In offshore engineering long slender risers are simultaneously subjected to both axial and transverse excitations. The axial load is the fluctuating top tension which is induced by the floater’s heave motion, while the transverse excitation comes from environmental loads such as waves. As the time-varying axial load may trigger classical parametric resonance, dynamic analysis of a deepwater riser with combined axial and transverse excitations becomes more complex. In this study, to fully capture the coupling effect between the planar axial and transverse vibrations, the nonlinear coupled equations of a riser’s dynamic motion are formulated and then solved by the central difference method in the time domain. For comparison, numerical simulations are carried out for both linear and nonlinear models. The results show that the transverse displacements predicted by both models are similar to each other when only the random transverse excitation is applied. However, when the combined axial dynamic tension and transverse wave forces are both considered, the linear model underestimates the response because it ignores the coupling effect. Thus the coupled model is more appropriate for deep water. It is also found that the axial excitation can significantly increase the riser’s transverse response and hence the bending stress, especially for cases when the time-varying tension is located at the classical parametric resonance region. Such time-varying effects should be taken into account in fatigue safety assessment.  相似文献

研究计及横向剪切的复合材料层合扁球壳在爆炸冲击载荷作用下的非线性轴对称动力屈曲问题。通过在复合材料层合扁球壳非线性稳定性的基本方程中增加横向转动惯量项并引入R.H.Cole理论的爆炸冲击力,得到爆炸冲击下复合材料层合扁球壳的动力控制方程,应用Galerkin方法得到用顶点挠度表达的爆炸冲击动力响应方程,并采用Runge-Kutta方法进行数值求解,采用Budiansky-Roth准则确定冲击屈曲的临界载荷,讨论了壳体几何尺寸对复合材料层合扁球壳冲击屈曲的影响;数值算例表明,此方法是可行的。  相似文献

针对列车荷载作用下黏弹性半空间体响应的问题,利用虚拟激励法将系统的随机分析转化为确定性分析。根据列车荷载构造了相应的虚拟激励形式,通过傅里叶积分变换法把半空间体控制方程转入波数‐频率域,并推导获得了系统虚拟响应的积分形式解。当相速度接近或大于瑞利波速时,积分形式解中被积函数往往具有奇异性和高振荡性,使得数值计算相当困难。对此,将被积函数图形化以确定函数的积分限,并通过自适应数值积分算法解决被积函数的振荡性。数值算例中,进行了随机列车荷载作用下半空间体的响应分析,讨论了荷载移动速度及频率等参数变化对响应的影响,给出了响应的时间和空间分布规律。本文方法可进一步推广至移动矩形荷载等载荷模型,对移动荷载作用下环境振动行为预测具有很好的借鉴意义。  相似文献

In this study, two analytical methods are applied to study the primary resonances response of suspended cables subjected to external excitation. We choose four different sag-to-span ratios and the first two modes to investigate the differences in nonlinear responses obtained with analytical methods. First, we summarize the equations of motion by applying the Hamilton’s principle and quasi-static assumption, and then these equations are discretized by the Galerkin procedure. Second, the multiple-scale method and homotopy analysis method are adopted to obtain the approximate solutions. Moreover, numerical integrations are introduced in order to verify the obtained approximate results. The numerical results show that frequency response curves obtained by different analytical methods show different quantitative predictions in some cases of motion, modes, and particular sag-to-span ratios. Finally, the differences in displacement fields and axial tension forces are compared and analyzed.  相似文献

应变增长现象会对容器安全形成威胁。以往研究涉及的应变增长现象大多在壳体弹性变形范围内,本文中实验观察到球壳塑性变形时的应变增长现象,应变增长系数(最大应变值与第一个应变峰的比值)最大值达到1.16。实验还获得了容器内壁压力-时间曲线,并利用球壳响应理论分析出应变增长现象是由容器内壁的周期性多脉冲载荷引起的,该载荷存在3个较明显的脉冲,前两个脉冲对应变增长现象起主要作用。  相似文献

Summary The behaviours of dynamical stresses acting in the circular plate subjected to transverse impulsive loads are investigated. The cases are treated where a rigid body with spring collides with the circular plate having a hole at its center along its inner edge. The relationships between dynamic load factors (D.L.F.) with respect to bending moments, solid viscosities and spring are obtained. Experiments are carried out and theoretical results are compared with experimental ones.
Übersicht Es werden die dynamischen Spannungen untersucht, die in einer Kreisplatte durch stoßartige Querkräfte hervorgerufen werden. Es wird angenommen, daß ein mit Federn versehener starrer Körper so auf die mit einem konzentrischen Loch versehene Platte fällt, daß der Stoß am inneren Rande der Platte erfolgt. Es werden Beziehungen zwischen den dynamischen Belastungsfaktoren bezüglich der Biegemomente, den viskoelastischen Materialeigenschaften der Platte und den Federkonstanten abgeleitet. Die theoretischen Ergebnisse werden mit Versuchsergebnissen verglichen.

应用泡沫金属子弹撞击加载的方式研究了固支方形夹层板和等质量实体板的动力响应,分别应用激光测速装置和位移传感器测量了泡沫子弹的撞击速度和后面板中心点的位移历史,给出了夹层板的变形与失效模式,研究了子弹冲量、面板厚度、泡沫芯层厚度及芯层密度对夹层板抗撞击性能的影响。结果表明,后面板中心点挠度最大,周边最小,整体变形为穹形,且伴有花瓣形的变形。参数研究表明,通过增加面板厚度或芯层厚度均能有效控制后面板的挠度,改善夹层板的能量吸收能力,结构响应对子弹冲量和芯层密度比较敏感。实验结果对多孔金属夹层结构的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。 更多还原  相似文献

By using Fokker-Planck equation and the statistical linearization method and under the condition of random excitation are discussed in this article the best damping selection of the dashpots of the stiffening nonlinear stiffness, the response characteristics of the single-degree-offreedom isolation system of non-antisymmetrical and nonlinear stiffness, and the response analysis of two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear isolation systems. 针对设有混联Ⅰ型惯容系统的耗能结构基于李鸿晶谱的响应分析较为繁琐的问题,提出求解地震响应的简明封闭解法,并研究了惯容系统基本参数对减震性能的影响。首先,建立惯容系统和结构之间的微分型本构关系,并运用复模态法和虚拟激励法获得结构系列响应的统一解。其次,将结构系列响应的功率谱密度函数精确转化为复特征值及结构自振频率平方和表示的二次分解式,进而获得响应0阶~2阶谱矩的简明封闭解。最后,通过数值算例验证了所提方法的正确性及计算的高效性,对惯容系统参数的研究表明,当惯容系数和阻尼系数越大,结构减震效果越好,而刚度系数对结构的减震效果取决于惯容系统名义圆频率与结构自振圆频率的比值,当两者比值为0.9时减震效果最好。  相似文献

The dynamic response of orthotropic sandwich composite plates impacted by time-dependent external blast pulses is studied by use of numerical techniques. The theory is based on classical sandwich plate theory including the large deformation effects, such as geometric non-linearities, in-plane stiffness and inertias, and shear deformation. The equations of motion for the plate are derived by the use of the virtual work principle. Approximate solutions are assumed for the space domain and substituted into the equations of motion. Then the Galerkin Method is used to obtain the non-linear differential equations in the time domain. The finite difference method is applied to solve the system of coupled non-linear equations. The results of theoretical analyses are obtained and compared with ANSYS results. Effects of the face sheet number, as well as those related to the ply-thickness, core thickness, geometrical non-linearities, and of the aspect ratio are investigated. Detailed analyses of the influence of different type of pressure pulses on dynamic response are carried out.  相似文献

Summary The elastodynamic problem of a bi-material spherical medium is solved under the condition that the external load applied is spherically symmetric. Exact and explicit formulas are provided for displacements and stresses induced by the propagating, reflected and transmitted waves. The D' Alembert solution is taken as a basic form, thereby reducing the boundary and interface conditions to ordinary differential equations and systems of ordinary differential equations. The integration constants contained in the solutions of the differential equations are fixed by a singularity extraction procedure, which removes from the solution those portions that are inadmissible to the wave motion problem. A number of numerical results are offered, to validate the analysis and to demonstrate the capability of the solution method in solving elastodynamic problems of engineering significance. Dynamic response of tower cranes coupled with the pendulum motions of the payload is studied in this paper. A simple perturbation scheme and the assumption of small pendulum angle are applied to simplify the governing equation. The tower crane is modeled by the finite element method, while the pendulum motion is represented as rigid-body kinetics. Integrated governing equations for the coupled dynamics problem are derived based on Lagrange’s equations including the dissipation function. Dynamics of a real luffing crane model with the spherical and planar pendulum motions is analyzed using the proposed formulations and computational method. It is found that the dynamic responses of the tower crane are dominated by both the first few natural frequencies of crane structure and the pendulum motion of the payload. The dynamic amplification factors generally increase with the increase of the initial pendulum angle and the changes are just slightly nonlinear for the planar pendulum motion.  相似文献

Reinforced concrete is the principal material for military engineering and nuclear power plant containment. However, impacts and explosions could completely destroy such structures, causing tremendous casualties and property loss. Hence, this study conducts an analysis on the propagation law of a blast pressure wave and the dynamic response of reinforced concrete structures under explosive pressure wave effects. This study uses proper state material parameters and equations and then applies the nonlinear finite element analysis software LS-DYNA to conduct a numerical simulation of a free-field explosion model. After comparison with the computed results from empirical equations and validating the reliability of the numerical analysis model, the destruction and influencing factors on reinforced concrete slabs, under the effects of a blast pressure wave, are investigated. The results can serve as a reference for future analysis and design.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of non-linear response of a fluttered, cantilevered beam subjected to a random follower force at the free end. The random follower force is characterized as the sum of a post-critical static force and a stationary process with a zero mean. First, the Ritz-Galerkin method is applied to yield a set of discretized system equations. The system equations are then partially uncoupled by a special modal analysis based on normal modes of the corresponding linear, autonomous system at the onset of fluttering. Next, the stochastic averaging method is utilized to get Ito's differential equation governing the amplitude of the fluttered mode. Finally, the probability density function for the amplitude of the fluttered mode is obtained by solving the FPK equation. Numerical results show that the probability density function for the amplitude of the fluttered mode is determined by the sample behavior of the beam near the trivial equilibrium configuration.  相似文献
