1 INTRODUCTION Benzoic acids with substituent of amino are a class of rigid ligands possessing several functional groups. The creation of a porous magnet is a long-sought academic goal since magnetism and porosity are hostile to one another. While long-range magnetic ordering needs spin carriers of short separation through short bridges, porosity relies on the use of extended connecting ligands. Here, we will give a survey of the cluster-based magnetic porous coordination polymers, i.e., 0-D MPCPs, according to their functional subunits: (1) nanoporous spin crossover materials with single metal nodes; (2) metal-radical approach with rigid organic radical ligands and single metal nodes; (C) PCPs with rigid organic ligands and metal oligomer nodes; (D) PCPs with metal complex linkers and polymetal cluster nodes; (E) PCPs with organo-polymetal cluster linkers and single metal nodes. The assembly from clusters can provide a reasonable route to resolve the hostility between magnetism and porosity. This assembly’s merits are obvious: the pore benefits from the big cluster according to "Scale Chemistry", and the functional framework inherits interesting physical properties from the clusters with a large ground spin S.  相似文献

One novel polyoxometalate compound connected via trivalent cerium cation as bridge H2{[K(H2O)2]2[Ce(H2O)5]2(H2Mo1.16W10.84O42)}·8H2O 1 was designed and synthesized in aqueous solution. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the structure of 1 is a three-dimensional framework assembled from the arrangement of H2Mo1.16W10.84O42 (named paradodecmetalate-B) and Ce(H2O)53+ containing two planes, which are constructed through the unification of H2Mo1.16W10.84O4210- and Ce(H2O)53+ along the [100] and [001] directions. The 1/2V2O5-H2C2O4/H3PO4/NH4OH system was investigated using hydrothermal techniques. Four new phases, (NH4)VOPO(4).1.5H2O (1), (NH4)0.5VOPO(4).1.5H2O (2), (NH4)2[VO(H2O)3]2[VO(H2O)][VO(PO4)2]2.3H2O (3), and (NH4)2[VO(HPO4)]2(C2O4).H2O (4), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Compounds 1 and 2 have layered structures closely related to VOPO(4).2H2O and A0.5VOPO4.yH2O (A = mono- or divalent metals), whereas 3 has a 3D open-framework structure. Compound 4 has a layered structure and contains both oxalate and phosphate anions coordinated to vanadium cations.
