The crystal and molecular structures of 4,6-dimethylisothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3(2H)-one, C8H8N2OS, 1, and its 2-[4-(2-methylphenyl)piperazin-1-ylmethyl] derivative, C20H24N4OS, 2c, are described. These compounds crystallize in the monoclinic system in the space group P2 1/c. The cell constants for compound 1 are a = 5.049(1), b = 14.897(1), c = 11.330(1) Å, = 98.07(1)°, Z = 4, T = 293 K, and D cal = 1.419 g cm–3, and for compound 2c are a = 15.525(1), b = 12.021(1), c = 10.911(1) Å, = 106.42(1)°, Z = 4, T = 293 K, and D cal = 1.253 g cm–3 The structures were solved by direct methods and refined to R values of 0.0411 and 0.0380 for 1640 and 3504 reflections for 1 and 2c, respectively. The analysis of the geometry and difference electron density map reveal that the dimethylisothiazolopyridine 1 exists in the amino tautomeric form in the crystalline state. The conformation of the o-methylphenylpiperazine part of the molecule 2c strongly depends on the substituents effect in the phenyl ring and is very similar to those observed in crystals for other investigated arylopiperazine derivatives of the isothiazolopyridine.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 15.6239(15) ?, b = 14.0537(14) ?, c = 5.8396(5) ?, β = 92.666(3)°, V = 1280.8 (2) ?3, and Z = 4. The final reliability index is 0.0538 for 2921 observed reflections. Two phenyl rings of the title molecule are not coplanar, with a dihedral angle of 46.3(0)°. The molecular planarity of this substituted chalcone is strongly affected by the 4′-bromo group. The crystal cohesion is accentuated by π···π, C–H···Br interactions and R3 1 (11) hydrogen bond.  相似文献

3-[2-Oxo-2-(4-methyloxyphenylsulfonamidophenyl)ethylidene]-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinox-alin-2-one (4) was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystallographic results show that the composition of the title compound is C23H19N3O5S. It belongs to triclinic crystal system and P-1 space group, with a=7.273(6) ?, b=9.092(7) ?, c=15.928(13) ?; α=85.135(11)°, β=78.297(10)°, γ=84.619(11)°, V=1024.4(14) ?3, Z=2, D c=1.457 mg/m3, μ = 0.201 mm−1, F(000)=468, R=0.0597, wR=0.1438. The title compound (C22H19NOS) was synthesized, characterized and structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a = 22.181(2) Å, b = 6.0760(4) Å, c = 13.349(3) Å, = 95.615(3)^, and {Z = 4}. The final residual factor is 0.0625 for 1724 reflections with I > 2(I). 4-thiazolidinone ring moiety shows twisted conformation.  相似文献

The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the title compound, C14H20N2O3, reveals that the structure is adapted to its zwitterionic form and centrosymmetric dimers are formed by N+–H···O type ionic weak hydrogen bonds in the crystal structure. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P−1 with a = 5.9255(13) ?, b = 9.853(3) ?, c = 12.248(3) ?, α = 101.793(19)°, β = 94.941(17)°, γ = 104.36(2)°, Z = 2, Dx = 1.308 g/cm3, μ (Mo-Kα) = 0.092 mm−1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R = 0.0371 for 2183 reflections with I > 2σ (I). The crystal structure is stabilized by N+–H···O type intra-molecular hydrogen bonds and N+–H···O type packing interactions referred to as weak hydrogen bonds. To elucidate conformational flexibility of the title molecule, the selected torsion angle is varied from −180° to +180° in every 10° separately and then molecular energy profile is calculated and construed. In addition, charge-population analysis of the crystallographically observed structure confirms its zwitterionic form.  相似文献

Some crystals of [Nd(H2O)2]2(C2O4)3 were synthesized hydrothermally by heating at 200°C for 8 days an aqueous suspension of neodymium oxalate decahydrate in presence of terephthallic acid and guanidinium carbonate. They crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 8.6702(7) Å, b = 9.558(2) Å, and c = 17.009(2) Å. The structure of this complex is built up by two independent neodymium atoms, three bischelating oxalate ligands, and four water molecules forming a rectangle building unit of 6-membered ring, [Ln(H2O)2(C2O4)]6. The packing of these units leads to a layer parallel to the plane (001). However, the neodymium atoms of two neighbor layers share an edge of oxalato oxygen atoms thus giving a double-layer. The three dimensionality between these double-layers is insured by hydrogen bonds of water molecules which are bound to the neodymium atoms. There is no zeolitic water molecule. The two neodymium atoms are nine-coordinated. In both cases, the coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted tricapped trigonal prism.  相似文献

The isolation of stable carbenes of the Arduengo (1a) and Wanzlick (2a) type has prompted us to look for stable nitrenium ions of the related structural type 1-ethyl-3-(2-chloropenyl)-1,2,3-triazolium perchlorate (6+ClO4 ). The title compound was synthesized and the structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1/n with cell parameters a = 7.066(4) Å, b = 27.680(6) Å, c = 7.486(2) Å, = 111.22(3)°, and Z = 4. The structure exhibits arrangement of the molecules with intermolecular hydrogen bonds within the layers.  相似文献

The 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 12.5832(6) Å, b = 7.0512(5) Å, c = 18.4669(12) Å, = 96.826(1)°, and Dcalc = 1.345 g cm–1 for Z = 4. In the structure, two pyridyl rings, phenyl ring, and triazole ring do not share a common plane. The most favored orientation of the pyridyl rings in the crystal is that their planes are inclined toward opposite directions with respect to the triazole ring.  相似文献

Molecular and crystal structure of 2-methyl-3-(2-nitro-phenyl)-4-phenyl-[1,2,4]oxadiazolidin-5-one, C15H13N3O4, have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The title compound is monoclinic, with a = 10.0313(8) Å, b = 9.0372(5) Å, c = 15.5964(14) Å, β = 96.926(7), Z = 4, Dx = 1.42 g/cm3, μ (Mo-Kα) = 0.105 mm−1, and space group is P 21/c. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R = 0.036 for 1894 reflections with I > 4σ (I). The crystal structure is stabilized by C–H⋅sO type inter-molecular, C–H⋅sN and C–H⋅sO type intra-molecular, π–π stacking and edge to face (C–H⋅s π-ring) interactions. To enlighten conformational flexibility of the title molecule, selected two torsion angles are varied from −180 to +180 in every 10 separetely and then molecular energy profile is calculated and construed.  相似文献

Reaction of fac-[Mo(CO)3(NCMe)3] with three equivalents of NCCH2(C4 H 3S-3) in acetonitrile gives the tris(thiophene-3-acetonitrile) complex, fac-[Mo(CO)3{NCCH2(C4H3S-3)}3] (1) in 7% yield. Complex 1 crystallizes out in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 12.714(17), b = 16.41(2), c = 11.304(16) Å, Z = 4. The structure has crystallographic m symmetry and the metal is in an almost perfect octahedral environment, with a facial arrangement of carbonyl and thiophene-3-acetonitrile groups. 1-(4-Bromobenzyl)-4-methyl-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, C13H15BrO3, has been synthesized from 4-bromophenylacetic acid chloride via the oxetan ester (3-methyl-3-oxetanyl)methyl-2-(4-bromophenyl)acetate. The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined at low temperature (120 K), by X-ray diffraction methods. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14), Z = 4, with lattice parametersa = 6.019(5), b = 20.990(5), c = 9.915(2) Å, and = 101.29(1)°.  相似文献

The new donor functionalized methylthio-phosphabenzene 3 was synthesized by reaction of the corresponding pyrylium salt with P(SiMe3)3. This compound was characterized crystallographically, showing eight independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. 3 crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pna21 (no. 33) with cell parameters a=48.3565(8) ?, b=7.64784(7) ?, c=40.8432(4) ?, V=15104.7(3) ?3. This result represents the first crystal structure analysis of a λ3-triaryl-phosphabenzene.  相似文献

Reaction of 15-crown-5 or 18-crown-6 in 3:1 (v/v) CH3CN:CH3OH with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O followed by slow evaporation produces [Cd(NO3)2(15-crown-5)] or [Cd(NO3)2(18-crown-6)]. Crystals of [Cd(NO3)2(15-crown-5)] are orthorhombic with space group Pbca and cell parameters a = 13.562(5), b = 15.941(9), and c = 15.011(7) Å at 295 K. [Cd(NO3)2(18-crown-6)] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 11.235(2), b = 11.196(5), c = 15.385(3) Å, and = 99.89(2)° at 295 K. The metal center in [Cd(NO3)2(15-crown-5)] rests atop the macrocyclic donor array with two cis-bound nitrate anions and adopts a distorted tricapped trigonal prismatic geometry. [Cd(NO3)2(18-crown-6)] resides on an equatorial two-fold rotation axis with Cd2+ coordinated in the 18-crown-6 cavity and the nitrate anions oriented in twisted trans positions.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structures of the title compound, C19H22N2O4S, were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The title compound crystallizes in space group F d d 2, with a = 30.785(3) ?, b = 10.6455(9) ?, c = 11.0036(8) ?, Z = 8, D calc = 1.379(2) g cm−3, μ(Mo-Kα) = 0.207 mm−1, and its crystal system is orthorhombic. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R = 0.042 for 1530 reflections with I > 2σ (I). There is a half-independent molecule in the asymmetric unit. The title molecule has twofold rotational symmetry along with the C–S bond. Classically no hydrogen bond is found in the crystal structure. The crystal structure is stabilized by π–π stacking and edge to face (C–H…π-ring) interactions. To elucidate conformational features and steric hindrances of the title molecule, selected torsion angle is varied from −180° to +180° in every 10° and thus molecular energy profile is calculated by PM3 semi-empirical method.Supplementary materials CCDC 261789 contains the supplementary crystallographic data for this paper. We have isolated, by crystallization, the intermediate, 1-phenyl-2-(4-pyridyl)ethanol, from the condensation reaction of 4-methylpyridine with benzaldehyde in which the aim was to obtain the model compound 4-styrylpyridine in absence of a condensing agent. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows the formation of an intermolecular hydrogen bond O–H···N between the nitrogen atom of a pyridine group and the oxygen atom of the OH of the neighboring molecule, which helps to stabilize the crystal structure. Crystal structure determination clearly revealed that the solid is chiral and racemic, as expected. The title compound crystallizes in an orthorhombic system with a space group Pna21 with two pairs of R and S enantiomers in each crystal cell (a = 15.591(1) Å, b = 12.691(1) Å, and c = 5.589(1) Å). Spectroscopic NMR data gave evidence that the isolated compound is actually the alcohol just before the dehydration process that yields the double bond of the 4-styrylpyridine.  相似文献

Selective formylation under controlled conditions leads to the formation of a monoformylated compound 11-formyl-25,27-bis(ethoxycarbonylmethoxy)-calix[4]arene (1). The spectroscopic results indicated that the calix[4]arene is present in a cone conformation. The crystal and molecular structure of (1) has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal data are monoclinic, space group P2 1/c, M= 624.66, a= 10.341(1), b=15.176(1), c= 20.121(1) Å, = 91.90°(1), V= 3156.0(4) Å3, Z= 4, D c = 1.315 g cm–3. The structure confirms the cone conformation for the molecule in the solid state as well.  相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. A terbium complex associating two ligands, oxalate and glutarate, was prepared under hydrothermal conditions at 200°C by treating an aqueous suspension of terbium oxalate decahydrate with glutaric acid and guanidinium carbonate. Its structure was solved by X-ray diffraction on a single crystal. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with lattice constants, a = 9.514(1) Å, b = 9.0681(8) Å, c = 19.702(2) Å, and = 97.90(1)°. The terbium atoms and the oxalate ligands build dense chains which are connected by one side of the carboxylic group of some glutarate ligands, thus forming a sheet at the c level 0 and 1/2. These sheets are bridged by glutarate groups. The terbium atoms are ninefold coordinate with nine oxygen atoms of the ligands or with one water molecule and eight oxygen atoms of the ligands. Each polyhedron of the terbium atoms share one edge and one face of oxygen atoms with the two neighboring ones. The oxalate ligands are bischelating and bismonodentate. The coordination scheme of glutarate differs: either they are bismonodentate from one side and chelating and monodentate from the other side or they are chelating and monodentate from both sides.  相似文献

A new series of bis-triazenes, the 1-aryl-2-[3-(3-[2-aryl-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazenes has been synthesized from the reaction of diazonium salts with a mixture of 1,4-diaminobutane and formaldehyde. The structures of 1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(1), 1-(p-cyanophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-di azepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(2), and 1-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-methoxy-phenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1 diazene(3) have been unequivocally determined by X-ray crystallography. The new bis-triazenes are important since the structure contains the novel saturated heterocycle, 1,3-diazepane. The general conclusion of this study is that alkanediamines with 3 or 4 carbon atoms in the spacer link between the nitrogen atoms give rise to the linear bicyclic molecules of type 5, in contrast to the case of ethylenediamine (spacer link 2 carbon atoms), which affords molecules of type 6, which exemplify the general cage structure of type 4. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 3 are compared with the previously reported structure of the hexahydropyrimidine analogue 8a(X=CN); compounds 2 and 8a(X=CN) are homologous with respect to the alkane spacer moiety. The structures of 2 and 8a(X=CN) are very different in one respect; in 2 the aryldiazenyl-1,3-diazepanyl groups are in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group whereas in 8a(X=CN) the arrangement of the aryldiazenyl-hexahydropyrimidinyl groups is the s-cis orientation.Crystal data: 1 C23H30N8Br2, triclinic, space group P-1, a=8.3979(2), b=10.7828(3), c=14.4692(5) ?, α=83.670(1), β=78.662(1), γ=78.758(1)°, V=1256.48(6) ?3, for Z=2. 2 C25H30N10, monoclinic, space group P2 1 /n, a=13.4046(6), b=9.4482(4), c=10.6913(4)?, β=103.239(2)°, V=2490.5(2) ?3, for Z=4. 3 C25H36N8O2, triclinic, space group P-1, a=8.5223(3), b=10.6913(4), c=14.4034(7)?, α=85.657(2), β=78.731(2), γ=80.153(1)°, V=1266.88(9) ?3, for Z=2.  相似文献

A new type of dicesium disulfur trisulfate, Cs2S2(SO4)3, crystal has been crystallized. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X‐ray diffraction measurements have been performed on this compound. The crystal does not reveal any structural phase transition in the temperature range from 120 to 920 K. The compound belongs to a cubic system with space group P213 at room temperature.
