Two new types of quantum states are constructed by applying the operator s(ξ) = exp(ξ*ab - ξa b ) on the two-mode even and odd coherent states.The mathematical and quantum statistical properties of such states are investigated.Various nonclassical features of these states,such as squeezing properties,the inter-mode photon bunching,and the violation of Cauchy-Schwarz inequality,are discussed.The Wigner function in these states are studied in detail.  相似文献

Entanglement properties of two-mode squeezed coherent states in the radiation field are investigated according to the entanglement criterion [Phys. Rev. Lett. 84 (2000) 2722]. The dependence of entanglement on squeeze angle and squeeze parameter is discussed. It shows that the system evolves into entangled states and entanglement does not increase persistently with the increase of squeeze angle and squeeze parameter. There only exists a certain squeeze angle in which the entanglement exists continuously.  相似文献

We discuss the entanglement swapping of two pairs of displaced two-mode squeezed states and find that the squeezing parameter of the outcoming squeezed state is less than that of the originM squeezed states. The calculation is greatly simplified by virtue of the natural expression of the two-mode squeezing operator in EPR eigenstate representation. In this communication, two-mode nonlinear coherent states are reviewed and special cases are given.Starting from a three-level atom coupled to two modes of radiation with any form of nonlinearities of the two-modefields, we derive a Raman-coupled effective Hamiltonian by a unitary transformation, evaluated perturbatively in couplingconstants. We use the quantum entropy to measure the degree of entanglement in the time development of an effectivetwo-level atom interacting with two-mode nonlinear-coherent states. The results show that the nonlinearity effect yieldsthe superstructure of atomic Rabi oscillations and the effect of the Stark shift changes the quasiperiod of the field entropyevolution and entanglement between the particle and the field. A possible experimental test of a new effect is proposed.  相似文献

We theoretically introduce a kind of non-Gaussian entangled states, i.e., photon-subtracted two-mode squeezed coherent states (PSTMSCS), by successively subtracting photons from each mode of the two-mode squeezed coherent states. The normalization factor which is related to bivariate Hermite polynomials is obtained by virtue of the two-mode squeezing operator in entangled-states representation. The sub-Poissonian photon statistics, antibunching effects, and partial negative Wigner function, respectively, are observed numerically, which fully reflect the nonclassicality of the resultant states. Finally, employing the SV criteria and the EPR correlation, respectively, the entangled property of PSTMSCS is analyzed. It is shown that the photon subtraction operation can effectively enhance the inseparability between the two modes.  相似文献

The entanglement of the generalized two-mode binomial states in the phase damping channel is studied by making use of the relative entropy of the entanglement. It is shown that the factors of q and p play the crucial roles in control the relative entropy of the entanglement. Furthermore, we propose a scheme of teleporting an unknown state via the generalized two-mode binomial states, and calculate the mean fidelity of the scheme.  相似文献

We investigate how the photon addition operation affects the nonclassical properties of the non-Gaussian squeezed state generated by adding photons to each mode of the two-mode squeezed coherent state (TMSCS). By the generating function of two-variable Hermite polynomials, the compact expression of normalization factor is derived. We show that the fields in such states exhibit remarkable sub-Poissonian photon statistics. The photon addition operation can enhance the cross-correlation for appropriate combinations of several parameters involved in the TMSCS. Compared with that of TMSCS, the Wigner function of the photon–added TMSCS (PA-TMSCS) is modulated by a factor which is also related with two-variable Hermite polynomials. Such Wigner functions have some negativity regions and show a strong quantum mechanical interference. In addition, the normalization factor, Mandel’s Q parameter, cross-correlation function and Wigner functions are all sensitive to the compound phase involved in TMSCS.  相似文献

The nonclassical and non-Gaussian quantum states—photon-added two-mode squeezed coherent states have been theoretically introduced by adding multiple photons to each mode of the two-mode squeezed coherent states. Starting from the new expression of two-mode squeezing operator in entangled states representation, the normalization factor is obtained, which is directly related to bivariate Hermite polynomials. The sub-Poissonian photon statistics, cross-correlation between two modes, partial negative Wigner function are observed, which fully reflect the nonclassicality of the target states. The negative Wigner function often display non-Gaussian distribution meanwhile. The investigations may provide experimentalists with some better references in quantum engineering.  相似文献

利用纠缠态η〉表象下的维格纳算符,重构了奇偶对相干态的维格纳函数.根据维格纳函数在相空间中随变量ρ和γ的变化规律,讨论了奇偶对相干态的非经典性质和量子干涉效应.研究发现,奇偶对相干态总呈现非经典性质,并且当q取奇数时,奇偶对相干态更容易出现非经典性质.奇偶对相干态的量子干涉效应的显著程度与q取值有关,但对于q的同一取值,奇对相干态的量子干涉效应更为显著.利用纠缠态η〉表象下的维格纳算符Δ1,2(ρ,γ)和纠缠态η,τ1,τ2〉的投影算符之间满足的拉东变换,获得了奇偶对相干态的量子层析图函数.  相似文献

研究了激发奇qs相干态a+mqsα〉oqs和激发偶qs相干态a+mqsα〉eqs的压缩特性,数值计算了参数m,s和q对qs压缩函数的影响.结果表明:(1)当q或s偏离1较远时,态a+mqsα〉oqs和a+mqsα〉eqs都能呈现出强烈的qs压缩,而且随着r2的增大qs压缩函数出现振幅和周期都递增的振荡现象,其振幅不但随q或s的减小而急剧增大,而且也随着m的增大而急剧增大,其周期随q或s的减小而增大但与m无关,从控制光场的压缩效应来看,场模上光子数增加数m可作为第三个独立的调节参数来使用;(2)对于大多数r,qs压缩函数对s的敏感度大于对q的敏感度,即通过调节参数s来控制光场的压缩效应要比通过调节参数q更有效.  相似文献

The dynamical invariant for a general time-dependent harmonic oscillator is constructed by making use of two linearly independent solutions to the classical equation of motion. In terms of this dynamical invariant we define the time-dependent creation and annihilation operators and relevantly introduce even and odd coherent states for time-dependent harmonic oscillator. The mathematical and quantum statistical properties of these states are discussed in detail. The harmonic oscillator with periodically varying frequency is treated as a demonstration of our general approach.  相似文献

Using the Pegg–Barnett formalism of phase operator, we obtain phase probability distributions of new even and odd nonlinear coherent states. It is shown that the distributions for the states are rather different, and unlike the case of ordinary even and odd coherent states the Pegg–Barnett distribution clearly reflects the different character of quantum interference in the case of the new even and odd coherent states.  相似文献

We study the entanglement of the para-Bose entangled coherent states by adopting the entanglement of formation and propose a scheme of probabilistic teleportation via para-Bose entangled coherent states. It is found that the mean fidelity of the scheme increases with the decrease of the para-Bose parameter ho in the case of non-maximally entangled para-Bose entangled coherent states.  相似文献
