Aromatic ketone (anthrone) complexation with aliphatic amines is studied by UV-Vis, 1H, 1H-1H COSY NMR spectroscopy. It is found that the catalytic activity of aliphatic amine is observed in the reaction of anthrone oxidation by molecular oxygen in aprotic media due to the formation of intermolecular complexes consisting of two anthrone molecules and one aliphatic amine molecule.  相似文献

The 3D-QSAR CoMSIA technique was applied to a set of 458 peptides binding to the five most widespread HLA-A2-like alleles: A*0201, A*0202, A*0203, A*0206 and A*6802. Models comprising the main physicochemical properties (steric bulk, electron density, hydrophobicity and hydrogen-bond formation abilities) were obtained with acceptable predictivity (q 2 ranged from 0.385 to 0.683). The use of coefficient contour maps allowed an A2-supermotif to be identified based on common favoured and disfavoured areas. The CoMSIA definition for the best HLA-A2 binder is as follows: hydrophobic aromatic amino acid at position 1; hydrophobic bulky side chains at positions 2, 6 and 9; non-hydrogen-bond-forming amino acids at position 3; small aliphatic hydrogen-bond donors at position 4; aliphatic amino acids at position 5; small aliphatic side chains at position 7; and small aliphatic hydrophilic and hydrogen-bond forming amino acids at position 8.  相似文献

Biuret oligomers and polymers from primary aliphatic amines and aromatic or aliphatic diisocyanates have been synthesized. To demonstrate the feasibility of the synthesis of polybiurets, aliphatic primary amines with n-propyl, n-hexyl, n-octyl, and n-dodecyl groups have been incorporated. For the synthesis of biuret oligomers of biologically active primary aliphatic amines [8-(4-amino-1-methylbutylamino)-6-methoxyquinoline] (primaquine) and adamantanamine were selected. Primaquine was also incorporated into polyepichlorohydrin by nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine of the chloromethyl group by the primary aliphatic amino group of primaquine. The structure of the biuret polymers was established by elemental analysis, and by infrared 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopic characterization. Several attempts to use primaquine as a diamine for the formation of condensation polymers, including reaction of primaquine with sebacoyl chloride (to form polyamides), or with diisocyanates (to form polyureas) were unsuccessful.  相似文献

A procedure was developed for the gas-chromatographic determination of aliphatic amines C7–C20 with prederivatization by N-methyl-bis(trifluoroacetamide), in the concentration range of natural surface water, to 10?4-1 mg/L, and wastewater, to 10?3-1 mg/L. The conditions were optimized for the extraction preconcentration of aliphatic amines with toluene from natural surface water and wastewater. The detection limit for aliphatic amines at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3: 1 was 50 ng/L.  相似文献

A new amino fluorescence probe, 2,6-dimethylquinoline-4-(N-succinimidyl) formate (DMQF-OSu) has been synthesized. Based on the selective reaction of DMQF-OSu with primary and secondary aliphatic amines to yield strong fluorescence, a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of total aliphatic amines has been developed. At λex/λem=324.4/416 nm, the linear calibration range was 6×10−8-6×10−6 mol l−1 with the detection limit (3σ) of 1.94×10−10 mol l−1 for the determination of aliphatic amines in weak basic media. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of aliphatic amines in tap water and lake water with the recoveries of 99-104%. Compared with the reported methods, the method presented here is rapid, simple, sensitive and feasible.  相似文献

 A series of aromatic-aliphatic copolyamides containing different aliphatic diamine units was synthesized by low temperature solution polycondensation. The liquid crystalline critical concentration (c*) and liquid crystalline critical temperature (T*) of these copolyamides exhibited an odd-even zigzag effect with the odd-even variation of carbon atom number in the aliphatic dimes used.  相似文献

Direct C(sp3)-H functionalization of N-unprotected aliphatic amines represents one of the most efficient and straightforward strategies for amine synthesis. Despite some recent progress in this field, the NH2-directed γ-C(sp3)-H arylation of primary aliphatic amines except α-amino esters remained an unmet challenge. In this report, we established a simple and efficient method for site-selective C(sp3)-H arylation of primary aliphatic amines by aryl iodides. In the presence of only 5 mol% Pd(OAc)2, a wide range of aliphatic amines including O-benzyl and O-silyl amino alcohols were arylated at γ- or δ-positions by aryl iodides containing a broad scope of functional groups. The synthetic application of this method had also been demonstrated by large-scale synthesis, the synthesis of a fingolimod analogue, and the conjugation with natural d-menthol and fluorescent 1,8-naphthalimide.  相似文献

14N- and 15N-NMR spectra have been recorded for 2-(aminomethyl)pyridine ( 1 ), tris[(2-pyridyl)methyl]amine ( 2 ), and some of their protonated forms. For 1 , the most basic site is the aliphatic N-atom, whereas for 2 the pyridine N-atoms are more basic, in contrast to what might be expected for a tertiary aliphatic amine.  相似文献

Poly(epichlorohydrin) has been modified chemically using aromatic and aliphatic thiol compounds. The reactivity and kinetics of these modifiers with respect to substitution and elimination was studied. Therefore, the chemical structure of the reaction products was analysed using 13C NMR, 1H NMR and 13C-DEPT spectroscopies. It is shown that both, aromatic as well as aliphatic thiols, are highly selective with respect to nucleophilic substitution as reaction conditions can be found which allow one to achieve degrees of modification of up to 90% without any elimination side-reaction. As a consequence no degradative chain-scission takes place what has been confirmed by GPC analysis.A comparison between both types of thiol modifiers shows that aromatic ones react faster and that higher degrees of modification are reached than with their aliphatic homologues.  相似文献

An analysis of both the aromatic and aliphatic portions of the 1H NMR spectrum of α-tetralone has been carried out. Two deuterated derivatives, 2,2-dideuterio- and 4,4-dideuterio-α-tetralone, were prepared to facilitate unambiguous assignment of chemical shifts for the aliphatic protons. The conformation of the 6-membered alicyclic ring of the molecule is defined by the coupling constants among the aliphatic protons. Benzylic coupling was the only detectable long range interaction between the aliphatic and aromatic protons of the molecule. The magnitude and sign of these coupling constants agree with previous calculations of Wasylishen and Schaefer.  相似文献

The enthalpies of solution of aliphatic compounds [{aliphatic amine, H(CH2) n NH2, n = 3 to 10}, aliphatic benzene {H(CH2) n C6H5, n = 0 to 8}, and alkane {H(CH2) n H, n = 6 to 10}] in dimethyl sulfoxide have been measured at 298.15 K in the low concentration range from x = 5 × 10?6 to x = 0.002. The partial molar enthalpies at infinite dilution of each aliphatic compound were determined and were found to increase linearly with increasing number of methylene groups. The enthalpic group contribution of methylene, phenyl, methyl, hydroxyl, nitrile, and amine in aliphatic compounds were 1.55, 2.65, 3.81, ?2.55, ?3.71, and ?4.43 kJ-mol?1, respectively.  相似文献

Pentacyanocyclopentadienide (PCCp?), a stable π‐electronic anion, provided various ion‐pairing assemblies in combination with various cations. PCCp?‐based assemblies exist as single crystals and mesophases owing to interionic interactions with π‐electronic and aliphatic cations with a variety of geometries, substituents, and electronic structures. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis revealed that PCCp? formed cation‐dependent arrangements with contributions from charge‐by‐charge and charge‐segregated assembly modes for ion pairs with π‐electronic and aliphatic cations, respectively. Furthermore, some aliphatic cations gave dimension‐controlled organized structures with PCCp?, as observed in the mesophases, for which synchrotron XRD analysis suggested the formation of charge‐segregated modes. Noncontact evaluation of conductivity for (C12H25)3MeN+ ? PCCp? films revealed potential hole‐transporting properties, yielding a local‐scale hole mobility of 0.4 cm2 V?1 s?1 at semiconductor–insulator interfaces.  相似文献

The mass spectra of some tertiary aliphatic nitroaldehydes, nitroketones, nitroesters, nitronitriles and related nitrocarbonyl compounds are discussed and compared with those of some analogous nitro compounds lacking the carbonyl function. The M+˙ ? NO2˙ and in several cases M+˙ ? HNO2 fragmentation seem to be the most characteristic features of all tertiary aliphatic nitro compounds. In the presence of the primary nitro group, the loss of NHO2 is always observed.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

The Rh-catalyzed ortho-C(sp2)−H functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline-derived benzamides with aliphatic acyl fluorides generated in situ from the corresponding acids has been developed. This reaction initiated with 8-aminoquinoline-directed ortho-C(sp2)−H acylation, which was accompanied by subsequent intramolecular nucleophilic acyl substitution of amide group to produce alkylidene phthalides This approach exhibits high stereo-selectivity for Z-isomer products, and tolerates a variety of functional groups as well as aliphatic carboxylic acids with diverse structural scaffolds.  相似文献

Procedures were developed for the determination of some organic compounds (n-alkanes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, Cl,P,N-pesticides, phthalic acid esters, chlorophenols, aliphatic acids, and methyl esters of aliphatic acids) in water on the basis of direct supercritical fluid extraction with the subsequent gas-chromatographic analysis of the entire extract without using organic solvents. Precolumn derivatization of six short‐chain aliphatic amines by a near‐infrared dye, 1‐(ε‐succinimydyl‐hexanoate)‐1′‐methyl‐3,3,3′,3′‐tetramethyl‐indocarbocyanine‐5,5′‐ disulfonate potassium (MeCy5‐OSu), followed by MEKC–CE–LIF detection has been developed as a method for the determination of aliphatic amines in environmental water and food. Optimum derivatization was operated nicely in pH 9.0 borate buffer at 20°C for 30 min. Well separated peaks were observed with a pH 9.5 BGE containing 10 mmol L?1 phosphoric acid, 20 mmol L?1 SDS, and 7% methanol buffered with 1.0 mol L?1 NaOH. The separation procedure was rapidly achieved within 11 min and the matrix interferences could be effectively eliminated. A linear calibration graph was obtained for 5–200 nmol L?1 analytes with a correlation coefficient in the range 0.9933–0.9995 for amines. This method was successfully utilized to determine aliphatic amines in lake, sewage water, and red wine with recoveries ranging from 96.4 to 105% and the RSDs ranging from 0.9 to 2.9%. Near‐infrared, LIF‐detector‐compatible MeCy5‐OSu was proved suitable for the accurate, sensitive, and rapid separation and determination of aliphatic amines in water and food samples.  相似文献
