. The NMR data show that the adducts exist in solution as a mixture of cis and trans isomers with markedly different proportions. When compared with previously described hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) and trimethylphosphate (TMPA) analogues, our results indicate that the cis isomer is the predominant species in solution. Low temperature 31P and 119Sn NMR spectra show that the compounds partially dissociate in dichloromethane.  相似文献

The quality of medicinal herbs and their products is steadily becoming important in tandem with growing interest in complementary alternative medicine for treatment of diseases. Chemical assays with bioactive secondary compounds are usually used for chemical standardization in herbs for quality control purpose. In this study, an analytical platform comprising of a GC-MS technique with an unsupervised multivariate analysis and a complementary one-dimensional 1H NMR technique was used to obtain the primary metabolite profiling of Scutellaria baicalensis obtained from different medical halls in Singapore. The key primary metabolites such as sucrose, proline, phenylalanine, fructose, and butanedioic acid for the biosynthesis of bioactive secondary metabolites in this medicinal herb were successfully characterized by the combination of the chromatography and spectroscopy techniques. Their results suggested that these compounds could serve as markers for quality control of the herb. The principal component analyses of the GC-MS data reliably discriminated between the various Scutellaria samples indicating that the developed platform was comprehensive and was applicable to assess the quality of other medicinal herbs.  相似文献

A series of substituted 4,9a-diaryl-9,9a-dihydro-1H-[1,4]thiazino[4,3-a][1,3]benzimidazoles was prepared in good yields from the reaction of bis(aroylmethyl) sulfides with ortho-phenylenediamine in glacial acetic acid under reflux and under microwave irradiation. Microwave irradiation is found to accelerate the reaction, besides giving better yield in the case of the thiazinobenzimidazoles with electron-withdrawing groups in the aryl rings than the thermal reaction.  相似文献
