A series of novel bidentate pyrazolone based Schiff base ligands were synthesized by interaction of 4-benzoyl-3-methyl-1-(4′-methylphenyl)-2-pyrazolin-5-one with various aromatic amines like aniline, o-,m-,p-chloroaniline and o-,m-,p-toluidine in a ethanolic medium. All of these ligands have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR data. The molecular geometries of five of these ligands have been determined by single crystal X-ray study. Crystallographic study reveals that these ligands exist in the amine-one tautomeric form in the solid state. NMR study also suggests the existence of the amine-one form in solution at room temperature. Ab initio calculations for representative ligand HL1 has been carried out to know the coordination site of the ligand. Novel vanadium Schiff base complexes of these ligands with general formula [OV(L1–7)2(H2O)] have been prepared by interaction of aqueous solution of vanadyl sulfate pentahydrate with DMF solution of the appropriate ligands. The resulting complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, vanadium determination, molar conductance and magnetic measurements, thermo gravimetric analysis, infrared and electronic spectral studies. Suitable distorted octahedral structures have been proposed for these complexes.  相似文献

New chiral P,N-ferrocenyl imino-phosphine ligands have been synthesized and the absolute configuration of the stereocenters in each molecule has been determined by a single-crystal X-ray analysis of a common intermediate. PdII-allyl complexes of the new ligands have been isolated and tested as catalyst precursors in the asymmetric allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-yl acetate with dimethyl malonate in different solvents. Quantitative yields and enantiomeric excesses as high as 80% have been obtained.  相似文献

Among the bisphosphine ligands, we have previously developed Cn-TunePhos (n = 1-6) as a family of ligands with tunable bite angles. The increase in spacer -CH2- groups in this family of ligands causes changes in ligand dihedral angle, which in turn causes P-Pd-P bite angle variation. Pd-catalyzed asymmetric alkylations and cycloadditions have been tested with Cn-TunePhos ligands. This study aims at a possible correlation between ligand bite angles with enantioselectivity of the Pd-catalyzed asymmetric products.  相似文献

Twenty phosphoramidites or phosphite ligands have been screened in the iridium-catalyzed hydroboration of a meso-bicyclic hydrazine. Enantiomeric excesses of up to 67% could be obtained with moderate to good yields. Although bidentate ligands are believed to be more efficient in transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric hydroboration, this study shows that monodentate ligands have to be investigated for further development of this type of reaction.  相似文献

Several new chiral urea and thiourea ligands have been prepared by reaction of (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane with various organic isocyanates and isothiocyanates. These were used as ligands in the ruthenium catalysed enantioselective reduction of aromatic ketones by isopropanol. The reduction proceeded at room temperature using 2 mol% of ruthenium catalyst to give good yields of the (R)-alcohol with enantiomeric excesses of up to 83%. By contrast, the use of bis-urea ligands gave much lower enantioselectivities. Amino-thiourea ligands led to the (S)-alcohol with low enantiomeric excess.  相似文献

A new efficient method for the synthesis of heteroaryl-aryl diphosphine ligands by direct double metallation of heteroaryl-aryls followed by phosphorylation of the resulting o,o′-dilithium salts is described. A number of new C1-symmetric diphosphine ligands based on 3-arylheteroaryls, X-heteroaryls (X=N), and diphosphine ligands with a heterocyclic bridge with o-tolyl as the aryl fragment have been synthesized.  相似文献

New diphosphinite ligands based on atropoisomeric diol backbones and (R,R)-2,5-dimethylphospholane moieties have been prepared and fully characterised. For each ligand structure, both diastereomers have been synthesised. These ligands are available through a straightforward procedure in good yields. The solid state structures of two diastereomeric ligands are reported. These ligands have been applied to Rh-catalysed asymmetric hydrogenations and hydroformylations of CC bonds as well as in Ir-catalysed asymmetric hydrogenations of CN bonds. Turnover frequencies in the range of 10,000 h?1 and enantioselectivities of up to 98% ee have been achieved. The different chirality elements within the ligands led to marked cooperative effect in catalysis. Interestingly, there is no general privileged diastereomeric structure but rather a matched diastereomer for each application.  相似文献

The preparation of two novel C2 symmetric bidentate phosphine ligands derived from cheap and available D-mannitol has been reported. These new ligands accompanied by unprecedented one-pot reaction for the regioselective reductive opening of 1,3:4,6-di-O-benzylidene-D-mannitol have been achieved. All reported compounds are fully characterized by standard analytical methods including the measurement of optical activities.  相似文献

Three types of the novel polymer ligands in which 6,8,15,17-tetramethyl-dibenzo-5,9,14,18-tetraaza-cyclotetradecene (L) is present as an integral part of the polymer backbone have been prepared. These polymer ligands are oligomers whose polymerization degree may be about five. Their complexing abilities and extractabilities for copper(II) and nickel(II) have been investigated. Among the polymer ligands, Poly-L3, which contains triethyleneglycol bis(p-phenylene) group as a linkage group, was found to be an excellent extractant for copper(II).  相似文献

The synthesis of new optically pure ferrocenyl diphosphines have been realized from (R)-(+)-N,N-dimethylaminoethylferrocene. Particularly, dissymmetric ferrocenyl diphosphines have been synthesized. Classical molecular dynamics has been used to study the stabilization of colloidal quantum dots of CdSe with n-octadecylphosphonic acid molecules in combination with different auxiliary ligands, such as trioctylphosphine, trioctylphosphine oxide, and hexadecylamine. The effects of different ligands that may be formed due to interactions of n-octadecylphosphonic acid with CdO and Se in an initial mixture have been considered. It has been shown that, among these ligands, the stabilizing effect increases with a rise in the charge of a ligand per n-octadecyl chain. The role of the auxiliary ligands, e.g. octadecene that devoid of functional groups, has been studied.  相似文献

The catalytic asymmetric addition of alkyl groups to ketones has received considerable attention. Outlined herein is the synthesis of two new ligands based on the C2-symmetric 11,12-diamino-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene. The scope of the new ligands has been evaluated in the catalytic asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to a variety of ketones. Enantioselectivities as high as 99% have been achieved. The structures of two of these ligands have been determined by X-ray crystallography and are compared with related structures. Additionally, the structure of a titanium complex bound to a bis(sulfonamide) diol ligand is reported.  相似文献

The dissociation properties of several phosphorus heterocycles and cages (complexes of phosphinidenes with P-donor ligands) were investigated using DFT methods. Good correlations have been found between the dissociation energies of the complexes with P and N ligands. The comparison with N-donor complexes revealed that the stability of complexes with pyrido-annelation(s) is very similar. The trends in dissociation energies for the benzannelated complexes are identical; however, the complexes with P ligands are much more stable than those with N ligands. The major reason for the different behavior is the pyramidality of the bridgehead P/N atoms in these complexes.  相似文献

In this study, firstly, two single substitute novel ligands have been synthesized by reacting melamine with 3,4,-dihydroxybenzaldeyhde or 4-carboxybenzaldehyde. Then, eight new mono nuclear single substitute [Salen/Salophen Fe(III) and Cr(III)] complexes have been synthesized by reacting the ligands [2-(3,4-dihydroxybenzimino)-4,6-diamimo-1,3,5-triazine and 2-(4-carboxybenzimino)-4,6-diamimo-1,3,5-triazine)] with tetradentate Schiff bases N,N′-bis(salicylidene)ethylenediamine-(salenH2) or bis(salicylidene)-o-phenylenediamine-(salophen H2). And then, all ligands and complexes have been characterized by means of elementel analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, 1H NMR, LC–MS, thermal analyses and magnetic suscebtibility measurements. Finally, metal ratios of the prepared complexes were determined using AAS. The complexes have also been characterized as disorted octahedral low-spin Fe(III) and Cr(III) bridged by catechol and COO? groups.  相似文献

The synthesis of optically and diastereomerically pure P-stereogenic phosphine-imidazole ligands is reported. The new ligands contain either a benzoimidazole or a 4-phenylimidazole as a N-donor fragment. The ligands have been coordinated to iridium and the structure of the corresponding cationic COD complexes has been determined by X-ray analysis. The combination of the chiral phosphorus atom and the imidazole substituents generate a strong chiral environment around the metal center. Preliminary hydrogenation reactions with a model cyclic β-enamide are also reported.  相似文献

A series of novel N,O-type chiral ligands derived from enantiopure inherently chiral calix[4]arenes containing quinolin-2-yl-methanol moiety in the cone or partial-cone conformation have been synthesized and characterized. Moreover, they have been applied to the catalytic asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde, which represents the first example that the inherently chiral calixarene can be used as the chiral ligands for the catalytic asymmetric synthesis.  相似文献

A new class of easily tunable N,N,N-pyridinebisimidazoline (pybim) ligands have been synthesized. The synthesis and tunability of these chiral tridentate ligands are much easier and flexible compared to the popular pyboxes, making the former a suitable ligand tool box for various asymmetric transformations. Ruthenium complexes of the new ligands were synthesized and applied in the asymmetric epoxidation of olefins using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Excellent yields and moderate to good enantioselectivities were achieved in the epoxidation of aromatic olefins.  相似文献
