针对非线性0-1规划求解问题,基于元胞自动机原理和改进的灰狼算法,提出一种元胞灰狼优化算法.首先,为了避免基本灰狼算法种群分布的随机性问题,利用佳点集理论对灰狼种群进行初始化,增强算法种群的多样性,提高算法的全局收敛速度;其次,针对基本灰狼算法的开发和探索能力平衡能力差的问题,利用自适应精英学习策略分别对算法中的参数α、灰狼与猎物的距离进行修正,实现灰狼算法的全局搜索速度和开发探索能力的最优均衡性;最后,将元胞自动机的演化规则与次优解β灰狼位置以及第三优解δ灰狼位置进行更新,利用元胞及其邻居增强搜索过程的多样性和分布性,实现灰狼算法的全局优化能力;并选用14个典型的非线性0-1规划问题算例进行仿真解算,并将解算结果与其它算法进行比较,结果表明:该算法对大规模复杂问题求解的平均运行时间少10%左右,且具有较快的收敛速度、较多的最优解集和较好的全局寻优能力.  相似文献

针对人工蜂群算法早熟收敛问题,基于元胞自动机原理和人工蜂群算法,提出一种元胞人工蜂群算法.该算法将元胞演化和人工蜂群搜索相结合,利用元胞及其邻居的演化提高了种群多样性,避免陷入局部最优解.经一系列典型0-1规划问题实例的仿真实验和与其他算法对比,验证了本算法的效果和效率,获得了满意的结果.  相似文献

为衡量消防救援站在不同时间内提供的救援服务质量,基于火灾风险等级引入时效性评价函数,构建考虑时效性和经济性的双目标选址模型。针对新模型属于NP难问题特点,设计元胞阴阳平衡优化算法进行求解。寻优个体既在阴阳平衡优化算法搜索空间进行全局探索,又在元胞空间利用演化规则在邻居范围内进行局部开发。实验证明了新模型的可行性和有效性,与蝙蝠算法、蜂群算法、和声搜索算法、NGSA-Ⅱ和元胞蚁群优化算法的比较表明,新算法在非劣解集的收敛性、多样性、分布均匀性以及计算速度方面优势显著。  相似文献

针对多目标0-1规划问题,本文给出一种新型的智能优化算法——蜂群算法进行求解,并通过实例验证,与遗传算法、蚁群算法和元胞蚁群算法作了相应比较。就多目标0-1规划问题而言,蜂群算法能得到更多的Pareto解,说明了蜂群算法在解决该类问题上的有效性。  相似文献

针对0-1规划问题,提出了一种新的智能优化方法——差分进化算法.首先利用佳点集法产生初始种群,大大提高了种群的多样性,再用牵引法处理约束条件,将进化中的不可行解逐步引入到可行解集,克服了罚函数法选择罚因子的困难,最后对10个0-1规划问题的算例进行测试,并将测试结果与其它算法进行了比较,结果表明:文章提出的算法具有较快的寻优能力和较好的全局搜索能力,是求解0-1规划问题的一种有效方法.  相似文献

针对包含可再生能源发电装置,微型燃气轮机(microturbine,MT),燃烧电池(fuel cell,FC)以及镍氢电池(nickel-metal hydride battery,Bat)的典型低压微电网电力调度多目标优化问题,文章提出一种改进的基于分解的多目标进化算法IMOEA/D (improved multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition),最小化发电成本和污染物气体排放量.IMOEA/D算法将多目标问题按照切比雪夫权重射线均匀展开分解为若干子问题进行优化;基于Pareto占优概念以及模糊聚类策略更新子问题非劣解,引入基于欧氏距离的解的稀疏度评估法对非劣解保留集进行更新和对其储存空间大小进行控制.最后,将提出的算法与其它进化算法如GA (遗传算法)和AMPSO (自适应改进粒子群优化算法)等分别进行单多目标性能比较,结果表明,IMOEA/D算法在多目标优化性能比较中能较稳定的得到质量更高,范围更广,分布更均匀的非劣解保留集,即该算法在解搜索的深度和广度上都有较好的表现.  相似文献

针对混流U型拆卸线平衡排序问题,考虑拆卸时间不确定,建立了该问题最小拆卸线平均闲置率、尽早拆卸危害和高需求零部件、最小化平均方向改变次数的多目标优化模型,并提出一种基于分解和动态邻域搜索的混合多目标进化算法(Hybrid Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm Based on Decomposition, HMOEA/D)。该算法通过采用弹性任务分配策略、动态邻域结构和动态调整权重以保证解的可行性并搜索得到分布较好的非劣解集。最后,仿真求解实验设计技术(DOE)生成的测试算例,结果表明HMOEA/D较其它算法能得到更接近Pareto最优、分布更好的近似解集。  相似文献

本文提出了一类求解无约束最优化问题的非单调信赖域算法.将非单调Wolfe线搜索技术与信赖域算法相结合,使得新算-法不仅不需重解子问题,而且在每步迭代都满足拟牛顿方程同时保证目标函数的近似Hasse阵Bk的正定性.在适当的条件下,证明了此算法的全局收敛性.数值结果表明该算法的有效性.  相似文献

Simulation optimization has received considerable attention from both simulation researchers and practitioners. In this study, we develop a solution framework which integrates multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) with multi-objective computing budget allocation (MOCBA) method for the multi-objective simulation optimization problem. We apply it on a multi-objective aircraft spare parts allocation problem to find a set of non-dominated solutions. The problem has three features: huge search space, multi-objective, and high variability. To address these difficulties, the solution framework employs simulation to estimate the performance, MOEA to search for the more promising designs, and MOCBA algorithm to identify the non-dominated designs and efficiently allocate the simulation budget. Some computational experiments are carried out to test the effectiveness and performance of the proposed solution framework.  相似文献

This paper presents a new hybrid evolutionary algorithm to solve multi-objective multicast routing problems in telecommunication networks. The algorithm combines simulated annealing based strategies and a genetic local search, aiming at a more flexible and effective exploration and exploitation in the search space of the complex problem to find more non-dominated solutions in the Pareto Front. Due to the complex structure of the multicast tree, crossover and mutation operators have been specifically devised concerning the features and constraints in the problem. A new adaptive mutation probability based on simulated annealing is proposed in the hybrid algorithm to adaptively adjust the mutation rate according to the fitness of the new solution against the average quality of the current population during the evolution procedure. Two simulated annealing based search direction tuning strategies are applied to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hybrid evolutionary algorithm. Simulations have been carried out on some benchmark multi-objective multicast routing instances and a large amount of random networks with five real world objectives including cost, delay, link utilisations, average delay and delay variation in telecommunication networks. Experimental results demonstrate that both the simulated annealing based strategies and the genetic local search within the proposed multi-objective algorithm, compared with other multi-objective evolutionary algorithms, can efficiently identify high quality non-dominated solution set for multi-objective multicast routing problems and outperform other conventional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms in the literature.  相似文献

为提高已有多目标进化算法在求解复杂多目标优化问题上的收敛性和解集分布性,提出一种基于种群自适应调整的多目标差分进化算法。该算法设计一个种群扩增策略,它在决策空间生成一些新个体帮助搜索更优的非支配解;设计了一个种群收缩策略,它依据对非支配解集的贡献程度淘汰较差的个体以减少计算负荷,并预留一些空间给新的带有种群多样性的扰动个体;引入精英学习策略,防止算法陷入局部收敛。通过典型的多目标优化函数对算法进行测试验证,结果表明所提算法相对于其他算法具有明显的优势,其性能优越,能够在保证良好收敛性的同时,使获得的Pareto最优解集具有更均匀的分布性和更广的覆盖范围,尤其适合于高维复杂多目标优化问题的求解。  相似文献

Most real-life optimization problems require taking into account not one, but multiple objectives simultaneously. In most cases these objectives are in conflict, i.e. the improvement of some objectives implies the deterioration of others. In single-objective optimization there exists a global optimum, while in the multi-objective case no optimal solution is clearly defined, but rather a set of solutions. In the last decade most papers dealing with multi-objective optimization use the concept of Pareto-optimality. The goal of Pareto-based multi-objective strategies is to generate a front (set) of non-dominated solutions as an approximation to the true Pareto-optimal front. However, this front is unknown for problems with large and highly complex search spaces, which is why meta-heuristic methods have become important tools for solving this kind of problem. Hybridization in the multi-objective context is nowadays an open research area. This article presents a novel extension of the well-known Pareto archived evolution strategy (PAES) which combines simulated annealing and tabu search. Experiments on several mathematical problems show that this hybridization allows an improvement in the quality of the non-dominated solutions in comparison with PAES, and also with its extension M-PAES.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel method of multi-objective optimization by learning automata (MOLA) to solve complex multi-objective optimization problems. MOLA consists of multiple automata which perform sequential search in the solution domain. Each automaton undertakes dimensional search in the selected dimension of the solution domain, and each dimension is divided into a certain number of cells. Each automaton performs a continuous search action, instead of discrete actions, within cells. The merits of MOLA have been demonstrated, in comparison with a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II), on eleven multi-objective benchmark functions and an optimal problem in the midwestern American electric power system which is integrated with wind power, respectively. The simulation results have shown that MOLA can obtain more accurate and evenly distributed Pareto fronts, in comparison with MOEA/D and NSGA-II.  相似文献

This paper considers a new optimal location problem, called defensive location problem (DLP). In the DLPs, a decision maker locates defensive facilities in order to prevent her/his enemies from reaching an important site, called a core; for example, “a government of a country locates self-defense bases in order to prevent her/his aggressors from reaching the capital of the country.” It is assumed that the region where the decision maker locates her/his defensive facilities is represented as a network and the core is a vertex in the network, and that the facility locater and her/his enemy are an upper and a lower level of decision maker, respectively. Then the DLPs are formulated as bilevel 0-1 programming problems to find Stackelberg solutions. In order to solve the DLPs efficiently, a solving algorithm for the DLPs based upon tabu search methods is proposed. The efficiency of the proposed solving methods is shown by applying to examples of the DLPs. Moreover, the DLPs are extended to multi-objective DLPs that the decision maker needs to defend several cores simultaneously. Such DLPs are formulated as multi-objective programming problems. In order to find a satisfying solution of the decision maker for the multi-objective DLP, an interactive fuzzy satisfying method is proposed, and the results of applying the method to examples of the multi-objective DLPs are shown.  相似文献

基于比例边界有限元法(SBFEM)和灰狼优化(GWO)算法,提出了一种裂纹尖端识别方法。首先,借助SBFEM解决断裂力学问题特有的优势,快速准确地计算出反演所需的测点位移,并验证了正问题求解的正确性。其次,建立与裂纹尖端位置有关的目标函数,将求解裂纹尖端位置转换为求解目标函数最小值的优化问题。最后,采用GWO算法对目标函数进行了优化,进而搜索裂纹尖端的最佳位置。数值算例结果表明:利用SBFEM的高精度、半解析的优点,在反演过程中采用其求解正问题是非常有效的;GWO算法具有良好的全局收敛性,且相比经典的粒子群算法,能够更快速准确地搜索出裂纹尖端的位置;GWO算法具有较好的抗噪性。  相似文献

The hot metal is produced from the blast furnaces in the iron plant and should be processed as soon as possible in the subsequent steel plant for energy saving. Therefore, the release times of hot metal have an influence on the scheduling of a steel plant. In this paper, the scheduling problem with release times for steel plants is studied. The production objectives and constraints related to the release times are clarified, and a new multi-objective scheduling model is built. For the solving of the multi-objective optimization, a hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) is proposed. In the hybrid multi-objective algorithm, an efficient decoding heuristic (DH) and a non-dominated solution construction method (NSCM) are proposed based on the problem-specific characteristics. During the evolutionary process, individuals with different solutions may have a same chromosome because the NSCM constructs non-dominated solutions just based on the solution found by DH. Therefore, three operations in the original NSGA-II process are modified to avoid identical chromosomes in the evolutionary operations. Computational tests show that the proposed hybrid algorithm based on NSGA-II is feasible and effective for the multi-objective scheduling with release times.  相似文献

The biclustering technique was developed to avoid some of the drawbacks presented by standard clustering techniques, such as their impossibility of finding correlating data under a subset of features, and, consequently, to allow the extraction of more accurate information from datasets. Given that biclustering requires the optimization of at least two conflicting objectives (residue and volume) and that multiple independent solutions are desirable as the outcome, a few multi-objective evolutionary algorithms for biclustering were proposed in the literature. However, these algorithms only focus their search in the generation of a global set of non-dominated biclusters, which may be insufficient for most of the problems as the coverage of the dataset can be compromised. In order to overcome such problem, a multi-objective artificial immune system capable of performing a multipopulation search, named MOM-aiNet, was proposed. In this work, the MOM-aiNet algorithm will be described in detail, and an extensive set of experimental comparisons will be performed, with the obtained results of MOM-aiNet being confronted with those produced by the popular CC algorithm, by another immune-inspired approach for biclustering (BIC-aiNet), and by the multi-objective approach for biclustering proposed by Mitra & Banka.  相似文献
