Excellent activity and stability have been observed for a lactic acid-modified Hβ (LA-Hβ) zeolite in the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes by Friedel–Crafts alkylation of indole with aldehydes. It is proposed that lactic acid treatment is appropriate for dealumination of Hβ zeolite, and results in a LA-Hβ zeolite with greater surface area, fewer weak acid sites, and more moderately-strong acid sites, as confirmed by the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, and temperature-programmed desorption of NH3. Moreover, both electronic and steric effects of substituents on the aromatic ring of the aldehydes were found to be important in this reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

A convenient, eco-friendly, and efficient method for synthesis of bis(3-indolyl)methanes by the reaction of indoles with various aromatic aldehydes “on-water” has been developed. The attractive features of this method are that in cases of aldehydes which are easily oxidized to acids, no external catalyst is necessary while in other cases a trace amount (ca. 5 mol%) of commercially available and inexpensive catalyst benzoic acid is sufficient to give good to excellent yield of products.  相似文献

In this work, a green approach is reported for efficient synthesis of biologically active tetrazole and pyranopyrazole derivatives in the presence of Cu-Cytosine@MCM-41 and Ni-Cytosine@MCM-41 (copper (II) and nickel (II) catalyst on the modified MCM-41 using cytosine). The synthesis of tetrazoles and pyranopyrazoles in the presence of these catalysts was performed in green solvents such as water or poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG). All products were obtained in high TOF (turnover frequency) numbers in the presence of these catalysts, which indicate the high efficiency of these catalysts in the synthesis of tetrazole and pyranopyrazole derivatives. The prepared catalysts were characterized by various techniques such as BET, TGA, XRD, FT-IR, SEM, EDS, WDX, TEM, and AAS. Mesoporous structure of these catalysts was confirmed by nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms. These catalysts can be recovered and reused for several runs without significant change in their catalytic activity or metal capacity. The recovered catalysts have been characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, WDX, FT-IR and AAS techniques, by which their heterogeneous nature has been confirmed.  相似文献

A chiral bis(oxazoline)–copper complex was immobilized onto mesoporous silica and the resulting heterogeneous catalyst was employed in asymmetric Diels–Alder reactions. Reactions using the catalyst exhibited good enantioselectivity of 78% enantiomeric excess and endo/exo-selectivity (17:1) better than the corresponding homogeneous reaction. The catalyst could be easily recovered and reused several times without significant loss of the remarkable reactivity, diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.  相似文献

In this work, a vanillin complex is immobilized onto MCM-41 and characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and BET techniques. This supported Schiff base complex was found to be an efficient and recoverable catalyst for the chemoselective oxidation of sulfides into sulfoxides and thiols into their corresponding disulfides (using hydrogen peroxide as a green oxidant) and also a suitable catalyst for the preparation of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives in water at 90°C. Using this protocol, we show that a variety of disulfides, sulfoxides, and 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives can be synthesized in green conditions. The catalyst can be recovered and recycled for further reactions without appreciable loss of catalytic performance.  相似文献

In this work, pure MCM-41 mesoporous silica with active mesoporous sites has been successfully applied, as a highly efficient and recoverable catalyst, for the rapid and convenient synthesis of α-aminonitriles and imines. Various imines, as the intermediate of the Strecker reaction, were simply prepared from condensation of a wide range of aldehydes and amines in the presence of low loading of MCM-41 mesoporous silica under solvent-free conditions at room temperature in high to quantitative yields. Furthermore, the corresponding α-aminonitrile derivatives were prepared through the three-component Strecker reaction using trimethylsilylcyanide catalyzed by MCM-41 as a bifunctional heterogeneous mesoporous solid catalyst.  相似文献

Sequential combination of Ugi-MCR and click chemistry has been employed for the synthesis of triazole linked cyclic glycopeptidomimetics. The protocol employs Poc-amino alkyl isonitriles, sugar-1-amines, azido acids, and simple aldehydes as precursors. The dual nature of the propargyloxycarbonyl (Poc) group was explored for amine protection as well as cycloaddition with an azide. The stunning rise of biotherapeutics as successful treatments of complex and hard-to-treat diseases, in particular cancer, has necessitated the development of a rapid analytical method capable of differentiating these otherwise significantly similar antibody-based products. The existing methods for product identification pose significant drawbacks in terms of the consumption of time and labor. Here, we present an FTIR spectroscopy-based simple, rapid, and robust method that is capable of differentiating between the biotherapeutics (both innovator products and biosimilars). The proposed approach uses partial least-squares-discriminant analysis to pinpoint subtle differences in the FTIR spectra of the samples, enabling us to not only identify the product but also calculate its concentration. This FTIR-based method can be used to fulfill the identity testing requirement of a pharmaceutical drug in its final packaged form set by the US Food and Drug Administration. Along with this, identity testing can also be deployed at multiple steps in the manufacturing process and can also be used by the appropriate regulatory or government agency for tackling counterfeits of biotherapeutic products.  相似文献

New hybrid materials based on silicon oxide and water soluble cobalt phthalocyanine complex were synthesized and characterized. It was shown that synthesized material exhibit pronounced catalytic activity in the R–SH type of organic compounds oxidation reaction in comparison with the individual macroheterocycle. In order to include phthalocyanine macromolecule in MCM-41 molecular sieve, a inclusion-suitable phthalocyanine derivative tetra-β-(2-(diethylamino)ethoxy) nickel phthalocyanine was synthesized, in two steps, from 4-nitrophthalonitrile and 2-(diethylamino)ethanol, and characterized by mass spectra, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis, which confirmed the proposed molecular structure. The inclusion of synthesized phthalocyanine compound in MCM-41 was carried out by the in situ synthesis method using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as structure template and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source in presence of this phthalocyanine compound. The inclusion material was studied by means of X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption isotherm measurements, etc. Results showed that the macromolecular compound was successfully included into MCM-41, the obtained inclusion material displayed mainly prisms and globes, and the material was a kind of mesoporous materials with regularly hexagonal honeycomb array of uniform cylindrical pores and high surface area.  相似文献

A very rapid, convenient, and general method for the synthesis of α-oxo thiocyanates has been described by using clay supported ammonium thiocyanate. The procedure avoids the use of additional catalyst, solvent, aqueous work-up and the yields are high. Moreover, the method is applicable for a variety of aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl α-halo carbonyls, β-keto tosylates, α-halo β-dicarbonyl, α-tosyl, β-dicarbonyl, alkyl halide, and alkyl tosylates.  相似文献

An ultrasound promoted easy, efficient, and environment friendly process has been devised for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates within seconds through a one-pot three-component condensation of the aldehydes, amines, and triethylphosphite. The desired products were obtained in excellent yields and in high purity under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions. Study with various aldehydes and amines reveals that ultrasound radiation plays a key role in the direct synthesis of α-aminophosphonates.  相似文献

Abstract

Polyvinylsulfonic acid as a novel, biodegradable, and efficient Brønsted acid catalyst for the reaction of indoles with aldehydes to obtain bis(indolyl)methanes has been reported. The catalyst exhibited remarkable activity, recyclability, and tolerated a wide variety of functional groups providing the desired bis(indolyl)methanes in excellent yield (64–96%) at room temperature using ethanol as a solvent. The effect of different reaction parameters like solvent, temperature, catalyst doses, and recyclability were investigated for the title reaction.  相似文献

The efficient synthesis of 2-arylbenzimidazole, 2-arylbenzothiazole and 2-arylbenzoxazole derivatives is described by condensation of aryl aldehydes and o-phenylenediamines, 2-aminothiophenol and 2-aminophenol in a single pot using a catalytic amount of vanadium(IV)?Csalen complex or vanadium?Csalen nanoparticles supported on silica (5.0?mol%) in excellent isolated yields. The immobilized catalyst was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, inductively coupled plasma analysis, thermogravimetric instrument for analysis of nitrogen adsorption and FT-IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A novel trinuclear complex, [Co(NiL)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 · 2C2H5OH, was prepared by self-assembly using [NiL] as a new complex ligand; L is the dianion of dimethyl 5,6,7,8,15,16-hexahydro-6,7-dioxodibenzo[1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine-13,18-dicarboxylate. The structure of the trinuclear complex was determined by X-ray crystallography. The CoII ion is at the center of the trinuclear complex cation and occupies a distorted octahedral O6 environment, approximating to O h with a 4 T 1g ground state for CoII that has an unquenched spin–orbit coupling reflected in the magnetic properties. Two NiII ions reside in completely same and slightly distorted square-planar N4 coordination geometries. CoII and each NiII are bridged by an oxamido group from one of the two macrocyclic ligands (L). O—H...O and ... interactions link the trinuclear fragments, perchlorate ions and C2H5OH molecules to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

Benzimidazoles, benzoxazoles, and benzothiazoles derivatives were synthesized from condensation of aldehydes and 1,2-phenylenediamine or ortho-aminophenol or ortho-aminothiophenol in the presence of catalytic amount of Fe(Ⅲ)–Schiff base/SBA-15 in water medium.
