小菜蛾性信息素的合成

以十一碳烯醇和碘戊烷为原料,经过苯甲酰基保护、9-硼双环[3.3.1]-壬烷(9-BBN)硼氢化后氧化、氯铬酸吡啶盐(PCC)氧化、Wittig反应、脱苯甲酰基五步反应得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇(Z11-16:OH),五步反应总收率53％.顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇经PCC氧化或Ac2O乙酰化分别得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醛(Z11-16:Ald)、顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯(Z11-16:Ac),目标化合物及主要中间体结构经NMR,IR和MS确证.合成方法路线短,操作简便,收率较文献中的方法有较大提高.     

蜂王信息素的改进合成

早在50年代,Butler等^[1]发现蜂王的上颚腺能分泌一种影响工蜂活动的物质,并提出了蜂群是靠蜂王分泌的该种化学物质传递各种个体间的信息的论断,Barbier等^[2]测定其结构为9-氧代-2E-癸烯酸1(蜂王物质),并首次进行了人工合成.

鳞翅目昆虫占农业害虫的一大部分,它们的信息素一般是直链脂肪族单烯醇或多烯醇及其乙酸酯或醛。其合成方法主要有 Wittig 反应,炔化物路线,有机铜锂试剂等。而关键步骤是控制顺反异构比例。曾企图用 Wittig反应高选择性地合成顺式结构的昆虫信息素组分,再经异构化得到反式信息素组分,但收率     

棉红铃虫性信息素的合成

自从1973年Hummel等鉴定了红铃虫性信息素为(Z、Z)及(Z、E)-7,11-十六碳二烯-1-醇醋酸酯(1和2)的两种异构体(1:1)的混合物以来,许多化学工作者相继合成了该性信息素。迄今报道的合成方法已有七种之多,其中Mori的以Grignard偶合反应为关键性一步的合成方法,各步得率均佳,且原料易得。我们为了适应综合防治棉红铃虫的需要,选择了Mori的方法进行合成,并对某些反应在反应条件上作了一定的改进,获得了较好的结果。我们在2-庚炔1-溴(6)和溴丙炔(3)生成1,5-癸二炔(7)及反-2-庚烯-1-溴(11)和溴丙炔(3)生成反-5-烯-1-癸炔(12)的Grignard反应中,先以无水乙醚为溶剂制备丙炔镁

在昆虫界,同种昆虫的异性之间为着配偶的需要,分泌出一些化学物质来传递信息。人们称这种化学物质为昆虫性信息素,也称为昆虫性诱剂。由于昆虫个体中的性信息素存在量极微,所以对其化学研究有一定的困难。Bute-nandt等人经过 20年(1939—1959)的努力,首次从50万头家蚕(Bombyx mori)中分离到12毫克纯粹性信息素的衍生物,并最后鉴定出蚕蛾性信息素的化学结构。之后,由于近代超微量分离鉴定技术的发展,促进了人们对昆虫性信息素的研究。现在人们已从虫体中分离、鉴定出     

Conversions of 5-hydroxy-5, 6-dihydro-4H-1, 2, 5-oxadiazines

Oxidation of 5-hydroxy-5, 6-dihydro-4H-1, 2, 5-oxadiazines leads to the formation of 6H-1,2, 5-oxadiazine-5-oxides. Acid treatment of 5, 6-dihydro-4H-1, 2, 5-oxadiazines and 6H-1, 2, 5-oxadiazine-5-oxides results in heterocyclic-ring contraction with the formation of imidazole 3-oxides and 1-hydroxyimidazole 3-oxides. Thermochemical study of 5-methyluracil, 6-methyluracil, and 5-nitrouracil

The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation, in the crystalline phase, at T = 298.15 K, for 5-methyluracil, 6-methyluracil, and 5-nitrouracil were derived from the values of the standard massic energies of combustion measured by static bomb combustion calorimetry. The results obtained together with literature values of the enthalpies of sublimation yielded the standard molar enthalpies of formation, in gaseous phase, at T = 298.15 K. These values are discussed in the terms of structural enthalpic increments.     

N-Alkylated 4, 5, 6, 7-tetrafluoroindoles

The electrochemical reduction of 2-nitro-1-pentafluorophenylalkanols in the presence of carbonyl compounds has given hydrochlorides of secondary amino alcohols which, in the form of the free bases, have been converted by heating in dimethylformamide into N-substituted derivatives of 4, 5, 6, 7-tetrafluoroindole and its homologs.     

2, 6-dicyan-1, 5-dimethyl-semibullvalen

The synthesis of the title compound $\text{8}$ is reported. According to the NMR data the semibullvalene $\text{8}$ undergoes a degenerate Cope rearrangement.

C60NH5/6, 6/6异构体的理论研究

用半经验的AM1, PM3及ab initio方法对C60NH两种异构体的结构及光谱进行了理论计算。结果表明, 具有开环结构的C60NH的5/6异构体稳定性要高于具有闭环结构的6/6异构体。计算了两种异构体开环与闭环过程的反应坐标, 发现6/6开环异构体是势能面上的一局部最小点, 而5/6闭环异构体不存在6/6异构体的H可以在两种镜面异构体之间快速翻转, 使其核磁共振谱呈现C2v对称性。通过振动分析确认了所优化的构型确实为势能面的能量最低点, 并得到了C60NH各异构体的红外光谱。
