A nonsymmetric phosphorus ylide and its palladium(II) complex have been synthesized as potential catalytically active compounds. The reaction of 1 equiv nonsymmetric phosphorus ylide, Ph2PCH2PPh2C(H)C(O)PhBr with [Pd(dppe)Cl2], followed by treatment with 2 equiv AgOTf led to [(dppe)Pd(Ph2PCH2PPh2C(H)C(O)PhBr)](OSO2CF3)2, which contains a five-membered P,P chelate ring on one side and a five-membered P,C chelate ring on the other side. The palladium complex was synthesized and investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV–visible, multinuclear (1H, 31P and 19F) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and electrospray ionisation-mass spectroscopic techniques. FT-IR and 31P NMR studies revealed that the phosphorus ylide is coordinated to palladium via the terminal phosphorus (Pc) of the ylide and methene group (CH). Suzuki reactions for varying aryl halides using the cyclopalladated complex as an efficient catalyst were performed. Various aryl halides were coupled with arylboronic acids in DMF, under air, in the presence of 0.001?mol% of the homogeneous catalyst to afford the corresponding cross-coupled products in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A new air- and moisture-stable Pd(II) complex 3, which is a highly efficient catalyst for Suzuki reaction with low Pd-catalyst loading (0.01%), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The corresponding Suzuki coupling products were obtained in satisfactory to excellent yields at room temperature in aqueous media under ambient atmosphere.  相似文献

A new heterogeneous catalyst composed of Pd nanoparticles immobilized within a HypoG el resin has been prepared in the absence of any ligands using an extensive cross-linking method.This newly developed nanocatalyst was characterized by N_2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)techniques.TEM and XRD results revealed that the Pd nanoparticles were well dispersed with diameters in the range of 4–12 nm,and an average size of about 8 nm.The cross-linked Pd catalyst demonstrated excellent catalytic activity towards the synthesis of a series of biaryl compounds by the reaction of various aryl halides(e.g.,bromides andiodides)with phenylboronic acid in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide.ICP-MS analysis indicated that there was only 0.25%weight loss of Pd(0.55±0.02 ppm)from the supported catalyst after the first cycle reaction.Furthermore,the catalyst showed excellent reusability(up to five uses)with consistently high levels of catalytic activity following its recovery by filtration.  相似文献

The Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of 3-pyridylboronic pinacol ester with aryl iodides, bromides and chlorides was carried out in DMF/H2O (3/1, v/v) at 110 °C in the presence of cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine I and K2CO3 or CsCO3 (1.0 equiv.) without the protection of inert gas. By using this method the synthesis of 3-pyridyl biaryl compounds could be readily achieved.  相似文献

A series of new water‐soluble cyclopalladated ferrocenylimines were designed and prepared. They were efficient catalyst for Suzuki coupling reactions of aryl bromides and phenylboronic acid in neat water under ambient atmosphere. Among of these catalysts, the catalyst ( C2D ) could be reused for 6 times for the Suzuki coupling reaction of 4‐bromotoluene with phenylboronic acid in EtOH/H2O under ambient atmosphere, in which no significant loss activity of C2D was observed.  相似文献

A variety of fluorinated biphenyl derivatives were obtained in good yields in aqueous solvents at room temperature by Suzuki coupling reaction of aryl bromides and aryl boronic acid in the presence of high activity catalyst—some air-stable hemilabile PO coordinated cyclopalladated complexes. 将Pd希夫碱络合物固定在磁性的MCM-41表面上,做为环境友好且可循环使用的新型多相纳米催化剂,并采用红外光谱、振动探针式磁强计、能量散射谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜、热重、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱和X-射线衍射等对其进行了全面的表征.然后将该催化剂用于以PEG为绿色溶剂的一步法Suzuki和Heck合成反应中,均以较高收率得到目标产物.该法主要优点为反应时间短、反应条件绿色友好、操作简便、无需使用有毒的有机溶剂、催化剂使用量低,且底物适用性广.更为重要的是,通过外部磁场即可方便地将催化剂从反应混合物中分离出来,可重复使用数次而活性和稳定性未见明显下降.  相似文献

The activity of [Pd{C6H4(CH2N(CH2Ph)2)} (μ-Br)]2 complex was investigated in the Heck-Mizoroki C-C cross-coupling reaction. This complex is an active and efficient catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides, bromides and even chlorides and also arenesulfonyl chlorides. The cross-coupled products were produced in excellent yields in short reaction time using a catalytic amount of [Pd{C6H4(CH2N(CH2Ph)2) (μ-Br)]2 complex in NMP at 130 °C.  相似文献

Biphasic Suzuki-coupling reactions of aryl and benzyl bromides employing a cobalt-containing phosphine ligand chelated palladium complex 2 were carried out in various reaction conditions. Comparisons of the catalytic efficiencies in the presence/absence of a phase-transfer agent, TBAB, were presented. In addition, the effects of altering solvents, temperatures, catalysts, and substrates on the reactions were monitored and reported. Better yields were commonly observed while a phase-transfer agent TBAB was participated in the reactions. The factor of reaction time is more crucial than that of temperature in short reaction hour experiments. Obviously, an induction period for the reduction of Pd(II) to Pd(0) active species is needed for this type of reaction.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions employing Schiff-bases as ligands toward a series of substituted arylbromides and boronic acids were pursued. In the presence of a N,O-bidentate ligand, 2-[1-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenylimino)-ethyl]-phenol 5, the catalytic reactions could be carried out efficiently at room temperature with a wide array of arylbromides, even with electronically deactivated arenes. A deprotonated 5, 5′, chelated palladium acetate complex, [5′Pd(II)(OAc)(solv)] 8, was proposed as a precursor of a genuine catalytically active species.  相似文献

Amide,which is derived from proline and is inexpensive and air-stable,has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,and MS.It was found to be an efficient ligand in the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction.In the Pd/amide catalytic system,aryl bromides can be coupled with phenylboronic acid in ethanol/water(1:2;v/v) in excellent yields even with a low Pd loading of 0.01 mol%.Moreover,the scope of the reaction is broad,and a wide variety of functional groups are tolerant.  相似文献

A series of water-soluble diimine ligands were applied for the Suzuki reaction of arylbromide in different media. Low loading of catalyst (0.01 mol%) were necessary for the coupling reaction to proceed in water or water/ethanol. Palladium nanoparticles stabilized by a polyion complex composed of poly{4-chloromethylstyrene-co-(4-vinylbenzyl) tributylammonium chloride} and poly(acrylic acid) were easily recovered by filtration after pH treatment. Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) micro-spheres, a kind of commercially available polymeric material was treated with PdCl2 and formaldehyde giving a reagent with a palladium loading of 0.79 (wt.%). The Pd-PMMA catalyzed the highly efficient Heck and Suzuki reactions. The reactions can be performed under ligand-free conditions in an air atmosphere. The palladium catalyst is easily separated and can be reusable with negligible leaching of palladium.  相似文献
