聚合物发光二极管以其独有的优点在显示方面显现了光明的前景,关于它的研究也很快成为国际上竞争激烈的热点。目前,聚合物发光二极管的各项性能距实际应用的要求还有相当一段距离。在提高聚合物发光二极管的各项性能的进程中,电注入发光聚合物的能带工程将起着积极的作用。本文简要地介绍了电注入发光聚合物的能带的形成、表征以及能带工程在聚合物发光器件中的应用。 相似文献

聚合物光电功能材料与器件因其广阔的应用前景,1990年以年来吸引了世界各国学术界的广泛关注和兴趣.聚合物光电子器件主要包括聚合物电致发光二极管、聚合物场效应晶体管和聚合物太阳能电池等,其使用的关键材料是共轭聚合物光电子材料,包括共轭聚合物发光材料、场效应晶体管材料和光伏材料等.本文主要对共轭聚合物电致发光材料和光伏材料的研究进展进行综述,介绍了这些聚合物材料的种类、结构和性质以及在聚合物电致发光器件和聚合物太阳能电池中的应用.并讨论了当前共轭聚合物光电子材料中的关键科学问题和今后的发展方向. 相似文献

本文设计合成了新型的氟硼荧(氟硼二吡咯,BODIPY)功能化的间苯二咪唑配体5。利用刚性二咪唑配体的配位作用及氟硼二吡咯的荧光特性,配体5与Ag(I) 络合后成功地获得了具有优良发光特性的配位聚合物凝胶,并通过TEM、SEM、荧光光谱等检测手段对该凝胶的结构和性能进行了表征。研究显示,银离子的加入并未影响荧光团的发射波长及荧光强度,使得配体的荧光特性在凝胶状态下得以保持。这一研究结果是本课题组刚性二咪唑-Ag(I)配合物凝胶的又一成功范例,使得采用类似方法构筑其它不同类型的配位聚合物发光凝胶成为可能。 相似文献

A novel blue‐light emitting terphenyl‐bridged ladder polysiloxane ( TBLP) was prepared by the condensation of a tetrasilanol monomer via a ladder supramolecular structure. TBLPs emit narrow blue light (420 nm) with high quantum yields (0.96) in diluted solution and shows no evident fluorophore aggregation in the solid state, indicating that the terphenyls are well isolated due to confinement of the ladder‐rungs. In addition, it has excellent emission stability at high temperature based on TGA, DSC and annealing experiments. Overall, TBLPs can be considered as a potential material for fabricating stable and high‐efficiency blue‐light emitting optoelectronic devices.

Poly(phenylene vinylene) (PPV) film was synthesized via a soluble precursor poly-mer. Strong fluorescence at 500-600nm was observed in both precursor and PPV film.Room-temperature conductivity of PPV film doped with FeCl_3 depends on the eliminationtemperature, the concentration of FeCl_3 and doping time. The maximum conductivity ofdoped PPV at room-temperature can reach about 40 S·cm~(-1). The temperature depen-dence of conductivity was controlled by 1D-VRH (1 Dimension Variable Range Hopping)model with T_0 value of 3.9×10~3 K. Non-Ohmic conductivity resulting from Schottky effectwas observed and the value of converted voltage from Ohmic region into non-Ohmic regionat the current-voltage characteristic was found to be dependent upon the work function ofelectrodes. 相似文献

We report a series of ethylhydrosilicone fluids synthesized through the ring-opening copolymerization of mixed cyclosiloxanes and end-capped with the 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-dihydrosiloxane using anionic exchange resin as catalyst. The mixed cyclosiloxanes consisted of methylphenylcyclosiloxane (Dn Me,Ph, n = 3, 4), tetramethylhydrogencyclosiloxane (D4 H), and tetramethylethylcyclosiloxane (D4 Me,Et). The refractive indices of the obtained silicone fluids were determined, and these products were further characterized by SEC, 1H NMR, TGA, and DSC. The DSC results indicated that the cold resistance of the silicone fluids obtained was improved with the increase of (MeEtSiO) unit content. Therefore, the silicone fluids with good cold resistance can be used as liquid cross-linking agents for LED encapsulants to enhance the cold tolerance of LED devices. 相似文献

A dramatic increase in the photostability of a blue‐light‐emitting polymer, poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene), was achieved by the addition of 5–10 nm gold nanoparticles. The optical absorption band of the gold nanoparticles was tuned to resonate the triplet exciton ground state bandgap energy of the polymer. Photo‐oxidation rate of poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) was effectively reduced by doping the polymer with very small amounts (≈10−6–10−5 volume fraction) of the gold nanoparticles.

Summary: A series of novel copolymers with fluorene‐alt‐carbazole segments and β‐diketonate moieties coordinating to iridium were synthesized by Suzuki polycondensation, and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and GPC. In the absorption spectra of the copolymers, metal‐to‐ligand charge‐transfer transitions coming from iridium complex increased in intensity with increasing content of Ir complex in copolymers. The photoluminescence spectra of the copolymers were dominated by emission from the iridium complex with peak at ca. 620 nm even at the feed ratio of the complex as low as 0.5 mol‐%. The electrochemical investigation indicated that the incorporation of carbazole and iridium complex units reduce the barrier for both hole and electron injection compared with the polyfluorene. The light‐emitting diodes using the copolymers as emission layer under different device configurations were fabricated. The devices with 2‐(4‐biphenylyl)‐5‐(4‐tert‐butylphenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (PBD) show significantly higher external quantum efficiencies than those without PBD. A saturated red‐emitting polymer light‐emitting diode with emission peak at 628 nm, the maximum external quantum efficiency of 0.6% at the current density (J) of 38.5 mA · cm−2, and the maximum luminance of 541 cd · m−2 at 15.8 V was achieved from the device ITO/PEDOT/PFCzIrpiq3 + PBD (40%)/Ba/Al.

将甲基苯基二氯硅烷(MePhSiCl2)与二甲基二氯硅烷(Me2SiCl2)、 甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷(MeViSiCl2)和苯基三氯硅烷(PhSiCl3)等共水解后, 在KOH催化下共缩聚, 以三甲基氯硅烷(Me3SiCl)为封端剂, 制备了含有甲基苯基硅氧链节的甲基苯基乙烯基硅树脂, 并利用FTIR, 1H NMR和热重分析(TGA)对产物进行了表征. 将所得甲基苯基乙烯基硅树脂与甲基苯基含氢硅油按一定配比, 在铂络合物催化下硫化成型, 制成发光二极管(LED)封装A/B胶, 用于LED封装. 所得LED封装硅树脂固化后在可见光范围内具有非常高的透光率. 对LED的封装结构进行优化, 获得的LED具有高光效、 高光通量、 窄显色指数和高色温一致性等优点, 可满足功率型LED封装要求. 相似文献
