通过水热共沉淀方法制备了亚微米长余辉发光材料Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+,使用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光致发光以及热释发光光谱对所合成的材料进行了研究。结果表明:在1 000℃下烧结4 h的样品为四方晶系单相,结晶度随着烧结温度的升高而进一步改善,所制备的材料分散性良好,尺寸在200~300 nm之间。在399 nm激发下,样品呈现出主峰位于467 nm的蓝光发射,来自于Eu2+的5d-4f跃迁。在1 100℃烧结获得的样品的长余辉发光优于1 000℃烧结的样品。样品的热释光谱为一个不对称分布的宽带,主峰位于330~340 K之间,热释光谱对应的峰值范围有利于产生长余辉发光。 相似文献

A cataphoresis discharge tube of 7 mm inner diameter and 38 cm active length was designed and made for the He–Sr+ laser. The cataphoretic input of uniform distribution of strontium vapor concentrations along the active region was realized by the cataphoresis effect and the slow flowing (0.5 nl/h) of helium buffer gas. The strontium ionic recombination laser at 430.5 nm and the R–M transition laser at 1.03 μm were obtained with the modified Blumlein circuit by high-frequency longitudinal pulsed discharge. The laser components are concentrated on the 430.5 nm wavelength. Dependences of working parameters such as the pulse frequency, the supply voltage, and the helium pressure on laser output characteristics were measured and discussed. The maximum laser output power of 819 mW and specific power of 56 mW/cm3 were obtained, respectively. 相似文献

An experimental investigation on the characteristics of a flowing He-SrCl2 vapor laser is carried out. The output power as a function of the SrCl2 vapor pressure is presented by calculating the radial temperature distribution of the discharge tube. to finally lock the 729-nm laser system to atomic transition is made. Further work to improve the accuracy of measurement
and the stabilization of system locking is in consideration and preparation.

Optical planar waveguides in Yb 3+-doped phosphate glasses are fabricated by implanting triple-energy helium ions. The guiding modes and the near-field intensity distribution are measured by using the prism-coupling method and the end-face coupling setup with a He-Ne laser at 633 nm The intensity calculation method (ICM) is used to reconstruct the refractive index profile of the waveguide. The absorption and the fluorescence investigations reveal that the glass bulk features are well preserved in the active volumes of the waveguides, suggesting the fabricated structures for possible applications as waveguide lasers. 相似文献

Carbon nitride thin films are deposited on silicon wafers by 532 nm Nd:YAG laser ablation of graphite in the N2+H2 atmosphere assisted by a dc glow discharge plasma at a higher gas pressure of about 4.0 kPa. The properties of the thin films are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the deposited films are composed of α-C3N4, β-C3N4 phase and have the N/C atomic ratio of 2.01. The optical emission spectroscopy (OES) studies indicate that the introduction of a dc glow discharge and the adoption of a higher gas pressure during the film deposition are favorable to the net generation of the atomic N, CN radicals and N+2 in B2Σ+u excited state in the plasma, which are considered to play a major role in the synthesis of carbon nitride. 相似文献

利用脉冲激光沉积技术在LaAlO3(00l)单晶衬底上制备了La067Ba033MnO3薄膜,研究了CO2激光辐照对La067Ba033MnO3薄膜的微结构和磁电性能的影响.结果表明,经激光辐照后,La067Ba033MnO3薄膜的结晶性增强,薄膜应变减小;薄膜表面形貌由“岛状”结构变为“平原"结构,且粗糙度大大降低;同时,薄膜的饱和磁化强度、铁磁居里温度、金属—绝缘态转变温度和磁电阻增大,而矫顽场和电阻率减小.根据对传统退火效应的分析和理论计算,认为激光辐照导致的表面微结构的变化以及薄膜的氧含量和均匀性的提高对La067Ba033MnO3薄膜的磁电性能的改善与优化密切相关.
