Membrane-based gas sensors were developed and used for determining the composition on bi-component mixtures in the 0-100% range, such as oxygen/nitrogen and carbon dioxide/methane (biogas). These sensors are low cost and are aimed at a low/medium precision market.The paper describes the use of this sensor for two gas mixtures: carbon dioxide/methane and carbon dioxide/helium. The membranes used are poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) and Teflon-AF hollow fibers. The response curves for both sensors were obtained at three different temperatures. The results clearly indicate that the permeate pressure of the sensors relates to the gas mixture composition at a given temperature. The data is represented by a third order polynomial. The sensors enable quantitative carbon dioxide analysis in binary mixtures with methane or helium. The response of the sensors is fast (less than 50 s), continuous, reproducible and long-term stable over a period of 2.3×107 s (9 months). The absolute sensitivity of the sensors depends on the carbon dioxide feed concentration ranging from 0.03 to 0.13 MPa.  相似文献

The adsorption and sensing properties of a carbon dioxide (CO2) molecule on the pristine (BP) and vacancy-doped (DP) black phosphorusmono layers have been investigated using the periodic density functional theory at Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerhof (HSE06)/triple-zeta valence polarization (TZVP). For both sensors, the most stable structures among the recognized possibilities preferred a linear configuration for carbon dioxide, with a shorter equilibrium distance (2.13 Å) on the defect-containing surface. Although carbon dioxide was weakly physiosorbed on both phosphorene sensors (up to −2.52 kcal/mol), the defect-engineered material presented highly improved sensitivity (by a factor of 6.6) to CO2 compared to the pristine layer. The former was also a (2.6 times) better work function sensor of carbon dioxide. At the same time, recovery was extremely fast (lasting for 70 ps at most) at room temperature. The selectivity coefficient of carbon dioxide was also strikingly high (64.0). The improved nanosensor would be a step forward in the rational design of highly sensitive and reusable detectors of carbon dioxide.  相似文献

茶叶中的化学成分是构成其风味特征的物质基础。本研究建立了基于气相色谱-质谱联用和液相色谱-质谱联用的非靶向代谢组学方法。完成预处理及分析条件优化后,使用标准样品考察方法的线性、回收率及重复性,结果表明方法整体稳定且结果可靠。将该方法用于绿茶、乌龙茶和红茶中化学成分的分析。通过超声辅助溶剂提取及气相色谱-质谱联用分析共获得1812个特征峰,而使用加热溶剂提取及液相色谱-质谱联用分析可获得2608个特征峰。结合保留规律及质谱数据库,共定性173种化合物(109种随后经标准样品验证),其中只有9种化合物在上述两类分析中被同时检出,表明方法互补性良好。3类茶叶数据的偏最小二乘判别分析结果表明,三者间存在显著差异。结合模型的变量重要因子(VIP)与非参数检验共筛选出90种化合物,其中包含儿茶素、氨基酸、糖、有机酸和黄酮苷类等众多与茶叶滋味密切相关的化学成分。  相似文献

建立了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结合气相色谱-负化学源质谱(GC-NCI/MS)检测鱼肉及鱼油中8种多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)同系物及2种得克隆阻燃剂(DP)的分析方法。试样中加入内标物BDE-77和13C12-BDE-209后进行索氏提取,提取液经自动GPC系统除脂,多层硅胶层析柱净化后,在15 m长的毛细管气相色谱柱上分离,NCI/MS以选择离子监测方式检测目标化合物。以鱼肉样品为基质,当PBDEs的加标水平为0.2 ng/g和2 ng/g、BDE-209和DP的加标水平相应提高10倍时,其平均加标回收率为71.1%~121.4%,相对标准偏差为2.96%~13.31%(n=5);以信噪比(S/N)为3计算方法的检出限(LOD)为2.2~39.8 ng/kg。用该方法检测市售鱼肉及鱼油样品,其中多溴联苯醚总含量为2.18~15.93 ng/g,以BDE-209、BDE-47为主,两种DP均未检出。该方法准确、灵敏度高,能够满足富含脂质的动物性样品中痕量DP和PBDEs残留的分析要求。  相似文献

In beam injection flame furnace AAS (BIFF-AAS) the sample is introduced as a free-flying high-speed liquid beam into an AAS flame-heated nickel tube, resulting in a considerable improvement in the power of detection. For optimization of beam generation different nozzle types (smooth jet nozzles, turbulent working nozzles) have been compared at different pressures. It was found that the type of the nozzle hardly influences the analytical signal. However, the flow rates resulting from the different inner diameters of the nozzles and the applied pressures led to drastic changes in the analytical signal. For these investigations a recently developed 0.6 MPa (84 psig) diaphragm pump system was used. Furthermore, for the first time ever sub-critical liquid carbon dioxide has been used simultaneously as a liquid gas-pressure pump, as carrier in a flow-injection system (FIA), and for the beam generation. Transport of the carrier takes place as a result of the head pressure (6 MPa) of the liquid CO2 in the gas cylinder. For volatile elements (e.g. Cd, Hg, Pb, and Tl) detection limits between 0.2 µg L–1 (Cd) and 28 µg L–1 (Hg) were found, the standard deviation was from 0.6% to 3.2% depending on the element, concentration, and sample volume used. The use of liquid CO2 as a carrier in FIA systems opens up new possibilities for online sample pretreatment and trace preconcentration.  相似文献

A possibility of dipeptide derivatization by alkyl chloroformate—alkanol (Alk = Me, Et, Pr, Bu) mixed reactants for their determination and differentiation of isomers in mixtures by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with electron and chemical ionization and collisional activation was studied. Prospects for using derivatization by mixtures of methyl chloroformate with 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol, 2,2,3,3,3-pentafluoropropanol, and 2,2,3,3,4,4,4-heptafluorobutanol were shown. Diagnostic ions that make it possible to determine the amino acid sequence in dipeptides and distinguish residues of isomeric leucine and isoleucine were revealed.
