In this paper, a fuzzy adaptive output feedback control scheme based on fuzzy adaptive observer is proposed to control robotic systems with parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. It is supposed that only the joint positions of the robotic system can be measured, whereas the joint velocities are unknown and unmeasured. First, a fuzzy adaptive nonlinear observer is presented to estimate the joint velocities of robotic systems, and the observation errors are analyzed using strictly positive real approach and Lyapunov stability theory. Next, based on the observed joint velocities, a fuzzy adaptive output feedback controller is developed to guarantee stability of closed-loop system and achieve a certain tracking performance. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, it is proved that all the signals in closed-loop system are bounded. Finally, simulation examples on a two-link robotic manipulator are presented to show the efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, novel adaptive neural network (NN) controllers with input saturation are presented for n-link robotic exoskeletons. The controllers consist of a state feedback controller and an output feedback controller. Through utilizing auxiliary dynamics, the controllers provide a new framework for input saturated control of these robotic systems which can feature the global stability for state feedback control. To compensate for the unknown dynamics of the system, adaptive schemes based on NNs are exploited. Furthermore, adaptive robust terms are utilized to deal with unknown external disturbances. Stability studies show that the closed-loop system is globally uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) with the state feedback controller, where the global property of the NN-based controller is achieved exploiting a smooth switching function and a robust control term. Also, the system is semi-globally UUB with the output feedback controller. Effectiveness of the controllers is validated by simulations and experimental tests.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy backstepping output feedback control approach is developed for a class of multiinput and multioutput (MIMO) nonlinear systems with time delays and immeasurable states. Fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, and an adaptive fuzzy high-gain observer is developed to estimate the unmeasured states. Using the designed high-gain observer, and combining the fuzzy adaptive control theory with the backstepping approach, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control is constructed recursively. It is proved that all the signals of the closed-loop adaptive control system are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded (SUUB) and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the problem of the adaptive neural control for a class of a perturbed pure-feedback nonlinear system. Based on radial basis function (RBF) neural networks’ universal approximation capability, an adaptive neural controller is developed via the backstepping technique. The proposed controller guarantees that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking error eventually converges to a small neighborhood around the origin. The main advantage of this note lies in that a control strategy is presented for a class of pure-feedback nonlinear systems with external disturbances being bounded by functions of all state variables. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the suggested approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a nonautonomous impulsive neutral-type neural network with delays is considered. By establishing a singular impulsive delay differential inequality and employing contraction mapping principle, several sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of the periodic solution for the impulsive neutral-type neural network with delays are obtained. Our results can extend and improve earlier publications. An example is given to illustrate the theory.  相似文献

This paper presents an adaptive dynamic surface neural network control for a class of nonstrict-feedback uncertain nonlinear systems subjected to input saturation, dead zone and output constraint. The problem of input saturation is solved by designing an anti-windup compensator, and the issue of output constraint is addressed by introducing tan-type Barrier Lyapunov function. Furthermore, based on adaptive backstepping technique, a series of novel stabilizing functions are derived. First-order sliding mode differentiator is introduced into backstepping design to obtain the first-order derivative of virtual control. The real control input is obtained using dead-zone inverse method. It is proved that the proposed control scheme can achieve finite time convergence of the output tracking error into a small neighbor of the origin and guarantee all the closed-loop signals are bounded. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

An error constraint control problem is considered for pure-feedback systems with non-affine functions being possibly in-differentiable. A new constraint variable is used to construct virtual control that guarantees the tracking error within the transient and steady-state performance envelopment. The new error transformation avoids non-differentiable problems and complex deductions caused by traditional error constraint approaches. A locally semi-bounded and continuous condition for non-affine functions is employed to ensure the controllability and transform the closed-loop system into a pseudo-affine form. An auxiliary system with bounded compensation term is proposed for nonlinear systems with input saturation. On the basis of backstepping technique, an adaptive neural controller is designed to handle unknown terms and circumvent repeated differentiations of virtual controls. The boundedness and convergence of the closed-loop system are proved by Lyapunov theory. Asymptotic tracking is achieved without violating control input constraint and error constraint. Two examples are performed to verify the theoretical findings.

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy robust H controller is proposed for formation control of a swarm of differential driven vehicles with nonholonomic dynamic models. Artificial potential functions are used to design the formation control input for kinematic model of the robots and matrix manipulations are used to transform the nonholonomic model of each differentially driven vehicle into equivalent holonomic one. The main advantage of the proposed controller is the robustness to input nonlinearity, external disturbances, model uncertainties, and measurement noises, in a formation control of a nonholonomic robotic swarm. Moreover, robust stability proof is given using Lyapunov functions. Finally, simulation results are demonstrated for a swarm formation problem of a group of six unicycles, illustrating the effective attenuation of approximation error and external disturbances, even in the case of robot failure.  相似文献

In this paper, a precise tracking control method for piezoelectric actuators based on a hysteresis observer is considered. A nonlinear observer to estimate the hysteretic nonlinearity in the piezoelectric actuator is designed, and then the hysteretic nonlinearity is compensated for by a feedforward control. The proposed observer is easy to design and has better performance compared to the previous work presented in the literature. A feedback controller is also designed to track reference signals. A numerical simulation is presented to verify the method proposed.  相似文献

A new adaptive control design approach is presented for a class of uncertain strict-feedback nonlinear systems. In the controller design process, all unknown functions at intermediate steps are passed down, and only one neural network is used to approximate the lumped unknown function of the system at the last step. By this approach, the designed controller contains only one actual control law and one adaptive law, and can be given directly. Compared with existing methods, the structure of the designed controller is simpler and the computational burden is lighter. Stability analysis shows that all the closed-loop system signals are uniformly ultimately bounded, and the steady state tracking error can be made arbitrarily small by appropriately choosing control parameters. Simulation studies demonstrate the effectiveness and merits of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the adaptive tracking control problem for a class of nonlinear non-strict-feedback systems. By introducing a compact set, the restrictive assumption that the lower bounds of the control gain functions must be positive constants is canceled in the proposed method, and the compact set is proved to be invariant set eventually. The functions in non-strict-feedback system are no longer required to be differentiable, and the neural networks are constructively used to deal with the unknown system functions, which contain the whole state variables of the non-strict-feedback system. Furthermore, it is rigorously proved that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking error converges to a small residual set asymptotically. Finally, simulation examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed method.  相似文献
