We present an abstract result that characterizes the coincidence of certain classes of linear operators with the class of Cohen strongly summing linear operators. Our argument is extended to multilinear operators and, as a consequence, we establish some alternative characterizations for the class of Cohen strongly summing multilinear operators.

An improved method on group decision making based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized operators

Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized operators are widely used in group decision making under uncertain environment due to its flexibility to model uncertain information. However, there is a shortcoming in the existing aggregation operators (interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted average (IVIFPWA)) to deal with group decision making in some extreme situations. For example, when an expert gives an absolute negative evaluation, the operators could lead to irrational results, so that they are not effectively enough to handle group decision making. In this paper, several examples are illustrated to show the unreasonable results in some of these situations. Actually, these unreasonable cases are common for operators in dealing with product averaging, not only emerging in IVIFPWA operators. To overcome the shortcoming of these kinds of operators, an improvement of making slight adjustment on initial evaluations is provided. Numerical examples are used to show the efficiency of the improvement.

Singular integrals and commutators on homogeneous groups

Let G be a homogeneous group. In this paper, the authors establish several general theorems for the boundedness of sublinear operators and commutators generated by linear operators and BMO(G)functions on the weighted Lebesgue space on G. The conditions of these theorems are satisfied by many important operators in analysis and these operators satisfy only some weak conditions on the size of operators and are known to be bounded in the unweighted case. Some of these theorems are best possible even when G is the Euclidean space. The authors also give some applications of their theorems to the boundedness on weighted spaces of rough singular integrals, oscillatory integrals, parabolic singular integrals, their commutators and the maximal operators associated with them.     

Pointwise multipliers for localized morrey-campanato spaces on RD-spaces

In this article, the authors characterize pointwise multipliers for localized Morrey-Campanato spaces, associated with some admissible functions on RD-spaces, which include localized BMO spaces as a special case. The results obtained are applied to Schrödinger operators and some Laguerre operators.

Bounded weighted composition operators acting from Hardy to growth spaces on the upper half-plane are characterized. We also give some necessary, as well as some sufficient conditions for the compactness of weighted composition operators between these spaces.

In this paper, we study some algebraic properties of Toeplitz operators with quasihomogeneous symbols on the Dirichlet space of the unit ball Bn. First, we describe commutators of a radial Toeplitz operator and characterize commuting Toeplitz operators with quasihomogeneous symbols. Then we show that finite raak product of such operators only happens in the trivial case. Finally, some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the product of two quasihomogeneous Toeplitz operators to be a quasihomogeneous Toeplitz operator.     

The Continuity of Commutators on Triebel-Lizorkin Spaces

The purpose of this paper is to study the continuity in the context of Triebel-Lizorkin spaces for some commutators related to certain convolution operators. The operators include Littlewood-Paley operator, Marcinkiewicz integral and Bochner-Riesz operator.     

Evolution semigroups and time operators on Banach spaces

We present new general methods to obtain shift representation of evolution semigroups defined on Banach spaces. We introduce the notion of time operator associated with a generalized shift on a Banach space and give some conditions under which time operators can be defined on an arbitrary Banach space. We also tackle the problem of scaling of time operators and obtain a general result about the existence of time operators on Banach spaces satisfying some geometric conditions. The last part of the paper contains some examples of explicit constructions of time operators on function spaces.     

Some results for operators on a model space

We investigate some problems for truncated Toeplitz operators. Namely, the solvability of the Riccati operator equation on the set of all truncated Toeplitz operators on the model space K _θ = H²ΘθH² is studied. We study in terms of Berezin symbols invertibility of model operators. We also prove some results for the Berezin number of the truncated Toeplitz operators. Moreover, we study some property for H²-functions in terms of noncyclicity of co-analytic Toeplitz operators and hypercyclicity of model operators.     

Algebraic Properties of Toeplitz Operators on the Harmonic Dirichlet Space

We study some algebraic properties of Toeplitz operators on the harmonic Dirichlet space of the unit disk. We first give a characterization for boundedness of Toeplitz operators. Next we characterize commuting Toeplitz operators. Also, we study the product problem of when product of two Toeplitz operators is another Toeplitz operator. The corresponding problems for compactness are also studied.     

Two new operators on fuzzy matrices

The fuzzy matrices are successfully used when fuzzy uncertainty occurs in a problem. Fuzzy matrices become popular for last two decades. In this paper, two new binary fuzzy operators ⊕ and ⊙ are introduced for fuzzy matrices. Several properties on ⊕ and ⊙ are presented here. Also, some results on existing operators along with these new operators are presented.
