从能量函数出发,用统计学方法建立了统计三级截值模型,克服了用光学技术实现Hopfield模型时难以表示其高动态范围互连权重的弱点。与光学中通常采用的模型相比,统计三级截值模型提高了网络的存储容量和寻址能力。  相似文献

为提高弯月透镜表面的膜厚均匀性,对三级公自转行星系统中弯月透镜表面进行了膜厚均匀性的研究。构建了三级公自转行星盘的运动轨迹方程,并根据膜厚计算公式,建立了与三级盘倾角、公转半径有关的弯月透镜表面相对膜厚分布模型,采用电子束蒸发和离子束辅助沉积技术对分布模型进行了实验验证。此外,根据多次实验结果优化三级公自转行星系统结构参数,以提高弯月透镜表面的膜厚均匀性。实验结果表明,在未使用修正挡板技术的情况下,当公转半径为650 mm、倾角为60°时,可将弯月透镜凸面表面膜厚均匀性控制在±2.45%以内。  相似文献

本文指出,由Feynman,Vernon和Hellwarth建立的二能级系统的光学Rabi进动模型,不仅可以推广应用于双光子共振相干作用过程的讨论,也能推广应用到三光子共振相干作用过程。利用此模型和绝热跟随近似,得到了在强场和(或)共振条件下不同于微扰论结果的三级极化公式。讨论了三级共振非线性效应中出现饱和的问题。 关键词:  相似文献

建立了平面型三级行星夹具膜厚均匀性数学模型,根据该模型编写计算机仿真程序,研究了1.8 m大口径镀膜机使用平面型三级行星夹具的膜厚均匀性问题。以光驰OTFC-1800-DCI型镀膜机为仿真对象,分析了蒸发源特性、行星夹具倾角和行星轨半径对膜厚均匀性的影响。仿真计算结果表明:行星夹具倾角是影响平面型三级行星夹具膜厚均匀性的主要因素,当行星夹具倾角α=64°时,膜厚分布最为均匀,不均匀性为0.1%。行星轨半径对膜厚均匀性也存在影响,当行星轨半径在665 mm时,膜厚分布最为均匀,膜厚不均匀性控制在1%以内。平面型三级行星夹具膜厚分布理论模型对实际镀膜工作有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

提出了全局谱参数下的耳语说话人状态因子分析方法。首先,根据耳语听辨实验结果,提出导入唤醒度-愉悦度因子对说话人状态进行三级度量;其次,提取耳语音正弦模型、人耳听觉模型下的谱参数,结合其他短时频谱参量,进行轨迹跟踪并计算各参数的全局统计变量,作为特征参数来实现耳语说话人状态的分类。实验结果显示,正弦模型及人耳听觉模型的全局谱参数可将耳语说话人状态因子分类系统的准确率提高至90%。该分类方法及状态因子描述方案提供了耳语音说话人状态分析的有效途径。   相似文献

针对DCO-OFDM系统功率效率低以及高阶信号调制复杂度高的问题,提出一种联合子载波索引和功率叠加复用(Subcarrier Index-Power Modulated With Superposition Multiplexing,SIPM-SPM)的新型信息承载维度,将其应用于非对称限幅光正交频分复用(Asymmetrically Clipped Optical OFDM,ACO-OFDM)系统。该调制技术对高功率子载波采用SPM,添加两个8PSK和QPSK编码的复值数据,进一步增加了信号的传输容量,同时ACO-OFDM系统避免了直流偏置带来的功率损耗。仿真结果显示:在ACO-OFDM系统中,SIPM-SPM相较于SIPM(8-PSK/QPSK),信号传输容量提高了28.6%;相较于相同信号传输容量的SIPM(32-PSK/QPSK),在误码率为1.0×10^(-3)时,信噪比增益>2.8 dB,色散容忍度提高了>560 ps/nm,光发射功率动态范围提高了>6.7 dB。这表明将SIPM-SPM调制应用于ACO-OFDM系统,具有较好的抗噪声性能和较高色散容忍度,也降低了对发射光功率的需求。  相似文献

The modified signed-digit (MSD) number system has been a topic of interest as it allows for parallel carry-free addition of two numbers for digital optical computing. In this paper, harmonic wavelet joint transform (HWJT)-based correlation technique is introduced for optical implementation of MSD trinary adder implementation. The realization of the carry-propagation-free addition of MSD trinary numerals is demonstrated using synthetic HWJT correlator model. It is also shown that the proposed synthetic wavelet filter-based correlator shows high performance in logic processing. Simulation results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed technique.  相似文献

A simple one-step fully parallel trinary signed-digit arithmetic is proposed for parallel optical computing. This technique performs multidigit carry-free addition and borrow-free subtraction in constant time. The trinary signed-digit arithmetic operations are based on redundant bit representation of the digits. Optical implementation of the proposed arithmetic can be carried out using correlation or matrix multiplication based schemes. An efficient matrix multiplication based optical implementation that employs a fixed number of minterms for any operand length is developed. It is shown that only 30 minterms (less than recently reported techniques) are enough for implementing the one-step trinary addition and subtraction.  相似文献

This paper assesses the Presumed Mapping Function (PMF) approach in the context of the Stationary Laminar Flamelet Modelling (SLFM) of a reacting Double Scalar Mixing Layer (DSML). Starting from a prescribed Gaussian reference field, the PMF approach provides a presumed Probability Density Function (PDF) for the mixture fraction that is subsequently employed to close the Conditional Scalar Dissipation Rate (CSDR) upon doubly-integrating the homogeneous PDF transport equation. The PMF approach is unique in its ability to yield PDF and CSDR distributions that capture the effect of multiple fuel injections of different composition. This distinct feature overcomes the shortcomings of the classical SLFM closures (the β-distribution for the PDF and the counterflow solution for the CSDR). The current study analyses the impact of the binary (two-stream) and trinary (three-stream) PMF approaches on the structure of laminar flamelets in a DSML formed by the mixing of a fuel stream and an oxidiser stream separated by a pilot. The conditions of a partially-premixed methane/air piloted jet flame are considered. A parametric assessment is performed by varying the local mixing statistics and the findings are compared to those of the classical SLFM approach. Further, the influence of the PMF approach on flamelet extinction and transport by means of differential diffusion is thoroughly investigated. It is shown that the trinary PMF approach captures the influence of the pilot stream as it is capable of yielding bimodal CSDR and trimodal PDF distributions. It is further demonstrated that, when the influence of the pilot is significant, flamelets generated using the trinary CSDR closure extinguish at higher strain levels compared to flamelets generated using the binary and counterflow closures. Lastly, it is shown that the trinary PMF approach can be critical for accurate SLFM computations of DSMLs when differential diffusion effects are important.  相似文献

By using the lowest order expansion in the number of spins, we study the classical correlation (CC) and quantum correlations (QCs) between two spin subgroups of the Lipkin–Meshkov–Glick (LMG) model in both binary and trinary decompositions of spins. In the case of bipartitions, we find that the CC and all the QCs are divergent in the same singular behavior at the critical point of the LMG model. In the case of tripartitions, however, the CC is still divergent but the QCs remain finite at the critical point. The present result shows that the CC is very robust but the QCs are much frangible to the environment disturbance.  相似文献

The trinary signed-digit (TSD) number system is of interest for ultrafast optoelectronic computing systems since it permits parallel carry-free addition and borrow-free subtraction of two arbitrary length numbers in constant time. In this paper, a simple coding scheme is proposed to encode the decimal number directly into the TSD form. The coding scheme enables one to perform parallel one-step TSD arithmetic operation. The proposed coding scheme uses only a 5-combination coding table instead of the 625-combination table reported recently for recoded TSD arithmetic technique.  相似文献
