Attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy was used to examine the concentration dependent solvation of LiClO4 and NaClO4 electrolytes in propylene carbonate (PC). Factor analysis and curve fitting techniques were performed on the measured spectra and the results compared with ab initio computations to provide evidence for ion-solvent solution geometries. Factor analysis of the measured data allowed the identification of the spectrum of ion-associated PC that is uniquely different from the self-associated PC spectrum. The results indicate Li+ and ClO4- ions are contact ion-paired even at relatively low electrolyte concentrations whereas Na+ and ClO4- ions are not, up to approximately 2 mol dm-3.  相似文献

The interaction forces in emulsion films stabilized using hydrophobically modified inulin (INUTEC SP1) were investigated by measuring the disjoining pressure of a microscopic horizontal film between two macroscopic emulsion drops of isoparaffinic oil (Isopar M). A special measuring cell was used for this purpose whereby the disjoining pressure Pi was measured as a function of the equivalent film thickness hw. The latter was determined using an interferometric method. In this way Pi-hw curves were established at a constant INUTEC SP1 concentration of 2x10(-5) mol.dm-3 and at various NaCl concentrations. At a constant disjoining pressure of 36 Pa, a constant temperature of 22 degrees C, and a film radius of 100 microm, hw decreased with an increase in the NaCl concentration, Cel, and reached a constant value of 11 nm at Cel=5x10(-2) mol.dm-3. This reduction in film thickness is due to the compression of the electrical double layer, and at the above critical NaCl concentration any electrostatic repulsion is removed and only steric interaction remains. This critical electrolyte concentration represents the transition from electrostatic to steric interaction. At a NaCl concentration of 2x10(-4) mol.dm-3 the Pi-hw isotherms showed a gradual decrease in hw with an increase in capillary pressure, after which there was a jump in hw from approximately 30 to approximately 7.2 nm when Pi reached a high value of 2-5.5 kPa. This jump is due to the formation of a Newton black film (NBF), giving a layer thickness of the polyfructose loops of approximately 3.6 nm. The film thickness did not change further when the pressure reached 45 kPa, indicating the high stability of the film. Pi-hw isotherms were obtained at various NaCl concentrations, namely, 5x10(-2), 5x10(-1), 1.0, and 2.0 mol.dm-3. The initial thicknesses are within the range 9-11 nm, after which a transition zone starts, corresponding to a pressure of about 0.5 kPa. In this zone all films transform to an NBF with a jump, after which the thickness remains constant with a further increase in the disjoining pressure up to 45 kPa, with no film rupture. This indicates the very high stability of the NBF in the presence of high electrolyte concentrations. The high emulsion film stability (due to strong steric repulsions between the strongly hydrated loops of polyfructose) is correlated with the bulk emulsion stability.  相似文献

本文研制了一种新型的由强碱性阴离子交换树脂(OH形式),转换成N-(β-羧基丙酰基)异鲁米诺(简称CPIL)化学发光形式的阴离子交换树脂.试液中的阴离子将树脂上的发光剂阴离子(CPIL^-)交换出来与H~2O~2-Fe(CN)~6^3^-反应,产生化学发光,化学发光的强度与试液中的阴离子浓度成正比.由此建立的流动注射化学发光离子交换测定技术,应用于CI^-,Br^-,NO^-~2,NO^-~3,SO^2^-~4等阴离子的测定,对不同的阴离子检测限为8.0×10^-^7mol.dm^-^3-1.4×10^-^6mol.dm^-^3,线性范围可达两个数量极(1×10^-^6mol.dm^-^3-1×10^-^4mol.dm^-^3).  相似文献

本文在总离子强度I=1.00mol.dm^-^3、[Cu^2^+]>>[H2A]、[H^+]>>[H2A]、无氧及无缓冲剂存在的条件下, 研究Cu(II)氧化抗坏血酸(H2A)的动力学和机理. 发现Cu(II)与H2A不发生配位反应, 但以Cl^-存在的情况下, 确有Cu(II)的H2A配合物生成, Cu(II)氧化H2A反应的速率方程为r={a+b[Cl^-]}[Cu^2^+]{[H+]+Ka}^-^2, 25℃时a和b值分别为4.08×10^-^4s^-^1和0.555dm^3.s^-^1.mol^-^1. Cu(II)氧化H2A反应的表观活化能为68.1KJ.mol^-^1. 根据动力学结果, 提出了反应机理, 并给出了配合物ClCuHA的结构形式.  相似文献

以中压汞灯为光源,采用吸收光谱法,观察了UO2(NO3)2•6H2O在DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中光化还原时的吸收光谱随照射时间、铀浓度及溶液酸度的变化.经短时间光照后,在UO2(NO3)2-DMF溶液中有铀(Ⅴ)形成,其吸收峰在755和635nm处.结果表明,它们分别是UO2+-DMF和UOOH2+-DMF的特征吸收,溶液中铀(Ⅴ)的岐化反应与H+浓度密切相关,UOOH2+是岐化反应的中间体.  相似文献

Fe(II) induces the reaction between Tl3+ and H2O2. The rate of reaction is linearly proportional to the concentration of Fe2+ in the range 2.5 ?10-9-2.5 ?10-8 mol dm-3 (20? and 5 ?10-9-5 ?10-8 mol dm-3 (15?. The standard deviation is less than 0.071 ?10-8. A 1000-fold excess of Zn2+, Cd2+, Mg2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Li+, Na+, Ag+, NO3-, SO42-, AcO-, HPO42-, 500-fold excess of Al3+, Fe3+, Co2+, Hg2+ and 100-fold excess of Ti4+, Cr3+, Cu2+, Br-, Cl- can be tolerated, but reducing agents such as (NH2)2SO4, NH2OH.HCl interfered. This kinetic method was applied to determine Fe(II) in standard zinc sample and fountain water, with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Nondoped and nitrogen-doped (N-doped) carbon nanofiber (CNF) electrodes were prepared via a floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using precursors consisting of ferrocene and either xylene or pyridine to control the nitrogen content. Structural and compositional differences between the nondoped and N-doped varieties were assessed using TEM, BET, Raman, TGA, and XPS. Electrochemical methods were used to study the influence of nitrogen doping on the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). The N-doped CNF electrodes demonstrate significant catalytic activity toward oxygen reduction in aqueous KNO(3) solutions at neutral to basic pH. Electrochemical data are presented which indicate that the ORR proceeds by the peroxide pathway via two successive two-electron reductions. However, for N-doped CNF electrodes, the reduction process can be treated as a catalytic regenerative process where the intermediate hydroperoxide (HO(2)(-)) is chemically decomposed to regenerate oxygen, 2HO(2)(-) <==> O(2) + 2OH(-). The proposed electrocatalysis mechanisms for ORR at both nondoped and N-doped varieties are supported by electrochemical simulations and by measured difference in hydroperoxide decomposition rate constants. Remarkably, approximately 100 fold enhancement for hydroperoxide decomposition is observed for N-doped CNFs, with rates comparable to the best known peroxide decomposition catalysts. Collectively the data indicate that exposed edge plane defects and nitrogen doping are important factors for influencing adsorption of reactive intermediates (i.e., superoxide, hydroperoxide) and for enhancing electrocatalysis for the ORR at nanostructured carbon electrodes.  相似文献

采用固相法制备了蓝白色LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料. 测得LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料的发射光谱为一个主峰位于436 nm的非对称单峰宽谱; 监测436 nm发射峰时所得材料的激发光谱为一个主峰位于369 nm的宽谱. 利用Van Uitert公式计算了Ce3+取代LiSrBO3中Sr时所占晶体学格位, 得出433 nm发射带归属于九配位的Ce3+发射, 469 nm发射带起源于八配位的Ce3+发射. 研究了Ce3+浓度对LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料发光强度的影响, 研究结果显示, 随着Ce3+浓度的增大, 发光强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势, 在Ce3+摩尔分数为3%时到达峰值, 根据Dexter理论, 其浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-偶极相互作用. 引入Li+, Na+和K+作为电荷补偿剂时发现, LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料的发射光谱强度均得到了明显的增强. 利用InGaN管芯(370 nm)激发LiSrBO3∶Ce3+材料时, 获得了很好的蓝白光发射, 色坐标为(x=0.289, y=0.293).  相似文献

The construction and performance characteristics of an ion-selective electrode for fentanyl-drug cation, based on an ion-pair complex with tetrakis[3,5-bis-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]borate anion in a PVC matrix were studied. A linear response for 1 x 10(-5) mol dm-3 to 1 x 10(-2) mol dm-3 drug with a slope of 57.9 +/- 0.5 mV/decade was established. The optimum pH range was 2 to 6. The lower detection limit was 6.29 x 10(-6) mol dm-3 fentanyl citrate (2.1165 micrograms cm-3 fentanyl). There were negligible interferences from a number of inorganic cations, structural analogues, and some common drug additives in injections. The electrode proposed has been successfully applied to determine fentanyl citrate in injections. The results correlated well with those obtained by the United States Pharmacopoeia standard procedure.  相似文献

A procedure is described for the rapid determination of benzoyl metronidazole in an oral suspension which is based on measurement of the change in absorbance at 276 nm during alkaline hydrolysis of the compound in 2 mol dm-3 NaOH. The change in absorbance follows a linear relationship with concentration in the range 3-18 micrograms ml-1. Results of the determination of benzoyl metronidazole in an oral suspension and of the recovery experiments performed on this formulation, and also on various individual excipients and other additives, confirmed the applicability of the proposed method to complex formulations.  相似文献

Complexation of the Brilliant Yellow tetraanion, 3(4-), by two new diazacoronand linked beta-cyclodextrin (beta CD) dimers 4,13-bis(2-(6A-deoxy-beta-cyclodextrin-6A-yl)aminooctylamidomethyl- and 4,13-bis(8-(6A-deoxy-beta-cyclodextrin-6A-yl)aminooctylamidomethyl)-4,13- diaza-1,7,10-trioxacyclopentadecane, 1 and 2, respectively, has been studied in aqueous solution. UV-visible spectrophotometric studies at 298.2 K, pH 10.0 and I = 0.10 mol dm-3 (NEt4ClO4) yielded complexation constants for the complexes 1 x 3(4-) and 2 x 3(4-), K1 = (1.08 +/- 0.01) x 10(5) and (6.21 +/- 0.08) x 10(3) dm3 mol-1, respectively. Similar studies at 298.2 K, pH 10.0 and I = 0.10 mol dm-3 (NaClO4) yielded K3 = (4.63 +/- 0.09) x 10(5) and (3.38 +/- 0.05) x 10(4) dm3 mol-1 for the complexation of 3(4-) by Na+ x 1 and Na+ x 2 to give Na+ x 1 x 3(4-) and Na+ x 2 x 3(4-), respectively. Potentiometric studies of the complexation of Na+ by 1 and 2 by the diazacoronand component of the linkers to give Na+ x 1 and Na+ x 2 yielded K2 = (2.00 +/- 0.05) x 10(3) and (1.8 +/- 0.05) x 10(3) dm3 mol-1, respectively, at 298.2 K and I = 0.10 mol dm-3(NEt4ClO4). For complexation of Na+ by 1 x 3(4-) and 2 x 3(4-) to give Na+ x 1 x 3(4-) and Na+ x 2 x 3(4-) K2K3/K1 = K4 = 8.6 x 10(2) and 9.8 x 10(3) dm3 mol-1, respectively. The pKaS of 1H4(4+) are 7.63 +/- 0.01, 6.84 +/- 0.02, 5.51 +/- 0.04 and 4.98 +/- 0.03, and those of 2H4(4+) are 8.67 +/- 0.02, 8.11 +/- 0.02, 6.06 +/- 0.02 and 5.14 +/- 0.05. The larger magnitude of K1 for 1 by comparison with K1 for 2 is attributed to the octamethylene linkers of 2 competing with 3(4-) for occupancy of the annuli of the beta CD entities while the competitive ability of the dimethylene linkers of 1 is less. A similar argument applies to the relative magnitudes of K3 for Na+ x 1 and Na+ x 2. Increased electrostatic attraction probably accounts for K3 > K1 for Na+ x 1 x 3(4-) and 1 x 3(4-) and for Na+ x 2 x 3(4-) and 2 x 3(4-). The lesser magnitudes of K2 and K4 for Na+ x 1 and Na+ x 1 x 3(4-) compared with those for Na+ x 2 and Na+ x 2 x 3(4-) are attributed to the octamethylene linkers of 2 producing a more hydrophobic environment for the diazacoronand than that produced by the dimethylene linkers of 1. 1H NMR spectroscopic studies and the syntheses of 1 and 2 are described.  相似文献

Two rapid assay procedures based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and derivative ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry have been developed for the simultaneous determination of amoxycillin and dicloxacillin in two-component capsule formulations. The HPLC determination was carried out on a reversed-phase C8 column with use of a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.02 mol dm-3 ammonium acetate (pH 5) (50 + 50) at a flow rate of 1.0 cm3 min-1, with UV detection at 230 nm. The fourth-derivative spectrophotometric procedure depends on the measurement of the derivative amplitudes, in 0.1 mol dm-3 NaOH, at 308.5 and 275 nm for amoxycillin and dicloxacillin, respectively. For both procedures, the calibration graphs were linear in the ranges 20-200 and 20-140 micrograms cm-3 for the HPLC and UV derivative methods, respectively, with an almost zero intercept and a correlation coefficient of 0.999. Commercial capsules and laboratory-prepared mixtures containing both penicillins in different proportions were assayed by the developed procedures. The results were of comparable accuracy as indicated by a statistical analysis of the data, using both t- and F-tests.  相似文献

Eight new compounds based on [O3PCH2PO3]4- ligands and {MoV2O4} dimeric units have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Octanuclear wheels encapsulating various guests have been isolated with different counterions. With NH4+, a single wheel was obtained, as expected, with the planar CO32- guest, (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(CO3)2].24H2O (1a), while with the pyramidal SO32- guest, only the syn isomer (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].26H2O (2a) was characterized. The corresponding anti isomer was obtained with Na+ as counterions, Na12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]39H2O (2b), and with mixed Na+ and NH4(+) counterions, Na+(NH4)11[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].13H2O (2d). With [O3PCH2PO3]4- extra ligands, the octanuclear wheel Li12(NH4)2[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].31H2O (4a) was isolated with Li+ and NH4+ counterions and Li14[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].34H2O (4c) as a pure Li+ salt. A new rectangular anion, formed by connecting two MoV dimers and two MoVI octahedra via methylenediphosphonato ligands with NH4+ as counterions, (NH4)10[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2(HO3PCH2PO3)2].15H2)O (3a), and Li9(NH4)2Cl[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2]. 22H2O (3d) as a mixed NH4+ and Li+ salt have also been synthesized. The structural characterization of the compounds, combined with a study of their behavior in solution, investigated by 31P NMR, has allowed a discussion on the influence of the counterions on the structure of the anions and their stability. Density functional theory calculations carried out on both isomers of the [(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]12- anion (2), either assumed isolated or embedded in a continuum solvent model, suggest that the anti form is favored by approximately 2 kcal mol(-1). Explicit insertion of two solvated counterions in the molecular cavity reverses this energy difference and reduces it to less than 1 kcal mol(-1), therefore accounting for the observed structural versatility.  相似文献

A method for the colorimetric assay of praziquantel has been developed. For the colorimetric assay, it was necessary to hydrolyse praziquantel with 3 mol dm-3 NaOH, 6 mol dm-3 HCl and 85% phosphoric acid separately. 4-Chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD-Cl) reacts with the basic hydrolysis product in methanolic aqueous phosphate buffer (pH 7.4), resulting in the formation of an orange product with a characteristic absorption maximum at 478 nm. The red-orange product of the interaction between the hydrochloric acid hydrolysis product and NBD-Cl showed an absorption maximum at 486 nm. The colours obtained were stable for 24 h. The colour system obeyed Beer's law in the concentration range 2-15 and 2-18 micrograms ml-1 for the basic hydrolysis product and the acid hydrolysis product, respectively. The results obtained showed good recoveries with relative standard deviations of 0.378 and 0.47% for the basic and the acid hydrolysis product, respectively. The determination limit was found to be 0.124 and 0.150 micrograms ml-1 for the praziquantel basic hydrolysis product and the acid hydrolysis product, respectively. The coloured reaction products obtained with the proposed method were synthesized. The structures of these products were studied and the compounds identified.  相似文献

Ion-selective poly(vinyl chloride) membrane electrodes for the opium alkaloids papaverine and ethaverine are presented. The electrode membranes contain ion pairs of the alkaloids with the anionic counter ion tetraphenylborate. The detection limits for all electrodes were approximately 2 x 10(-6) mol dm-3 at pH 5.0 in 100 mmol dm-3 buffered solutions and the measured slopes were close to the values theoretically expected. The selectivity coefficient observed for the ethaverine-tetraphenylborate electrode is 10(-1.1) with respect to papaverine. The suitability of the membranes for single-use electrodes is discussed.  相似文献

The bond dissociation energies for a series of silyl peroxides have been calculated at the G2 and CBS-Q levels of theory. A comparison is made with the O-O BDE of the corresponding dialkyl peroxides, and the effect of the O-O bond strength on the activation barrier for oxygen atom transfer is discussed. The O-O bond dissociation enthalpies (DeltaH(298)) for bis (trimethylsilyl) peroxide (1) and trimethylsilyl hydroperoxide (2) are 54.8 and 53.1 kcal/mol, respectively at the G2 (MP2) and CBS-Q levels of theory. The O-O bond dissociation energies computed at G2 and G2(MP2) levels for bis(tert-butyl) peroxide and tert-butyl hydroperoxide are 45.2 and 48.3 kcal/mol, respectively. The barrier height for 1,2-methyl migration from silicon to oxygen in trimethylsilyl hydroperoxide is 47.9 kcal/mol (MP4//MP2/6-31G). The activation energy for the oxidation of trimethylamine to its N-oxide by bis(trimethylsilyl) peroxide is 28.2 kcal/mol (B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p)// B3LYP/6-31G(d)). 1,2-Silicon bridging in the transition state for oxygen atom transfer to a nucleophilic amine results in a significant reduction in the barrier height. The barrier for the epoxidation of E-2-butene with bis(dimethyl(trifluoromethyl))silyl peroxide is 25.8 kcal/mol; a reduction of 7.5 kcal/mol relative to epoxidation with 1. The activation energy calculated for the epoxidation of E-2-butene with F(3)SiOOSiF(3) is reduced to only 2.2 kcal/mol reflecting the inductive effect of the electronegative fluorine atoms.  相似文献

The adsorption of 14 trivalent lanthanoid ions and yttrium ion (denoted by Ln3+) on calcite surfaces was investigated under various solution conditions of pH (pH = 6.8-7.8) and calcium ion concentration (pCa = -log[Ca2+]= 2.0 and 3.0), and different surface conditions of calcite crystals (well-developed and rough surfaces). The lanthanoid ions were equilibrated in a solution of ionic strength 0.1 mol dm-3(NaCl) saturated with calcite at 25.0 degrees C using excess (solid) calcite crystals suspended in solution. The concentrations of the lanthanoid ions on the calcite crystals (C(cry)/mol kg-1) and in solution (C(soln)/mol dm-3) were determined by means of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). It is found that the distribution ratio (D=C(cry)/C(soln) decreases as the atomic number of the lanthanoid increases showing the so called Tetrad Effect. D values increase with increasing pH, whereas they are independent of the calcium ion concentration (i.e., carbonate ion concentration). These results indicate that lanthanoid ions are adsorbed on the calcite surface together with hydroxide ions, i.e., the adsorption of hydroxo-complexes. The heavy lanthanoid ions (Er3+ to Lu3+) are adsorbed as monohydroxo-complexes, (Ln(OH)2+), whereas those of the light lanthanoids are predominantly adsorbed as dihydroxo-complexes (Ln(OH)2+). Other lanthanoids show competitive adsorption reactions of mono- and dihydroxo complexes. Both successive adsorption constants of hydroxo complexes increase with decreasing atomic number of the lanthanoid. The rough surface of calcite is quite active and the distribution ratio of the lanthanoid ions on the rough surface is much higher than that on the well-developed crystalline surface. Through the use of the Active Thermochemical Tables approach, the best currently available enthalpy of formation of HO2 has been obtained as delta(f)H(o)298 (HO2) = 2.94 +/- 0.06 kcal mol(-1) (3.64 +/- 0.06 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K). The related enthalpy of formation of the positive ion, HO2+, within the stationary electron convention is delta(f)H(o)298 (HO2+) = 264.71 +/- 0.14 kcal mol(-1) (265.41 +/- 0.14 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K), while that for the negative ion, HO2- (within the same convention), is delta(f)H(o)298 (HO2-) = -21.86 +/- 0.11 kcal mol(-1) (-21.22 +/- 0.11 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K). The related proton affinity of molecular oxygen is PA298(O2) = 100.98 +/- 0.14 kcal mol(-1) (99.81 +/- 0.14 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K), while the gas-phase acidity of H2O2 is delta(acid)G(o)298 (H2O2) = 369.08 +/- 0.11 kcal mol(-1), with the corresponding enthalpy of deprotonation of H2O2 of delta(acid)H(o)298 (H2O2) = 376.27 +/- 0.11 kcal mol(-1) (375.02 +/- 0.11 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K). In addition, a further improved enthalpy of formation of OH is briefly outlined, delta(f)H(o)298 (OH) = 8.93 +/- 0.03 kcal mol(-1) (8.87 +/- 0.03 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K), together with new and more accurate enthalpies of formation of NO, delta(f)H(o)298 (NO) = 21.76 +/- 0.02 kcal mol(-1) (21.64 +/- 0.02 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K) and NO2, delta(f)H(o)298 (NO2) = 8.12 +/- 0.02 kcal mol(-1) (8.79 +/- 0.02 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K), as well as H(2)O(2) in the gas phase, delta(f)H(o)298 (H2O2) = -32.45 +/- 0.04 kcal mol(-1) (-31.01 +/- 0.04 kcal mol(-1) at 0 K). The new thermochemistry of HO2, together with other arguments given in the present work, suggests that the previous equilibrium constant for NO + HO2 --> OH + NO2 was underestimated by a factor of approximately 2, implicating that the OH + NO2 rate was overestimated by the same factor. This point is experimentally explored in the companion paper of Srinivasan et al. (next paper in this issue).  相似文献
