采用高温固相法制备了La_(2.4)Mo_(1.6)O_8∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和上转换发射光谱对样品进行了相结构和发光性质表征。XRD实验结果表明:合成的样品为面心立方萤石结构(Fm-3m)的La_(2.4)Mo_(1.6)O_8相。在980 nm红外光激发下,La_(2.4)Mo_(1.6)O_8∶Yb~(3+),Er~(3+)荧光粉发出分别来自Er~(3+)离子的~2H1_(1/2)→~4I_(15/2)、~4S_(3/2)→~4I_(15/2)跃迁的绿光(主峰为548和529 nm)和~4F_(9/2)→~4I_(15/2)跃迁的红光(主峰为670 nm)。进一步地,对样品中可能的上转换发光机制进行了讨论。  相似文献

The effect of Yb3+ co-doping on the upconversion luminescence in nanocrystalline Gd3Ga5O12:Ho3+ was examined. Strong and efficient NIR to green anti-Stokes luminescence was noted in nanocrystalline Gd3Ga5O12:Ho3+, Yb3+ after excitation into the 2F5/2 level of Yb3+ with 978 nm radiation. Weaker blue, red and NIR anti-Stokes luminescence was also observed after 978 nm excitation. An enhancement of the red 5F5 → 5I8 luminescence was observed in the anti-Stokes spectrum compared to the Stokes emission spectrum. This enhancement was attributed to two distinct energy transfer upconversion (ETU) mechanisms which preferentially populate the (5F4, 5S2) and 5F5 levels.  相似文献

用低温溶剂热法以乙二醇为溶剂合成了Er3+和Yb3+共掺的In2O3纳米晶。用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、漫反射光谱和上转换发光光谱对样品进行了分析。XRD和TEM结果表明,产物为纯的立方相In2O3结构,粒径约为30 nm;漫反射光谱显示了In2O3∶Er3+,Yb3+纳米晶在522、653和975 nm附近有3个吸收带;在980 nm近红外光激发下,样品发射出中心波长为525及555 nm的绿光和662 nm的红光,分别对应于Er3+的2H11/2→4I15/2、4S3/2→4I15/2和4F9/2→4I15/2跃迁;研究了Er3+和Yb3+离子的不同掺杂浓度对发光强度的影响,确定了Yb3+和Er3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度均为3%;双对数曲线显示绿光和红光的发射过程均为双光子吸收过程,对样品的上转换发光机制进行了初步讨论。  相似文献

采用高温固相烧结法成功制备了Ba5-3x/2B4O11xEu3+(x=0.02~0.22)荧光粉,利用XRD和SEM等对荧光粉进行了结构和形貌表征。 在激发波长为393 nm的条件下,发射峰(596、621、657和706 nm)与Eu3+5D0-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)电子跃迁相对应,其中621 nm最强发射峰由Eu3+离子5D07F2电偶极跃迁造成。 文章还研究了Eu3+掺杂浓度对Ba5-3x/2B4O11xEu3+发光性能的影响,结果表明,荧光粉的发光强度随着Eu3+掺杂量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,Eu3+最佳掺杂量为0.16。  相似文献

以尿素为沉淀剂,采用低温水热法结合煅烧过程制备出MgAl2O4∶Er^3+,Yb^3+上转换荧光粉,并对样品的结构、微观形貌及上转换发光性能予以表征。结果表明,随尿素加入量的增大,产物主形貌由六角片状结构向纳米棒状转变,经1100℃煅烧可得纯相镁铝尖晶石结构,且Er^3+和Yb^3+能有效进入MgAl2O4晶格并占据Mg^2+位置形成均匀固溶体。在980 nm光激发下,MgAl2O4∶1.0%(n/n)Er^3+,x%(n/n)Yb^3+(x=0~8.0)荧光粉表现出在524、545 nm处绿光以及658 nm处的强红光发射,红绿光强度均在5.0%(n/n)Yb^3+掺杂时达到最大,但红绿光强度比却在7.0%(n/n)Yb^3+掺杂时达到最大值5.2,这归因于Er^3+-Er^3+之间交叉弛豫(CR)在红光发射过程中所起的重要作用。通过控制荧光粉中Yb^3+的掺杂量,能初步实现对于黄绿光色度的有效调控。  相似文献

Er3+ doped SrTiO3 ultrafine powders were prepared by solid state reaction in a molten NaCl flux. The structural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The Stokes emission spectra of Er3+ in SrTiO3:Er3+ ranging from green to near infrared region were investigated under 514.5 nm laser excitation. The green and redupconverted luminescence spectra of Er3+ were measured under excitation into the 4I9=2 level by 785 nm laser. The upconversion mechanisms were studied in detail through laser power dependence and Er3+ ion concentration dependence of upconverted emissions, and results show that excited state absorption and energy transfer process are the possible mechanisms for the upconversion. The upconversion properties indicate that SrTiO3:Er3+ may be used in upconversion phosphors.  相似文献

利用气悬浮无容器技术制备出了Nd3+/Yb3+稀土离子共掺杂的TiO2-La2O3-ZrO2(TLZ)发光玻璃. 利用差热分析(DTA)技术研究了该类新型稀土掺杂TiO2基上转换发光玻璃的热稳定性,主要包括玻璃化转变温度、析晶起始温度以及析晶峰值温度. 并采用两种热分析动力学计算方法得到TLZ玻璃的析晶活化能值和指前因子.本文还研究了TLZ 发光玻璃的力学性能,发现其维氏硬度大小为7.50 GPa,断裂韧性大于1.20 MPa·m1/2. 此外,还对TLZ玻璃在808 nm激光激发下的上转换发光性能进行了研究,实验结果显示光谱中有三个强发射谱峰. 优异的上转换发光性能以及良好的热稳定性和机械性能表明,这类新材料在上转换器件的实际应用中具有很大的潜力.  相似文献

传统的纯核结构的上转换纳米材料用于生物传感时, 存在表面猝灭效应或者因发光共振能量转移(LRET)效率不高导致灵敏度低等缺点, 对目标物的灵敏检测有一定的局限性. 本文通过多步高温共沉淀, 介导壳层外延成长法, 合成了NaYF4∶Yb3+,Er3+(C-UCNPs)核层发光和NaYF4@NaYF4∶Yb3+,Er3+@NaYF4(CSS-UCNPs)内壳层发光能量限域型上转换纳米材料, 并表征了材料的晶型、 形貌、 表面配体、 元素组成和发光共振能量转移效率. 结果表明, 该材料具有表面猝灭效应低、 发光共振转移效率较高的优势, 随后将其与成簇规律间隔的短回文重复序列及其相关蛋白(CRISPR/Cas)12a-纳米金系统结合, 实现了人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HPV16 DNA)的比色定性和上转换发光定量分析, 检出限为69.8 pmol/L, 双信号检测有效提高了检测结果的准确性. 此外, 本方法不仅特异性强, 还能识别单碱基错配的HPV16 DNA, 提高了DNA片段的容错率.  相似文献

为了探究在Dy~(3+)掺杂Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3荧光粉中共掺Eu~(3+)离子对其发光性能的影响,我们采用传统高温固相法制备了一系列Dy~(3+)、Eu~(3+)单掺杂和共掺杂Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3荧光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光发射光谱和荧光衰减曲线对样品进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的荧光粉呈闪铋矿立方相。在近紫外光激发下,Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+)发射光谱在487和578 nm处有两个窄带发射峰,呈冷白光发射;Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Eu~(3+)发射光谱的窄带发射位于594和616 nm处,呈发橙红光。在Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)中,由于Eu~(3+)离子补偿Dy~(3+)冷白光发射所缺的红色组分,从而实现了色纯度高、色温适中的暖白光发射。进一步探索了Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)荧光粉发光机理。所制备的Ba_3Y(PO_4)_3∶Dy~(3+),Eu~(3+)单基质白光荧光粉在白光近紫外激发白光二极管(UVWLED)领域具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

A series of Tm^3+/Dy^3+co-doped Ba3 LaNa(PO4)3 F(BLNPF) phosphors were synthesized successfully via a high-temperature solid-reaction,and luminescence properties were investigated.Upon near violet excitation,BLNPF:Tm^3+,Dy^3+ phosphors exhibit Tm^3+:^1D2-^3 F4 and Dy^3+:^4 F(9/2)-^6 HJ(J=15/2,13/2,11/2)transitions with diffe rent luminescence intensity.The emitting color of the obtained products was found to shift from blue to white as a result of efficient energy transfer(ET) from Tm^3+to Dy^3+ions.According to photoluminescence emission intensity,the positive effect of activator on ET efficiency was calculated and the maximum ET efficiency was found around 72.6% with Dy^3+ concentration was 0.04.By means of Dexter's theoretical model,furthermore,dipole-dipole interaction was confirmed as the mechanism of energy transfer from Tm^3+ to Dy^3+ ions.The results suggested that BLNPF:Tm^3+,Dy^3+ phosphor might be a promising single-phased white-light-emitting phosphor for UV white-light LED.  相似文献

通过水热法,以油酸和两亲性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为协同表面配体,一步水热合成水溶性稀土上转换发光纳米材料(NaYF4:20% Yb 1% Tm).稀土纳米粒径尺寸平均为16 nm,在水溶液中稳定单分散,具有较强上转换发光.具有较低的细胞毒性,可用于上转换发光细胞成像.并进一步用于活体淋巴结显像,表现出高的信噪比.  相似文献

Er3 /Yb3 共掺杂的AlF3基氟化物玻璃材料ABCY的制备及其上转换荧光性质。样品的组分为 40AlF3 2 0BaF2 2 0CaF2 (2 0 2x 2y)YF3 xEr2 O3 yYb2 O3。在 95 0nm连续LD激发下 ,观察到该材料很强的绿色上转换发光 ,研究了该体系的上转换机理 ,认为Yb3 和Er3 之间的APTE效应是最主要的上转换途径。解释了红、绿色上转换荧光强度比值增大的现象 ,指出了可能的交叉弛豫过程。用公式y =a(x -x0 ) n 对上转换荧光强度与LD工作电流的关系进行拟合 ,得到的结果与理论值很好地一致。  相似文献

Er3+, Yb3+ and Tm3+ codoped fluorophosphate glasses emitting blue, green and red upconversion luminescence at 970 nm laser diode excitation were studied. It was shown that Tm3+ behaves as the sensitizer to Er3+ for the green upconversion luminescence through the energy transfer process: Tm3+:3H4+Er3+:4I 15/2-->Er3+:4I 9/2+Tm3+:3H6, and for the red upconversion luminescence through the energy transfer process: Tm3+:3F4+Er3+:4I 11/2-->Tm3+:3H6+Er3+:4F 9/2. Moreover, Er3+ acts as quenching center for the blue upconversion luminescence of Tm3+. The sensitization of Tm3+ to Er3+ depends on the concentration of Yb3+. The intensity of blue, green and red emissions can be changed by adjusting the concentrations of the three kinds of rare earth ions. This research may provide useful information for the development of high color and spatial resolution devices and white light simulation.  相似文献

综合ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2系和锗酸盐玻璃陶瓷的优点,采用熔融-晶化法首次制备了Ho3+/Yb3+共掺以ZnAl2O4为主晶相的ZnO-Al2O3-GeO2-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷。因[GeO4]四面体和[SiO4]四面体都是玻璃网络形成体,讨论了GeO2取代SiO2对玻璃陶瓷样品硬度及发光性能的影响,最终确定GeO2的取代量为10.55%(w/w)时,玻璃陶瓷综合性能最佳。在980 nm泵浦光的激发下,发现强的绿色(546 nm)和弱的红色(650 nm)上转换发光,并研究了不同Ho3+/Yb3+掺杂比对样品上转换发光的影响,最终结果表明当Ho3+/Yb3+掺杂比为1:11(n/n)时样品荧光强度最强,在绿色上转换发光材料方面具有潜在的应用。  相似文献

Direct near-IR excitation of Yb(3+) 2F(7/2)-->(2)F(5/2) levels at 10126, 10138, and 10596 cm(-1) in CsMnBr3:0.5%Yb(3+) leads to three types of luminescence at cryogenic temperatures: near-IR Yb(3+) emission and green and red upconverted luminescence. The green luminescence around 20 000 cm(-1) is identified as cooperative Yb(3+) pair upconversion. The broad red upconversion luminescence band centered at 14 700 cm(-1) is ascribed to the 4T(1g)-->6A(1g) transition of Mn(2+). Pulsed measurements indicate a sequence of ground-state absorption and excited-state absorption steps for the red upconversion process. One- and two-color excitation experiments support this, and we conclude that the red upconversion occurs by an exchange mechanism involving Yb(3+) and Mn(2+). The Yb(3+) 2F(5/2)-->(2)F(7/2) near-IR emission around 10 000 cm(-1) is also observed after Mn(2+) excitation at 21 838 cm(-1). This is indicative of a Mn(2+) 4T(1g)--> Yb(3+) 2F(5/2) relaxation process, which is a potential loss process for upconversion efficiency.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备了Li+共掺杂的Er3+-Yb3+∶TiO2粉末。976 nm激光激发下在波长350~1700 nm范围内观察到了紫外、蓝色、绿色和红色上转换发光和红外下转换发光。随着Li+共掺杂浓度由0增大到20mol%,Er3+-Yb3+∶TiO2的紫外、可见和红外发光强度同步增强。低Li+共掺杂浓度引起的Li+固溶以及高Li+共掺杂浓度引起的相变过程相继破坏了Er3+的晶体场对称性,导致紫外、可见和红外发光显著增强。结果表明共掺杂Li+是一种提高Er3+掺杂材料发光性能的有效方法。  相似文献

研究了掺Tm^3 /Yb^3 亚碲酸盐玻璃室温下的上转换发光。用970nm波长的半导体激光器作为泵浦源,得到了高效率的480nm波长上转换的荧光,通过对不同掺杂浓度样品的发光比较,发现了这种玻璃上转换发光的浓度猝灭现象,找出了这种玻璃得到高效率上转换发光的适宜浓度,并对Tm^3 的浓度猝灭现象进行了分析,通过对上转换发光强度与泵浦强度关系曲线的拟合,看到这种上转换是三光子吸收过程,这与通过能级图分析得到的结果相同,另外,也对650nm波长的转换发光进行了研究。  相似文献

采用Czochralski法生长出ZnWO4:Er3+(Er=0.02mol)单晶,测量了吸收光谱和激发光谱。在波长966nm功率500mW的激光二极管(LD)激发下观察到上转换发光。强度最大的发射峰位于547和558nm,发射光谱分析表明,上转换激发过程与双光子步进吸收有关。  相似文献

To obtain efficient blue upconversion laser glasses, upconversion luminescence and mechanisms of Tm(3+)/Yb(3+)-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glasses were investigated under 980 nm excitation. The results showed that upconversion blue and red emission intensities of Tm(3+) first increase, reach its maximum at Tm(2)O(3)%=0.1 mol %, and then decrease with increasing Tm(2)O(3) content. The effect of Tm(2)O(3) content on upconversion intensity is discussed, and possible effect mechanisms are evaluated. The investigated results were conducing to increase upconversion luminescence efficiency of Tm(3+).  相似文献
