A reaction of aryl ketenes with 1-arylmethylidenepyrazolidin-1-azomethine imines, generated by the diaziridine ring opening in 6-aryl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes catalyzed with Et2O·BF3, leads to 1,2-bis(phenylacetyl)pyrazolidine, 2-arylacetyl-1-arylidenepyrazolidin-1-ium chlorides, or a representative of 1,5-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-ones, viz., 4-(4-eth-oxyphenyl)-3,3-diphenyl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one, depending on the reaction conditions and the structure of the starting compounds. A mechanism suggested earlier for the transformation of 1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes in the reaction with ketenes was confirmed.  相似文献

Bromine-containing organozinc compounds generated from 1,1-dibromo-3,3-dimethylbutan-2-one reacted with 2-arylmethylideneindan-1,3-diones and 5-arylmethylidene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones to give 3-aryl-2-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indan]-1′,3′-diones and 1-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-2-(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)-5,7-dioxaspiro[2.5]octan-4,8-diones, respectively. Reactions of 2-arylmethylideneindan-1,3-diones with bromine-containing zinc enolates derived from 1-aryl-2,2-dibromopropan-1-ones and 2,2-dibromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one resulted in the formation of 2-aroyl-3-aryl-2-methylspiro-[cyclopropane-1,2′-indan]-1′,3′-diones and 2,3: 8,9-dibenzo-12-phenyldispiro[4.0.5.1]dodecane-1,4,7-trione, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 6-chloropentafluorocyclohexa-2,4-dienone, 6-chloro-3-(pentafluorophenoxy)tetrafluorocyclohexa-2,4-dienone, and perfluoro-6-phenoxycyclohexa-2,4-dienone with aryl nitrile oxides proceeds highly stereoselectively at the c C=O group of the dienone providing in a high yield mixtures of diastereomeric fluorine-containing 3-aryl-1,4-dioxa-2-azaspiro[4,5]deca-2,6,8-trienes. The reaction of the latter with sodium pentafluorophenolate proceeds along the type of allyl substitution affording polyfluorinated 3-aryl-8-phenoxy-1,4-dioxa-2-azaspiro[4,5]deca-2,6,9-trienes.  相似文献

Ethyl 2-benzoyl-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 6 ) and methyl 2-benzoylamino-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 46 ) were used as reagents for the protection of the amino group with 2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1 and 2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycarbonylvinyl groups in the peptide synthesis. Reactions of ethyl 2-benzoyl-3-dimethylaminopropenoate (6) with α-amino acids gave N-(2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1)-α-amino acids 13–19. These were coupled with various amino acid esters to form N-(2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycar-bonylvinyl-1)-protected dipeptide esters 20–31. The removal of 2-benzoyl-2-ethoxycarbonylvinyl-1 group, which was achieved by hydrazine monohydrochloride or hydroxylamine hydrochloride, afforded hydrochlo-rides of dipeptide esters 32–41 in high yields. Similarly, the substitution of the dimethylamino group in methyl 2-benzoylamino-3-dimethylaminopropenoate ( 46 ) by glycine gave N-(2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycar-bonylvinyl-1)glycine ( 47 ), which was coupled with glycine ethyl ester to give N-[N-(2-benzoylamino-2-methoxycarbonylvinyl-1)glycyl]glycine ethyl ester ( 48 ). Treatment of 48 with 2-arnino-4,6-dirnethylpyrimi-dine afforded N-[glycyl]glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride (34) in high yield. Amino acid esters and dipeptide esters were employed in the preparation of tri- 58-70, tetra- 71–82, and pentapeptide esters 83–85 containing N-terminal 3-heteroarylamino-2,3-dehydroalanine. 2-Chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine was employed as a coupling reagent for the preparation of peptides 58–85.  相似文献

Several new Grignard reagents based on substituted cyclobutanes have been generated and added to cyclobutanones to yield mono- to trimethylated [1,1′-bicyclobutyl]-1-ols. Mono- to trimethylated spiro[3.4]octan-5-ols have been prepared from the parent ketone via alkylation and/or addition reactions. Upon treatment with acid, all [1,1′-bicyclobutyl]-1-ols and spiro[3.4]octan-5-ols rearrange to yield a single bicyclo[3.3.0]octene.  相似文献

Reformatsky reactions of methyl 1-bromocyclohexanecarboxylate and methyl 1-bromocyclo-pentanecarboxylate with 2-aryl-2-oxoacetaldehydes involve both carbonyl groups of the latter and result in formation of 3a-aryl-3,3 : 6,6-bis(pentamethylene)- and 3a-aryl-3,3 : 6,6-bis(tetramethylene)tetrahydrofuro-[3,2-b]furan-2,5-diones. The reaction with 2-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-2-oxoacetaldehyde gives acyclic products, methyl 1-[1-hydroxy-2-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-2-oxoethyl]cyclohexanecarboxylate and methyl 1-[1-hydroxy-2-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-2-oxoethyl]cyclopentanecarboxylate, while with benzil methyl 1-(4-hydroxy-1-oxo-3,4-diphenyl-2-oxaspiro[4.5]dec-3-yl)cyclohexanecarboxylate and methyl 1-(4-hydroxy-1-oxo-3,4-diphenyl-2-oxaspiro[4.4]non-3-yl)cyclopentanecarboxylate are obtained.  相似文献

Halogenation of 1-substituted 7-aryl-2,3,7-triazabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-2-ene-6,8-diones gives different products, depending on the substituent in position 1 (R1): when R1 = Ar, 6-chloro-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes are formed, while compounds with R1 = H or Me give rise to 2- or 4-chloro-2,3,7-triazabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-2-ene-6,8-diones whose thermolysis leads to formation of the corresponding 6-chloro-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes. Diphenyldiazomethane regioselectively adds to 2-R-substituted maleimides to yield 1-pyrazoline derivatives, 1-R-7-aryl-6,8-dioxo-4,4-diphenyl-2,3,7-triazabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-2-enes that on heating liberate nitrogen to afford substituted 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes.
