利用F^-选择性电极,建立了测定磷化液中F^-含量的有效方法,线性范围为0.5 ̄5×10^-6mol·L^-1,回收率在87% ̄111%之间。方法简便,快速,准确,可用于磷化槽中磷化液的快速调整。  相似文献

利用氟离子选择性电极测定系列氟离子标准溶液的电极电位(vs.SCE),用测得的电极电位值与氟离子标准溶液的浓度数据进行非线性工作曲线拟舍,可准确测定1×10~(-6)~1×10~(-5)moL/L氟离子溶液的浓度。该法易于实现氟离子溶液的自动连续监测,适于氟离子溶液浓度的在线测量。  相似文献

研制了盐酸氟桂嗪离子选择性电极。利用正交设计法综合研究了活性的类型、含量以及增塑剂等因素对PVC膜电极响应性能的影响,结果表明,以盐酸氟桂嗪-四苯硼钠离子缔合物为活性物质,DBP或DOP为增塑剂制成的PVC膜电极的性能最佳。其响应范围为1.0×10^-4-5.0×10^-3mol/L,检测下限为3.5×10^5mol/L,响应斜率为58mV(25℃)。应用该电极对合成样品及胶囊样品中盐酸氟桂嗪含量  相似文献

采用氟离子选择性电极间接测定染料中的微量铁。将含铁染料试液加至氟离子标准溶液中,染料中三价铁与氟离子反应,生成惰性配合物FeF6^3-,使氟离子标准溶液浓度降低,利用氟离子选择性电极测定加入染料试液前后电池电动势的变化,间接测得染料试样中微量铁含量。方法的平均回收率为99.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于1.34%(n=11)。  相似文献

氟离子选择电极测定植物中氟有灰化法,氧瓶燃烧法、氢氧化钠熔融法和酸浸提法等。这些方法分析时间长、操作繁琐,且均需加入TISAB(总离子强度缓冲溶液)使pH=5~5.5,以防止低pH值时生成HF缔合物和高pH值时OH的干扰。为了达到快速分析的目的,我们在pH≈1时,不加TISAB,用标准加入法直接测定植物中氟,每次测定只需约30min。方法的精密度与准确度较好,分析结果与盐酸浸提法结果无  相似文献

提出了一种新的离子选择性电极分析方法,即体积校正-等电位差-标准加入法,并用于聚乙烯中氟含量的测定。对样品干法灰化条件进行了考查。有机化合物标样回收率为98.0%,聚乙烯分析结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%。方法简便、准确。  相似文献

Abstract

In the determination of fluoride ion with an ion-selective electrode the permissible concentration of aluminum increases markedly with decreasing the fluoride concentration in 0.5M citrate buffer solutions at pi I 6. As the accuracy is constant over a concentration range down to 10?5 M F? where a Nernstian relation holds fluoride determinations can be accomplished by the successive dilution method. The dilution steps are repeated until the last two results are in agreement, while the concentration of citrate is kept constant. As the ionic strength is kept constant with citrate, the addition of sodium chloride to the buffer is not necessary. Several samples, especially glasses, have been analyzed successfully.  相似文献

Abstract

An analytical procedure for the determination of fluoride ion left in the acetic acid leach solution of the U. S. Customs method for fluorspar is presented. The technique described employs an Orion fluoride ion-selective electrode. A semilogarithmic plot of fluoride ion concentration versus millivolt response yields a linear calibration curve. The new procedure s shown to compare favorably with the Customs method in economy analysis time, accuracy and precision.  相似文献

采用微波消解处理样品,氟离子选择电极法测定了树叶中氟离子含量;通过正交实验考察了微波功率、消解时间、固液比、冷却时间等条件对微波消解的影响,对消解试剂和微波消解条件进行了筛选和优化。结果表明,其相对标准偏差小于0.46%,加标回收率在95.5%~103.3%之间。该法简单快速、准确可靠,对测定植物树叶中氟离子含量十分有效。  相似文献

A potentiometric flow injection analysis system is described, enabling tap water and other fluoride-bearing matrices of low interferent level to be determined at the rate of 360 samples per hour using an electrode polished with slurried alumina. Important parameters, such as carrier stream composition, sample volume and detector cell design are discussed with respect to this system, Fluoride electrodes regenerated with silver fluoride and silver epoxy are evaluated in flow injection mode, both before and after polishing.  相似文献

分别采用吸收和荧光光谱分析方法准确测定了四磺酸酞菁铝、钴、锰(AlPcS4、CoPcS4、MnPcS4)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的结合常数,两种方法的结果基本一致,结合常数的数量级皆为105L/mol。以氯血红素(HE)、布洛芬(IB)和L-色氨酸(TRP)为分子探针,络合竞争法确定了AlPcS4、CoPcS4和MnPcS4与BSA的结合点是SiteⅠ和SiteⅡ。  相似文献

Abstract

In the determination of fluoride ion with a fluoride ion-selective electrode, tiron is the most effective of masking agents tested for aluminum. The higher the pH, the more effective the masking, but the hydroxide ion raises the lower limit of determinable fluoride ion concentration at higher pH.

Therefore, measurements at pH 6.0 are preferable. Fluorine in two glass samples has been successfully determined with tiron.  相似文献

A new quantitative determination method of proteins using beryllon Ш by voltammetric technique was developed in this paper. In pH 3.5 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, beryllon Ш can bind with human serum albumin (HSA) to form an electro-inactive supermolecular complex. Beryllon Ш has a well-defined voltammetric reduction peak at -0.38 V (vs. SCE) and the addition of protein in this solution can cause the decrease of the reductive peak current. Based on the decrease of the reduction peak current, a new electrochemical method for the determination of HSA was established with linear range of 1.0~40.0 mg/L and the detection limit of 1.0 mg/L. This method is further applied to the determination of real sample of healthy human serum.  相似文献

An all-solid-state fluoride ion-selective electrode (ISE) was prepared using LaF3 single crystal with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (PEDOT) as the solid contact layer. In contrast to polymer-based ISEs, crystalline membrane-based ISEs have not been used for all-solid-state device, thereby prohibiting the integration of ISEs on a chip. The all-solid-state fluoride ISE developed in this study exhibited superior sensitivity (−56.0±0.9 mV/dec) and selectivity compared to those of conventional inner filling solution ISE. The effects of PEDOT as a solid contact layer were analyzed using chronopotentiometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, which revealed that PEDOT promoted electrode stability. The all-solid-state device can miniaturize the fluoride ISE and facilitate environmental, industrial, agricultural, and physiological monitoring.  相似文献
