In this paper, based on the homotopy analysis method (HAM), a powerful algorithm is developed for the solution of nonlinear ordinary differential equations of fractional order. The proposed algorithm presents the procedure of constructing the set of base functions and gives the high-order deformation equation in a simple form. Different from all other analytic methods, it provides us with a simple way to adjust and control the convergence region of solution series by introducing an auxiliary parameter ??. The analysis is accompanied by numerical examples. The algorithm described in this paper is expected to be further employed to solve similar nonlinear problems in fractional calculus.  相似文献

In this article, the homotopy analysis method is applied to solve nonlinear fractional partial differential equations. On the basis of the homotopy analysis method, a scheme is developed to obtain the approximate solution of the fractional KdV, K(2,2), Burgers, BBM‐Burgers, cubic Boussinesq, coupled KdV, and Boussinesq‐like B(m,n) equations with initial conditions, which are introduced by replacing some integer‐order time derivatives by fractional derivatives. The homotopy analysis method for partial differential equations of integer‐order is directly extended to derive explicit and numerical solutions of the fractional partial differential equations. The solutions of the studied models are calculated in the form of convergent series with easily computable components. The results of applying this procedure to the studied cases show the high accuracy and efficiency of the new technique. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We present some results for the global attractivity of solutions for fractional differential equations involving Riemann-Liouville fractional calculus. The results are obtained by employing Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem. Similar results for fractional differential equations involving Caputo fractional derivative are also obtained by using the classical Schauder’s fixed point theorem. Several examples are given to illustrate our main results.  相似文献

In a recent paper [Odibat Z, Momani S, Erturk VS. Generalized differential transform method: application to differential equations of fractional order, Appl Math Comput. submitted for publication] the authors presented a new generalization of the differential transform method that would extended the application of the method to differential equations of fractional order. In this paper, an application of the new technique is applied to solve fractional differential equations of the form y(μ)(t)=f(t,y(t),y(β1)(t),y(β2)(t),…,y(βn)(t)) with μ>βn>βn-1>…>β1>0, combined with suitable initial conditions. The fractional derivatives are understood in the Caputo sense. The method provides the solution in the form of a rapidly convergent series. Numerical examples are used to illustrate the preciseness and effectiveness of the new generalization.  相似文献

In this paper, a new technique of homotopy analysis method (HAM) is proposed for solving high‐order nonlinear initial value problems. This method improves the convergence of the series solution, eliminates the unneeded terms and reduces time consuming in the standard homotopy analysis method (HAM) by transform the nth‐order nonlinear differential equation to a system of n first‐order equations. Second‐ and third‐ order problems are solved as illustration examples of the proposed method. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The fractional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equations are increasingly used in modeling various kinds of weakly nonlinear ion acoustic waves in a plasma comprising cold ions and hot isothermal electrons in the presence of a uniform magnetic field. This has led to a significant interest in the study of these equations. In this work, solitary pattern solutions of fractional Zakharov-Kuznetsov equations are investigated by means of the homotopy perturbation method with consideration of Jumarie’s derivatives. The effects of fractional derivatives for the systems under consideration are discussed. Numerical results and a comparison with exact solutions are presented.  相似文献

In this paper we combined the homotopy analysis method (HAM) and the method of integral manifold (MIM) to investigate the problem of thermal explosion in two-phases polydisperse combustible mixtures of gas with fuel droplets. The size distribution of the fuel droplets is assumed to be continuous in the form of an exponential distribution and is found from the solution of the kinetic equation for the probability density function. The system of the polydisperse fuel spray takes into account the effects of the thermal radiation and convection. By applying the HAM and the MIM, we derived an analytical solution of the system and we compared our results with the numerical solutions.  相似文献

This paper provides a robust convergence checking method for nonlinear differential equations of fractional order with consideration of homotopy perturbation technique. The differential operators are taken in the Caputo sense. Some theorems to prove the existence and uniqueness of the series solutions are presented. Results show that the proposed theoretical analysis is accurate.  相似文献

The objectives of this paper are twofold. Firstly, to prove the existence of an approximate solution in the mean for some nonlinear differential equations, we also investigate the behavior of the class of solutions which may be associated with the differential equation. Secondly, we aim to implement the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) to find analytic solutions for strongly nonlinear differential equations.  相似文献

In this article, a novel numerical method is proposed for nonlinear partial differential equations with space- and time-fractional derivatives. This method is based on the two-dimensional differential transform method (DTM) and generalized Taylor's formula. The fractional derivatives are considered in the Caputo sense. Several illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the present method. Results obtained using the scheme presented here agree well with the analytical solutions and the numerical results presented elsewhere. Results also show that the numerical scheme is very effective and convenient for solving nonlinear partial differential equations of fractional order.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the second-order nonlinear differential equation
[a(t)|y′(t)|σ−1y′(t)|′+q(t)f(y(t))=r(t)
where σ > 0 is a constant, a C(R, (0, ∞)), q C(R, R), f C(R, R), xf(x) > 0, f′(x) ≥ 0 for x ≠ 0. Some new sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions of (*) are obtained. Several examples which dwell upon the importance of our results are also included.  相似文献

Haar wavelet operational matrix has been widely applied in system analysis, system identification, optimal control and numerical solution of integral and differential equations. In the present paper we derive the Haar wavelet operational matrix of the fractional order integration, and use it to solve the fractional order differential equations including the Bagley-Torvik, Ricatti and composite fractional oscillation equations. The results obtained are in good agreement with the existing ones in open literatures and it is shown that the technique introduced here is robust and easy to apply.  相似文献

This article deals with the existence of solutions of nonlinear fractional pantograph equations. Such model can be considered suitable to be applied when the corresponding process occurs through strongly anomalous media. The results are obtained using fractional calculus and fixed point theorems. An example is provided to illustrate the main result obtained in this article.  相似文献

In this article, the homotopy analysis method (HAM) has been employed to obtain solutions of a System of nonlinear fractional partial differential equations. This indicates the validity and great potential of the homotopy analysis method for solving system of fractional partial differential equations. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense.  相似文献

The main goal of this paper is to solve fractional differential equations by means of an operational calculus. Our calculus is based on a modified shift operator which acts on an abstract space of formal Laurent series. We adopt Weyl’s definition of derivatives of fractional order.  相似文献
