The three-dimensional potential energy and dipole moment surfaces for the electronic ground state 6Δ of FeCN have been computed at the MR-SDCI + Q + Erel/[Roos ANO (Fe), aug-cc-pVQZ (C, N)] level of theory, where MR-SDCI means ‘multi-reference single and double excitation configuration interaction’ and ANO means ‘atomic natural orbital’. Based on these potential energy and dipole moment surfaces, the spectroscopic parameters, rovibronic energies, structural parameters, vibrational transition moments, and the wavenumbers and intensities of selected rotation-vibration transitions have been calculated. The equilibrium structure is linear with re(Fe-C) = 2.048 Å and re(C-N) = 1.168 Å, and the zero-point averaged structure is bent with 〈r(Fe-C)〉0 = 2.082 Å, 〈r(C-N)〉0 = 1.172 Å, and 〈∠(Fe-C-N)〉0 = 170(5)°. At all the MR-SDCI + Q and the size-extensive multi-reference averaged quadratic coupled-cluster (MR-AQCC) levels of theory, with and without relativistic correction Erel, that were employed in the present work, 6Δ FeCN is predicted to be slightly more stable than 6Δ FeNC. For example, the energy difference between the two isomers is approximately 150 cm−1 at the highest level of theory employed, MR-AQCC + Erel/[Roos ANO (Fe), aug-cc-pVQZ (C, N)] with zero-point energy correction. The electronic structure of 6Δ FeCN has also been compared with that of 6Δ FeNC. At present, no experimental spectroscopic data are available for 6Δ FeCN. It is hoped that the present work will stimulate experimental investigations of this molecule.  相似文献

We here describe in detail the characterization and molecular evolution of group II introns in the mitochondrial genome of the liverwort Marchantia polymorpha. We find that 18 introns of the 25 group II introns can be assigned by their similarities to six clusters, indicating an intra-genomic propagation of one ancestral intron each into the respective clusters in the liverwort mitochondrial genome. Interestingly, the intra-genomic propagation of some of these introns occurred only after the evolutionary separation of the bryophytes from the other clades of plants. Finally we report that the maturase-like sequences in the liverwort group II introns have further evolved by horizontal and independent transposition and substitution by analogous sequences from other fungal introns.  相似文献

The g factors g and g for the tetragonally-compressed (CrO4)3− clusters in YMO4 (M=V, P) crystals are calculated from the high-order perturbation formulas based on the two-mechanism model for the compressed d1 tetrahedra with the ground state |dz2〉. From the calculated values and by considering a small admixture of the first excited state |dx2y2〉 to the ground state |dz2〉 due to the vibrational motion of ligands (which leads a twinkling compressed tetrahedron to become an elongated one), the observed g and g for Cr5+ centers in YMO4 crystals are explained reasonably. The difficulty of the large deviations of g from ge (≈2.0023) in the two systems is therefore removed and the above dynamic effect may be the cause which results in the large deviation of g from ge for some (CrO4)3− clusters in crystals.  相似文献

Topology of the space of periodic ground states in the antiferromagnetic Ising and Potts (3-state) models is analysed in selected spatial structures. The states are treated as graph nodes, connected by one-spin-flip transitions. The spatial structures are the triangular lattice, the Archimedean (3,122) lattice and the cubic Laves C15 lattice with the periodic boundary conditions. In most cases the ground states are isolated nodes, but for selected systems we obtain connected graphs. The latter means that the magnetisation can vary in time with zero energy cost. The ground states are classified according to their degree and type of neighbours.  相似文献
