New cluster complexes [W3S4(Acac)3(PPh3)3]PF6 · 0.5CHCl3 (Acac = CH3C(O)CHC(O)CH3) (I) and [W3S4(Hfac)3(PPh3)2Br] · 2CHCl3 (Hfac = CF3C(O)CHC(O)CF3) (II) were synthesized. Their molecular and crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The cis-cis type of coordination of acetylacetonate and hexafluoroacetylacetonate ligands in I and II, respectively, was established, and the PPh3 ligands were found in the trans-positions with respect to the “capping” sulfide ligand (μ3-S).  相似文献

The structure of the interaction products of (NH4)2[Ru(NO)Cl5] solution with ammonium acetate on heating is studied. The crystal structure of the [Ru(NO)(NH3)3(H2O)Cl][Ru(NO)(NH3)3(OH)Cl] × [Ru(NO)(NH3)Cl4]2Cl-2H2O compound (compound I) containing a previously unknown anion of the nitrosomonoammine series is determined: Cc space group; a = 33.530(7) ?, b = 8.202(2) ?, c = 11.844(2) ?; β= 101.54(3)°.  相似文献

Novel anhydrous trinuclear 3-oxo complexes of Cr(III), Cr3(3-O)(CF3COO)6(CH3COOH)2(CF3COO) (I) and of Cr(III,III,II), Cr3(3-O)(CF3COO)6(CH3COOH)2(THF) (II) (where THF is (CH2)4O) are synthesized by anodic dissolution of metallic chromium in solutions of trifluoroacetic acid in acetonitrile and in tetrahydrofuran and their structures are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex I forms orthorhombic crystals with space group Pna21, a = 9.778(1) , b = 16.042(2) , c = 22.851(4) , Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0332; complex II crystallizes in monoclinic system: space group P21/c, a = 9.866(1) , b = 17.895(2) , c = 21.167(4) , = 100.75(2)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0422. The average Cr-(3-O) distances in compounds I and II are almost equal (1.943(3) and 1.927(3) ). An average length of the Cr-O bond in octahedral surrounding of metal atoms is different in complexes I and II (1.985(4) and 2.003(3) , respectively), which is specified by different oxidation states of the metal atom. A single crystal of [Pd(NH3)4]3[Ir(NO2)6]2·H2O double complex salt is studied by X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic characteristics are as follows: a = 21.0335(5) ?, b = 8.0592(2) ?, c = 21.3452(5) ?, β = 91.254(1)°, V = 3617.43(15) ?3, P21/c space group, Z = 4, d x = 2.714 g/cm3. Single-layer pseudohexagonal packing of complex anions is determined along the [−1 0 1] direction in the structure. Complex cations and crystallization water molecules are located between the mentioned layers.  相似文献

By the reaction of [Mo3S4(C2O4)3(H2O)3]2− with PdCl2 and NH4H2PO2 as a reducing agent, followed by the addition of PPh3, a new oxalate cuboidal cluster complex [Mo3(PdPPh3)S4(C2O4)3(H2O)3]2− is obtained. A reaction of Cp′Mo(CO)3Cl(Cp′ = MeC5H4) with (PPh3)2Pt(C2Ph2) gave the heterometallic cluster Cp′Mo(μ-CO)2(C2Ph2)Pt2(PPh3)2(CO)Cl (I) as the sole product. According to X-ray diffraction data, complex I contains single Pt-Mo bonds (2.7962(5) and 2.7699(5) ?) but no Pt-Pt bond (Pt…Pt 2.9746(3) ?). The coordinated diphenylacetylene molecule forms two Pt-C σ-bonds (2.054(6) and 2.083(5) ?) and a π-bond to the Mo atom (Mo-C 2.265(6) and 2.272(5) ?; C≡C 1.387(8) ?). Original Russian Text ? A.A. The products of the extraction treatment of Rh(III) and Pd(II) nitrate-nitrite solutions are studied. The [Rh(Thio)6](NO3)3·3H2O and [Pd(Thio)4](NO3)2 complex salts are extracted and an X-ray diffraction analysis of single crystals is performed (BRUKER X8 APEX automated diffractometer, MoK a radiation, graphite monochromator, two-dimensional CCD-detector). Quantitative IR investigation of solid-state [Co(NH3)5ONO]XY[Co(NH3)5NO2]XY (XY=Cl2, Br2, I2, (NO3)2 Cl; NO3) linkage isomerization in KBr pellets has shown the kinetics to depend upon the outer-sphere anion. The red shift of the 5(ONO) band during isomerization is a linear function of transformation degree.  相似文献

Abstract  

Thermolysis of cis-Fe(CO)4(SiCl3)2 results in the formation of the novel compound Fe2(CO)62-SiCl2)3, which was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Density functional theory calculations were carried out to elucidate possible reaction steps leading to the formation of Fe2(CO)6(SiCl2)3, including CO dissociation and chlorine abstraction by a SiCl3 radical generated from homolytic Fe–Si bond cleavage involving a singlet–triplet intersystem crossing.  相似文献

The [Ru(NH3)5Cl]2[Re6S8(CN)6]·3H2O salt was obtained; its crystal structure was analyzed: a = 10.7713(9) Å, b = 13.9602(11) Å, c = 14.7956(11) Å, α = 91.961(3)°, β = 109.985(3)°, γ = 110.030(3)°, V = 1935.3(3) Å3, space group P1ˉ, Z = 2, d calc = 3.441 g/cm3. In the cluster anion, the Re-Re distances lie in the range from 2.594 Å to 2.612 Å. For two crystallographically independent complex cations, Ru-Nav is 2.105 Å, and Ru-Clav 2.329 Å. The reduction of trans-[Pd(NHC)2Cl2] (NHC = IMes, 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene; IiPr2 = 1,3-bis-isopropylimidazol-2-ylidene) with potassium graphite under an atmosphere of CO affords the palladium NHC carbonyl clusters [Pd3(μ-CO)3(NHC)3] (NHC = IMes, 1; IiPr2, 3). Treatment of 1 with SO2 at room temperature yields the bridging SO2 complex [Pd3(μ-SO2)3(IMes)3] (4) in quantitative yield. Complexes 1, 3 and 4 have been structurally characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C5Me4Et)3Rh33-Se)2](PF6)2 and [(C5Me4Et)2Rh22-Cl)3]PF6, obtained in the reaction of [(C5Me4Et)Rh(C6H6)](PF6)2 with ZnSe in 4M HCl under hydrothermal conditions, is determined. In agreement with the 18VE rule, the triangular cluster contains single metal-metal bonds (Rh-Rh 2.864(1) ?), whereas they are absent in the binuclear complex (Rh ...Rh 3,216(1) ?). A DTA study of thermal decomposition of (NH4)2[Ru(NO)Cl5] in helium atmosphere has been carried out, a synthetic procedure for preparation of the trans-diammine complex mer-[Ru(NO)(NH3)2Cl3] (I) with yield ∼70% has been developed. On re-crystallization of I from aqueous solution a trans-aquanitroso complex [Ru(NO)(NH3)2Cl2(H2O)]Cl·H2O (II) has been isolated. The structures of two salts [Co(NH3)6][Rh(NO2)6] (I) and [Co(NH3)6][(NO2)3Rh(μ-NO2)1+x (μ-OH)2−x Rh(NO2)3]·(2−x)(H2O), x = 0.17 (II) are solved. Single crystals of the salts are obtained by the counter diffusion method through the gel of aqueous solutions of [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 and Na3[Rh(NO2)6]. The structure of [Co(NH3)6][Rh(NO2)6] is consistent with the diffraction data for a polycrystalline sample of poorly soluble fine salt formed in the exchange reaction between aqueous solutions of [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 and Na3[Rh(NO2)6]. The structure of [Co(NH3)6][(NO2)3Rh(μ-NO2)1+x (μ-OH)2−x Rh(NO2)3]·(2−x)(H2O), x = 0.17 exhibits the stabilizing effect of a large cation in the formation of novel, unknown previously coordination ions: [(NO2)3Rh(μ-NO2)(μ-OH)2Rh(NO2)3]3− and [(NO2)3Rh(μ-NO2)2(μ-OH)Rh(NO2)3]3−.  相似文献

Oxo/hydoxo zirconium(IV) complex of the general formula [Zr63-O)43-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)92-OH)3]2 has been isolated, when Zr(OiPr)4 reacted with a 2-fold excess of 3,3-dimethylbutyric acid. Single crystal X-ray diffraction data, collected at 103 and 153 K, showed that the studied compound crystallizes in hexagonal system (P63/m (no. 176)). Structure consists of dimers composed of [Zr63-O)43-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)9] sub-units, linked by six μ2-OH bridges. Infrared spectroscopic studies proved the presence of hydroxo groups in the structure of studied clusters and formation of different types of oxo/hydroxo bridges. The application of variable temperature infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry revealed that the structure of this complex undergoes the phase transitions at 143–183 and 203–293 K. Comparison of spectral and crystallographic data suggests that these phase transitions might be related to changes in the strength of Zr–O bonds of μ2-OH bridges linking complex sub-units, and change in symmetry of the crystal lattice (from hexagonal to trigonal). Analysis of thermogravimetric data showed that decomposition of [Zr63-O)43-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)92-OH)3]2 proceeds with complete conversion to ZrO2 (monoclinic form) between 603 and 803 K.  相似文献

A reaction of the dimer [Mn(CO)4(SPh)]2 with (PPh3)2Pt(C2Ph2) gave the heterometallic complex (CO)4Mn(μ-SPh)Pt(PPh3)2 (I) and its isomer (CO)3(PPh3)Mn(μ-SPh)Pt(PPh3)(CO) (II). A reaction of complex I with a diphosphine ligand (Dppm) yielded the heterometallic complex (CO)3Mn(μ-SPh)Pt(PPh3)(Dppm) (III). Complexes IIII were characterized by X-ray diffraction. In complex I, the single Mn-Pt bond (2.6946(3) ?) is supplemented with a thiolate bridge with the shortened Pt-S and Mn-S bonds (2.3129(5) and 2.2900(6) ?, respectively). Unlike complex I, in complex II, one phosphine group at the Pt atom is exchanged for one CO group at the Mn atom. The Mn-Pt bond (2.633(1) ?) and the thiolate bridge (Pt-S, 2.332(2) ?; Mn-S, 2.291(2) ?) are retained. In complex III, the Mn-Pt bond (2.623(1) ?) is supplemented with thiolate (Pt-S, 2.341(2) ?; Mn-S, 2.292(2) 0?) and Dppm bridges (Pt-P, 2.240(1)?; Mn-P, 2.245(2) ?). Apparently, the Pt atom in complexes IIII is attached to the formally double bond , as in Pt complexes with olefins.  相似文献

A new polymer azido-bridged copper(II) complex [Cu4(En)21,1-N3)41,1,1-N3)21,3-N3)2] n (I) (En = ethylenediamine) has been synthesized and crystallography characterized. Complex I shows one-dimensional coordination polymeric structure based on a tetranuclear cluster unit [Cu4(En)21,1-N3)41,1,1-N3)21,3-N3)2], in which the azido ions display three different bridging modes.  相似文献
