Phase equilibria in the systems Ag2MoO4-MMoO4 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb, Ni, Co, Mn) and subsolidus phase relations in the systems Ag2MoO4-MO-MoO3 (M=Ca, Pb, Cd, Mn, Co, Ni) were investigated using XRD and thermal analysis. The systems Ag2MoO4-MMoO4 (M=Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb, Ni) belong to the simple eutectic type whereas in the systems Ag2MoO4-MMoO4 (M=Co, Mn) incongruently melting Ag2M2(MoO4)3 (M=Co, Mn) were formed. In the ternary oxide systems studied no other compounds were found. Low-temperature LT-Ag2Mn2(MoO4)3 reversibly converts into the high-temperature form of a similar structure at 450-500°C. The single crystals of Ag2Co2(MoO4)3 and LT-Ag2Mn2(MoO4)3 were grown and their structures determined (space group , Z=2; lattice parameters are a=6.989(1) Å, b=8.738(2) Å, c=10.295(2) Å, α=107.67(2)°, β=105.28(2)°, γ=103.87(2)° and a=7.093(1) Å, b=8.878(2) Å, c=10.415(2) Å, α=106.86(2)°, β=105.84(2)°, γ=103.77(2)°, respectively) and refined to R(F)=0.0313 and 0.0368, respectively. The both compounds are isotypical to Ag2Zn2(MoO4)3 and contain mixed frameworks of MoO4 tetrahedra and pairs of M2+O6 octahedra sharing common edges. The Ag+ ions are disordered and located in the voids forming infinite channels running along the a direction. The peculiarities of the silver disorder in the structures of Ag2M2(MoO4)3 (M=Zn, Mg, Co, Mn) are discussed as well as their relations with analogous sodium-containing compounds of the structural family of Na2Mg5(MoO4)6. The phase transitions in Ag2M2(MoO4)3 (M=Mg, Mn) of distortive or order-disorder type are suggested to have superionic character.  相似文献

Two new alkali uranyl oxychloro vanadates M7(UO2)8(VO4)2O8Cl with M=Rb, Cs, have been synthesized by solid-state reactions and their structures determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. They crystallize in the orthorhombic system with space groups Pmcn and Pmmn, respectively. The a and b unit cell parameters are almost identical in both compounds while the c parameter in the Rb compound is doubled: Rb—a=21.427(5) Å, b=11.814(3) Å, c=14.203(3) Å, V=3595.1(1) Å3, Z=4, ρmes=5.93(2) g/cm3, ρcal=5.82(1) g/cm3; Cs—a=21.458(3) Å, b=11.773(2) Å, c=7.495(1) Å, V=1893.6(5) Å3, Z=2, ρmes=6.09(2) g/cm3, ρcal=6.11(1) g/cm3. A full-matrix least-squares refinement yielded R1=0.0221, wR2=0.0562 for 2675 independent reflections and R1=0.0386, wR2=0.1042 for 2446 independent reflections, for the Rb and Cs compounds, respectively. Data were collected with Mo(Kα) radiation and a charge coupled device (CCD) detector of a Bruker diffractometer. Both structures are characterized by [(UO2)8(VO4)2O8Cl]n7n layers parallel to the (001) plane. The layers are built up from VO4 tetrahedra, UO7 and UO6Cl pentagonal bipyramids, and UO6 distorded octahedra. The UO7 and UO6Cl pentagonal bipyramids are associated by sharing opposite equatorial edges to form infinite chains (UO5-UO4Cl-UO5)n parallel to the a axis. These chains are linked together by VO4 tetrahedra, UO6 octahedra, UO7 corner sharing and UO6Cl, Cl sharing. Both structures differ simply by the symmetry of the layers. The unit cell contains one centrosymmetric layer in the Cs compound, whereas in the two-layer unit cell of the Rb compound, two non-centrosymmetric consecutive layers are related by an inversion center. The layers appear to be held together by the alkali ions. The mobility of the M+ ions within the interlayer space in M7(UO2)8(VO4)2O8Cl and carnotite analog compounds is compared.  相似文献

Hydrothermal synthesis in the M/Mo/O (M=Co,Ni) system was investigated. Novel transition metal tetramolybdate dihydrates MMo4O13·2H2O (M=Co,Ni), having an interesting pillared layer structure, were found. The molybdates crystallize in the triclinic system with space group P−1, Z=1 with unit cell parameters of a=5.525(3) Å, b=7.058(4) Å, c=7.551(5) Å, α=90.019(10)°, β=105.230(10)°, γ=90.286(10)° for CoMo4O13·2H2O, and a=5.508(2) Å, b=7.017(3) Å, c=7.533(3) Å, α=90.152(6)°, β=105.216(6)°, γ=90.161(6)° for NiMo4O13·2H2O The structure is composed of two-dimensional molybdenum-oxide (2D Mo-O) sheets pillared with CoO6 octahedra. The 2D Mo-O sheet is made up of infinite straight ribbons built up by corner-sharing of four molybdenum octahedra (two MoO6 and two MoO5OH2) sharing edges. These infinite ribbons are similar to the straight ones in triclinic-K2Mo4O13 having 1D chain structure, but are linked one after another by corner-sharing to form a 2D sheet structure, like the twisted ribbons in BaMo4O13·2H2O (or in orthorhombic-K2Mo4O13) are.  相似文献

The solid-state reactions of UO3 and WO3 with M2CO3 (M=Na, K, Rb) at 650°C for 5 days result, accordingly the starting stoichiometry, in the formation of M2(UO2)(W2O8) (M=Na (1), K (2)), M2(UO2)2(WO5)O (M=K (3), Rb (4)), and Na10(UO2)8(W5O20)O8 (5). The crystal structures of compounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction using Mo(Kα) radiation and a charge-coupled device detector. The crystal structures were solved by direct methods and Fourier difference techniques, and refined by a least-squares method on the basis of F2 for all unique reflections. For (1), unit-cell parameters were determined from powder X-ray diffraction data. Crystallographic data: 1, monoclinic, a=12.736(4) Å, b=7.531(3) Å, c=8.493(3) Å, β=93.96(2)°, ρcal=6.62(2) g/cm3, ρmes=6.64(1) g/cm3, Z=4; 2, orthorhombic, space group Pmcn, a=7.5884(16) Å, b=8.6157(18) Å, c=13.946(3) Å, ρcal=6.15(2) g/cm3, ρmes=6.22(1) g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.029 for 80 parameters with 1069 independent reflections; 3, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=8.083(4) Å, b=28.724(5) Å, c=9.012(4) Å, β=102.14(1)°, ρcal=5.83(2) g/cm3, ρmes=5.90(2) g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.037 for 171 parameters with 1471 reflections; 4, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=8.234(1) Å, b=28.740(3) Å, c=9.378(1) Å, β=104.59(1)°, ρcal=6.13(2) g/cm3,  g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.037 for 171 parameters with 1452 reflections; 5, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=24.359(5) Å, b=23.506(5) Å, c=6.8068(14) Å, β=94.85(3)°, ρcal=6.42(2) g/cm3,  g/cm3, Z=8, R1=0.036 for 306 parameters with 5190 independent reflections. The crystal structure of 2 contains linear one-dimensional chains formed from edge-sharing UO7 pentagonal bipyramids connected by two octahedra wide (W2O8) ribbons formed from two edge-sharing WO6 octahedra connected together by corners. This arrangement leads to [UW2O10]2− corrugated layers parallel to (001). Owing to the unit-cell parameters, compound 1 probably contains similar sheets parallel to (100). Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural and the structure consists of bi-dimensional networks built from the edge- and corner-sharing UO7 pentagonal bipyramids. This arrangement creates square sites occupied by W atoms, a fifth oxygen atom completes the coordination of W atoms to form WO5 distorted square pyramids. The interspaces between the resulting [U2WO10]2− layers parallel to plane are occupied by K or Rb atoms. The crystal structure of compound 5 is particularly original. It is based upon layers formed from UO7 pentagonal bipyramids and two edge-shared octahedra units, W2O10, by the sharing of edges and corners. Two successive layers stacked along the [100] direction are pillared by WO4 tetrahedra resulting in sheets of double layers. The sheets are separated by Na+ ions. The other Na+ ions occupy the rectangular tunnels created within the sheets. In fact complex anions W5O2010− are built by the sharing of the four corners of a WO4 tetrahedron with two W2O10 dimmers, so, the formula of compound 5 can be written Na10(UO2)8(W5O20)O8.  相似文献

Single crystals of the oxidephosphates TiIIITiIV3O3(PO4)3 (black), CrIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24 (red-brown, transparent), and FeIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24 (brown) with edge-lengths up to 0.3 mm were grown by chemical vapour transport. The crystal structures of these orthorhombic members (space group F2dd ) of the lazulite/lipscombite structure family were refined from single-crystal data [TiIIITiIV3O3(PO4)3: Z=24, a=7.3261(9) Å, b=22.166(5) Å, c=39.239(8) Å, R1=0.029, wR2=0.084, 6055 independent reflections, 301 variables; CrIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24: Z=1, a=7.419(3) Å, b=21.640(5) Å, c=13.057(4) Å, R1=0.037, wR2=0.097, 1524 independent reflections, 111 variables; FeIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24: Z=1, a=7.4001(9) Å, b=21.7503(2) Å, c=12.775(3) Å, R1=0.049, wR2=0.140, 1240 independent reflections, 112 variables). For TiIIITiIVO3(PO4)3 a well-ordered structure built from dimers [TiIII,IV2O9] and [TiIV,IV2O9] and phosphate tetrahedra is found. The metal sites in the crystal structures of Cr4Ti27O24(PO4)24 and Fe4Ti27O24(PO4)24, consisting of dimers [MIIITiIVO9] and [TiIV,IV2O9], monomeric [TiIVO6] octahedra, and phosphate tetrahedra, are heavily disordered. Site disorder, leading to partial occupancy of all octahedral voids of the parent lipscombite/lazulite structure, as well as splitting of the metal positions is observed. According to Guinier photographs TiIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24 (a=7.418(2) Å, b=21.933(6) Å, c=12.948(7) Å) is isotypic to the oxidephosphates MIII4TiIV27O24(PO4)24 (MIII: Cr, Fe). The UV/vis spectrum of Cr4Ti27O24(PO4)24 reveals a rather small ligand-field splitting Δo=14,370 cm−1 and a very low nephelauxetic ratio β=0.72 for the chromophores [CrIIIO6] within the dimers [CrIIITiIVO9].  相似文献

Ag4(Mo2O5)(SeO4)2(SeO3) has been synthesized by reacting AgNO3, MoO3, and selenic acid under mild hydrothermal conditions. The structure of this compound consists of cis-MoO22+ molybdenyl units that are bridged to neighboring molybdenyl moieties by selenate anions and by a bridging oxo anion. These dimeric units are joined by selenite anions to yield zigzag one-dimensional chains that extended down the c-axis. Individual chains are polar with the C2 distortion of the Mo(VI) octahedra aligning on one side of each chain. However, the overall structure is centrosymmetric because neighboring chains have opposite alignment of the C2 distortion. Upon heating Ag4(Mo2O5)(SeO4)2(SeO3) looses SeO2 in two distinct steps to yield Ag2MoO4. Crystallographic data: (193 K; MoKα, λ=0.71073 Å): orthorhombic, space group Pbcm, a=5.6557(3), b=15.8904(7), c=15.7938(7) Å, V=1419.41(12), Z=4, R(F)=2.72% for 121 parameters with 1829 reflections with I>2σ(I). Ag2(MoO3)3SeO3 was synthesized by reacting AgNO3 with MoO3, SeO2, and HF under hydrothermal conditions. The structure of Ag2(MoO3)3SeO3 consists of three crystallographically unique Mo(VI) centers that are in 2+2+2 coordination environments with two long, two intermediate, and two short bonds. These MoO6 units are connected to form a molybdenyl ribbon that extends along the c-axis. These ribbons are further connected together through tridentate selenite anions to form two-dimensional layers in the [bc] plane. Crystallographic data: (193 K; MoKα, λ=0.71073 Å): monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=7.7034(5), b=11.1485(8), c=12.7500(9) Å, β=105.018(1) V=1002.7(2), Z=4, R(F)=3.45% for 164 parameters with 2454 reflections with I>2σ(I). Ag2(MoO3)3SeO3 decomposes to Ag2Mo3O10 on heating above 550 °C.  相似文献

This paper describes the hydrothermal syntheses of two isostructural metal bisphosphonates: M2(O3PC6H4PO3)(H2O)2 [M=CoII (1), NiII (2)]. Single-crystal structure determination of compound 1 revealed a pillared layered structure in which the phenyl groups connect the inorganic layers of cobalt phosphonate. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group Pnnm, a=19.306(5), b=4.8293(12), c=5.6390(14) Å, V=525.7(2) Å3, Z=2. Magnetic susceptibility data indicate that antiferromagnetic interactions are mediated in both cases.  相似文献

Two new complex vanadyl(IV)phosphates Na2MVO(PO4)2 (M=Ca, Sr) were synthesized in evacuated quartz ampoules and investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, DTA, ESR and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The crystal structure of Na2SrVO(PO4)2 was solved ab initio from X-ray powder diffraction data. Both compounds are isostructural: a=10.5233(3) Å, b=6.5578(2) Å, c=10.0536(3) Å and a=10.6476(3) Å, b=6.6224(2) Å, c=10.2537(3) Å for Ca and Sr, respectively; S.G. Pnma, Z=4. The compounds have a three-dimensional structure consisting of V4+O6 octahedra connected by PO4 tetrahedra via five of the six vertexes forming a framework with cross-like channels. The strontium and sodium atoms are located in the channels in an ordered manner. Electron diffraction as well as high-resolution electron microscopy confirmed the structure solution. The new vanadylphosphates are Curie-Weiss paramagnets in a wide temperature range down to 2 K with θ=12 and 5 K for Ca and Sr phases, respectively.  相似文献

Two new isotypic phosphates LiNi2H3(P2O7)2 (1) and LiCo2H3(P2O7)2 (2) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. They crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the lattice: a=10.925(2) Å, b=12.774(3) Å, c=8.8833(18) Å, β=123.20(3)° for 1 and a=10.999(2) Å, b=12.863(3) Å, c=8.9419(18) Å, β=123.00(3)° for 2. The transition metal atoms are octahedrally coordinated, whereas the lithium and phosphorus atoms are all tetrahedrally coordinated. As the lithium-induced derivatives of MH2P2O7 (M=Ni, Co), 1 and 2 possess the same structure with MH2P2O7 in terms of topology, comprising the MO6 zigzag chains and P2O7 as the interchain groups. The magnetisms of 1 and 2 could be interpreted by adopting a quasi-one-dimensional (1D) zigzag chain model as that in their parent compounds: both 1 and 2 have ferromagnetic (FM) NiO6/CoO6 chains; 1 shows a FM cluster glass behavior at low temperatures, which is originated from the possible antiferromagnetic (AFM) next-nearest-neighbour intrachain interactions; 2 shows a AFM ordering at TN=2.6 K and a metamagnetic transition at HC=4.2 kOe at 1.8 K.  相似文献

Two new molybdenyl iodates, K2MoO2(IO3)4 (1) and β-KMoO3(IO3) (2), have been prepared from the reactions of MoO3 with KIO4 and NH4Cl at 180°C in aqueous media. The structure of 1 consists of molecular [MoO2(IO3)4]2− anions separated by K+ cations. The Mo(VI) centers are ligated by two cis-oxo ligands and four monodentate iodate anions. Both terminal and bridging oxygen atoms of the iodate anions form long ionic contacts with the K+ cations. β-KMoO3(IO3) (2) displays a two-dimensional layered structure constructed from 2[(MoO3(IO3)]1− anionic sheets separated by K+ cations. These sheets are built from one-dimensional chains formed from corner-sharing MoO6 octahedra that run along the b-axis that are linked together through bridging iodate groups. K+ cations separate the layers from one another and form long contacts with oxygen atoms from both the iodate anions and molybdenyl moieties. Crystallographic data: 1, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=12.8973(9) Å, b=6.0587(4) Å, c=17.694(1) Å, β=102.451(1)°, Z=4, Mo, λ=0.71073, R(F)=2.64% for 97 parameters with 1584 reflections with I>2σ(I); 2, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=7.4999(6) Å, b=7.4737(6) Å, c=10.5269(8) Å, β=109.023(1)°, Z=4, Mo, λ=0.71073, R(F)=2.73% for 83 parameters with 1334 reflections with I>2σ(I).  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations in the systems Li2MoO4-K2MoO4-Ln2(MoO4)3 (Ln=La, Nd, Dy, Er) were determined. Formation of LiKLn2(MoO4)4 was confirmed in the systems with Ln=Nd, Dy, Er at the LiLn(MoO4)2-KLn(MoO4)2 joins. No intermediate phases of other compositions were found. No triple molybdates exist in the system Li2MoO4-K2MoO4-La2(MoO4)3. The join LiLa(MoO4)2-KLa(MoO4)2 is characterized by formation of solid solutions.Triple molybdates LiKLn2(MoO4)4 for Ln=Nd-Lu, Y were synthesized by solid state reactions (single phases with ytterbium and lutetium were not prepared). Crystal and thermal data for these molybdates were determined. Compounds LiKLn2(MoO4)4 form isostructural series and crystallized in the monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a=5.315-5.145 Å, b=12.857-12.437 Å, c=19.470-19.349 Å, β=92.26-92.98°. When heated, the compounds decompose in solid state to give corresponding double molybdates. The dome-shaped curve of the decomposition temperatures of LiMLn2(MoO4)4 has the maximum in the Gd-Tb-Dy region. While studying the system Li2MoO4-K2MoO4-Dy2(MoO4)3 we revealed a new low-temperature modification of KDy(MoO4)2 with the triclinic structure of α-KEu(MoO4)21 (a=11.177(2) Å, b=5.249(1) Å, c=6.859(1) Å, α=112.33(2)°, β=111.48(1)°, γ=91.30(2)°, space group , Z=2).  相似文献

A series of non-hydrated triphosphates containing cesium, Cs2MP3O10 (M=Ga, Al, Cr), has been synthesized for the first time. Their original structure crystallizes in the space group P21/c, with a≈12.3 Å, b≈9.0 Å, c≈9.5 Å and β≈95°. The [MP3O10] layers built up of corner-sharing MO6 octahedra and tritetrahedral P3O10 groups can be described from MP3O13 units in which one MO6 octahedra shares the three corners of one face with one P3O10 group. The open character of the layers makes that Cs+ cations are not only interleaved between the layers, but also located in the pseudo-tunnels they present.  相似文献

A new iron phosphate (NH4)4Fe3(OH)2F2[H3(PO4)4] has been synthesized hydrothermally at HF concentrations from 0.5 to 1.2 mL. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals its three-dimensional open-framework structure (monoclinic, space group P21/n (No. 14), a=6.2614(13) Å, b=9.844(2) Å, c=14.271(3) Å, β=92.11(1)°, V=879.0(3) Å3). This structure is built from isolated linear trimers of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, which are linked by (PO4) groups to form ten-membered-ring channels along [1 0 0]. This isolated, linear trimer of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, [(FeO4)3(OH)2F2], is new and adds to the diverse linkages of Fe polyhedra as secondary building units in iron phosphates. The trivalent iron at octahedral sites for the title compound has been confirmed by synchrotron Fe K-edge XANES spectra and magnetic measurements. Magnetic measurements also show that this compound exhibit a strong antiferromagnetic exchange below TN=17 K, consistent with superexchange interactions expected for the linear trimer of ferric octahedra with the Fe-F-Fe angle of 132.5°.  相似文献

The hydrothermal syntheses, single crystal structures, and some properties of Ba2MnIIMn2III(SeO3)6 and PbFe2(SeO3)4 are reported. These related phases contain three-dimensional frameworks of vertex (FeO6) and vertex/edge linked (MnO6) octahedra and SeO3 pyramids. In each case, the MO6/SeO3 framework encloses two types of 8 ring channels, one of which encapsulates the extra-framework cations and one of which provides space for the SeIV lone pairs. Crystal data: Ba2Mn3(SeO3)6, Mr=1201.22, monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a=5.4717 (3) Å, b=9.0636 (4) Å, c=17.6586 (9) Å, β=94.519 (1)°, V=873.03 (8) Å3, Z=2, R(F)=0.031, wR(F2)=0.070; PbFe2(SeO3)4, Mr=826.73, triclinic, (No. 2), a=5.2318 (5) Å, b=6.7925 (6) Å, c=7.6445 (7) Å, α=94.300 (2)°, β=90.613 (2)°, γ=95.224 (2)°, V=269.73 (4) Å3, Z=1, R(F)=0.051, wR(F2)=0.131.  相似文献

Three new tellurites, LaTeNbO6 and La4Te6M2O23 (M=Nb or Ta) have been synthesized, as bulk phase powders and crystals, by using La2O3, Nb2O5 (or Ta2O5), and TeO2 as reagents. The structures of LaTeNbO6 and La4Te6Ta2O23 were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. LaTeNbO6 consists of one-dimensional corner-linked chains of NbO6 octahedra that are connected by TeO3 polyhedra. La4Te6M2O23 (M=Nb or Ta) is composed of corner-linked chains of MO6 octahedra that are also connected by TeO4 and two TeO3 polyhedra. In all of the reported materials, Te4+ is in an asymmetric coordination environment attributable to its stereo-active lone-pair. Infrared, thermogravimetric, and dielectric analyses are also presented. Crystallographic information: LaTeNbO6, triclinic, space group P−1, a=6.7842(6) Å, b=7.4473(6) Å, c=10.7519(9) Å, α=79.6490(10)°, β=76.920(2)°, γ=89.923(2)°, Z=4; La4Te6Ta2O23, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=23.4676(17) Å, b=12.1291(9) Å, c=7.6416(6) Å, β=101.2580(10)°, Z=4.  相似文献

The isostructural alkali thioferrate compounds CsFe2S3, RbFe2S3 and KFe2S3 have been synthesized by reacting Fe and S with their corresponding AFeS2 (A=K, Rb, Cs) precursors. The crystal structures of these and binary compounds of intermediate composition were determined by Rietveld analysis of laboratory powder X-ray diffraction patterns. All of the synthesized compounds adopt the space group Cmcm (#63), Z=4 with: a=9.5193(8) Å, b=11.5826(10) Å, c=5.4820(4) Å for CsFe2S3; a=9.2202(7) Å, b=11.2429(9) Å, c=5.4450(3) Å for RbFe2S3; and a=9.0415(13) Å, b=11.0298(17) Å, c=5.4177(6) Å for KFe2S3. These mixed valence alkali thioferrates show regular changes in cell dimensions, AS10 (A=K, Rb, Cs) polyhedron volumes, polyhedron distortion parameters, and calculated oxidation state of Fe with respect to increasing size of the alkali element cation. The calculated empirical oxidation state of iron varies from +2.618 (CsFe2S3), through +2.666 (RbFe2S3) to +2.77 (KFe2S3).  相似文献

Two novel noncentrosymmetric borates oxides, MBi2B2O7 or MBi2O(BO3)2 (MCa, Sr), have been synthesized by solid-state reactions in air at temperatures in the 600-700 °C range. Their crystal structures have been determined ab initio and refined using powder neutron diffraction data. CaBi2B2O7 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pna21 space group with a=8.9371(5) Å, b=5.4771(3) Å, c=12.5912(7) Å, Z=4, Rwp=0.118, χ2=2.30. SrBi2B2O7 crystallizes in the hexagonal P63 space group with a=9.1404(4) Å, c=13.0808(6) Å, Z=6, Rwp=0.115, χ2=4.15. Large displacement parameters suggest the presence of disorder in SrBi2B2O7 as also revealed by diffuse 2×a superstructure reflections in electron diffraction patterns. Both structures are built of identical (001) neutral layers of corner-sharing BO3 triangles and MO6 trigonal prisms forming six-membered rings in which Bi2O groups are located. Adjacent layers are stacked in a staggered configuration and connected through weak Bi-O bonds. A moderate efficiency for second harmonic generation (SHG) has been measured for a powder sample of CaBi2B2O7 (deff=2deff(KDP)).  相似文献

Two fluorinated metal phosphates, M2F2(2,2′-bpy)(HPO4)2(H2O) (M=Fe, Ga), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and magnetic susceptibility. The two compounds are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic space group , a=7.6595(8)Å, b=10.101(1)Å, c=11.260(1)Å, α=107.555(2)°, β=105.174(2)°, γ=98.975(2)°, V=775.1(2)Å3 and Z=2 for the Fe compound, and a=7.5816(6)Å, b=9.9943(7)Å, c=11.1742(8)Å, α=107.333(1)°, β=105.014(1)°, γ=99.261(1)° and V=754.2(2)Å3 for the Ga compound. They are the first fluorinated metal phosphates which incorporate 2,2′-bipyridine ligands. The structure consists of edge-sharing octahedral dimers with the composition Fe2F4(H2O)2O4 and discrete FeN2O4 octahedra, which are linked into two-dimensional sheets through corner-sharing phosphate tetrahedra. The 2,2′-bpy ligands bind in a bidentate fashion to the metal atoms and project into interlamellar region. The layers are extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular array via π-π stacking interactions of the 2,2′-bpy ligands. Magnetic susceptibility of the iron compound confirms the presence of FeIII.  相似文献

Two new potassium uranyl molybdates K2(UO2)2(MoO4)O2 and K8(UO2)8(MoO5)3O6 have been obtained by solid state chemistry . The crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction data, collected with MoKα radiation and a charge coupled device (CCD) detector. Their structures were solved using direct methods and Fourier difference techniques and refined by a least square method on the basis of F2 for all unique reflections, with R1=0.046 for 136 parameters and 1412 reflections with I?2σ(I) for K2(UO2)2(MoO4)O2 and R1=0.055 for 257 parameters and 2585 reflections with I?2σ(I) for K8(UO2)8(MoO5)3O6. The first compound crystallizes in the monoclinic symmetry, space group P21/c with a=8.250(1) Å, b=15.337(2) Å, c=8.351(1) Å, β=104.75(1)°, ρmes=5.22(2) g/cm3, ρcal=5.27(2) g/cm3 and Z=4. The second material adopts a tetragonal unit cell with a=b=23.488(3) Å, c=6.7857(11) Å, ρmes=5.44(3) g/cm3, ρcal=5.49(2) g/cm3, Z=4 and space group P4/n.In both structures, the uranium atoms adopt a UO7 pentagonal bipyramid environment, molybdenum atoms are in a MoO4 tetrahedral environment for K2(UO2)2(MoO4)O2 and MoO5 square pyramid coordination in K8(UO2)8(MoO5)3O6. These compounds are characterized by layered structures. The association of uranyl ions (UO7) and molybdate oxoanions MoO4 or MoO5, give infinite layers [(UO2)2(MoO4)O2]2− and [(UO2)8(MoO5)3O6]8− in K2(UO2)2(MoO4)O2 and K8(UO2)8(MoO5)3O6, respectively. Conductivity properties of alkali metal within the interlayer spaces have been measured and show an Arrhenius type evolution.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures, and characterization of a new family of quaternary alkali tungsten tellurites, A2TeW3O12 (A=K, Rb, or Cs), are reported. Crystals of the materials were synthesized by supercritical hydrothermal methods using 1 M AOH (A=K, Rb, or Cs), TeO2, and WO3 as reagents. Bulk, polycrystalline phases were synthesized by standard solid-state methods combining stoichiometric amounts of A2CO3, TeO2, and WO3. Although the three materials are not iso-structural, each exhibits a hexagonal tungsten oxide layer comprised of corner-sharing W6+O6 octahedra. Te4+O3 groups connect the WO6 layers in K2TeW3O12, whereas the same groups cap the WO6 layers in Rb2TeW3O12 and Cs2TeW3O12. This capping results in non-centrosymmetric structures for Rb2TeW3O12 and Cs2TeW3O12. Powder second-harmonic generation measurements on Rb2TeW3O12 and Cs2TeW3O12 revealed strong SHG efficiencies of 200 and 400×SiO2, respectively. These values indicate an average non-linear optical susceptibility, 〈deffexp of 16 and 23 pm/V for Rb2TeW3O12 and Cs2TeW3O12, respectively. Crystallographic information: K2TeW3O12, monoclinic, space group P21/n (No. 14), a=7.3224(13) Å, b=11.669(2) Å, c=12.708(2) Å, β=90.421(3)°, Z=4; Rb2TeW3O12, trigonal, space group P31c (No. 159), a=b=7.2980(2) Å, c=12.0640(2) Å, Z=2.  相似文献
