The periodic wave solutions and the corresponding solitary solutions for the shallow water equations and the generalized Klein–Gordon equation are obtained by means of mapping method. The solutions obtained in this paper include as well the shock wave solution, complex line period, complex line soliton and rational solutions. Moreover, the obtained solutions are degenerated in terms of hyperbolic function solutions and trigonometric function solutions when the modulus m of the Jacobi elliptic function is driven to 1 and 0, respectively. The previously known periodic and solitary wave solutions are recovered. Many new results are presented.  相似文献

给出一种求解非线性发展方程精确行波解的新方法:双函数法。使用此方法,获得了一类非线性发展方程的许多精确行波解,其中包括孤波解和周期解,推广了文献用其它方法取得的结果,同时还获得了许多新的弧波解和周期解,借助于Mathemat-ica,此方法能部分地在计算机上实现。  相似文献

Travelling-wave solutions of the Degasperis–Procesi equation are investigated. The solutions are characterized by two parameters. For propagation in the positive x-direction, hump-like, inverted loop-like and coshoidal periodic-wave solutions are found; hump-like, inverted loop-like and peakon solitary-wave solutions are obtained as well. For propagation in the negative x-direction, there are solutions which are just the mirror image in the x-axis of the aforementioned solutions. A transformed version of the Degasperis–Procesi equation, which is a generalization of the Vakhnenko equation, is also considered. For propagation in the positive x-direction, hump-like, loop-like, inverted loop-like, bell-like and coshoidal periodic-wave solutions are found; loop-like, inverted loop-like and kink-like solitary-wave solutions are obtained as well. For propagation in the negative x-direction, well-like and inverted coshoidal periodic-wave solutions are found; well-like and inverted peakon solitary-wave solutions are obtained as well. In an appropriate limit, the previously known solutions of the Vakhnenko equation are recovered.  相似文献

This paper considers a completely integrable nonlinear wave equation which is called Qiao equation. The equation is reduced via Lie symmetry analysis. Two classes of new exact group-invariant solutions are obtained by solving the reduced equations. Specially, a novel technique is proposed for constructing group-invariant solutions and non-group-invariant solutions based on travelling wave solutions. The obtained exact solutions include a set of traveling wave-like solutions with variable amplitude, variable velocity or both. Nonlocal conservation laws of Qiao equation are also obtained with the corresponding infinitesimal generators.  相似文献

A class of multidimensional differential equations containing products of powers of partial derivatives of any order is considered. Solutions with additive, multiplicative, and combined separation of variables are obtained. A family of pseudopolynomial solutions expressed in terms of polynomials in independent variables with arbitrary coefficients and functions being solutions of certain ordinary differential equations is also obtained. Solutions of the type of traveling wave and self-similar solutions, as well as families of solutions having the form of a sum or a product of solutions of the type of a traveling wave and self-similar solutions, are found. Finally, solutions that can be represented as functions of more complicated arguments expressed in terms of linear combinations and products of the initial independent variables are found. For all of the obtained solutions, conditions on the righthand side of the equation and its parameters under which these solutions exist are determined.  相似文献

The nonlocal symmetry of the Boussinesq equation is obtained from the known Lax pair. The explicit analytic interaction solutions between solitary waves and cnoidal waves are obtained through the localization procedure of nonlocal symmetry. Some other types of solutions, such as rational solutions and error function solutions, are given by using the fourth Painlev′e equation with special values of the parameters. For some interesting solutions, the figures are given out to show their properties.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish the starting solutions for oscillating motions of an Oldroyd-B fluid between two side walls perpendicular to a plane wall. The expressions for the velocity field and the associated tangential stress at the bottom wall are obtained, presented under integral and series form. These satisfy all imposed initial and boundary conditions. The obtained solutions are graphically analyzed for the variations of interesting flow parameters. In the absence of side walls, all solutions that have been obtained reduce to those corresponding to the motion over an infinite plate. Moreover, the obtained solutions can be specialized to give similar solutions for Maxwell, second grade and Newtonian fluids performing the same motions.  相似文献

In this article, the extended Riccati equation method is applied to seeking more general exact travelling wave solutions of the ZK equation. The traveling wave solutions are expressed by the hyperbolic functions, the trigonometric functions and the rational functions. When the parameters are taken as special values, the solitary wave solutions are obtained from the hyperbolic function solutions. Similarly, the periodic wave solutions are also obtained from the trigonometric function solutions. The approach developed in this paper is effective and it may also be used for solving many other nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics.  相似文献

利用一种改进的统一代数方法将构造(2+1)维ZK MEW((2+1)-dimensionalZakharov-Kuznetsovmodifiedequalwidth)方程精确行波解的问题转化为求解一组非线性的代数方程组.再借助于符号计算系统Mathematica求解所得到的非线性代数方程组,最终获得了方程的多种形式的精确行波解.其中包括有理解,三角函数解,双曲函数解,双周期Jacobi椭圆函数解,双周期Weierstrass椭圆形式解等.并给出了部分解的图形.  相似文献

In this paper existence of solutions of initial value problems for discontinuous functional differential equations is investigated firstly. By applying the method of upper and lower solutions, which may be discontinuous, some existence results of extremal solutions are obtained. Furthermore, we also develop a monotone iterative technique for obtaining extremal solutions which are obtained as limits of monotone sequences.  相似文献

Four steady-state general solutions are derived in this paper for the two-dimensional equation of isotropic thermoelastic materials. Using the differential operator theory, three general solutions can be derived and expressed in terms of one function, which satisfies a six-order partial differential equation. By virtue of the Almansi’s theorem, the three general solutions can be transferred to three general solutions which are expressed in terms of two harmonic functions, respectively. At last, a integrate general solution expressed in three harmonic functions is obtained by superposing the obtained two general solutions. The proposed general solution is very simple in form and can be used easily in certain boundary problems. As two examples, the fundamental solutions for both a line heat source in the interior of infinite plane and a line heat source on the surface of semi-infinite plane are presented by virtue of the obtained general solutions.  相似文献

This article is involved with the asymptotic behavior of solutions for nonlinear hyperbolic system with external friction. The global existence of classical solutions is proven,and L~p convergence rates are obtained.
