以对羟基苯硼酸为前驱体,利用H2O2可以定量氧化对羟基苯硼酸产生对羟基苯酚的原理,以反应产物对羟基苯酚为电化学信号物质,结合金纳米粒子修饰玻碳电极(AuNPs/GCE),发展了一种间接检测H2O2的电化学方法. 由于AuNPs/GCE具有有效电子传递性能和比表面积大等优点,对硼酸氧化产物具有较高的催化活性,因此在含1.0 mmol•L-1对羟基苯硼酸的0.1mol•L-1 pH 7.5 PBS中,AuNPs/GCE可以检测到1.0 ~ 1.0 × 103 μmol•L-1的H2O2,检测限为0.5μmol•L-1. 同时,该方法具有良好的选择性和重现性,且操作简单、速度快、价格低廉,非常适用于实际样品中H2O2含量的测定.  相似文献

次氯酸根(ClO~-)在人体免疫系统中发挥着重要的作用,其识别与检测备受关注。本文设计合成了一种含有喹唑啉酮骨架的腙型荧光探针(HEMQ),并通过~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、高分辨质谱(HRMS)表征了其结构。探针HEMQ在V(乙醇)∶V(水)=1∶1(c(PBS)=0.02 mol/L,pH=8.7)溶液中对ClO~-具有良好的选择性且响应快速,荧光发生显著猝灭。探针HEMQ对ClO~-具有较高的灵敏度,检测限为1.0×10-4mol/L。此外,ClO~-可引起探针溶液由黄色到无色的颜色变化,因此HEMQ可作为比色、荧光双通道响应的ClO~-探针。  相似文献

A small molecule fluorescent probe, 4-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl]aniline(L) for detecting Ag+ ion was gently synthesized via one-pot multi-component reaction catalyzed by H3[PW12O40] under solvent-free microwave irradiation. When the concentration of Ag+ ion changed from 0 to 8.0×10−6 mol/L in the solution of H2O/CH3OH(19:1, volume ratio), the fluorescence emission spectrum was blue-shifted and accompanied by a gradual increase in fluorescence intensity with a low detection limit of 3.0×10−11 mol/L. Moreover, UV-Vis absorption titration experiment demonstrated a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio and an association constant of (9.95±0.44)×105 L/mol between probe L and Ag+ ion, and thus their complexation mechanism was also proposed and verified. More importantly, this fluorescent probe was remarkably specific for Ag+ ion under the interference of other metal ions and exhibited a wide pH application range of 4.0-8.0. Additionally, preliminary application of this probe was also carried out and satisfactory results were shown.  相似文献

H2O2 is industrially produced by the anthraquinone method, in which energy consumption is high because it involves multistep hydrogenation and oxidation reactions. Photocatalytic production of H2O2 has received increasing attention as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to conventional anthraquinone-based and electrochemical production processes. Herein, we report a novel molten salt-assisted microwave process for the synthesis of a g-C3N4-coated MgO-Al2O3-Fe2O3 (MAFO) heterojunction photocatalyst with outstanding H2O2 production ability. The addition of a molten salt during synthesis changes the morphology of the as-prepared catalysts and influences the degree of polycondensation of melamine, leading to a change in the band gap energy. The cladding structure forms the maximum area of the heterojunction, leading to strong electronic coupling between the two components. This strong electronic coupling results in a more effective separation of the photogenerated electron-hole pairs and a faster interfacial charge transfer, leading to higher H2O2 formation rate. The equilibrium concentration and formation rate of H2O2 over the as-prepared heterojunction catalyst were 6.3 mmol·L-1 and 1.42 mmol·L-1·h-1, which are much higher than that reported for g-C3N4 and MAFO individually. In addition, the H2O2 decomposition rate also decreases over the as-prepared heterojunction catalysts. A possible mechanism and the electron transfer routes have been proposed based on a free radical trapping experiment.  相似文献

Athree-fold interpenetrated cadmium coordination polymer[Cd3(BTC)2(H2O)9]·2H2O(CP 1)(H3BTC=1,3,5-benzenetricar-boxylic acid) was selected and synthesized to investigate its photoelectric properties. CP 1 showed excellent sensitivity for Cr2O72- and Fe3+, low limit of detection(LOD:0.39 µmol/L for Cr2O72- and 1.72 µmol/L for Fe3+) and stability as electrochemical sensor. More importantly, fluorescence sensing studies indicated that CP 1 exhibits sensing activity for Fe3+, Fe2+, and MnO4- with good cyclic stability and selectivity. Low LOD and high-sensitivity capability of CP 1 make it a potential multifunctional photoelectric sensor.  相似文献

Spectrophotometric determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
Hydrogen peroxide in rainwater has been determined from the measurement of absorption at 432 nm after the formation of the stable oxo-peroxo-pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylatovanadate(V) complex (OPDV) in acid media. Determinations were in good agreement with those using a modified p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (PHPA) emission method. The linear range for the OPDV method is from 0.05 to 50 ppm H2O2, and the limit of detection under the analytical conditions employed was 5.8 nmol H2O2 for a 20 cm3 rainwater sample. The volume weighted mean H2O2 concentration in rainwater collected at roof-top level in central Kowloon was 15.9 μM (N=10), and the ratio of non-sea salt sulphate and H2O2 concentrations was significantly correlated with pH. The OPDV absorption method was also employed for the determination of ambient gaseous H2O2, and liquid-nitrogen cold-trap collection gave results about 30% lower than impinger sampling, where artifact H2O2 formation occurred.  相似文献

用沉淀法制备了单金属纳米Ru(0)催化剂,考察了ZnSO4和La2O3作共修饰剂对该催化剂催化苯选择加氢制环己烯性能的影响,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光(XRF)光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、俄歇电子能谱(AES)、透射电镜(TEM)和N2物理吸附等手段对加氢前后催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,在ZnSO4存在下,随着添加碱性La2O3量的增加,ZnSO4水解生成的(Zn(OH)2)3(ZnSO4)(H2O)x(x=1,3)盐量增加,催化剂活性单调降低,环己烯选择性单调升高.当La2O3/Ru物质的量比为0.075时,Ru催化剂上苯转化率为77.6%,环己烯选择性和收率分别为75.2%和58.4%.且该催化体系具有良好的重复使用性能.传质计算结果表明,苯、环己烯和氢气的液-固扩散限制和孔内扩散限制都可忽略.因此,高环己烯选择性和收率的获得不能简单归结为物理效应,而与催化剂的结构和催化体系密切相关.根据实验结果,我们推测在化学吸附有(Zn(OH)2)3(ZnSO4)(H2O)x(x=1,3)盐的Ru(0)催化剂有两种活化苯的活性位:Ru0和Zn2+.因为Zn2+将部分电子转移给了Ru,Zn2+活化苯的能力比Ru0弱.同时由于Ru和Zn2+的原子半径接近,Zn2+可以覆盖一部分Ru0活性位,导致解离H2的Ru0活性位减少.这导致了Zn2+上活化的苯只能加氢生成环己烯和Ru(0)催化剂活性的降低.本文利用双活性位模型来解释Ru基催化剂上的苯加氢反应,并用Hückel分子轨道理论说明了该模型的合理性.  相似文献

The rapid and reliable measurement of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is imperative for many areas of technology, including pharmaceutical, clinical, food industry and environmental applications. In this work, a novel multifunctional complex, [Ru(bpy)2(luminol-bpy)](PF6)2 (bpy: 2,20'-bipyridine), was designed and synthesized by incorporating a Ru(II) complex with a luminal group. In the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), reaction of [Ru(bpy)2(luminol-bpy)]2+ with H2O2 can be monitored by three sensing channels including photoluminescence (PL), chemiluminiscence (CL) and eletrochemiluminiscence (ECL). The quantitative assays for H2O2 in aqueous solutions using [Ru(bpy)2(Luminalbpy)]( PF6)2 as a probe were established with PL, ECL and CL signal output modes, respectively.  相似文献

选择柔性的双吡啶双酰胺配体N,N'-双(3-吡啶甲酰胺基)-1,2-乙烷(3-bpye)、钼酸铵和氯化锌在水热条件下自组装制备了一个基于一维[H_2Mo_4O_(14)]_n~(2n-)链的三维锌配合物[Zn(3-bpye)(H_2Mo_4O_(14))(H_2O)_2],并通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析等技术手段研究了配合物的结构,并利用X射线单晶衍射分析进行了晶体结构表征。结构解析揭示标题配合物是三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.61310(3)nm,b=1.04750(6)nm,c=1.06540(6)nm,α=78.5540(10)°,β=77.5350(10)°,γ=89.9050(10)°,V=0.65420(6)nm~3,M_r=981.47,D_c=2.491 g/cm~3,Z=1,F(000)=468,R_1=0.0290,ωR_2=0.1068。标题配合物中,金属锌离子连接一维[H_2Mo_4O_(14)]_n~(2n-)链形成一种二维无机双金属层[Zn(H_2Mo_4O_(14))]_n,相邻的层间又通过双齿配体3-bpye连接形成三维CdSO_4拓扑的骨架结构。配合物表现出强的荧光发射特性,而且其在紫外光照下对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B均有明显的催化降解活性。  相似文献

利用咔唑醛与二氨基马来腈合成了一种对Cu2+和ClO-的响应的荧光探针分子CMN。探针分子与Cu2+作用后,紫外吸收光谱在394 nm处的吸光度迅速下降,颜色由黄色褪至无色;荧光光谱在452 nm处的发射峰迅速增强,出现明显的蓝色荧光。探针与ClO-作用后,溶液发生褪色,并在375 nm和394 nm出现强荧光发射,发出淡蓝色荧光。CMN通过配位过程实现了对Cu2+的检测,其检测限为47μmol/L;CMN在ClO-催化下亚胺键水解得到咔唑醛,实现了对ClO-的检测,检测限3.06μmol/L。CMN可作为荧光检测试纸快速检测环境中的Cu2+和ClO-。  相似文献

Three novel scandium-containing heteropolytungstates[Sc3(H2O)3NO3(PW9O34)2]10-(1a),[Sc8(H2O)2(GeW9O34)2(GeW6O26)2]12-(2a) and[Sc11(W6O10)2(OH)2(H2O)16(BiW9O33)6]27-(3a) were synthesized by reactions of ScIII ions with trilacunary Keggin precursors,[A-α-XW9O34]n-(X=P, Ge, n=9, 10) or[B-α-BiW9O33]9-, in NaOAc/HOAc buffer solution under conventional synthetic condition, respectively. All the three compounds were characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform-infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. The aqueous solution stability of the sandwich polyanion[Sc3(H2O)3NO3(PW9O34)2]10- was also verified by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) due to its good solubility in water.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition of mixed ligand thymine (2,4-dihydroxy-5-methylpyrimidine) complexes of divalent Ni(II) with aspartate, glutamate and ADA (N-2-acetamido)iminodiacetate dianions was monitored by TG, DTG and DTA analysis in static atmosphere of air. The decomposition course and steps of complexes [Ni(C5H6N2O2)(C4H5NO4)2−(H2O)2]·H2O, [Ni(C5H6N2O2)(C5H7NO4)2−(H2O)2]·H2O and [Ni(C5H6N2O2)(C6H8N2O5)2−(H2O)2]·1.5H2O were analyzed. The final decomposition products are found to be the corresponding metal oxides. The kinetic parameters namely, activation energy (E*), enthalpy (ΔH*), entropy (ΔS*) and free energy change of decomposition (ΔG*) are calculated from the TG curves using Coats–Redfern and Horowitz–Metzger equations. The stability order found for these complexes follows the trend aspartate > ADA > glutamate.  相似文献

以玻碳电极(GCE)为基底电化学聚合制得聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)膜修饰电极,再通过Nafion共固定磷钼酸和石墨烯构建了一种新型的无酶电化学H2O2传感器. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征制得的修饰电极,并通过循环伏安法和计时电流法研究了传感器对H2O2的响应性能. 结果表明,在优化条件下,该传感器对H2O2还原具有良好的电催化性能,检测H2O2的线性范围为2.91×10-6 ~ 1.83×10-2 mol•L-1,检出限和灵敏度分别为9.90×10-7 mol•L-1(S/N = 3)和112.5 μA•(mmol•L-1-1. 此外,该传感器还具有良好的重现性和选择性.  相似文献

以ZrO(NO32·2H2O和Fe(NO33·9H2O为原料,采用微波水热法制备了不同Fe2O3/ZrO2物质的量比的Fe-Zr催化剂,并经K改性,研究了其催化CO加氢一步法合成低碳烯烃性能。采用XRD、SEM、TEM和N2吸附-脱附等手段对其物相、形貌和比表面积等进行了表征。结果表明,与共沉淀法相比,微波水热制备的Fe-Zr催化剂颗粒粒径均一,具有相对较小的比表面积和较大的孔径;在CO加氢反应中,Zr助剂的添加显著改善了产物分布,Fe、Zr间适宜的相互作用和相对较大的孔径,有利于抑制CH4的生成,提高烯烃选择性。随着Fe2O3/ZrO2物质的量比的降低,Fe、Zr间相互作用逐渐增强,烯烃选择性和收率先增加后降低。当Fe2O3/ZrO2物质的量比为75:25时,在340 ℃、1.5 MPa、1 000 h-1和H2/CO物质的量比为2的条件下,烯烷比(O/P)达4.86,总烯烃收率达62.57 g/m3。  相似文献

In this paper, we summarise our recent research interest in the hydrothermal synthesis and structural characterisation of multi-dimensional coordination polymers. The use of N-(phosphonomethyl)iminodiacetic acid (also referred to as H4pmida) in the literature as a versatile chelating organic ligand is briefly reviewed. This molecule plays an important role in the formation of centrosymmetric dimeric [V2O2(pmida)2]4− anionic units, which were first used by us as building blocks to construct novel coordination polymers. Starting with [V2O2(pmida)2]4− in solution, we have isolated [M2V2O2(pmida)2(H2O)10] species (where M2+ = Mn2+, Co2+ or Cd2+) via the hydrothermal synthetic approach, which were then employed for the construction of [CdVO(pmida)(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)2]·(4,4′-bpy)0.5·(H2O), [CoVO(pmida)(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)2]·(4,4′-bpy)0.5, [Co(H2O)6][CoV2O2(pmida)2(pyr)(H2O)2]·2(H2O) and [Cd2V2O2(pmida)2(pyr)2(H2O)4]·4(H2O) by the inclusion of bridging organic ligands in the reactive mixtures, such as pyrazine (pyr) and 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy). These materials can contain channel systems, and exhibit magnetic behaviour, not only due to the V4+ centres but also to the transition metal centres which establish the links between neighbouring dimeric [V2O2(pmida)2]4− anionic units. A closely related anionic moiety, [Ge2(pmida)2(OH)2]2−, was engineered to allow the study of such crystalline hybrid materials using one- and two-dimensional high-resolution solid-state NMR.  相似文献

制备了系列甲烷化学链燃烧用CeO2/Co3O4复合氧载体,采用XRD、H2-TPR、甲烷程序升温和恒温反应对氧载体进行了表征与评价。研究了不同CeO2的负载量对复合氧载体的结构、氧化还原性、产物选择性的影响。结果表明,氧化铈的添加不仅降低了氧载体的初始反应温度,还延长了有效反应时间,但铈添加量过高会降低产物CO2选择性,使甲烷向部分氧化进行。CeO2(30%)/Co3O4氧载体在650 ℃经20次循环后甲烷转化率和CO2选择性均未明显降低,表现出较高的活性和化学链循环稳定性。  相似文献

As the most abundant transition metal element in mammals, iron(Fe) plays a vital role in life activities. It is of great significance to study the variation of Fe3+ level in living organisms. In virtue of the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and low damage to living systems, the fluorescence detection of Fe3+ has attracted much attention. Compared with the intensity-based fluorescent probe, the ratiometric fluorescent probe has less interference of environmental and can realize quantitative detection. In this study, four ratiometric Fe3+ fluorescent probes, R1, R2, R3 and R4, were designed and synthesized using fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) mechanism to achieve quantitative detection of Fe3+. In the FRET systems, 1,8-naphthalimide fluorophore derivatives were adopted as donors while rhodamine B derivatives were selected as receptors. The connection sites of the donor and acceptor in R3 and R4 are different from those in R1 and R2. All the four probes showed good response and selectivity to Fe3+. The energy transfer efficiencies of R3 and R4 were obviously higher than those of R1 and R2. This work provided a promising strategy for the development of fluorescent ratiometic Fe3+sensors.  相似文献
