It is shown that the use of hyperfunctions in classical field-theoretical calculations of radiation reaction terms leads to calculational simplifications. No analytic continuation is necessary. The calculation of electromagnetic radiation reaction terms is done as an example. The extension of hyperfunction techniques to general relativity and Yang-Mills fields is discussed.  相似文献

A new approach to the back reaction of Hawking radiation on a Schwarzschild black hole (SBH), based on thermodynamics, is proposed, in which the thermodynamical system composed of SBH and thermal radiation in curved space is treated as a thermodynamical system composed of SBH, thermal radiation and a two-dimensional thermodynamical membrane (i.e. event horizon) in flat space.  相似文献

Circular polarization of γ- radiation following capture of polarized thermal neutrons by unoriented nuclei and the angular distribution of such radiation, using polarized neutrons and polarized nuclei, made it possible to assign spins to 13 levels of 52V. In addition the admixtures of spin-3 and spin-4 reaction channels could be derived for 20 primary γ-ray transitions. With this information interference phenomena in the 51V(n, γ) reaction were studied. The low-lying levels of 52V are compared with shell-model calculations. The capture mechanism is discussed in terms of a doorway-state model.  相似文献

The classical relativistic equation of motion with radiation reaction is solved exactly when the motion is along the lines of force due to a constant electric field. The dynamics of an electron in a relativistically intense laser pulse field is described with the radiation reaction being taken into account. The study is based on solving the Newton equation with the Lorentz and the radiation reaction forces. Validation is provided for an iteration technique which makes it possible to remove the discrepancies found in the theoretical models of radiation reaction. It is demonstrated that an electron having a high initial velocity and colliding head-on with a laser pulse sheds a considerable part of its kinetic energy due to the radiation reaction. A broadening of the electromagnetic pulse emitted by the electron occurs as a result of the same effect. The findings obtained can be used to experimentally verify the effect of radiation reaction.  相似文献

This paper combines a classical electrodynamic base, adaptive electrons, and reactive radiation reaction energy effects and obtaines atomic stability, the Schrödinger equation, and quantized radiation. Electrons are assigned intrinsic parameter values and modeled as dynamic distributions of charge and current densities, bound together in a soliton-like way, with a form that alters in response to local force fields: not as waves or rigid spheres. The result is a deterministic view of quantum theory. Its postulatory base is replaced with derived results. The statistical interpretation of the wave function is that of standard quantum mechanics. When combined with classical electrodynamics, the theory completely describes quantum radiation.  相似文献

The method of Fourier transforms is used to solve the problem of excitation of longitudinal, transverse, and Rayleigh surface waves by a time-harmonic point source placed in a homogeneous isotropic, perfectly elastic half-space and acting along the normal surface. Expressions for the time-average radiation powers of the aforementioned waves are obtained by the method of radiation reaction without using any approximations. The distribution of radiation power over different types of waves depending on their velocities and the source’s depth is investigated in detail.  相似文献

提出了一种液氧煤油发动机尾焰红外辐射特性计算方法,首先采用计算流体力学软件对液氧煤油发动机内流场进行计算,然后以获得喷管喉部截面参数作为入口边界条件计算发动机尾焰流场,最后以发动机尾焰流场参数分布为基础,采用有限体积法对发动机尾焰红外光谱辐射特性和成像特性进行计算,并对比验证了模型和方法的准确性。在此基础上,研究了化学反应机理和复燃反应过程对尾焰红外辐射特性影响。结果表明,采用多步化学反应能够准确模拟液氧煤油发动机内流场,温度相比热力学计算大3.34%,压力相比试车测量大2.89%;考虑复燃反应使尾焰红外辐射强度增强显著,在采用单步化学反应和多步化学反应两种工况下2~5波段红外辐射强度分别增大50%~100%和150%~170%,但不会影响尾焰红外光谱辐射特性和红外总辐射强度随探测角变化趋势;采用单步化学反应和多步化学反应都能够获得清晰结构的红外成像图像,但是前者2~5尾焰红外辐射强度要比后者增大90%~190%,且两种工况下发动机尾焰红外光谱辐射特性差别很大,尾焰红外总辐射强度随探测角变化趋势也不同。  相似文献

The emission of radiation from an accelerated charge is analyzed. It is foundthat at zero velocity, the radiation emitted from the charge imparts no countermomentum to the emitting charge, and no radiation reaction force is created bythe radiation. A reaction force is created by the stress force that exists in thecurved electric field of the charge, and the work done in overcoming this forceis the source of the energy carried by the radiation.  相似文献

本文利用红外光谱对硬脂酸和戊胺的微波反应进行了研究。结果表明:硬脂酸与戊胺等摩尔充分混合后,生成硬脂酸戊铵盐,体系中残存的少量硬脂酸与其戊铵盐形成酸盐结构。在微波辐射下,硬脂酸戊铵盐有明显的分解反应,并可进一步脱水生成酰胺。微波作用于反应物,能使化学反应更快速地进行或向更深处进行,微波反应可调节产物的结构。  相似文献

The inexorable development of ever more powerful laser systems has re-ignited interest in electromagnetic radiation reaction and its significance for the collective behavior of charged matter interacting with intense electromagnetic fields. The classical radiation reaction force on a point electron is non-conservative, and this has led some authors to question the validity of methods used to model ultra-intense laser–matter interactions including radiation reaction. Fast moving heavy charged particles passing through solids are mainly losing their energy—in a wide range of velocities—by excitation and ionization processes which result in a more or less stable radiation damage.1 The radiation damage may consist of broken bonds, free radicals, chemical reaction products, displaced atoms, ionic and electronic defects, dislocation configurations, voids, clusters of defects with and without impurities, nuclei of new phases etc. The nature and stability of this localized radiation damage, termed the “latent” track of the particle depends on the data of the particle and on the physical and chemical properties of the solid. Dielectric materials with low electric and thermal conductivities offer favorable conditions for relatively high local excitation and ionization densities resulting in physical and chemical solid state reactions with relatively stable reaction Products.  相似文献

A comparison between the acceleration of charged particles in plane and spherical waves including the effect of radiation reaction is given. In strong electromagnetic waves the charged particle stays initially at practically constant phase — “phase locked” part of the motion — and only after it has travelled many wavelengths does the wave overtake the particle. During the phase-locked part of the motion depending upon the initial conditions of how a particle is injected into the wave radiation reaction can lead to both a net energy gain or loss compared to the motion without radiation reaction. In a plane wave however radiation reaction always leads to a net energy gain if it can build up long enough. A test of this latter prediction by means of ultra-strong lasers might be possible.  相似文献

利用PHITS程序评价计算了厚靶9Be(d, xn)反应加速器中子源的能谱和角分布数据,重点讨论了JQMD、INCL和INCL/DWBA三种核反应物理模型计算厚靶9Be(d, xn)反应中子辐射场分布的适用性。研究结果显示,基于INCL/DWBA耦合模型的PHITS程序计算所得到的厚靶9Be(d, xn)反应中子能谱和角分布数据能够较好地与实验数据符合,可以为厚靶9Be(d, xn)反应中子源特性研究及应用提供较为准确的中子辐射场数据。此外,设计了水冷大面积旋转铍靶的方案,并在5~25 MeV/5 mA入射氘能量下条件下,开展了靶面温度模拟研究,结果显示,靶面最高温度可控制在100 oC以下。  相似文献

The Lorentz-Dirac equation of radiation reaction is tested in a system of circularly moving changes. It is shown that this equation together with the Lienard-Wiechert retarded fields is consistent with energy conservation. Therefore, in this particular experiment, any alternative expression of radiation reaction must agree with the Lorentz-Dirac equation.  相似文献

The influence of radiation reaction on the intensity dependent effects in the scattering of a very intense directed monochromatic beam of light is investigated. It is shown that this has negligible effect on the frequency shift. The radiation reaction imparts a slow acceleration to the electron as a result of which there is a very weak “white radiation”. It also introduces relative phase lag between the different harmonic modes of vibration of the electron.  相似文献
