本文采用激光诱导荧光法研究了钐、铕、铽和镝配合物的化学性质、光谱特性与光谱能级间的关系,提出了稀土配合物荧光发射的能量传递模型,并导出速率方程和定态解,根据Dexter固体敏化发光理论讨论了影响荧光产率的各种因素,推导出配体三重态向稀土离子激发态进行有效能量传递的3个条件。  相似文献

利用烯-巯加成的方法,合成了一种带有三联吡啶基团的有机硅氧烷,该中间体用核磁共振、红外、质谱等手段进行了表征确认.以该中间体作为第二配体,加入稀土(Eu3+、Tb3+)烟酸配合物,在正硅酸乙酯的存在下用溶胶-凝胶法原位制备了稀土(Eu3+、Tb3+)烟酸配合物与二氧化硅基质以共价键相连的烟酸稀土分子杂化发光材料.通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱、荧光光谱和寿命测试表征了制备的杂化发光材料.荧光光谱数据表明在杂化材料中,由于三联吡啶配体通过有效的分子内传能过程将其激发态的能量传递给稀土离子的发射能级,从而极大地提高了稀土离子的特征发射.掺铕离子的最强发射为617nm,是纯红光发射;而掺铽离子的最强发射为543nm,是典型的绿光发射.掺铕和铽的分子杂化材的荧光寿命分别为0.66ms,0.68ms,同时荧光衰减均为一级指数衰减,说明稀土离子在杂化材料中分散得很均匀.  相似文献

Yamada等研究了铕、钐与噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮生成配合物的荧光衰变特性.为了消除钐在铕测定波长处的荧光干扰,在激光脉冲产生后延迟一定时间,使钐的荧光衰变完全后再对铕的荧光信号采样,可在大量钐存在下测定痕量铕.但用类似的方法消除长寿命荧光信号对短寿命荧光信号的干扰则不可能,无法提高该信号的选择性.本文从理论上探讨了一种新的时间分辨荧光光谱技术——窗口技术,实验结果证明效果良好.  相似文献

采用激光诱导荧光光谱测定装置研究了Sm-三氟乙酰丙酮(TFA)-三正辛基膦化氧(TOPO)体系的激光诱导发光特性和发光机理。根据配合物体系中各组份的光谱特性和光谱能级,提出Sm-TFA-TOPO体系的能量传递机制。拟定了在农乳-100存在下,TFA-TOPO体系测定痕量钐的激光诱导荧光光谱分析新方法。不经分离,用于氧化钇和合成水样中痕量钐的测定,操作简便、快速,结果令人满意  相似文献

采用物理吸附的方法将稀土配合物嵌入三维有序大孔聚合物材料的孔内,组装了发光性能良好的含邻菲罗林-铕配合物的三维有序大孔聚合物材料(3DOM/Eu(Phen)2).并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱和荧光光谱对3DOM/Eu(Phen)2组装体进行了表征.结果表明:组装体的结构保持了三维有序大孔材料的结构特征,在紫外灯的照射下,发出稀土离子的特征谱线,与纯配合物相比,其激发光谱发生蓝移,荧光寿命延长.  相似文献

常温下合成了2-(2-羟基-5-氯苯基)-1H-苯并咪唑荧光化合物和其二价铜离子的配合物,并对配合物的结构和稳定性进行了表征,用荧光光谱、质谱、红外光谱等研究了配合物与NO反应的机理.结果表明,该配合物与NO的反应具有高度的选择性,不受其他常见干扰分子的影响.配合物应用于脂多糖(LPS)激活的小鼠巨噬细胞中NO的测定,能够得到具有较好分辨率的荧光成像结果.  相似文献

利用荧光光谱及红外光谱法研究了硅钨杂多酸与氧氟沙星分子的相互作用。结果表明,在溶液中硅钨酸分子与氧氟沙星生成新的配合物,导致氧氟沙星溶液荧光的猝灭,其猝灭类型主要为静态猝灭。通过测定反应的表观结合常数、结合位点数及结合热力学参数,证明硅钨酸与氧氟沙星分子主要通过静电和疏水作用形成配合物, 配合物中的硅钨酸仍保持Keggin结构。  相似文献

新型稀土Eu,Tb(Ⅲ)芳香羧酸配合物的合成及发光性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以2-二苯胺羰基苯甲酸(L)为第一配体,咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲罗啉(IP)为第二配体,合成出新型稀土铕、铽三元配合物。采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱对配体和配合物的结构进行了表征。红外光谱分析表明配合物中的稀土离子与第一配体L中的氧原子以及第二配体IP中的氮原子进行了配位。紫外光谱表明配合物主要是由第一配体L吸收能量。通过荧光光谱、荧光量子效率和荧光寿命研究了配合物的荧光性能,结果显示:两种配合物均表现出稀土离子的特征发射,且配合物的荧光量子效率和荧光寿命与发光强度成正比,配合物Tb(L)3IP的各项荧光性能均优于Eu(L)3IP。  相似文献

Novel fluorescent Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films have been constructed from three different amphiphilic dicynaoquinodimethanes (DADQs). The DADQs varied in functional group structure, which had an impact on the LB film structure and the fluorescence properties. As the fluorescence of DADQs competes with non-radiative decay (conformational change), the packing and/or free volume in the LB film will influence the average fluorescence lifetime and integrated intensity. The pristine (blank) LB films were then exposed to a selection of non-fluorescent target analytes (some with environmental relevance) and the fluorescence was measured and analyzed relative to the pristine LB film. Exposure of the LB films to selected target analytes results in a modulation of the fluorescence, both with respect to average fluorescence lifetime and integrated intensity. The modulation of the fluorescence is different for different DADQ LB films and can be attributed to restricted non-radiative decays or charge transfer reactions between target analyte and DADQ LB film. The response from the DADQ LB films shows that these systems can be developed into sensing surfaces based on fluorescence measurements.  相似文献

A preconcentration method for subsequent determination of rare earth elements (REE) by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry was developed. The method is based on using (o-[3,6-disulfo-2-hydroxy-1-naphthylazo]-benzenearsonic acid) (Thorin) as a complexing agent which is retained on a polyamide membrane by a chemofiltration process. The pH dependence of the chemofiltration of these metal ions on the membrane and other variables, such as flow-rate, contact time, kinetic of complex formation, etc. were determined. The membrane containing the chemofiltrate formed a thin film, which eliminated the interelemental effects when measured by XRF. The detection limits were 23, 23 and 49 ng/mL for Sm(III), Eu(III) and Gd(III), respectively. High enrichment factors were obtained. Raman spectra were measured for Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of C(16)NaphOH and C(10)AzoNaphC(4)N-SDS on Calcium Fluorite substrate for the first time. In order to find out favorable excitation condition, Raman spectra of the single and multi-monolayer LB films excited at different lines at 244, 514, 633 and 778 nm are recorded and compared in the present study. Raman spectrum of the monolayer LB film of C(16)NaphOH excited by 244 nm demonstrate that excellent signal to noise is achieved even for one monolayer LB film with an extremely short integrating time as 60 s because of being resonantly enhanced, while no meaningful spectra were recorded under the same condition for the monolayer LB film of C(10)AzoNaphC(4)N-SDS because of burning. Using a HeNe 633 nm excitation the problem with strong substrate fluorescence was partially solved, since under these conditions this fluorescence is mainly outside the fingerprint region of the LB film molecules (1000-2000 cm(-1)). Therefore by using the HeNe laser excitation, Raman spectra with high signal to noise ratio of LB films of C(16)NaphOH were collected and shown in this paper. These findings stress again the necessity to define an appropriate Raman system for this special application of LB film diagnosis.  相似文献

A very stable chelating resin was prepared by adsorption of (o-[3,6-disulfo-2-hidroxy-1-naphthylazo]-benzenearsonic acid) (thorin) on a macroporous resin Amberlite XAD-7. The optimal conditions for preparing it were obtained through the study of the adsorption properties of the resin and the thermodynamic quantities of the adsorption processes. Likewise, the behavior of the loaded resin with the rare earth elements (REE) were studied (pH of retention, sorption kinetics, etc). The conditions to prepare a thin film with this system were also evaluated. The loaded resin was successfully used for the separation and preconcentration of Sm(III), Eu(III) and Gd(III) prior to their determination by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry. The preconcentration factor obtained was 500 and the concentrations at low detection limit were 13.8, 17 and 15.7 microg l(-1) for Sm, Eu and Gd, respectively.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties and surface-enhanced spectra of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of methacrylic homopolymer (HPDR13) are presented. It is shown that LB film displays strong fluorescence attributed to the spatial restrictions imposed by its structure. The emission is observed in conjunction with photoisomerization, a process clearly demonstrated by the formation of surface-relief gratings in the LB film [C.R. Mendon?a et al., Macromolecules 32 (1999) 1493]. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) and surface-enhanced fluorescence (SEF) were observed for LB films of HPDR13 deposited onto silver island films. SERS measurements were also carried out on a sample fabricated with one monolayer LB film deposited onto silver islands followed by one overlayer of silver (LB sandwiched between two layers of silver islands). The polymer interacts very weakly with the metal surface (physisorption), and the enhancement effect is determined by the local electric field enhancement. The strong SERS and SERRS signals were suitable for micro-Raman imaging. Line, area mapping and global images of the LB monolayer on silver island are reported. The transfer ratio in the fabrication of the LB suggests a homogeneous coating of the silver islands, thereby the chemical images show the variation of the SERS intensity due to surface enhancement.  相似文献

A novel monomer containing triazole and naphthalene ring, 2-(1-naphthalen-1-ylmethyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl)-ethyl methacrylate (NTEMA), was designed and synthesized via “click” chemistry method. The RAFT polymerization of NTEMA was successfully carried out using 2-cyanoprop-2-yl dithiobenzoate (CPDB) as a RAFT agent, 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution. The results showed that the polymerizations exhibited “living”/controlled characteristics. The obtained poly(2-(1-naphthalen-1-ylmethyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl)-ethyl methacrylate) homopolymers, PNTEMAs, were further coordinated with samarium ion to prepare rare earth containing polymers (PNTEMA-Sm(III) complexes) which were characterized by FT-IR, DSC and ICP-AES. The characterization data confirmed that triazole in side chain of the polymer could coordinate with Sm(III). The fluorescence property of the polymers and polymer Sm(III) complexes were investigated in solution and in film.  相似文献

Optical and nonlinear optical properties like fluorescence and second harmonic generation (SHG) of molecular materials can be strongly influenced by the mode of assembly of the molecules. The Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique is an elegant route to the controlled assembly of molecules in ultrathin films, and complexation of ionic amphiphiles in the Langmuir film by polyions introduced in the aqueous subphase provides a simple and efficient access to further control, stabilization, and optimization. The monolayer LB film of the hemicyanine-based amphiphile, N-n-octadecyl-4-[2-(4-(N,N-ethyloctadecylamino)phenyl)ethenyl]pyridinium possessing a "tail-head-tail" structure, shows fluorescence as well as SHG response. The concomitant enhancement of both of these linear and nonlinear optical attributes is achieved through templating with the polyanion of carboxymethylcellulose. Brewster angle and atomic force microscopy reveal the influence of polyelectrolyte templating on the morphology of the Langmuir and LB films. Polarized absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy provide insight into the impact of complexation with the polyelectrolyte on the orientation and deaggregation of the hemicyanine headgroup leading to fluorescence and SHG enhancement in the LB film.  相似文献
