设计合成了三种以(甲氧基)三苯胺为给体(Donor,D),苯环为共轭π桥,羰基(或双氰基乙烯基)为受体(Acceptor,A)的D-π-A-π-D型有机小分子空穴传输材料1-T、1-OT和1-OTCN.对三个化合物的热稳定性、光物理以及电化学性质进行表征,并将它们作为空穴传输材料运用至钙钛矿太阳能电池中,研究其光伏特性.实验结果表明,通过引入具有不同给(吸)电子能力的基团,可对材料的光电性质进行有效调控.基于小分子空穴传输材料1-T、1-OT和1-OTCN的非掺杂反向钙钛矿太阳能电池器件光电转化效率(PCE)分别为13.0%、14.4%以及16.8%.其中,基于甲氧基和双氰基修饰的1-OTCN电池器件,由于空穴传输层与钙钛矿界面发生更有效的电荷跃迁和收集,电荷复合较少,因此器件性能最佳,1-OTCN的疏水性质使得其对应器件效率和水氧稳定性均优于常用空穴传输材料PEDOT:PSS(PCE:13.0%).  相似文献

A new titanium-silicate material was synthesized with cubic cage-like tetramethylammonium octasilicate and TiCl4 ethanol solution as precursors. The product was characterized by FTIR, ^29Si NMR, UV-Vis, and XRD. 通过Suzuki偶合反应合成出了主链中含有非共轭烷氧基组分(-O-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-)的聚芴类衍生物聚- 2,7-(9,9-二辛基芴)-co-4,4’-丁氧基二苯(PFP)和聚-2,7-(9,9-二辛基芴)-co-4,4’-丁氧基二苯-co-N-苯基-4,4’-二苯胺(PFTP11)并通过相同的条件合成出主链由芴和三苯胺交替相连的聚合物聚-2,7-(9,9-二辛基芴)-co-N-苯基-4,4’-二苯胺(PFTPA)作为参比材料. 通过1H NMR和FT-IR分析对这些聚合物的化学结构进行了表征. 这三种聚合物在常用的有机溶剂中具有很好的溶解性, 可通过溶液加工的方式制备聚合物薄膜. 这些聚合物均具有较高的热分解温度(>400 ℃), 聚合物PFP具有较高的玻璃化转变温度(~130 ℃)而PFTP11和PFTPA则未出现明显的玻璃化转变过程. 通过对聚合物的吸收特性进行测试得知它们具有较大的光学带宽(2.89~3.29 eV). 所有聚合物在固体薄膜状态下均发射出蓝色荧光, PFP, PFTP11和PFTPA的最大PL发射分别位于425, 437和440 nm. 通过对其电化学性能进行测试可知由于三苯胺基团的引入聚合物的HOMO能级明显提高, 这意味着聚合物的空穴传输能力得到了有效的改善.  相似文献

合成了同时含有偶氮苯和1,3,4-噁二唑结构的新型共轭聚合物(LPOXD),采用FT-IR、UV-Vis、1H NMR、GPC、TGA和DSC测试技术对其结构进行了表征。 结果表明,所得共轭聚合物的特性粘数为0.02960 L/g,Mw和分子量分布指数PDI分别为8500 g/mol和1.55。 质量损失5%的温度为290 ℃,Tg为92.8 ℃。 长烷氧基侧链的引入极大地提高了LPOXD在氯仿和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中的溶解性。 采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱及循环伏安对LPOXD的光电性能进行了研究。 结果表明,在365 nm紫外光照射下,LPOXD中偶氮苯发生反-顺异构化;350 nm光激发下,LPOXD在蓝紫光波长范围内发射荧光;循环伏安测试得出LPOXD最高占有轨道(HOMO)能量和最低空轨道(LUMO)能量分别为-5.96和-3.17 eV。  相似文献

通过Suzuki偶联反应合成了一系列含三苯胺的1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物,并进行了表征及光谱和电化学性能研究。研究表明该类化合物的荧光波长在584~610nm,位于橙色区。三苯胺的引入降低了化合物的HOMO值,有利于空穴的注入。  相似文献

We have synthesized novel σ–π conjugated polymers with N,N‐bis(p‐ethynylphenyl)‐N‐(p‐tolyl)amine as the π‐unit. The electroluminescent devices, with a double‐layer system composed of Alq and the present polymers as the emitting‐electron‐transporting and hole‐transporting layers respectively, emit green electroluminescence with a maximum intensity of 760 cd m?2. 本实验采用Wittig方法制得了未封端和封端的超支化聚三苯胺-对苯乙烯撑型聚合物,对两种共轭聚合物进行了表征和性能测试.聚合物溶液和固体膜在紫外光照射下均发出较强的绿光.首次对这类聚合物在硝基芳烃化合物荧光猝灭能力进行了初步研究,结果表明:与未封端产物相比,封端后的超支化共轭聚合物在邻硝基甲苯(o-NT)的荧光猝灭效率上有明显提高,当o-NT浓度为21.5×10-3mol/L时,荧光猝灭效率达到97%.这类共轭聚合物不仅合成操作较为简便,猝灭效率也较高,是一种很有潜力的硝基芳烃化合物荧光检测材料.  相似文献

A novel blue luminescent polymer bearing coumarin pendants was prepared. Its luminescent properties were determined indicating that it had strong blue fluorescent properies and good film formation ability. A ladder polysilsesquioxanes with side chain of dibenzothiophene groups (BS‐LPSQ) was successfully synthesized. The ladder structure of BS‐LPSQ was characterized by MALDI‐TOF MS, XRD, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and spectroscopic analyses revealed that the BS‐LPSQ has good film‐forming ability, high thermal and morphological stability, and good miscibility to the dopant iridium bis(4,6‐difluorophenyl)pyridinato‐N,C2‐picolinate (FIrpic), high triplet energy, and a wide bandgap. In addition, compared with the ringed polysiloxane BS‐PSQ phosphorescent host material reported previously, the ladder structure of BS‐LPSQ has not only a higher thermal resistance, but also could prevent molecular aggregation and effectively avoid quenching of fluorescence. Thus, the BS‐LPSQ may be used as a better host for the blue‐light‐emitting iridium complex FIrpic. The performance of the electrophosphorescent device, based on the ladder BS‐LPSQ as the active layer, is superior to that of ringed BS‐PSQ and any other polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)‐based or polymer host materials.  相似文献

A new triphenylamine‐bridged fluoranthene derivative, 4‐(7,10‐diphenylfluoranthen‐8‐yl)‐N‐[4‐(7,10‐diphenylfluoranthen‐8‐yl)phenyl]‐N‐phenylaniline (BDPFPA), with a high glass transition temperature of 220 °C has been synthesized and characterized. BDPFPA is a highly fluorescent and versatile material that can be used as a nondoped green emitter and as a hole transporter. BDPFPA was used in a standard trilayer device as the emitting layer, which showed a low turn‐on voltage (<3 V) and a high efficiency of 11.6 cd A?1. The device also shows little efficiency roll‐off at high brightness. For example, the efficiency can still be maintained at 11.4 cd A?1 (5.4 lm W?1) at a brightness of 10 000 cd m?2. These results are among the best reported for nondoped fluorescent green organic light‐emitting diodes. A simple bilayer device, in which BDPFPA serves as a hole‐transporting layer, has a maximum power efficiency of 3.3 lm W?1 and the performance is nearly 40 % higher than that of an N,N′‐bis(1‐naphthyl)‐N,N′‐ diphenyl‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐4,4′‐diamine (NPB)‐based standard device.  相似文献

合成了一种新型橙红色磷光材料铱的配合物(npp)2Ir(acac)(npp=2-(1-萘基)-4-苯基吡啶,acac=乙酰丙酮),通过 1H NMR、MS、元素分析对其结构进行了表征。以铱配合物(npp)2Ir(acac)作为发光体,制备了结构为ITO/Ir(5%):PVK(60 nm)/F-TBB(15 nm)/Alq3(15 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(150 nm)的电致发光器件,研究了其电致发光性质。结果表明器件的最大发射波长在599 nm,最大发光亮度为3 841 cd·m-2,最大电流效率达3.9 cd·A-1。  相似文献

以三苯胺为电子给体单元,4-叔丁基-甲氧基苯环为母核,设计合成了1种非线性“Y型”结构的空穴传输材料(2TPA-ph-tbyl)。光电化学测试结果表明该材料与钙钛矿材料能级匹配。单晶X射线衍射结果表明,该分子通过端位基团三苯胺形成分子间C-H/π相互作用。这种较强的侧链堆积作用使2TPA-ph-tbyl获得了3.13× 10-5 cm2 V-1 s-1的空穴迁移率,是商用空穴传输材料PEDOT:PSS的1.5倍。将其制备成倒置结构钙钛矿太阳能电池,开路电压达到1000 mV、短路电流密度为21.53 mA?cm-2,填充因子为0.71,其光电转换效率达到15.2%,高于PEDOT:PSS(13.7%)。稳态光致发光和阻抗测试表明,2TPA-ph-tbyl可以促进钙钛矿-空穴传输材料界面电荷传输,降低界面电荷复合,从而提高电池的开路电压和短路电流。上述结果表明,具有非线性结构的空穴传输材料可以通过增强分子间的侧链堆积效应,提高材料的空穴迁移率,进而提高电池的光电转换效率。  相似文献

This paper presents the investigation of tuning the color and photoluminescence of a range of triphenylamine‐ based derivatives with various substituent groups. The ultraviolet/visible absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy of the derivatives showed remarkable difference. The molecular geometry optimization demonstrated that the properties of the ground state and the excited state of the compounds have a close relationship with the substituent groups. Therefore, it is possible to tune the color and photoluminescence of the derivatives at molecular level. The cyclic voltammograms of these compounds were detected in methylene chloride at various scan rates. The thermal stabilities of the compounds were analyzed with the different scanning calorimetry and the thermogravimetry.  相似文献
